Gaslighting on the soaps

These are the young and restless, gas-lighting, days of our, one lives to live.

http://www.pefs.us/index.php?search=gaslight

I was just putting together some random links of gas lighting throughout the ages, and it came to my attention that a soap character recently was gas lighted into thinking she was going crazy. (Remember gas-lighting is the practice of trying to make someone think that they are going crazy.) This is frequently something that is done to targets of gang stalking, the new
societal Cointelpro of our ages.)

A lot of things that happened to her were things that targets might experience, with the crank calls, illegal entry, people moving their stuff around but not stealking anythng, property destruction, stalking, harassment and no one believing them, etc.

So apparently on the show they showed the mental stress and melt down the character had because of this and no one believing her, she eventually checked herself into a mental hospital. Eventually the person gas lighting the character was caught, and she got out of the mental institution, she had checked herself into.

I thought it would be fun to do a quick Google check for other soaps that had used this plot and there are a few over the years, just about every soap in fact. So here are some quick plot points over the years.

AS THE WORLD TURNS

Timeline Barbara had visions of herself, James and Gunnar (Hugo Napier) as their 18th-century alter egos, Bianca, Jason and Geoffrey. Paul Ryan Timeline1981-82: James's true nature became apparent (to viewers, at least) when he dabbled in drug and jewelry smuggling, tried to
kill rival John and dallied with other women in 1981. Barbara stood by her man, but in 1982 she began having psychic visions of herself, James and a mystery man in the 18th century. She was shocked to meet James's "cousin," adventurer Gunnar, who looked just like the man she had envisioned. Barbara realized that she was in love with Gunnar and then discovered another of
James's affairs, so she took Paul and moved out.

But James wasn't about to let her take custody of his son, so he began gaslighting her. Her drug-induced behavior freaked out Paul, who became afraid of his mother. Babs regained her sanity, but then accidentally shot James while he was trying to kill Gunnar. Stenbeck tattled to their son, who became even more terrified of his mom. In the middle of all this, James learned that he was the nanny's son, and Gunnar was actually the true Stenbeck. When John came across this info, James tried to kill him again.

ONE LIFE TO LIVE

After meeting with Angelina, Tico located Duke in Texas. Unaware that Todd and Blair were gaslighting Asa, Kevin and Jessica feared Asa might have Alzheimer’s disease. Later, Todd, Blair, Starr and Jack moved into the mansion in hopes of getting Asa to move out.

Neighbours

Max Hoyland was a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, After this, Max began to come to terms with the fact he killed Paul's son but Cameron's sister Elle Robinson could not stand seeing him going so well so she devised several schemes to make Max think he was going crazy, a technique known as Gaslighting. First she stole his football tickets,
then she moved Charlie onto the road, then she kidnapped Charlie. She then forged Max's signature and made him buy unnecessary alcohol and stole his car.

Guiding Light (1970-1979)

In late 1970, the gaslighting of Sara led to a tragedy when Sara accidentally shot and killed Foss. In late 1971, Gantry was accidentally killed in a struggle with Joe Werner, and Sara and Joe were married.

All my children

Joshua Madden Crimes Committed

Permitted Greenlee, Kendall and Simone to break into a sperm donation center. [Jun 2005]Statutory rape; had sex with an underage Danielle Frye. [Jul 5th, 2005]Gaslighting Erica Kane. [2005/2006]

Y&R (Yonge and the Restless) Drucilla Gaslighting 2007.

I don't have a lot of details on this one. David & Ines continue to gaslight Drucilla. Apparently the character ended up checking herself into a mental ward and then getting out later, and was able to catch them in the act. They would enter her home, move stuff about, slash tires, crank phone calls, etc.

So gas-lighting has been done on television for several years in many platforms. I thought it was very appropo to mention this, since it something targets can relate to.

Just us birds

Scientists create remote-controlled pigeon

Chinese scientists have succeeded in implanting electrodes in the brain of a pigeon to control the bird’s flight remotely, state media have reported.

The Xinhua News Agency said scientists at the Robot Engineering Technology Research Centre at Shandong University of Science and Technology in eastern China used the micro-electrodes to command the bird to fly right or left, and up or down.

The implants stimulated different areas of the pigeon’s brain according to electronic signals sent by the scientists via computer, mirroring natural signals generated by the brain, Xinhua quoted chief scientist Su Xuecheng as saying.

It was the first such successful experiment on a pigeon in the world, said Mr Su, who conducted a similar successful experiment on mice in 2005.
Here's Looking at You

With Urban Eyes Marcus Kirsch and Jussi Angesleva also use preexisting technology embedded and unseen in our cities, CCTV surveillance cameras. Instead of computer programmers, they have enlisted pigeons as their conspiratorial message carriers. Kirsch and Angesleva feed pigeons seeds containing RFID tags that communicate with a city's CCTV cameras; as the birds fly near a CCTV camera, a photograph is recorded and sent to a distinct URL. Here's an incarnation of the messenger pigeon -- photographing the city from above, alerting us to invisible eyes. The best part? The project is eco-friendly; digested devices are shat out like so many stones some 12 hours later.

