Hang em high?

feel that hanging Saddam Hussein is wrong. I don't know why I feel this way but I do. Don't get me wrong I fully think that he should pay for his crimes and sit and rot in jail, but I feel that hanging him is just wrong.

I think there are people in the world, leaders that are far more culpable than he is, and they will never pay for any war crimes that they have committed, which are more numerous than the crimes that Saddam has committed.

I am also really worried that this could send Iraq into civil war. This will not only cause the shedding of blood for more innocent Iraqi civilians who I think have suffered enough, but this will cause more unnecessary deaths among US and other troops over in Iraq.

The other things that has been running through my mind is the thing that one person on the political spectrum said about the Iraqi people identifying with their leader. I mean will they really cheer if Saddam is killed or will they feel that a part of them, and a part of their history is going with Saddam?

I am sure there will be no one unanimous opinion on this count, but I think it's important that the world stop and think before they take anymore rash actions.

We have seen in recent times, many people including former president Gerald Ford, not only question the need to invade Iraq, but also the motivation behind this war. I think it's imperative for the world to think what they are doing before taking this step, because once they do they just can't take it back.

I know this point of view might not be popular, but to sit back and say nothing about something that I feel is just so wrong on an elemental level would be equally as wrong. I do think that this dictator should pay for his crimes, but I wholeheartedly feel that hanging is the wrong thing to do.

You have tried him and found him guilty, let it be up to God to decide his fate the rest of the way, I just don't think that this additional action is right or necessary, and I really do worry that this could have even more devastating consequences than anyone has thought of or foreseen.

I am concerned that with the elimination of Saddam Hussein, that Iraq could really fall into full civil war, and if that happens the whole region could become destabalized, and if a war happens in that area of the world, the west should not think that we would get off Scott free. By this I mean the world is one big ripple affect and what happens in one place, will eventually affect other areas of the globe.

The sad part is this war in the East has not made the world safer, from all the articles and reports that I have read, it's made the world a less safe place, and even more ripe for the terror we sought to fight, when we went into these places in the first place.

I hope that we will really consider these actions, and take pause, before we do something so rash, but something that I also feel is incredibly wrong, not just for this dictator, but for the unforeseen consequences, and and impact that this could have on the future.

I just think that it's good to look before leaping. This action instead of fixing more of the west's problems, might actually help confound it and honestly, I think enough mistakes have already been made in this battle that is not likely to be won.

Counting our blessings.

Saying Thanks.

This post is just to say thanks to all those who have stopped by this year to read my blog, make a comment, or just let me know that you disagreed with what was posted. Thank you for taking the time to let me know that what I am writing, saying and thinking is being heard.

This year was an interesting year for me. It was the year that I finally understood the extent to which I am being stalking, harassed, manipulated and lied to by those around me. This was the year that I finally learnt the term gang stalking, and for this I am so grateful.

It was so hard trying to understand the things that were happening in my life, and why those around me where helping with what was going on.

It also helped me to understand and prepare for the term electronic harassment. Getting harassed by something that you can not see, hear, touch, or taste, is pretty bizarre. The only think you can do with electronic harassment is feel it, and it's painful and it makes your skin feel like it's burning or on fire, but think how much worst it would be to be electronically harassed and not have a clue about what was happening or why?

This was also the year that I learnt about Cointelpro, McCarthyism and Gaslighting. These are all terms that helped me to understand what is going on around me, and help me to put into perspective how something like this could happen, and that others have gone through things like this before and they have survived. So for these new terms in my life I am also grateful.

This was also the year that I opened not one, but two New forums to help deal with the harassment that I was going through. These forums not only allowed me to help myself, but they might have allowed me to assist others who were going through things of a similar nature. For this I am also grateful.

I am also greatful that I started blogging this year. I have found others that are going through similar situations and I have found people that are willing, receptive, and giving with their advise and experiences. For that I am also thankful, because it let's me know that I am not so alone in the blogosphere.

I am also grateful for the forums who were willing to let me talk about gang stalking to my hearts content. I am grateful for the people who were open minded enough to treat it like a normal everyday occurrence and to offer me advise, feedback, and just support when I needed it. You have my deep gratitude.

I am also happy that some of the support forums, away from the disinformation, also offered some useful information and advise that I could use to further help me in my fight to get gang stalking out of my life.

I am grateful for all that I have learnt this year. I have gained so much knowledge this year it's incredible. I have gained so much on a variety of issues. I have also been reacquainted with many issues that I forgot about and for that I am also grateful.

I have learned to really enjoy life once again. I think before I was unhappy because I had lies and harassment all around me. The problem was I didn't realise how deep everything went, now I still have harassment all around me, but I also have truth, and I am not bored like I use to be. I am fighting for something, I am trying to make a difference. This experience is helping me to become who I am meant to be, and I guess if this is what I had to go through to help get me there, then I am grateful for that too.

I am getting my activist groove on. I care about causes again, my natural inclination to strike out and rail against injustice has been rekindled again, and that is also really great, I feel really wonderful about this, and for this I am also glad.

I think the stalking and harassment has helped my spiritual side to a degree. I think it's highlighted that it's not as deep or rich as it could be and it's given me something that I can work towards, something that is feasible and possible.

I am also really not bored. I know that sounds silly, but before this, I was leading a fairly normal average and what I thought was a somewhat boring life, and now I find out it's just the opposite. Even if I read this in a book, I probably couldn't believe what I have gone through over the last 6 months, or seven years, but I have and it makes my life a lot less boring, and it also gives greater meaning to things, than they had before.

I also realise how precious trust and truth are, I also still believe it's possible to find them. I just realise that it is going to be harder than I thought, but it's made me more aware of this, it's made me more cautious, something that I should have been aware of anyways, but it's really opened my eyes up to this, and for that I am also grateful.

I feel hopeful. Like I might actually be able to get this out of my life and start living again, but more importantly I realise that wither this is in my life or not, I am living anyways. I am alive and surviving and just really more in tune with my life around me. I can't exactly say the world around me, because this experience has left me very isolated, but I think that is what I need right now to do my healing.

It's made me really be grateful for so many things, and hopefully there will be many others to be grateful for. So I look forward to the New Year and the new challenges that it will bring. This has helped me to because the sort of person I always knew I could be. I have had to be strong, and resilient, just to even believe that something like this could happen in the real world, but it's also helped me to become a more accepting person of the fact that the world that I live in, is just not what I thought it was.

The harassment has given me a wider scope of things, and it's given me a place I can go to, a challenge that has to be meet and conquered, so it's given me a different sort of meaning that I didn't expect, but am willing to roll with, and make the best out of.

So as the year ends, there is a lot that I find that I am grateful for, or choosing to be grateful for, and there is a lot more that I am hopeful for.

I really do think that the glass can be half full or half empty, for the moment I am choosing to look at the glass being half full.

The seven year itch.

I wasn't sure if I should post about this, or what I should post. I don't know if my stalkers will try to manipulate this post to use against me, but if it can help anyone else who is being harassed for no good reason I figure it's worth it. This is my post about the police file, that I didn't know existed, but should have, because there is a lot of corruption ongoing and I think this is one more example.

I was walking on the street, several years back, the police stopped me on the street, to ask some questions. Being still in favor of the police and thinking they were the good people, I decided to answer. They after asking these questions, told me that I fit the description of someone that was passing fake bills in the area.

I advised that it was not me. However that did not do anything, to stop them from requiring me to come back to the store with them to get this all cleared up. Now they did not cuff me, or read me anything, but they did put me in the car and take me to the store.
So in the course of waiting for the male officer to come back, the female police officer tells me, well the reason we arrested you was...

This was the first time I was hearing this word, arrested and I immediately got upset. I in no uncertain terms advised her that she had not arrested me, because the word had never been said, and nothing had been read. You can be sure that a lawyer would have been called, had the word even been mentioned to me, or anything else.

Anyways, I continue to get really upset. Her male partner comes back and tells me, oops we made a mistake, turns out the person they were looking for was 20 years older than me. I still looked under 18 at the time. The person also had braided or dreaded hair down to their back or lower, I had my pulled fully up, and it was sort of short. Remember they had apparently stopped me cause I fit the description, however it was a description they did not have till they got back to the store.

I was traumatised by the whole thing, and just angry with them for what they had done. They moved to walk away, without offering any apologies whatsoever, and that was suppose to be it. Well I gave them a verbal tirade till they did apologize. Got their names and badge numbers and station etc.

Also since they had never read me anything, I wanted to know how I could have been under arrest, when the word was never mentioned? So they did their spiel, said that nothing would happen to my information, left to go back to the dark, cold dimension that they had come from.
I stood their upset, freezing and traumatised, till my friend came and got me.
So to make a long story short, my harassment at work and things like that started the same year of this incident. Fascinating coincidence.

The interesting part is that when I tried to verify my police report that I had filed about organised stalking, there was no report, but one officer I talked to advised there is a report of an incident that shows I was arrested for fraud under. I was like what?

