Accoustic Mood Control

Now many of you have heard of the drug Rophenol also known as Roofies, guys give it to girls, they put it in their drinks, the girls pass out, guys do whatever and they don't remember a thing. Some guys call this a date, most girls call it rape.

So what is an Electric Roofie? It's a term I have just invented to try to describe the physical affects some Targeted Individuals experience at home. As part of the monitoring process that informants use, they will sometimes do is that they will use an accoustic or possibly (electric) pulses, vibrations, that puts the target to sleep. One minute you are awake, and the next you are asleep. Most targets are to sleep anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. It's manipulation of the body, but instead of physically drugging, you are put to sleep electronically.

This effect can also be used to induce moods such as happy, extremely sad, or even stimulated states.

I did a quick search to see if there are any patents for accoustic or electric devices that can do this. I believe what is being used is a beam similar to the audio spotlight. You can feel the pulsations, but it's fully silent to the human ear.

The reason I bring this up is because several of the woman in the Targeted Individual community have discussed sexual assaults, that have happened by either having their food drugged, or by waking and not knowing what happened, or like Ramona Lopez, waking up in the middle of a group sexual assault.

The two most likely places for such an attack to occur are at home and at work. Those are the two most likely places to be put to sleep. If this can be used in other places, think of what they could do to Targeted Individuals or others.

An attack such as this is pretty specific, and often will just affect the specific target, no one else is affected. I have personally however been in a situation where I had two other co-workers in a training class experience the effect whenever I did. One was aware of it, and made a suggestion to counter what was happening. Till then I didn't really think anyone else was aware, cause they never said anything.

One use this device has is rendering the target almost instantly into a sleep like state. It can happen quite quickly. I think for Targets in a situation where you feel that someone is physically accessing your home, you can do a couple of things. Get a door club, a chain lock, put a small barricade at the door that is hard to remove, and will show signs if it's been tampered with. This should work in the case of physical entries.

Those suggestions should help you to protect against a physical attack, but how would you protect against an astral attack?

If you don't believe in the astral plane, don't worry about it.

I was not sure about introducing a very foreign concept in concert with a very real experience, but most of my readers are smart and I hope I can render this in an understandable manner.

On the site http://www.in2worlds.net/, Carissa Conti an abductee and Targeted Individual talks about her abductions, but she also brings up the point that these could be happening on an astral level, as well as a physical level.

Even if you are not a believer in (government) abductions, at least read the ebook she offers on her site. It's amazing how much government manipulation there is with what happens in that community.

Eg. They experience electronic harassment, they get followed around by helecopters, she has talked about implants, multigenerational aspect to her targeting, and her community is full of disinfo agents.

If I recall correctly Carrisa talks about that fact that some of the abductions, assaults, and other things that happen could be happening to her on an astral level, but that the abdicatees might not realize this.

Think about what that means if some creepy agency has learnt how to manipulate individuals in this way? They can currently put you to sleep at will, but in the abductee community, they could then use that to either carry out physical experiments, or astral experiments.

Remember we live in a world where our own science is telling us that we might live in an holographic universe, so examining other spiritual principles falls into the realm of science. I think most average people would be able to interpret one realm from the other if such did exist, but again Carrissa present an interesting theory for some aspects of her targeting, that I think is worth mentioning.

The astral plane is just a spiritual realm. It would have nothing to do with the very real measurable things Target experience while fully awake and alert. This is a reference to what could happen in dream like state of consciousness. One is a sleep like state, but the theory Charissa presented was that a skilled person or government agency could access that realm.

In the above video you have people who worked for a top secret U.S. government project telling you that they are remote viewers. Telling you that under this government project they could go backwards and forwards in time, see distant places, people etc. So to think that their could be an astral realm, or that governments would have projects ongoing in regards to that is not that far off a theory.

In theory this ability could be used to assault in a sexual manner, and the target in some cases would not be aware of it. Think of the potential uses. Some girl breaks up with some controlling, abusive ex, that she wants nothing to do with ever again, he just happens to have connections, and he can use this to take advantage, if not on a physical plane, then even on an astral plane. Astral in some cases would mean never having to ask for consent or permission again. So many sociopathic, and psychopathic types, this would be the ultimate power trip, feeling in charge and in control of someone else's life, and taking advantage of them at will. It would be rape, without many of the usual consequences or proof.

Government agencies could use this to fake abductee experiences. They could do this physically, but on an astral plane as well, thus the victims recollections would seem very scattered, since they never left the house.

I know this sounds odd. Most people have never heard of an astral plane, and most don't believe in one. I only bring it up, because on the site, http://www.in2worlds.net/, Carissa Conti does discuss this possibility in regards to her abductee experience.

For the most part, this is something that targets, need to be aware of. Along with food being drugged, be aware that the vibrations you experience can be used to put you to sleep like a rag doll, and that can leave you open to break in's on a physical level, and if you are aware of or believe in an astral plane, the same would also be true.

Shielding on a physical level is easy, the areas to protect are mid upper body, that's where vibrations will be felt, head, and heart are key areas to shield.

It's a strange new world. For those who are not aware, this will sound strange, even for those who are aware, this will sound strange, but eventually if this can be used on Targeted Individuals and others, this will be used on a more common level.

Gang Stalking, Sexual Assault, and E-harassment.

The next thing I wanted to talk about was an Interview Greg Syzmanski did with Ramona Lopez. The interview is from a couple of years ago.

She was a regular mom who saw kids in her community doing drugs. She wanted to help these kids, so she started with some others in the community to help try to get the drugs stopped.

What happened to her was a nightmare. Along the way of trying to stop drugs, she learnt that the officials in the community were actually trying to push drugs on the kids. There she was trying to get the kids off drugs, and the police and others were trying to keep them on drugs.

Well she started to make this known and that is when the trouble started. Her and her friends started to get set up, several of the woman who had tried to help her were set up with narcotics, arrested and placed in jail. She herself was almost set up, but she had tapped the conversation.

She was gang stalked, she actually walked into one of the community policing meetings where they were trying to set her up and demonise her. They didn't realise that she was the one that they were going to be following around, so they spoke openly about her, saying things that were not true. When they realised it was her, they stopped talking at the meeting.

Her family would later be harassed, they started to electronically harass her, she was drugged with needles, she was gang raped in her home, when she went to file a report about it, they did not want to perform a rape kit, when she reported it to the police, the report when no place. She was constantly stopped by the police, demonised, she even eventually lost her home because of the harassment.

They used everything to silence her and the rest of the people that had tried to help these kids. What she discovered is what many others have discovered, the authorities in these areas were the ones trying to push drugs on the kids.

She also when she went to the doctor found that she had been chipped. She has x-rays of this, and other documentation.

She awoke in the middle of the night on more than one occasion when they were in her home, thinking they had her in a drug like state, she could hear them talking above her. (The scene she described reminds me a lot of what some of the abducties have said about waking up, with people around them. I do think there is a tie in to these scenarios.) She talks about how they can make you pass out. What she is referring to by this is how the electronic pulses can put you to sleep, many targets including myself have experienced this. We will be fully awake and if we are not cognizant of the electronic harassment beginning, we will just fall asleep and awake later. Your energy is just zapped, and you just fall asleep, as if you have no energy. Kind of like a small child being instantly rocked to sleep.

She was still being stalked and harassed, they had gone after her family. She is very credible when you listen to her, and there was no reason for the government to do this to this woman, but they did. The drugs in the community never stopped and she became just one more target of the state, who stumbled upon the truth and was silenced for it.