Absurd and, perhaps, minor (Urban Eyes has won prizes but not funding; conspiracy, anyone?), these projects are a new form of sabotage. Ultimately, however, NameBase and Urban Eyes merely reverse the camera angle of surveillance: they say, "see, now we can spy on you" or "look, a pigeon can do this, and then shit out your technology." And the result of the pigeons' work, while a mockery of the government's surveillance program, produces what it critiques, more city surveillance pictures.

Pigeon CCTV Public Surveillance - a use for pigeons!

Everyone complains about pigeons, that there's too many in our cities and they're a pest - thus could give them a use?Mount small wireless camera's in a pigeon and thus the centrally located operations centre could view the pigeon's whereabouts and if they see anything suspicious take a snap shot from the pigeon closest!

Think about it, something dodgy going on and a plain clothed spy would only need drop some corn on the floor and the pigeons would descend!
Also by getting pooed on by a pigeon, may give a new meaning to 'just been caught'!
Findus, Mar 22 2007

Oddly, I had almost the same idea at the beginning of the week. Retrofitting pigeons with either audio or video or stills low-power equipment that sends encrypted information to the web periodically - the mass of pigeons and the wisdom of crowds would allow an aggregate pervasive immersion to be built up.

Pigeon cyborg bloggersFebruary 10th, 2006

Environmentally aware pigeons become bloggers. Carrying GPS and simple mobile transmitters, 20 pigeons traverse the skies of San José, transmitting air pollution levels, photos and create a dynamic map of air quality. This is pretty brilliant use of blogs and pigeons, methinks!

http://www.usatoday.com/tech/news/2003-12-26-spy-gear_x.htm

The CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology is celebrating its 40th anniversary by revealing a few dozen of its secrets for a new museum inside its headquarters near Washington.
Keith Melton, a leading historian of intelligence, calls it "the finest spy musuem you'll never see." It is accessible only to CIA employees and guests admitted to those closed quarters.

Besides the jungle transmitter, the exhibits include a robotic catfish, a remote-controlled dragonfly and a camera strapped to the chests of pigeons and released over enemy targets in the 1970s. The secret gadgets currently used by CIA are left to the imagination of visitors.

The pigeons' missions remain classified, made possible only after the CIA secretly developed a camera weighing only as much as a few coins. An earlier test with a heavier camera in the skies over Washington failed after two days when the overburdened pigeon was forced to walk home.
"People don't think of a pigeon as being anything more than a rodent on top of a building," said Pat Avery of Newalla, Okla., who runs the National Pigeon Association and loves to recount decades-old exploits by famous military pigeons such as "Spike" and "Big Tom."

But as surveillance technology improved, the need for CIA pigeons diminished. "They're pretty passe now," she said.

Pigeon intelligence

Pigeons have featured in numerous experiments in comparative psychology, including experiments concerned with animal cognition, and as a result we have considerable knowledge of pigeon intelligence. Pigeons can remember large numbers of individual images for a long time, e.g. hundreds of images for periods of several years. Pigeons can be taught relatively complex actions and response sequences, and can learn to make responses in different sequences.

Evolution to a wireless spy cam

Some fun facts from The Spy Museum:

In 1917-1918, aerial surveillance cameras consisted of pigeons strapped with tiny cameras that continuously clicked away. In 1949, clever spies in Germany used a wristwatch camera that took pictures when the spy pretended to check the time. In the 1970’s, KGB spies wore coats wired with buttonhole cameras. In the 1980’s, the East German security service was known to use a “through the wall” camera for spying in hotels.

What would these spies have thought if they knew that now they could have a wireless spy cam that has a pinhole-sized lens? These systems have become so affordable that we can look back on the old spy methods and chuckle at the extreme lengths they took to do something that can now be said to be quite ordinary.

Tips and Tricks 4

Tips and tricks.

After doing this for sometime I am going to revise some suggestions.

Targets might want to consider wither or not to use their real identities or a faux identity while online. Mark was pretty open and used his real information as were some others. Over time from what I can see, targets might be better off while online using something different or in between. Eg. Anthony Brina and many others use faux names while online. I think this has worked well and might be applied depending on your situation. I have seen it now on several occasions where they think they know who a target is, and they will begin psychological targeting of the Targeted Individual they think it is. (I have seen them be wrong, and right and the effects that it has.)

This will also depend on how comfortable or uncomfortable you are with your situation. The other thing I would recommend is that if you do use Youtube.com, then do it in a way that protects your identity. Again Youtube.com can be very effective means of communication, but use it wisely.

Legal and Investigation means.

Over the course of this as you know, I have spoken to police, lawyers, investigators, community workers, individual sources, other targets, etc.

There are many different avenues that a target should try to use when seeking assistance with these covert investigations, or Cointelpro like investigations if you will.

Many targets by the time they find out what is ongoing are usually too improvised to do anything about it, but if you have the means, then you might want to try finding a private investigator, one with prior law enforcement experience, who are familiar with these Covert (Cointelpro) Investigations. (If they say they are not then maybe look elsewhere.)