Apparently when these officers of the law, had done there harassment, and profiling of me, they weren't fully satisfied with what they had done, so they decided to violate my rights further. Somehow on the computer the first thing someone sees under my name is that I was arrested for fraud under, or counterfeit as his supervisor told me, when I asked to speak to one.
Apparently if you go by their new system this is what they see, when my name is pulled, with date of birth. Apparently if they go to a different, older system the full details are there and they match that I was the wrong person.

The supervisor tried to play it off like it was no big deal, but the first officer was dumbfounded, by what he was seeing, and he was like are you serious, and then he was like, you need to get this corrected. That's why he let me speak to his supervisor. Now the supervisor, even though he tried to play it off like it was no big deal, just a little misunderstanding, he even said that I better go get a copy of the record, and then write a letter to the chief of police to get this off my file. Yeah think?

So for the last several years of my life, I literally thought that I had this clean slate, apparently the corrupt cops, which pulled me off the street for nothing, because they didn't even have a description of the person they were looking for, except maybe gender, jacket color, and race, decided to traumatize me for nothing, but it would seem also did a bit of a frame job on me.
There is no way I would ever have found this out, except for this craziness that is happening now, and has been happening in some form for the last several years.

There is also something else that the officer alluded to that makes me think that there is more to this. Again I am just shocked that this is even on a file with my name.

So this could well explain their reluctance to help me, and this could also explain in part, why I might be getting targeted. Again this could just be a big coincidence that the harassment started around the time of this, but it's such a coincidence.

So now they expect me to jump through hopes to get my name cleared for what I can see, looks an odd bit like some kind of police cover up, or frame job, for their inept, and illegal actions.
It's only because I was looking so deeply to get this harassment stopped that I came across this. This leads me to wonder what else is out there. Also anyone that I worked for, or signed a lease agreement with, probably has some kind of access to this. I mean if I could call and give my name and dob, and get this info, who else has over the years?

It's all pretty freaky and upsetting, but I guess it would be more upsetting if I had not already been the target of intense gang stalking for several months, and realised that I am being followed and under some kind of surveillance.

So now I really have to find out what's behind this, if this incident contributed to it, or is the reason this was set in place, to cover their actions of that day, and the fact that they did something illegal and wrong?

It's all so much to look into, but at least it gives me one possible explanation as to who or what might have set this into place. Again could just be a big coincidence, but where I had written them off as a possibility, they are now huge on the suspect list.

So you see it's turned out to be a happier holiday season that I could have expected. I really believe that praying and meditating and looking for the truth is in part why this info was revealed to me, by this officer and for that I am glad and grateful.

Try and try and try again.

If at first you don't succeed.

Canada Post

After having to make arrangements with Canada Post to have my mail couriered out to me, I was able to pick it up without incident. The mail delivery person instead of dropping the pick up slip through the door, which he is suppose to, decided to leave it outside of the apartment.
Anyways without incident and after a month and a half of trying to get a letter that should have taken 3-5 days to receive, I finally have a letter that more or less addresses my concerns.

Police Report

My first attempt to file a police report was done in person. Based on what other targets had reported and demonstrations of the police unwillingness to do anything about reports of organised stalking, I went in person.

This was done at the end of last month. Now I called to check to see if a police report had been filed a few days later, and I spoke to one person at dispatch who said that nothing had been filed. I called the station where I filed it. The person who answered assured me that the info had been filed, but he could not give me any details over the phone. That seemed odd.

I decided to call head office a few days later to see if there was anything filed under my name and there was not.

I would again try to file a noise complaint a couple of weeks later. Not only was the noise complaint not filed, but of-course they did not come out to speak to my harassing neighbour like they said they would do over the phone.

A few days ago I again called from outside my home from a pay phone to file a report, thinking that maybe my attempts over the phone at my place were being obstructed. When she pulled up my file, she said that no reports had been filed at all. Also that there were no officers who could take the complaint, and that someone would have to call me back.

Since I was away from home at the time, if someone did call back, I did not get the call. So the next day I had to again call and ask to file a police report. (I was determined that there be something on file to show that I was being harassed. I mean there is some city wide (vigilante), patrol program that is being sanctioned by the government, police, and other agencies, that is doing horrific tings and no one is willing to do anything.) I was told again no one was available and someone would have to call me back.

I advised I would be waiting by the phone, until someone called me back. Finally I had someone call me back. I filled the police report. Got the officers name, badge number, and police report number.

The only things about the report that I don't like. She did not include the information that I had spoken to an officer who confirmed for me that there is a city patrol program in place. She said that was hearsay. She also did not include the fact that I had spoken to another officer who said that he had gotten quite a few complaints like this, and that there was nothing that could be done. Both those important points, she refused to include in the report.

I can say, the officer sounded professional, and did a decent job in taking the report, but she also did not list the term organised stalking, or gang stalking in the report, and she did not say that I felt that the program I felt I was being harassed by might be City Watch or some other centralised program.

These four points are worrisome to me, because we all know by the reports of other targets, that the police have been know to pass these reports off as paranoia, or worst. So if and when a detective gets back to me, I am going to see that those four points are included in the report.
Right now as it stands, I would be better if that information could be included in the report. This also leaves me open for them to try to use this report against me, as other targets have reported, but I felt the need to still try.

CHRC Complaint

First I wrote them and they said that the complaint would not be reopened until all the info was faxed over. Fine that makes sense.

I faxed the information over on the 10th. Even with all the obvious collusion I have observed, I decided to reopen my complaint. So I faxed the documents on the 10-11 of the month.
I called around the 12th and I wrote, to confirm receipt. I received a note that said the file had been assigned to someone, who was in the pre-review section.

I also called and spoke to someone who said yes the file was assigned.

So I waited about 10 days for some sort of contact. So after no contact, I called and spoke to the person they said was looking after my file. She said she had received the fax.
This is really odd, because they would not have assigned the file if they had not received the fax.
Based on the first email I got back, and the subsequent confirmation of the file being assigned. She wanted me to fax the file to a fax number that I didn't recognised, and then she would confirm receipt.

I felt that was unusual. (Considering my experience with telephone redirects, I had no way of knowing if this was the right person, so I decided to re-fax, but to the number that was on the form.) The next day I called. She advised that she had still not received the fax, and I should resend it again. She later went on to say that she did receive a fax, but it did not contain my documentation. Which is impossible, because there is only one fax sent, and if you received it, then you have my documentation.

In the course of this transaction, she tried to get me to restart the whole process over again. She was like, since I don't have the fax, do you want me to send you out the package again, and then you can just send it in? The process of just getting the forms took forever last time, and no because I have faxed the info to you.

The whole thing was very odd, and I still don't know if that was the correct person from the CHRC. However based on the stall tactics I have heard about, and the collusion I have seen, it probably was.

Finally after faxing a third time, and repeatedly calling to confirm fax receipt with anyone there, I got a call from the person handling the file, saying she has the fax.

I know I probably don't have a chance of getting a legit police investigation done, or getting a proper hearing for my case with the CHRC, but the point is even if they are going to do a botched or corrupt job of it, I still have to try. I have to stand up to whatever forces set this into play, to mess with my life this way.

So the fun thing about this whole process. In my continuous attempts to file a police report, these are the things I have discovered.

-There is a centralised program that is being operated not by the police, that involves the patrolling that I am seeing.

-I have an officer that is getting reports of this, all over the place. In or near the area where I live.

-Also I found out, that under my name there is a file with the police. I am going to do a longer post on this because it's so involved. However this newly discovered information about what looks like a frame up to cover for wrong actions on their part, might explain this gang stalking. Considering it started the same year, they did what I view as something illegal.

The price of speaking up.

http://www.canada.com/nationalpost/news/story.html?id=fd5ca89f-aa05-42fa-a710-c23633241bab

It would seem that Myriam Bédard will be spending Christmas in jail. Not only will she be in jail, but she will be there on foreign soil away from the majority of her family and her daughter.

Who is Myriam Bédard? She has been an athlete that brought glory and honor to her country 12 years ago. She is also a mother of a 12 year old girl, and a few years ago, was the key whistle blower in something called the sponsorship scandle. Canada's big political scandal into government misspending, inappropriate spending, and just millions and millions of missing or unappropriated money.

During the inquiry she would reveal things like
Ms. Bédard makes the announcement that her resignation from Via Rail was forced upon her, after her whistle-blowing role in the Sponsorship Scandal.

Ms. Bédard says that Canadian Formula 1 race-car driver Jacques Villeneuve was secretly paid to wear a Canadian logo.
She also says that former VIA Rail Canada president Marc LeFrançois told her that the advertising firm Groupaction was involved in drug trafficking, and that her partner Nima Mazhari persuaded former prime minister Jean Chrétien not to join the U.S. invasion of Iraq.
Since that resignation she has had a business that she opened close down 6 months later.
Her husband Nima Mazhari, who is charged with theft and possession of stolen property in the disappearance of up to 20 paintings by Canadian artist Ghitta Caiserman-Roth, valued at 100,000 dollars. They are both saying the charges are false.