For the rest who can not afford this means, you can see if you can get your Freedom of information records, keep in mind that you will often get an initial report that there is nothing being investigated, and you might have to follow up with several subsequent requests, or letters.
Going to the police as we have seen usually causes more problems, it does not mean that we should not try, but we have to be careful in our dealings with these people.
Lawyers, there are some that will take a case without proof, but again many will ask that you gather evidence first, and then take it from there.

Background checks.

As a target when doing a background check these are things to consider.
Here is some information one company provided about their background checks.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Your first step in making an informed hiring decision. We make it our business to know your business to provide a total solution for your human resource needs. From initial screening to data verification, qualitative assessment and even post-hire evaluations, we will free you to make decisions and not gather background information.
Through thorough investigations we can verify positions held, performance record, income, job skills, attitude, verify education and much more. Other optional information such as driving history, bankruptcy, financial background, and criminal records.
Just some things to be aware of. Also some really good info from PrivacyRights.org. I think it focuses on California based background checks, but the information that can be gathered should be pretty consistent across the board.
http://www.privacyrights.org/fs/fs16-bck.htm
If you take the time to read the page you will see that there is a great deal of information that can be gathered about you from a standard background checks, up to and including,
Part 2. What Is Included in a Background Check?

Background reports can range from a verification of an applicant's Social Security number to a detailed account of the potential employee's history and acquaintances. There is even some evidence that employers are now searching popular social networking Web sites such as MySpace and Facebook for the profiles of applicants.

Here are some of the pieces of information that might be included in a background check. Note that many of these sources are public records created by government agencies.
Driving records, Vehicle registration, Credit records, Criminal records, Social Security no, Education records,Court records, Workers' compensation, Bankruptcy, Character references, Neighbor interviews, Medical records, Property ownership, Military records, State licensing records, Drug test records, Past employers, Personal references, Incarceration records, Sex offender lists.

In both of these situations, the applicant would not have the ability to obtain a copy of the background check to find out what negative information it contained. We have learned of situations where the individual remained unemployed for years, not knowing that wrongful criminal records which resulted from identity theft were the reason for the individual's failure to find employment. (Read "Identity Theft: The Growing Problem of Wrongful Criminal Records,"
www.privacyrights.org/ar/wcr.htm.)
So it's really important as a target that you try to find out what information is out there about yourself, you might want to conduct your own background check and records check, again if you have the means. It might not uncover anything, but it's a good place to start.
Just some things to think about.

Next time we will look into National Security Letters, the gift that just keeps on giving. I would like to thank the poster who tuned me onto these. If someone is being investigated and your information just happens to be in their possession, accidental or other wise, it could potentially put you onto a list as someone to be monitored. I am still doing the research on these, and I hope to post some good info about these next times. Just one more way society is being silenced, hushed, and turned into a zombie army of snitches, willingly or unwillingly.

Corrupt to the core 4.

I just realised why they don't want to update the file. It's the way I have written the report update. It makes mention of the city wide snitching program and has links and articles to back up what I am reporting. It also has reference to the the fact that I have confirmed this with several sources, all unnamed in the report ofcourse, but several sources none the less.

They don't want a record of this, because if anyone ever goes looking, this will be of public record. That's why when I first tried to file the report officer B would not include that in the report, and every attempt at a subsequent update has had that information included in the file.
Because they don't want a record of this program. Why cause it's societal and corrupt? Or because when future reports are filed of this nature, there will be a record of this, and your officers can't then pull that forest gump, wide eyed ignorance that they like using with targets. The active deniability of this would be gone, and that is why you don't want to do this.

I remember specifically the first officer that pretended to take the report, organised stalking, what's that, but he knew. His coworkers also recognised the name, by their reactions to the mention of it. Not to mention the fact that you had five people being stalked in the same way in my community, but no one has ever heard of this.

Or the nice officer who acknowledged the program, but didn't think I could get my name of the list, and then transferred me to the police investigations unit, only to have that officer pretended he didn't think organised stalking existed, till I read him the article, and that shut him up, but when he couldn't pretend anymore then he refused to help.

So this would take away the active deniability of the whole thing, and that is why they are refusing to do this. Ok well then my recommendation for future targets, no matter what the outcome of my records are, is to get a report filed, with content referencing the specific article or articles, mentioning these citywide eyes and ears programs. That seems to be the best way to do it.

Just a thought.

Corrupt to the core 3

Corrupt to the core 3.

So my update on the keystone cops. These officers of the law, who decided it would be fine and ok to create a misrepresented report regarding the stalking I was experiencing have decided it would be ok to not update my report, for the last six months.

As you all know, I have been trying for the last six months to get the report updated, instead the keystone cops have used every staling method in the book.

Now what the little officers of the law are doing is they are parading outside my apartment when I leave my home. I do feel special. I noticed it the last several times, they will get several cars to drive by my me at the same time, when I leave. This is so just going to impress me, and get me to change my mind about having the report updated. Synchronised police stalking. Very impressive, good technique, nice style, an A for effort, but that first car was not in perfect formation. I am going to have to deduct points for that.

Yes the worlds largest armed street gang of thugs, are refusing to do the right thing, what a shock. Maybe if they would stop handing my report back to officer hooker, the report would freaking get updated. At this stage, it's clear that someone wants a pissing contest, ok, not really looking for one, but I am going to get that report updated, removed, or whatever.

Now for the officers who might be trying to do the right thing, I am sorry to have to write this report, but it has to be done. There are some real criminal elements in your company, I don't just mean those officers in the drug squad unit, who were all arrested for selling drugs, or the officers arrested for the showdowns and extorting money from store owners, or the officers arrested on other questionable charges. I mean the ones who bend and pervert justice on a daily basis, by not upholding the law. Now these criminal activities may not be as blatant, or obvious, but it is just as reprehensible and damaging to society, as the ones listed about. Now I am sure there might be some officers trying to do the right thing under these circumstance, however it's clear to me, and large chunks of society that there are even more that are simply not doing the right thing, and that are making no effort to do the right thing.

To serve and protect, what does that really mean? Who are you serving? Yourselves or the public? Cause all I am seeing are some very self serving attitudes, just because you have a blue wall of silence around you, does not mean it's a blanket and open ticket to do the wrong things continually, oh but it's being used that way. To protect? Who are you truly protecting nowadays? The public or yourselves? You have most of society snitching and whoring themselves out for you, lying to them that this is making society a safer place, when in reality, it's not a safer place, because those sworn to serve and protect continually do the wrong thing. It's shameful. Again for those trying to do the right thing, I mean you no disrespect, I do not feel that those trying to do the right thing, should ever be equated or judged by the same standards, unfortunately all too often that is what happens.

This is one of the main components of why society is what it is. Not only do I get the parade of cars, but I have seen officers out on patrol at the same time, and I see the snitches and their reactions at those times, and they look scared, and that is not the interaction that the public should be having with the police. I do realise that we are living in corrupt times, and that these are weird and bizarre times, but this is ridiculous. All that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing. For the decent officers out there, I would ask you to consider this saying the next time you ignore conscience and see someone doing something that i s not right or correct. For those who are trying to do the right things, then I hope you will continue to be encouraged to do the right thing. For those who have never done the right thing, then how about seeing how the other side lives?

It is by little degree such as this that society get ruined, this is why you hear about places, where the whole police department has to be suspended or removed, because they create these little cliques, that are about themselves, and nothing else, and the public will never be best served with such underpinnings. You hear about other places, where the whole society is corrupt, and no one goes to the police, because they are viewed the same way. It's by little degrees such as this that the society continues to get perverted. This is how you can have almost an entire drug squad unit selling drugs. This blue wall of silence serves no one, and is not helping society. Then when the blue wall fails, and the corruption is just too much, the officers then get to investigate themselves? Can justice ever be done this way, and yet with many in society asking for a change to this portion of the system, we see the same thing happening over and over again.

It's a shame and a travesty but it is the system that we have been gifted with and it's the system we must work within, and persist at if decency is ever to prevail.

So you want a revolution?

So you say you want a revolution?

This is something that has been playing in my head. I don't know why.

Youtube

It's such a happy song, and the Beatles look like they are having just so much fun singing this. I keep thinking what could have been so bad about John Lennon, that the State had to follow him around, and then his eventual assassination, but of course I know the answer, he had a following of millions of people and he was teaching those anti-establishment ideas that the state just hates so much.

Men like him, Martin Luther, Jesus just don't seem harmful, but that's to innocent naive minds like mine. Not to a brutal state, they are horrible evil threats, that needed to be removed.
You say you want a revolution
Well you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know you can count me out

Don't you know it's gonna be alright
Alright, alright

You say you got a real solution
Well you know
We don't love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well you know
We're doing what we can
But if you want money for people with minds that hate
All I can tell you is brother you have to wait

Don't you know it's gonna be alright
Alright, alright, al...

You say you'll change the constitution
Well you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well you know
You better free your mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow

Don't you know know it's gonna be alright
Alright, alright

Alright, alright
Alright, alright
Alright, alright
Alright, alright
So I was thinking about this, and what it would really mean in today's modern society to plan a revolution. Keeping in mind that a year ago, I could not have conceived that there could be anything in my society to revolt against, or want to revolt against, maybe lower taxes, but nothing like this.
Again how you would revolt and what exactly you would revolt against is not clear. I mean the dictates of the state are being upheld by regular people, so if you really don't want to go along with this, then just don't.

Ask for people you can vote for who will change this, but if you want to do this revolution thing the old fashion way here are some thoughts.

If you are going to do a physical rebellion, first of all, who or what exactly would you physically rebel against? Again isn't it like shooting yourselves in the foot, when you could just stop submitting to peer pressure and just say no? Maybe that's just over simplified.

Ok some thoughts on what you are up against.