He also says that they are being prosecuted by the Canadian Justice System.

Most recently they both took themselves and her 12 year old daughter to the United States, her ex husband decided to say that she had violated the terms of their custody hearing and decided to have a Canada-wide arrest warrant t issued for her. She was arrested in the United States. Even though she had told several agencies that she would be in the States, and she had also advised her family. The ex had been out of the country at the time. Her primary reason for being in the states was to "to denounce Canada's "bureaucratic terrorism"

Myriam Bédard seems to have had just one series of unfortunate events since trying to ask questions about misspending. She has said that she feels that the government is against her. "Bureaucratic terrorism." Her husband has had his reputation tainted and now she has been arrested.

These unfortunate series of coincidences might be just that, but for someone who was an Olympic hero to Canada, who had previous to her asking questions, lead a very charmed life, she and now her husband seem to be experiencing a great deal of misfortune.

The second example that I wanted to pull up is the Menezes whistle blower, she was the person who revealed the truth about what the police had actually done to Jean Charles de Menezes. He was the terror suspect shot on the train in the UK, except he was not a terror suspect, he was just an innocent person on his way to work, that had the misfortune to encounter the police, or to be the target of their rage and fears about terrorism.

After his death it was reported that he ran from the police, that he was wearing a heavy jacket that had wires coming out of it, that he might even have grabbed someone and held them as hostage. All these scenarios were just a lie to discredit an innocent man, that the police had shot without reason 7 times in the back of the head.

The real story went something like he left his apartment, he was followed, he walked into the train station, wearing a jean jacket, bought a paper, walked calmly through the station, he waited on the platform, got on the train, and then calmly sat down in his seat. He was then dragged from his seat, shoved back down, eventually pulled from his seat by the police, thrown to the ground and shot 7 times in the back of the head, and one time in the shoulder.
That is the real story of [Jean Mendez], however if left to the police to cover for their misdeeds, it would have been something quite different.

What of the whistle-blower(s) who spoke up?
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,200-2170685,00.html
http://www.guardian.co.uk/menezes/story/0,,1774680,00.html
http://www.guardian.co.uk/menezes/story/0,,1825038,00.html

Well since she had had to sneak out the documents of what really happened to show to the world, they used this reason to suspend her, and make her feel forced to quit. She would have her apartment raided by 10 police officers, be ruffed up, arrested, on no real charges, she would loose her house, and a series of other things, as a warning to others about speaking up, or telling the truth.
Lana Vandenberghe, who worked for the Independent Police Complaints Commission, said that ten officers broke down her front door in a dawn raid. She was placed in a cell without food or access to a lawyer for eight hours by bullying officers who told her that she would go to prison.

Despite the ordeal, Ms Vandenberghe, who lost her home, her job as an administration secretary and was treated for depression after being arrested, said that she would do it all again to expose the deliberate police “cover up”.
The sad part is that this is something that the public needed to know. These people were all too happy to let an innocent man not only be slaughtered without cause, but then they were all too happy to frame him after his death and to make him look like he had been doing something illegal when they shot him 8 times, 7 in the back of the head. The police also will not face any charges for this slaughter.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5359500.stm

The other sad part is what of the whistle blower, instead of having the public rallying around her, and cries for her reinstatement, the public that benefited from her disclosure, did very little if anything to protect her. She lost everything for telling the truth, however the public who protested over the shooting, and the subsequent search for the truth, does not seem to have really to this woman's defence, when it came time for her to be prosecuted by these members of the police.

Myriam Bédard should have Canadians parading the street for her courage in telling the truth and standing up. They were all too happy to laud and praise her as a hero for her gold metals, however when she basically did the same thing for the country, so that we could find out how many millions were being misappropriated, I don't see the same kind of rally and support happening for her.

It just seems that the price for speaking out is it's own reward or worst, no rewards at all, but months or years of prosecution and very little support. There are hundreds if not thousands of other examples of people blowing the whistle, thousands benefiting from the disclosure, even filing lawsuits over the disclosure, but there is often very little rally or support for the people who bring these truth to the public eye.

Should the public not try to do their best to protect those who have gone out of their way to speak up, to alert them to the truth of the things that are happening around them? However there is no such gratitude. In fact it almost seems to be the expected result for speaking up, the public almost seems to accept the fact that this will be the consequence, however they are willing to do very little if anything to see that this changes. To stand around and rally and support whistle blowers.

The same way they are willing to rally and parade for a couple of gold medals, should be the same way they are willing to rally and support people who go out of their way, and often risk their lives to share the truth with the public.

Criminals On Patrol.

COP- Criminal(s) ON Patrol.

They use drugs, they sell drugs, they have sex with underage children, they have children take part in porn, rapes, and they shake down business for protection money, etc. These are our cities finest.

These are some of the various headlines that I have seen over the years regarding police and their corruption.

http://archives.xtra.ca/Story.aspx?s=15091692

It's never ending, and yet these are the people that we are suppose to turn to when things go wrong, when we have a problem, or when we need help. In many cases turning to the local thug for help and protection might be more useful or helpful than actually going to the police, and that is why many in society choose not to go to the police.

That is also the reason in recent times, many urban campaigns have really caught on regarding not snitching to the police. It's because many realise that the some cops in society are doing the same or worst than many criminals that are already in our society.

The other problem is that we have the police policing the police. It's crazy, it's like asking the mafia to investigate incidents of wrong doing, amoungst themselves. How many times do you think they are going to let one of theirs pay for misconduct? I have seen shocking reports that point to the lack of convictions against police, even when there are supposed "independent commissions" set up to review complaints.

In many cities there is truly no effective agency that is monitoring and protection the things that are being done by these criminals on patrol. The other problem is that this is not changing in society.

Police in many cities around the world, have a record of misconduct and inappropriate behaviors, they also seem to excel at their misconduct to minorities, the poor, and the homeless. It should be very little or no surprise then that these marginalised groups will often choose not to go to the police, or to corporate with them when asked to do so based on the experiences of
many in various societies.
http://www.labourcouncil.ca/serveprotect.html
http://ocap.ca/owoe/police/demoagharass

This increasingly unchecked behavior is why organisations have sprung up in an attempt to curb this behaviour. Organisation such as Cop Watch, now have citizens who actively walk around and patrol their cities to keep an eye on police and any misconduct that might be occurring. http://www.copwatch.com/

Other organisations have a list of police officers and the records of any complaints that have been filed on them and the outcome of those complaints. I personally think, every police force in the world should have a system in place like this.

Others were set up to stand up and speak out for the rights of those that have been
marginalised by these that are sworn to serve and protect themselves and their own.
It's really sad that this is the state of affairs for too many people in society that we are not only suppose to be able to trust, but we are suppose to look to as moral and ethical examples. We in many regards still grow up with the expectation that these men and woman who patrol our streets will be above reproach to some degree, that they will be moral pillars of society, and
more and more this is not the case.

Police officers are just people and at the end of the day, they like others are going to have problems, just like other members of society do. This is a fact, and it is fully understandable and it would be inhuman to not understand this. On the other hand however the average citizen on the street does not have the right to stop people on the street, pull them over, enter their homes, shoot them with a gun and a whole range of other things that police have the right to do.
So even though they are human and have the same problems that others do, we expect them to be far more accountable for their conduct, because with great power comes great responsibility, and being a police officer does to a degree put someone in a position of authority and power.

When these members of our society are corrupt, how can the rest of society expect to be not corrupted? When those we turn to in times are trouble are the ones that are causing the trouble, covering up for the trouble, or abusing their power, then how can the society expect to behave in a moral and upstanding way, when those we expect good behavior from do not?

Somewhere along the line some changes do need to happen, there need to be proper agencies set up to police the police, something to make them accountable for their actions. Once they put on that uniform, or flash that badge, or pull that gun, their culpability is not the same as the average citizen, nor would be expect it to be, however it should not give these officers free reign to abuse their power and authority over others, and this issue will have to be addressed
if things are ever going to change.

In the city where I live, we had a police office come out and advise that there was so much corruption on the force that if the truth of this ever came out it would embarrass a lot of people, from the lowest ranking officers, right up to the top brass. He reported these findings about some time ago, and thought that it would be a good idea, for the police to hire an independent
community, and investigate the matter themselves, this way they would be able to save themselves some embarrassment, however this does not seem to have stopped what many see as the corruption within the police force.

No one expects these changes to happen over night, however these changes do need to happen, if this are ever going to get better, and if peoples faith is ever going to be restored in the people that are being hired to help patrol our streets and to help keep us safe.

Getting gang stalking stopped. Step by step.

Getting the harassment stopped.

Ok I have just had to file a noise complaint with the police again.

I should say with the police, or someone pretending to be from the station. They gave a badge number, but I am not positive it was the station. I will have to follow up to see, if any report was filed. Sometimes I know it's the station and other times I doubt it. Based on the conversation I just had, I don't know if it was, but I will check when I do my follow up about some other stuff.
The complain is for my neighbours in 1408 and 1501. My little gang stalkers must be bored and restless it is Friday Night, around 11:40 pm. I don't know if they are just trying to aggravate me to file reports or just have nothing better to do, at this stage I really don't care.

I have had to take so many steps so far to get this settled down, and I am perfectly willing to take other steps legally. Then we can all battle it out in the courts.

So let's see some of the things that I have had to do so far. I can't list everything here, or every action that I am taking to get this gone, however I will list the standard ones that I think others might want to consider taking as well.

*Filing a police report. I recommend fishing around first. You can talk to 5 different officers and get 5 different responses, anywhere from nothing we can do, to sending out a car, etc. (Although with gang stalking, you can't always be sure who you are talking to, I have litterly have peope pretending to be people they are not.)

*Try to get some legal advise. Again shop around. You have the nothing we can do lawyers, to the ones who are willing to try to help, but they all want a certain degree of proof. Always go for the free 30 minute consultations, to see the bulk of opinions you will get.

*Missing mail. File a report with the post office. Keep on it. Even if they harass you more, keep on it. Getting these people and their illegal actions exposed is our only weapon.

*If you live in an apartment, file a report with the housing tribune. I wish I had done that in summer. This way if the tribunal is no help, you can look into legal or other action, to get this stopped.

*For the hacking into my computer they know my password for my online login. I know this, because I have spoken to someone who I know was not from the Internet company, but they were able to give me my password. I am not computer savvy, so it's been a real journey, with trying to get them out of my computer once and for all. I am still working on this.

*Use free email accounts and change the passwords often.

*When you speak to someone on the phone, get badges, reference numbers. Transcribe the calls if you have to. This will not always ensure that you are speaking to the person, but it's good to have the dates and times.

I have spoken to people pretending to be companies, and others that they clearly were not.
For my missing mail, I have had to file a complaint with the post office. Here is the saga of just filing a report with the post office. This is why targets are so tired from these experiences. It's not bad enough that they try to ruin your sleep. Eg. When I try to get sleep, they literally start to use whatever electronic gadget they are using and it's leaves my skin feeling like it's burning. Leaves no marks, but it burns. Plus other things to try to keep me awake. My philosophy is if I can't sleep, then I am doing activism. Posting on forums, writing, sending out letters, etc. So either way, my time is being spent effectively.

Post Office Complaint.

*I filed the complaint over the phone and got a reference number. I think this was at the start of November. The girl on the phone advised that a letter would be sent out and I said that would be just fine.

*The middle of the month the letter never arrived. Since I suspect the letter carrier is the one taking the mail this is not a surprise.

After calling back and getting a reference number, from someone I am sure was not with the post office, I decided to email instead. The person on the phone had gone into a long spiel about, oh we talked to the mail carrier, he was reprimanded etc, which is not what I was after anyways. I just wanted to have a record on file of what was happening.

I emailed to say that no letter had arrived, this is about November 15, 2006. I received an email back that said the reference number that I have been given by the second girl was wrong and it was for someone with a different name. This was not a surprise.

He gave me what he said was the correct reference number. I explained what the details of the letter should contain. He then made a big production about the whole thing having to be cleared with legal, and then see if we can get that sent out. This was different than the first girl had said, and I am pretty sure she was with Canada post.

I would email him 2 more times before the letter arrived. The letter arrived with the incorrect information. Late mail, and bruised packages.

I then had to email back the post office, and after looking for my original reference number gave it to them. It seems that other 2 reference numbers were wrong for whatever reason, and I have never heard back from the guy who supposedly worked for Canada post.

During this time I also received a phone call from someone who said that he was responsible for the mail carriers in the area and that the letter carrier had been talked to and was on vacation, but would be back soon. I again think this person sounded really phony and never bothered to call.

Since my goal was not to get the letter carrier reprimanded for stealing my mail, it didn't matter. I just wanted a record on file of the incidents.

So with that in hand. I got an email from another Canada Post worker who said a new letter would be sent off, this is now December 1 2006. I advised her what had happened to the other letter, and she said if it didn't arrive by the 11th to email her back.

Well the 11th came and went and there was no letter, so I had to email her back.
This is just my adventure with getting a stupid letter that should have taken a total of three days to arrive.

In the mean time, this is when I was getting the bulk of the physical eharassment. Eg. Either laser or electronic harassment that left my skin feeling like it was burning, however not leaving any burn marks. So either my harassers don't want me to get the letter, don't like me talking about Masons, or don't like me going on about New World Order stuff. This is what I have been looking into over the last month or so, when the bulk of this eharassment was ongoing.

If anyone wonders why this is so hard for targets in a situation like this to get help, or anything resolved this is why. That is what I have, had, am going through to get one little letter regarding mail stealing, opening, mail not delivered, and late mail. Now if anyone thinks that it's a picnic think again, the goal of this harassment is to wear down the target to the point of exhaustion.

The good news however is if they are going through this much trouble to stop a letter arriving, you can tell that the the things that they are doing are fully illegal and this is the only way to stop them.

So my other brush with the police was the other day. I spoke with someone, who I would have to say sounded really decent. I said I thought they could be using some kind of laser to do the harassment. He was pretty open and agreed to follow up with me, once I sent some info over.
Again it's a matter of how targets approach the situation. I am sure many of us probably are having electronic weapons used on us, however there is not the general knowledge like there should be about this stuff, so you have to them put it into a context that people can sort of understand.

I will include info on both lasers, and eharassment, for the follow up, but that just goes to show that you really have to know which way to go with trying to get help for this.
In the mean time, this has taken up a lot of time, and it's been distracting, however I am coming back into my own, and starting to actually use my time more effectively.

The harassment has made me way more aware of the things that are going on in the world, and it's also helped me to take even more action for other causes. I think it's made me more of an activist if anything. Where before I didn't care as much about everything, I do now. I also think it's horrible that I did not take the time to be more actively aware of those things that were affecting those around me in society.

I hope if I can get these harassers out of my life, I can continue to be as active as I have become and to be far more turned into the things around me. I think for the longest time I was not. I think the harassment that I had been going through for the last 6 years had stripped and taken away a lot of that activism, but now I find that I am getting a lot of that back, and for that I am grateful.

The chip. Soon the world will be in it's grip.

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/december2006/101206generation.htm

The above must read article came out to advise that it will only take a generation before we are all chipped and tagged.

The article went on in beautiful detail to describe how they will do this to us. It said that they won't come busting down the door's at 3:00 am in the morning demanding our compliance, but that they would do it slowly and subtle. They would target the poor, welfare recipients, prisoners, the people society have learnt to not care about.

Then once this is done other will laud the benefit of this program. Eventually you will have social and governments also until the whole population sees the benefit and willing comply with the concept of being chipped and tagged. They will socially cohorst the country into this. It's already begun, and all it will take is a generation.

What the article did not mention was the, eroding of our individual rights and freedoms to accomplish this feat. Our rights that we like sheeple keep letting the government take.
It forgot to mention the mass amounts of people that are getting mobbed out of work, and other high positions. They often end up jobless, unable to work, emotionally crippled, suicidal, or homicidal. These are intelligent, independent thinkers, the ones that might have been able to help resist and stem the tide. The people that might be able to stop this, are being pushed and shoved out of the workplace in America, Canada, UK and other countries. Note the increase in mobbing?

Also then you have the subjugation programs by the government going on in our communities. People are being harassed, followed, monitored, and tortured in there homes, in our countries. People that are innocent, and believe it or not, many can not get help from the police, ACLU or others. These are the same ones that do not fit into their scope of the easily manipulated, and so therefore must be dealt with another way, to ring in the New World Order.

Then you have the world being made to care less and less about what happens to others, never realising that the same fate we let happen to others will be our own someday. Eg. The world letting none lethal weapons, like microwaves weapons, and sonic blasters be tested out on other nations, never realising this will also be our fate someday, if we resist what is to come.

The US letting over two million sit in jail and the rest out on parole probably as part of their snitch programs. The world letting innocent people be corralled into illegal jails, where you are not charged, or given the right to a lawyer, and being allowed to be tortured. Never realising that the fate we let happen to others will be our fate when we resist.

The slow eroding of freedoms and liberties. Also the changing of our societies into police states with snitch forces.

These are the little things that the article does not mention. When the subtle persuasion fails, and the mind manipulation is not successful, this is what will be left. This is what will happen.
We are just seeing the beginning of it. I feel sorry for the ones that will see the full implementation of what's to come.

Police state of the nation.