First if you are rebelling, then you clearly have to have a better system in place right, or concept or idea, and people who are honest, moral and decent who are going to make that happen right? Cause you don't want to be out of the frying pan and into the fire, getting rid of one brutal and oppressive, dishonest state for another. Also since the world has always been like this to some degree, I am thinking some other bogus constitutional change would be the better course of action.

Second our current society have some horrible tricks up their sleeves. If anyone has missed it, our local police are becoming more and more militarized every year.

I have read of some cases where they are going over seas and being trained by the Israel military?

Infowars

Democraticunderground
While the Drug War had been the main subject regarding this effect, everything has been pushed into overdrive as a result of the War on Terror. Now, ordinary drug users are being seen as accomplices of terrorists, let alone those involved in the distribution and sale of narcotics....

Also, cyber-terror has been lumped into the mix, leading to the specter of a SEAL raid on Hong Kong or Taiwanese hackers, leaving nerds with their brains splattered all over their computer monitors from the fire of milled, not stamped, Heckler & Koch submachine guns from a distance of 3 feet, shot in the back of the head.....

See, a military target can be killed without compunction or remorse. A military target has no rights. He is the moral equivalent of Saddam Hussein or Osama Bin Laden, to be given no quarter, to be taken out by any means necessary, with the survival of friendlies being given a much higher priority than the survival of innocents who may be caught in the crossfire. (After all, they are "collateral damage," or, better, "were being used as 'human shields'.")

From here on, the oath to guard America from enemies both foreign, and domestic, trumps all law established to restrain police, since the police are the military, and the military is the police. Terrorists, and accomplices of terrorists, might be killed, if desirable, on the spot, without benefit of a trial, evidence, or the opportunity for a defense before a jury of one's peers. Any number of propagandist slogans can be used to cover for such actions, such as, "He had it coming," "His peers are scum," and "He's not One Of Us."
Satellites

Washington Post
The Bush administration has approved a plan to expand domestic access to some of the most powerful tools of 21st-century spycraft, giving law enforcement officials and others the ability to view data obtained from satellite and aircraft sensors that can see through cloud cover and even penetrate buildings and underground bunkers.
Just picture you in the movie Enemy of the state instead of Will Smith. (I will let you look up the movie clip for this one.) I mean not only can these suckers track you on land, but now they can view you in underground bunkers? Yet they still could never find Bin Laden. :eyeroll:

So not only can you not plan your rebellion in the open, but then when you take it underground, you are going to be spied on. Unlike the The Gunpowder Plot rebellion with Guy Fawkes, which the movie V 4 Vendetta alludes to. They just had snitches to worry about, but you would have snitches and spy satellites. Imagine V trying to plot his little rebellion under those conditions?

Snitches

Probably the most effective weapon of the state. Oppression of the people by the people. A whole society of snitches. People spying on each other and not knowing who they can trust, cause a rebellion hardly happens without plotting, and to plot you probably need people, unless you are resourceful like the movie character V.

So to begin with you have a society of people with not the best morals, and many with no sense of family or community loyalty, but a sense of loyalty to the State. Russia really knew what they were doing. So does this society now. So with most of society snitching and spying on each other, how you would even trust each other to plot together is beyond me. This would be one of the biggest obstacles to overcome, figuring out who to trust. (That's easy, no one?)

Spy cameras

OK currently Britain is the most heavily laden society with these spy cameras. Let's see how many spy cameras per person. Oh and don't worry, your society is soon to follow.
Per capita there are more surveillance cameras in the UK than any other country in the world - more than a million according to one recent estimate.

The average city dweller can expect to be captured on film every five minutes. Almost 500,000 low budget CCTV kits have been bought in the last three years.

At this rate, by 2015 there will be no such thing as a secret place in our city centres, according to Simon Davies, of the pressure group Privacy International.
For the time being they are still counting on humans to monitor the data. Have you seen the ones that talk to you yet? Those are apparently loads of fun.

Brain reading devices

Yes it's no longer ok to think bad thoughts, think nice thoughts, think nice thoughts. Ok maybe just some naughty ones, but nothing against the state, cause they can monitor you and arrest you for it. Well they can monitor you for it, but no laws that we know of have been passed yet, for arrest, but you know if there is a movie plot about this, the rest is likely to be coming.

The research breaks controversial new ground in scientists' ability to probe people's minds and eavesdrop on their thoughts, and raises serious ethical issues over how brain-reading technology may be used in the future.

The team used high-resolution brain scans to identify patterns of activity before translating them into meaningful thoughts, revealing what a person planned to do in the near future. It is the first time scientists have succeeded in reading intentions in this way.

Ok now I have to admit, I have not seen the movie with Tom cruise yet, but since the real live version of this is about to hit, does anyone have a copy of Minority Report they want to lend me?

I will let you look up the movie clip on this one.

Echelon

When it's baby brother is not interpreting your thoughts, Echelon is listing to what you are saying. Keep in mind it's not just Echelon listening in. Anything we have, any device we have that has a microphone can be turned into a listening device. We can even be listened in on via our land line phones, when they are on the hook. Cell phones, laptops, pda devices, can be listened in on remotely. Remember the mobster who was taken down because they remotely planted software on his cell phone so they could listen to his conversations in the room, even when the cell phone is turned off? As long as it has a microphone or it's a communication device, then watch your back.

We have this scary society that likes to listen in to what we are saying and wants to watch what we are doing.
In the greatest surveillance effort ever established, the US National Security Agency (NSA) has created a global spy system, codename ECHELON, which captures and analyzes virtually every phone call, fax, email and telex message sent anywhere in the world. ECHELON is controlled by the NSA and is operated in conjunction with the Government Communications Head Quarters (GCHQ) of England, the Communications Security Establishment (CSE) of Canada, the Australian Defense Security Directorate (DSD), and the General Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) of New Zealand. These organizations are bound together under a secret 1948 agreement, UKUSA, whose terms and text remain under wraps even today.

The ECHELON system is fairly simple in design: position intercept stations all over the world to capture all satellite, microwave, cellular and fiber-optic communications traffic, and then process this information through the massive computer capabilities of the NSA, including advanced voice recognition and optical character recognition (OCR) programs, and look for code words or phrases (known as the ECHELON “Dictionary”) that will prompt the computers to flag the message for recording and transcribing for future analysis. Intelligence analysts at each of the respective “listening stations” maintain separate keyword lists for them to analyze any conversation or document flagged by the system, which is then forwarded to the respective intelligence agency headquarters that requested the intercept. PROMIS

Prosecutors Management Information Systems

Something that can track you so well, it knows when you are sleeping, knows when you are awake, probably knows if you have been good or bad, so be good for goodness sake. I don't know if it makes a list and checks it twice though, have to get back to you on that one.

From the wilderness
What was it designed to do?

Designed as case-management software for federal prosecutors, PROMIS has the ability to combine disparate databases, and to track people by their involvement with the legal system.
What are some PROMIS capabilities?

What would you do if you possessed software that could think, understand every language in the world, that provided peep holes into everyone else’s computer “dressing rooms,” that could insert data into computers without people’s knowledge, that could fill in blanks beyond human reasoning and also predict what people would do - before they did it?....

Commenting on the capabilities of PROMIS, Mike Ruppert
states that “Mated with artificial intelligence it is
capable of analyzing not only an individual’s, but also
a community’s entire life, in real time. It is also
capable of issuing warnings when irregularities appear
and of predicting future movements based upon past
behavior.”
I did a pretty In-depth look at PROMIS earlier this year, so if you want to have a gander at what it can do, check out the full blog post.
a). The venture, from the intelligence point of view, was a major success. Suspected dissidents couldn’t move anywhere without Big Brother watching them. Even if they traveled under a false name, various characteristics, such as height, hair color, age, were fed into roadside terminals and PROMIS searched through its database looking for a common denominator. It would be able to tell an army commander that a certain dissident who was in the north three days before had caught a train, then a bus, stayed at a friend’s house, and was now on the road under a different name. That’s how frightening the system was. By late 1985 virtually all dissidents - and an unknown number of unidentified innocents - had been rounded up. In a country whose rulers had no patience for such people, 20,000 government opponents either died or disappeared.
Needless to say if you are having a rebellion, it will know before you do where you are staying and likely who you are staying with, as it and it's brothers track you around the globe.

Active Denial Weapons.

What can I say about these? Well they are actively being tested out on Iraqi citizen's right now. They are painful and yet if they don't kill you, but just fry the inside of you apparently it's ok, and they are approved for use. Once they finish testing these babies out on the Iraqi population and you try to have your rebellion, then it will be your turn.

Global Security
Active Denial Technology is a breakthrough non-lethal technology that uses millimeter-wave electromagnetic energy to stop, deter and turn back an advancing adversary from relatively long range. It is expected to save countless lives by providing a way to stop individuals without causing injury, before a deadly confrontation develops.
Mindfully
The ultimate weapon

Electromagnetic weapons operate at the speed of light; they can kill, torture and enslave; but the public are largely unaware that they exist, because these weapons operate by stealth and leave no physical evidence. Electromagnetic weapons have been tested on human beings since 1976. By widely dispersing the involuntary human test-subjects, and vehemently attacking their credibility, it has been possible for the United States to proceed with these human experiments unhindered by discussions or criticisms, let alone opposition.

This ultimate weapon system is currently being deployed in Iraq. The US Air Force and the Marine Corps refer to it as “active denial technology”, as if it were used purely for defense, but it is not
Yeah feel the burn. People are feeling the burn and we should be doing what we can to ensure their rights the same way we would our own, because what will be used against them, will be used against us later on. Sooner than later.

Your selves.

And let's say you defeat all those demons at the end of the day, you still have the biggest obstacle to overcome, that's right yourselves. The people who subscribed to this madness in the first place, the people who let this system continue for so long, you can over come a system, but if you don't first free your minds, change your mentality and attitudes you will be right back where you came from.