In many Countries civilian spy forces have been established and initiated with local, municipal and federal agencies to help stop the threat of terrorism and other crimes in major cities.
http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/islamic-recruits-to-help-spy-force-tackle-terrorism-at-home/2005/10/16/1129401145630.html

http://www.citizencorps.gov/programs/

As part of this function people are being recruited from all over the place in many ways. Some are volunteering to help keep an eye on things. http://www.toronto.ca/city_watch/about_citywatch.htm

Some are being forced to become spys in their own communities, either through snitch programs for drugs, or programs to keep n eye on terrorism and crime.

Some are being required to keep an eye on things as part of their job or civic responsibility.
http://www.aclu.org/safefree/spying/26262prs20060727.html

What this means is that many cities in one way or another have become mobalized citizen spy forces, where people are placed on lists, followed around by others, and their activities are reported on by members of these citizen spy force.
http://www.alternet.org/drugreporter/22048/

The benefits of large scale programs like this is it makes it mandatory for people to do their duties and protect the cities where they live by keeping an eye on things. It helps people feel committed and united and gives a great sense of community. It also has the potential for scouting out and keeping a potential eye on things that might be happening in cities that might be of a detrimental nature.
http://www.eye.net/eye/issue/issue_01.18.01/news/cops.php

The downside of this is that it has the potential to be abused. http://www.trackedinamerica.org/

There are people that are being made, not asked, but forced to become spies for their community, and country.

There are people that are being targeted for these lists that are innocent. They have no idea that they are being targeted, and this could affect their lives for many years to come, as they become public enemy number one for no good reason. Affecting their ability to travel, get jobs, and how they are treated in their day to day. http://www.elliott.org/archives/000013watchlist.php

There are also going to be vigilante elements within these organisations, who wish to take the laws into their own hands. Because they are being supported by local and federal agencies, they are going to feel empowered and emboldened to take action and perform activities that might be outside of the guidelines that they have been given.

You are also going to have elements that abuse these programs by targeting innocent individuals, who have been put on these lists for no truly legitimate reasons.
Once an individual is placed on such a list, it might be difficult if not near impossible to get off such a list. Often agencies that hold such list will give polite replies, while giving targets of these list the run around. This can happen for years. In the mean time the person will not be allowed to fly, hold specific jobs, and may have other inconviences. Due to the sensitive nature of some of these programs, and the need for a certain degree of confidentiality some agencies will not openly discuss the fact that such programs are running in major cities. Newspapers often will also be forbidden or discouraged from writing about these programs.

The other complications that many of these programs bring, is that they have the potential for turning cities into police states. In some cities the number of people taking part could be as high as 1 in 25 or as low as 1 in 50. These numbers are stunning and startling, because it means that some cities have become more of a spy state than the former East German Stati, who employed a figure like 1 in 67 in it's spy force.

The problem is if these programs are being abused, unless you are aware that these programs exist you might not be able to find the help and support that you need.
In America you have a centralised program called Citizen Corp. It's run by the government. Underneath this program all are a variety of smaller programs. I did not see the weed and seed program included on their list of programs however, and weed and seed plays a very big role in many cities.

In a major Canadian city like Toronto you have the City Watch program which is comprised of municipal workers, and their counter parts. I also am aware that this program since 9/11 has been expanded, and many others have been asked to take part in this program. This program includes fire fighters, cops, mail carries, librarians and others that support them, including
many politicians, because the program is government funded.

The CSIS in Canada also has a spy program, it has volunteers, however in recent times there have been some articles about them trying to force members of some communities to become informants for this program against their will. Wither this program and the city watch are one in the same either under a different name, or under a different umbrella has been more difficult to ascertain. However under the freedom of information act, some more details or clarity might be obtained.

In the UK, there is also a similar program and most recently taxi drivers were also asked to take part in this program in keeping an eye on things in the UK. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/2575923.stm
Wither the cities have been turned into potential police states there as well is not yet clear.

The potential of these programs to do a great deal of good and protect the cities that they are patrolling is without question. There are not enough police, or secret service personal to patrol whole entire cities, and so there would have to be some call to action on citizens of these countries. However on the flip side, you have people in these programs who were potential hazards to others in their communities. You have people that are racist, sexist, homophobic, and who are very against dissenting opinions. Within programs like the above mentioned their is unfortunately so much potential for unchecked vigilantiism that it's hard to even describe or comprehend.

I think it's true that with great power comes great responsibility. You are empowering some who will take this duty seriously and respectfully, however on the flip side, you are giving power to those who will undoubtedly abuse it and others under the guise of serving the country.

If you live in America one and find yourself to be the target of such a program, you could potentially contact the American Civil liberties union. That might be a good place to start. There is no guarentee that they can offer help or assistance, however they more than likely will have spoken to others who are also experiencing some of the same targeting and maybe able
to offer assistance or guidance.

It's important to be safe in the cities that we live in, however it's even more important to not let our concerns about the war on drugs, terrorism, and other crime strip away our rights to privacy. It's important now more than ever to ensure that our civil liberties and the rights of others are protected. More and more we are becoming what many are terming a police state. http://www.hermes-press.com/police_state.htm
http://infowars.com/articles/ps/nsa_whistleblower_warns_domestic_spy
ing_us_decay_ps.htm

We need safety, but this will do us very little good if we have no rights with that safety. We must find a way in these times to balance both and not let our fears get the better of us, and turn into societies that we no longer recognise as our own.

Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. ~Benjamin_Franklin

Redemption Song?

The liberals might just have found some redemption. The liberal party just voted in a new leader. I don't know if the party has actually grown a backbone, but I think they did pick the best candidate for the job. So things could well be looking up for them. They have picked a leader that is liked in Quebec as well most of the other provinces of Canada.

The new Liberal leader is someone called Stéphane Dion. That's right same last name as Céline Dion, no relationship as far as I am aware.

This mild mannered leader is yet another French Canadian. As many people may not be aware, in recent times many well liked and successful Canadian Prime Ministers have come from this group, and it looks like he might be one more to add to the list.

The new leader of this party seems to care about the environment, Canadian values, and identity. Cares about the global image of the country, and likes the stance Jean Chrétien took in not sending Canada to war in Iraq.

He values his french heritage and has dual citizenship in France, however even though it would make him sad to give up his dual citizenship, because it's something he inherited from his mother, he has said he would be willing to do so, because he loves Canada more. I am clearly of the opinion that a person can have dual citizenship and still be Prime Minister, someday.
So with this choice in hand, the liberals have seen an impressive swing in the polls, and I do believe in potential voter confidence once again. It looks like even if an election was called tomorrow, you might just be looking at a comeback for the liberal party.

So even if they might not exactly have grown a backbone yet, they are making better leadership choices than in recent months. It can only be hoped that with this new leadership, the next time someone has a dissenting opinion, they won't feel forced to resign from their post. It can also be hoped that in the following months, they will show some of their gusto that once made them the liberal party of Canada.

Talk the talk and walk the walk.

I recently read this article about a change that has happened in Pakistan.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20061210/india_nm/india279771

I think this is a very positive change and a huge step in the right direction for woman from all over the world. I think and fully believe what affects one, will affect another, even if it's thousands of miles away. I think a change for the better for one, is a change for the better for all.
A new law was just implemented in Pakistan. I don't think this was a simple step to take or an easy one, and the President of Pakistan is facing quite a bit of opposition over it, but it's a change for the better.

This is a summary of what has changed. When woman over in Pakistan use to get raped, they had to have four male witness to testify to the rape, or they could be charged with adultery.

This new law changed rape from the realm of mostly being dealt with through a religious law called the Hudood Ordinances, to something that is just dealt with under the penal code. This means that if a woman is raped, she can now go to the police and say that she was raped. She does not have to look around for four male witnesses.

This law as you can imagine was used against woman for their detriment. President Musharraf has not only talked the talk, of his philosophy of "enlightened moderation", but he has also walked the walk of putting it into action and standing his ground. I think things like this should be acknowledged in the world because taking a stance like this was not going to be popular, in fact he is facing much protest over this, but he did what was right in spite of this, and he is standing firm and not changing any aspect of it.

Sometimes it so hard to take a stance and do the right thing, but he did and I think this should be acknowledged. This is a step forward for thousands of females in that country, but it's also a victory for many in other countries.

I say very well done in not just talking the talk, but walking the walk. I sulute your efforts in making this stance.

What affects one, affects them all.

The only constant, man's inhumanity to man.

Man's inhumanity to man. The only constant that we can be sure of.

This is usually proceeded by the words I was just following orders.

The Nazis were just following orders when they exterminated the Jews.

The people conducting the Tuskegee Syphilis experiment were just following orders, when they let almost 400 men go untreated from Syphilis for close to 40 years, leaving many to die and suffer needlessly, not to mention giving the disease to others. Authority figures from the top to the bottom were involved and they just went along with it, because they were just following orders.

I am sure this is what my neighbours have been saying for months. We were just following orders. The 24/7 noise harassment and stalking. Just following orders.

The email and mail stealing, tampering, late deliveries. Just following orders.

The illegal audio and video surveillance. Just following orders.

The illegal entry into my apartment, the destruction and thief of my personal property. Just following orders.

The tapping of my phones and tracking of my cellphone. Just following orders.

The redirection of my calls, and disruption of my services. Just following orders.

The electronic harassment, which includes whole body vibrations apparently using transponders. This can cause life long damage to the person it's used on, but my neighbours are just following orders.

They have used and allowed to be used what appears to be microwave or laser weaponry, which burns, but inside and not outside. These have the potential to do a great deal of internal damage to organs, and other essential parts that might be needed later on. However I am sure they are just following orders, as they were taking turns on shift to try to torture me with these.

I am sure if these people had lived in Nazi Germany they would have gone along with everything that was done to the Jews, and being the good upstanding citizens they are, they probably would have helped them into the ovens, because they were just following orders.

At what point do these people grow a mind, backbone, soul or a conscience, and stop following orders, and start questioning the instructions that are being given? In all likelihood, never.

Because this is now a society of mindless, conscienceless autonobots that go along with whatever everyone else is doing. A sheeple society where you are told everything you believe, and you go along with whatever you are told, and you never question anything.

The independent thinking, the ones that question authority, the dissenters are all slowly and meticulous being silenced and closed down, ironically enough by these same mindless sheeple what are not capable of questioning those in authority, thinking independently for themselves, and dissenting when they see something that is so clearly wrong happening in front of their faces.

These same people however time and time again will visit my forum, chat with me in the chat box, mimic terms like "yeah perps are evil, they will get what they deserve", pretending that they have some kind of empathy that they don't. They will register on my forum and try to converse with me, again playacting at empathy and humanity. I won't even get on elevators with many of them anymore, because who knows what they are capable of under the guise of I was just following orders.

I see them for the potential monsters that they are, because I understand what has gone before under the guise of just following orders, and I see that the potential is always there, just rearing it's ugly head near the surface.

They have traded off their souls and conscience for a piece of the mindless pie. It has no substance and yet they will be filled by this. It has no nutritional value, yet they will get all the nourishment that they need. It's empty and unfulfilled, but it's what nourishes these empty, mindless autonobots that are capable of doing everything and going along with anything under the guise of I was just following orders.

Many people in history have just followed orders unquestioningly to the detriment of millions of their fellow citizens. As long as an authority figure was telling them ok, they forgot somehow that inhumanity to your fellow man is wrong. That torture and deprivation of a fellow human is unacceptable, and yet they felt empowered none the less to go along with these travesties, because they had been empowered to do so, under the guise of mindlessly following orders.

Yet these are the same people that say hi to you in the hallways, who ask after the kids, and pat each other on the backs for being good mindless citizens, who are incapable of questioning those in authority. Autonobots that are good for not much else but following orders.

None lethal does not mean none harmful.

Fry em and say good bye to em.

It was announced recently that the United States has
given permission to the US military for the use of none
lethal weapons in Iraq. (Non lethal does not mean none
harmful)

The use of these weapons in the Middle East has been
suspected for some time, but it's only now that the use
is being confirmed.

http://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,72134-0.html?tw=wn_politics
The crowd is getting ugly. Soldiers roll up in a
Hummer. Suddenly, the whole right half of your body is
screaming in agony. You feel like you've been dipped in
molten lava. You almost faint from shock and pain, but
instead you stumble backwards -- and then start
running. To your surprise, everyone else is running
too. In a few seconds, the street is completely empty.
You've just been hit with a new nonlethal weapon that
has been certified for use in Iraq -- even though
critics argue there may be unforeseen effects.
Many people for years have been complaining about the
use of these types of weapons in domestic situations.
If you do a search there are websites that sell
assembly kits, for lower grade versions of these
weapons and they have been available for year.

These weapons have been used to torture people in their
homes and to burn them without leaving any traces of
surface level burns. These weapons are hostile and
should be considered weapons of torture.

In the article it says that the safe use of the weapons
is 3-5 seconds.
The beam produces what experimenters call the
"Goodbye effect," or "prompt and highly motivated
escape behavior." In human tests, most subjects reached
their pain threshold within 3 seconds, and none of the
subjects could endure more than 5 seconds.
When you are tortured with similar weapons in your home
there really is no place to run to and many can not
escape the effects of these types of harassment's in
their own homes. When they do try to go to the police
to explain that weapons causing similar pain and
torture is being used on them, they are often ridiculed
and turned away, or sent for evaluations.

Amnesty International has you will remember from my
previous postings has decided to not take a stance on
these weapons. (They have decided to focus on taser)

These are to be used safely for about 3-5 seconds for
angry crowd control. Does anyone actually believe that
these will be used for this period of time on the Iraq
population? I can tell you that these will be used for
extended periods of time because an angry crowd will
not immediately disperse, even when they feel their
skin burning on fire. When your world is upside down,
and your lives have been destroyed these weapons will
stop you only when they are used in lethal or near
lethal capacity.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/israel/Story/0,,1924524,00.html

For those who have experienced the torture of these
weapons, or similar weapons being used, we can attest
that they are none lethal weapons of torture and they
should not be used on human populations for crowd
control.

A person in a combat situation will be hard pressed to
control themselves and use these for the prescribed
three second capacity.

I think if you don't realise it these weapons will not
only be used in Iraq, but in future they will be used
on the United states population for crowd control as
well.

http://www.engadget.com/2006/09/13/air-force-chief-proposes-testing-pain-guns-on-unruly-americans/
“If we’re not willing to use it here against our
fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use
it in a wartime situation,” said Wynne. “(Because) if I
hit somebody with a nonlethal weapon and they claim
that it injured them in a way that was not intended, I
think that I would be vilified in the world
press.”
I think this man should be commended. Not for the
suggestion, but for his willingness to be honest. These
types of weapons are being tested on the American
population. It is what many have been complaining about
for years, and now they are going to be used on the
Iraq population.

I think this is something that most people would not
and do not like for themselves. None lethal does not
mean none harmful and it's hard to predict what the
long term consequences of these weapons will be. Even
the short term affects could be potentially harmful if
abused in crowd control situations.

The information as to what those effects might however
seem to be being kept under wraps, and so we do not
have a true or a clear picture of the actual harm that
might be afflicted by these weapons. All we have are
the testimonies of people who have experienced these.

I can say that they are torturous, they burn you, but
not on the surface, the pain is all below the surface,
and it does not go away right away, these burns or
feeling of being burnt can last for days or longer. I
don't think these should be used for crowd control and
I think that we should be doing everything that we can
to get these banned before they are used on any Iraq or
American citizen for crowd control, or continued
torture.

Democracy or hypocrisy?

Land of the free?

The United States has decided to give the world
democracy. Their version of democracy if it's anything
like in the United States will involve imprisoning 1 in
every 32 persons on the planet. It's official, the
United States imprisons more people than any other
country on the face of the planet. Even more than China
and Russia.

http://articles.news.aol.com/news/_a/us-imprisons-more-people-than-any-other/20061209111509990004 (This article, will most likely disappear from aol in 2
weeks.)

It is reported that
A U.S. Justice Department
report released on November 30 showed that a record 7
million people -- or one in every 32 American adults --
were behind bars, on probation or on parole at the end
of last year. Of the total, 2.2 million were in prison
or jail.

"The United States has 5 percent of the world's
population and 25 percent of the world's incarcerated
population. We rank first in the world in locking up
our fellow citizens," said Ethan Nadelmann of the Drug
Policy Alliance, which supports alternatives in the war
on drugs.
"We now imprison more people for drug law violations
than all of western Europe, with a much larger
population, incarcerates for all offenses."
The thing not mentioned in the article in the
disproportionate amount of ethnic minorities that are
behind bars in the United States.
http://www.hrw.org/backgrounder/usa/race/
The figures reveal the continuing, extraordinary
magnitude of minority incarceration and the stark
disparity in their rates of incarceration compared to
those of whites. Out of a total population of 1,976,019
incarcerated in adult facilities, 1,239,946 or 63
percent are black or Latino, though these two groups
constitute only 25 percent of the national population.4
The figures also demonstrate significant differences
among the states in the extent of racial disparities.
Can the world also expect the same targeting of other
minorities and incarcarations?
http://www.hrw.org/backgrounder/usa/race/pdf/table1.pdf

That begs the question when you say democracy to the
world, what do you really mean by this? Because it
appears that many people in the country due to over
zealous war on drug laws are in jail or out on parole.

(More than likely as lifelong slaves of the snitch
program that is so rapidly taking over American
society.) http://www.slate.com/id/2132092/

How can you give the world democracy when many in
society are incarcerated and will never know freedom
again? http://november.org/thewall/wall/wall.html

I think it's hypocritical to try to bring the world
democracy, until you take a real look at the situation
that is happening and has been happening for some time
in the country. If democracy really means 1 in 32
people will be imprisoned or out on parole, what kind
of democracy will you be offering, and will it really
be the kind that the world wants or the world needs?

Free speach really is dead.

Free speech really is dead.