It's like the Israelites being freed from the Egyptians, and coming through the red sea, 40 years in the dessert, and these wars and battles to cleanse the land, and the moment they had the chance to what did the people do? Why they choose a King from amongst themselves to rule over them. So everyone can blame a state all they want, but the people have to take responsibility for the state of things as well.

Brookwitt
Samuel was not very happy about this so he took the matter to God. "And the Lord told him: "Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king. As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you. Now listen to them but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will do" (I Samuel 8:7-9).

So God said okay, if they want to make someone other than me their king fine, but warn them that it will not be good. Samuel went back to the people and told them this but they insisted on having a king. "'No!' they said. ‘We want a king over us. Then we will be like all the other nations, with a king to lead us and to go out before us and fight our battles" (I Sam. 8:20). God's people did not trust that He would go before them and fight for them. They wanted a man to protect and rule over them. God warned them but ultimately let them make the decision. "Listen to them and give them a king" (I Sam. 8:22).
The same thing happened in Lord Of The Rings. I will let you look up the movie clip.

If you wanted change, change would happen, you have the power to do this, you either don't realise it, or are too scared, or mentally bound to make the change, or you really just don't want change and then that's all good too. It was just some early morning thoughts and ramblings that I thought I would share with you.

Ok I am actually going to attempt to sleep, but the Beatles song keep playing on in the background. Ok now I am on to some 80's clip trip. Just as good.

Double suicide, sounds like gang stalking. Part 2

Wit of the staircase
The harassment Mr. Wit and I are still enduring featured as its centerpiece an FBI file I earned as an undergrad in Detroit for protesting the plant closings there and doing other labor organizing. I also wrote several eloquent articles for Wayne State University's student newspaper demanding a Federal investigation into the Iran-Contra cover up when I was a freshman.

Wit's family has generations of working class factory workers on my father's side, and generations of academic specialists in radical political movements on my mother's side. My mother, who currently works at Wayne State University and has a PhD in politcal science that is focused on Black Panther and other radical movements in the Midwest, also recently received harassing phone calls, as did my younger brother.
That is in Theresa Duncan’s own words. I have no way of confirming if she really did have an FBI file, but if it's anything like spying101.com then large chunks of democratic societies do. In a controlled society such as this, we probably all have files to an extent, be it eschelon, or other spying programs. We now even have approval for satellites that can see through buildings, and underground bunkers.

I do know that according to what others have said about her blog, that in life she spoke and wrote well, very eloquent, and sophisticated.

In death I know that there is a concerted effort to make her look increasingly paranoid, and like someone who would take her life, and the truth is probably somewhere in between.

Theresa and Jeremy if they were targets of this sort of societal harassment had money, and his career was from what I have read was rising. This alone would set them apart from other targets.

Other things I found out about them, in my brief information collection session.

http://www.laweekly.com/news/news/the-theresa-duncan-tragedy/16942/?page=2
Then, a manager at Magnet questioned the racially tinged humor and recommended that the Shoo-fly Pie project be shelved. Gesue says Duncan lost control, shouting wildly — and was escorted from the building — a story confirmed to the Weekly by another former Magnet employee. Other staff packed up Duncan’s office things. Yet the two estranged friends still “had to do a photo shoot. It was awful. It was the last time I saw her.”
It would be nice to have both sides of this story. Again it's too common for people to have their reputations trashed and they get to have no recourse after the fact.

Blogtown
This morning, the LA Times has a fascinating story that chronicles the couple’s detachment from reality. One tidbit from the story really jumped out:

Blake and Duncan were sure people were conspiring against them — in particular, the Church of Scientology.

In a 27-page “chronology” written by Blake in October in preparation for a lawsuit against the church that was never filed, he alleges the couple was “methodically defamed, harassed, followed and threatened” by Scientologists. The document lists Tom Cruise, filmmaker-artist-author Miranda July, writer-director Paul Thomas Anderson, former Viacom Chief Executive Tom Freston, alternative rocker Beck and Art Forum Editor Tim Griffin, among others, as players in the dispute. In addition, a number of Hollywood talent agents and major league art collectors were accused of being in on the conspiracy…

Also in the chronology, Miranda July is accused of spreading unspecified defamation about Duncan in New York and is identified as a “Scientologist filmmaker” even though she is not affiliated with the church. July declined to comment. And a spokeswoman for the Church of Scientology, Karin Pouw, called the conspiracy allegations “bizarre.”

It’s clear that Blake’s accusation is baseless; the article also writes, “In the spring of 2006, according to the chronology, Blake and Duncan began documenting cars with Florida license plates and graffiti (some allegedly resembling Duncan’s signature) in their neighborhood as more evidence of the conspiracy. Around this time, Blake tossed urine onto the barbecue of neighbors who the couple suspected were Scientologists.”
The more I read little blurbs like this it reminds me of things other targets have described, and the difficulty many have had with trying to prove high profile members of society are in on things. Why is it so hard to believe for those who don't know. Not only is this societal to begin with, but society is like one big sorority. I would not be surprised if many of the assertations they were making had some validity to them. I would however be surprised if it could ever be proven.