I took the time back in August for a moment to tune into the Canadian political scene. I noticed what I felt were the outrageous actions of the liberal party in asking a member of their team to resign, or rather lambasting him till he felt the need to resign because he had the outlandish opinion to say that he felt that we should:

http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/20060819/ mideast_MP_060821?s_name=&no_ads=
Wrzesnewskyj said Monday he favours changing Canada's laws that forbid any contact with known terrorist organizations. He said the law undermines efforts to seek lasting peace between Israel and Hezbollah guerrillas after a brutal 33-day war.

But Hezbollah's terrorist status should not change, he said in an interview from Lebanon.

"I've said all along that Hezbollah is a terrorist organization and will continue to be,'' Wrzesnewskyj said. "Where I have difficulty is with the legislation that says a group on the list cannot be communicated with.''
Now agree or disagree with this sentiment in a free and democratic society he should have been allowed to have a dissenting view and to not have been asked to resign, however that was not the case. He was lambasted by some of his fellow liberals, primarily members like the Honourable Dr Carolyn Bennett, and eventually felt forced to tender his resignation, which was happily accepted by Bill Graham the interim leader for the liberal party.

He was not offering funding, or saying we should support terrorism, he was being farsighted in realising that just like negotiations with the IRA we might someday have to have discussions with group like this if we are to achieve lasting peace in the middle east. Instead his opinion was viewed in the most negative way possible and he was forced to resign his position.

There were so many things in my opinion wrong with these actions. Even if a conservative MP had made such statements I doubt he would have been asked to resign.

However this was a liberal MP making this statement and he was forced out of his position. I was so incensed by the complete lack of backbone this party was showing that I felt the need to write a letter immediately. Ever since the sponsorship scandal the party has shown a lack of backbone and they are continually walking on egg shells to improve their image, however in my opinion this is doing nothing for their image or making me likely to vote for them until such time as they do regain a back bone.

Anyways, I wrote a letter to Bill Graham expressing my disappointment in his accepting the resignation and I wrote a letter to Mr Wrzesnewskyj to support his right to have an opinion without then having to feel the need to resign because of it. In a free democratic society it's my opinion that such things should not happen.

However in our increasing move towards police state this does not seem to be the case, more times than not. Well I can tell you that I was disappointed to not hear back from either party. However in Mr Wrzesnewskyj case I am not clear on if he was still getting his email after resigning from his position.

I was however happy to receive in my mail box a couple of weeks this letter.

Dear Madam or Sir,

As you are no doubt aware Borys Wrzesnewskyj M.P. took a principled stand on the most recent war in the Middle East for which he has paid a political price, resigning as the Associate Critic for Foreign Affairs.

If you are interested in writing a letter of support regarding
Borys' position please send one to the individuals below or refer to the example letters attached to this e-mail.

Hon. Bill Graham, P.C., M.P. Interim Liberal Leader grahab@parl.gc.ca (613) 992-5234 tel.
Hon. Ralph Goodale, P.C., M.P. Opposition House Leader goodar@parl.gc.ca (613) 996-4743 Hon. Karen Redman, P.C., M.P. Whip redmak@parl.gc.ca (613) 995-8913
cc. Borys Wrzesnewskyj M.P. wrzesb@parl.gc.ca Regards, Friends of Borys
I decided to resend out my letters again expressing my deep disappointment at this liberal who was no longer allowed to have free speech in a democratic society or a dissenting opinion without having to resign. At least in Russia they just sent you to Siberia.

I never did hear back from any of the people I wrote to once again, and clearly the letter writing campaign that this poster tried to start had no affect in getting these critical individuals to change their minds.

I think it's sad that free speech and our once democratic society is no longer. I again look back to how things were not such a long time ago and I again think of how much the world had changed, and I realise it's not for the better.

Dissenting views and opinions are being silenced at all levels of society and it's a shame that this is the case.

I am however thrilled to see that there are a few people who still are willing to not go along with this. I hope more people will start to wake up to the reality of how truly one sided things are becoming in our society.Free speach and the right to dissenting views are what makea free society and democratic society such, and when this is not the case, then your society has become something that is quite the opposite.

International Call for FBI COINTELPRO Victim
Testimonies: Secret In-Home Torture Murder
Mounting documentation with hundred’s of tortured
victim’s testimonies will soon be presented to U.S.
Congress exposing the worst government crimes against
humanity since the Nazi Holocaust. Evidence is
expected to be more shocking than the Church Committee
exposure of COINTELPRO (COunterINTELligence PROgram)
abuses to silence dissent during the Vietnam War era.

Covert, organized, in-home and community tortured
victims globally are urgently called upon to submit
testimonies by end of December 2006 on basis of, and
with regard to pursuing principles and legal precedent
in U.S. Congress Select Committee to Study Government
Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities:
House Resolution 1026 IH calling to reopen COINTELPRO
investigation hearings.

Such exposure sometimes results in more extreme
measures against victims and their families including
disappearance and murder, a risk that victims are
taking to gain a voice; end their torture; and provide
greater future protection for their families. Human
rights group volunteers are urgently needed to protect
and assist these casualties and loved ones to deliver
testimonies to U.S. Congress.

Peace workers, environmentalists, human rights
advocates, whistle-blowers, scientists, and others are
being professionally torture-murdered in their homes
and communities through terroristic sleep deprivation,
poisoning, ritual abuse, ongoing, frequent break-ins
and thefts, extreme stalking, 1st degree workplace
mobbing, isolation, privacy violation, framing, and
military grade weapon assaults.

Hallmarks of this crime are: law enforcement refusal
to protect victims, investigate, or prosecute;
covering-up the crime with torture tactics created to
appear so unbelievable that “mental illness” is used
to discredit targets that complain, or so
well-disguised that “mysterious illnesses” neutralize
targets; and disruption of progressive social
movements and neutralization of targets.

After the 9-11, 2001 mass murder, COINTELPRO
operations escalated; covert agents infiltrating
virtually every level of society worldwide to silence
dissent by assaulting targets with deployed new
military grade weapons and testing these weapons on
them. Described as Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) in
Air Force Research Laboratory's Munitions Directorate,
2001; these new weapons include laser, high-power
microwave, and particle-beam.

Former Representative Cynthia McKinney introduced HRES
1026 IH to Congress stating, “A look back at the Nixon
era Tom Charles Houston plan, referred to as ‘fascist’
by Congressional investigators, shows us it is being
implemented in full since 9/11. Congress has a
responsibility to open oversight hearings into the new
abuses as well as their historical context, and to
acknowledge and give relief to its victims then and
now.”

Over 55 internationally renowned scientists, lawyers,
professors, former military intelligence officers, and
others representing eight countries united 21 October
2006, “1st World Day to End the Silent Holocaust,” to
launch a coalition to halt of this well-hidden form of
terrorism.

ATTACHMENT: COINTELPRO PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL
TACTICS AND EFFECTS
Physical Tactics: financial abuse (money or property
theft, financial contract breaches, legal fees for
frivolous law suits and/or legal malpractice);
cyber-stalking (including but not limited to internet
spying, email spying and/or intercepting, password
theft); privacy invasion (including but not limited to
telephone tapping, misdirecting and disconnecting,
mail tampering and intercepting); identity theft;
forced homelessness; forced refugee status; framings;
lethal bullying (organized bullying resulting in death
of target); food-tampering, poisoning, drink-spiking;
organized bullying (multi-offender lies, threats,
intimidation, ridicule, sarcasm and sometimes overt
assaults) Directed Energy Weapons assaults; and use of
a variety of tactics.

Physical Symptoms: Fibromyalgia (severe pain in
muscles and a host of other symptoms); Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome (CFS); Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS)
(hypersensitivity to chemical exposure); other
mysterious “Environmental” Diseases” and unidentified
illnesses or symptoms, induced heart attacks and
strokes, induced cancer, sudden onset of blindness,
skin burns and sleep deprivation; severe headache;
extreme fatigue; skin and lung problems; sleeping
disorders; general weakness; allergies and
intolerances to chemicals, odours and foodstuffs; and
tinnitus, (nuisance hearing of sounds).

Psychological Tactics: persecution (organized,
multi-offender induced discrimination and harassment
including frequent ridicule and sarcasm); discrediting
(organized vicious rumours such as false accusations
of mental illness, drug use, sexual deviancy, etc.);
vigilante harassment (organized lies, threats, or
bribery to coerce community to harass, alienate, and
isolate target); organized stalking: (multi-offender
“cause” or “terrorist” stalking including ongoing
extremist tactics such as kept under surveillance,
house break-ins, theft, moving of property, vandalism,
discrediting, disruption of work; animal killings);
ritual abuse (brutal abuse of children, adolescents,
and adults, consisting of repeated physical, sexual,
and psychological abuse over extended period,
terrorisation, brainwashing/mind control often with
electronic devices and drugs to create multiple
personality or psychoses so victim is unconscious of
behaviour, always with threats and fear as main
controlling factor); gaslighting (extremist tactics
such as moving of property and lies); 1st degree
workplace mobbing (organized multi-offender workplace
bullying, harassment, and coerced firing);
discrediting (vicious rumours, disruption of work,
gaslighting at work-station, employer coerced to fire
target, set-ups at work); sleep deprivation (single or
multi-offender induced fear and/or electromagnetic
terrorizing at night to awaken, keep awake, or induce
insomnia); intimidation and threats (ongoing comments
to produce fear and trauma possibly including death
threats); and use of a variety of tactics.
Psychological Effects: mental injury (a natural
response to unnatural events); Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder (trauma resultant of abuse, torture and war);
mind control with Directed Energy Weapon Effects
(including sudden change in character such as becoming
severely hostile, psychopathic, or suicidal, hearing
voices or commands from synthetically contrived voice
transmission techniques and sleep deprivation);
misdiagnosed stigmatising mental illness;
revictimization; Depression; and Suicide.

An untold number of targets are unaware that they are
victims of COINTELPRO style abuse and/or
non-consensual human research. They do not attribute
their ongoing bad luck; mishaps; animal killings; or
mysterious, untreatable, disabling “environmental”
diseases to covert operatives using old COINTELPRO
tactics plus new weapons of war to terrorize,
neutralize, and prevent resisting the treatment.

Together, these professional, well-orchestrated
intrusions induce excruciating pain, exhaustion,
terror, alienation, and sometimes result in violent
behaviour against self or others – eventually, one way
or another, “neutralizing” and killing the target.

Government is monitoring, listening, following via cellphones

The government is listening, monitoring, following via cell
2006-12-06, 12:51:00
See if I write stuff like this it sounds off beat right? So I have decided to just post the article to explain it. The government decided to use a cell phone to listen in on someones conversation in a room where they were. The person was not on the cell phone. They downloaded software remotely to the cell phone, and used the mic in the cell phone as a listening device. I have also told you that cell phones can be used to track people via programs available on the net, so this article brings a few of my favorite things together.

This is about your rights and privacy, this is something you need to know.

http://news.zdnet.com/2100-1035_22-6140191.html

By Declan McCullagh, and Anne Broache, CNET News.com

The FBI appears to have begun using a novel form of electronic surveillance in criminal investigations: remotely activating a mobile phone's microphone and using it to eavesdrop on nearby conversations.

The technique is called a "roving bug," and was approved by top U.S. Department of Justice officials for use against members of a New York organized crime family who were wary of conventional surveillance techniques such as tailing a suspect or wiretapping him.

Nextel cell phones owned by two alleged mobsters, John Ardito and his attorney Peter Peluso, were used by the FBI to listen in on nearby conversations. The FBI views Ardito as one of the most powerful men in the Genovese family, a major part of the national Mafia.

The surveillance technique came to light in an opinion published this week by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan. He ruled that the "roving bug" was legal because federal wiretapping law is broad enough to permit eavesdropping even of conversations that take place near a suspect's cell phone.

Kaplan's opinion said that the eavesdropping technique "functioned whether the phone was powered on or off." Some handsets can't be fully powered down without removing the battery; for instance, some Nokia models will wake up when turned off if an alarm is set.

While the Genovese crime family prosecution appears to be the first time a remote-eavesdropping mechanism has been used in a criminal case, the technique has been discussed in security circles for years.

The U.S. Commerce Department's security office warns that "a cellular telephone can be turned into a microphone and transmitter for the purpose of listening to conversations in the vicinity of the phone." An article in the Financial Times last year said mobile providers can "remotely install a piece of software on to any handset, without the owner's knowledge, which will activate the microphone even when its owner is not making a call."

Nextel and Samsung handsets and the Motorola Razr are especially vulnerable to software downloads that activate their microphones, said James Atkinson, a counter-surveillance consultant who has worked closely with government agencies. "They can be remotely accessed and made to transmit room audio all the time," he said. "You can do that without having physical access to the phone."

Because modern handsets are miniature computers, downloaded software could modify the usual interface that always displays when a call is in progress. The spyware could then place a call to the FBI and activate the microphone--all without the owner knowing it happened. (The FBI declined to comment on Friday.)

"If a phone has in fact been modified to act as a bug, the only way to counteract that is to either have a bugsweeper follow you around 24-7, which is not practical, or to peel the battery off the phone," Atkinson said. Security-conscious corporate executives routinely remove the batteries from their cell phones, he added.

FBI's physical bugs discoveredThe FBI's Joint Organized Crime Task Force, which includes members of the New York police department, had little luck with conventional surveillance of the Genovese family. They did have a confidential source who reported the suspects met at restaurants including Brunello Trattoria in New Rochelle, N.Y., which the FBI then bugged.

But in July 2003, Ardito and his crew discovered bugs in three restaurants, and the FBI quietly removed the rest. Conversations recounted in FBI affidavits show the men were also highly suspicious of being tailed by police and avoided conversations on cell phones whenever possible.
That led the FBI to resort to "roving bugs," first of Ardito's Nextel handset and then of Peluso's. U.S. District Judge Barbara Jones approved them in a series of orders in 2003 and 2004, and said she expected to "be advised of the locations" of the suspects when their conversations were recorded.

Details of how the Nextel bugs worked are sketchy. Court documents, including an affidavit (p1) and (p2) prepared by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Kolodner in September 2003, refer to them as a "listening device placed in the cellular telephone." That phrase could refer to software or hardware.

One private investigator interviewed by CNET News.com, Skipp Porteous of Sherlock Investigations in New York, said he believed the FBI planted a physical bug somewhere in the Nextel handset and did not remotely activate the microphone.

"They had to have physical possession of the phone to do it," Porteous said. "There are several ways that they could have gotten physical possession. Then they monitored the bug from fairly near by."

But other experts thought microphone activation is the more likely scenario, mostly because the battery in a tiny bug would not have lasted a year and because court documents say the bug works anywhere "within the United States"--in other words, outside the range of a nearby FBI agent armed with a radio receiver.

In addition, a paranoid Mafioso likely would be suspicious of any ploy to get him to hand over a cell phone so a bug could be planted. And Kolodner's affidavit seeking a court order lists Ardito's phone number, his 15-digit International Mobile Subscriber Identifier, and lists Nextel Communications as the service provider, all of which would be unnecessary if a physical bug were being planted.

A BBC article from 2004 reported that intelligence agencies routinely employ the remote-activiation method. "A mobile sitting on the desk of a politician or businessman can act as a powerful, undetectable bug," the article said, "enabling them to be activated at a later date to pick up sounds even when the receiver is down."

For its part, Nextel said through spokesman Travis Sowders: "We're not aware of this investigation, and we weren't asked to participate."

Other mobile providers were reluctant to talk about this kind of surveillance. Verizon Wireless said only that it "works closely with law enforcement and public safety officials. When presented with legally authorized orders, we assist law enforcement in every way possible."

A Motorola representative said that "your best source in this case would be the FBI itself." Cingular, T-Mobile, and the CTIA trade association did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Mobsters: The surveillance vanguardThis isn't the first time the federal government has pushed at the limits of electronic surveillance when investigating reputed mobsters.

In one case involving Nicodemo S. Scarfo, the alleged mastermind of a loan shark operation in New Jersey, the FBI found itself thwarted when Scarfo used Pretty Good Privacy software (PGP) to encode confidential business data.

So with a judge's approval, FBI agents repeatedly snuck into Scarfo's business to plant a keystroke logger and monitor its output.

Like Ardito's lawyers, Scarfo's defense attorneys argued that the then-novel technique was not legal and that the information gleaned through it could not be used. Also like Ardito, Scarfo's lawyers lost when a judge ruled in January 2002 that the evidence was admissible.

This week, Judge Kaplan in the southern district of New York concluded that the "roving bugs" were legally permitted to capture hundreds of hours of conversations because the FBI had obtained a court order and alternatives probably wouldn't work.

The FBI's "applications made a sufficient case for electronic surveillance," Kaplan wrote. "They indicated that alternative methods of investigation either had failed or were unlikely to produce results, in part because the subjects deliberately avoided government surveillance."
Bill Stollhans, president of the Private Investigators Association of Virginia, said such a technique would be legally reserved for police armed with court orders, not private investigators.

There is "no law that would allow me as a private investigator to use that type of technique," he said. "That is exclusively for law enforcement. It is not allowable or not legal in the private sector. No client of mine can ask me to overhear telephone or strictly oral conversations."
Surreptitious activation of built-in microphones by the FBI has been done before. A 2003 lawsuit revealed that the FBI was able to surreptitiously turn on the built-in microphones in automotive systems like General Motors' OnStar to snoop on passengers' conversations.
When FBI agents remotely activated the system and were listening in, passengers in the vehicle could not tell that their conversations were being monitored.

Malicious hackers have followed suit. A report last year said Spanish authorities had detained a man who write a Trojan horse that secretly activated a computer's video camera and forwarded him the recordings.