It's also interesting how they were focused in on scientologists as the main people stalking and harassing them, alternatively I have encountered others who are focused on Masons, others who focus on gangs, other who focus on extremist groups, other who focus on religious groups. Yet they all seem to be correct in their own ways. In their micro-cosem, that is what they are experiencing, but on a macro scale it's more elaborate, and wide scale than ever dreamed possible. It's a complete systemic system of control, and they just use whatever is handy, but also it would seem that they try to use nemesis, or groups you might not like, they play of fear, racism, sexism, phobia's, stereotypes.

If you are rich they use the poor, if you are black they use white, if you are poor they use the rich, if you are gay they use religious groups, I have had religious people tell me that they are being stalked by groups of gay men, and I have had others tell me it's gangs that they are being stalked by, and others tell me it's most definitely Masons. See I no longer doubt they are all correct and yet all wrong.

I don't know what these groups are being told about the people that get targeted, but since this is societal anyways, does it really matter?

In the spring of 2006, according to the chronology, Blake and Duncan began documenting cars with Florida license plates and graffiti (some allegedly resembling Duncan's signature) in their neighborhood as more evidence of the conspiracy. Around this time, Blake tossed urine onto the barbecue of neighbors who the couple suspected were Scientologists. He and Duncan were living in an office complex adjacent to Muse Productions' Venice offices after having been evicted from their apartment when Schlei encountered Blake shortly before the couple moved to New York in early 2007.

"He got a job at Rockstar," Schlei said. "He said, 'I like New York better. It's going to be awesome. I'm going into a new phase.' "

After the couple moved into the church apartment, Father Morales recalls them rapidly integrating into the church community. The two attended service every Sunday, a new thing for them, and kept a Bible on their coffee table. On July 3, Duncan helped orchestrate a benefit for restoration of the church.

Asked if he thought Blake and Duncan were running away from something, Morales said: "They felt they were being harassed by certain individuals. I have no way of knowing if it's true. I'd say, 'You're here now. We'll protect you.' I did sense they felt this was a sanctuary for them. They felt they had gotten away."
I did read that she had been writing about MK Ultra and so it would seem they were not unfamiliar with Mind Control programs, wither they knew about the gang stalking aspect of it is still not clear. It does seem that they somewhat fled from L.A. to New York earlier this year, but the fresh start did them little good. I find it interesting the mention of graffiti found resembling Duncan's signature. It brings back memories of the suicide note that Anthony Brina found in his own handwriting, that he did not write.

When stuff like this happens I guess it's just easier for society to write them off as paranoids that took their own lives, not saying that that's not what happened, but from everything that I can see, they do seem to fit with what other gang stalking targets have gone through.

They started going to church and kept a copy of the bible on their coffee table. Not much point in running from something that is systemic, but you can try. Moving in this case did not help. The interesting thing is that even with money, social standing and popularity it did not help stop this assault. Much like when John Lennon reported being followed around. From what I have read of Duncan her blog was extremely popular, and well read and liked, yet there was no one it seems who could help them. They still grew increasingly cut off and isolated, well why not, when everyone is in on the joke but you.

It's sad, not just because they were more visible targets than others, but something out there should have been able to come to their rescue in time. I know there is no point of trying to make sense of this right now, I mean without all the details and background information, it's hard to put together a full picture.

I guess I will do what I can do which is just pray for them. Hope that they have found safety and peace that they could not find here. Do my best to help the targets that are here, and hope that someday people find the will, and the understanding to see that a system that does things like this to seemingly nice people, is probably not a good system.

The sad part is this will probably hold the worlds interest for all of two seconds and then they will move on to the next scoope and the next scandal, but for those two seconds, I hope that we can try to illicit something good from this, something useful, so that things may be better for other targets of this insane system, that seemingly controls society.

Double suicide. Sounds like gang stalking

Calanderlive

This artice was brought to my attention. It's regarding the double suicde of two people. The thing that's interesting about their suicide is that it sounds like gang stalking.

Here are some choice clips.
It's been just eight days since rising art star Jeremy Blake was seen wandering into the ocean off New York's Rockaway Beach -- presumably to his death -- a week after he discovered that his blogger-filmmaker girlfriend, Theresa Duncan, had taken her life in their East Village apartment.

But the apparent double suicide of this glamorous, intellectual couple has confounded and disturbed the art world in New York, London and Los Angeles, where they lived together for several years. Many were shocked by the turn of events while others noted that the couple had acted strangely in their final months together.

According to several friends and art world peers, the two believed they were being stalked and harassed by Scientologists, an abiding fear that soured old friendships and made some of their respective working relationships difficult.
They thought they were being stalked by scientologists. Other targets think it's just Masons, others think it's religious groups, others think it's skin heads, others think it's gangs. It's societal, and it's happening to more people than I ever dared to dream or imagine, most times it never hit's the papers. The only time you get hints of this are in the case of people like Kilmeer Gill the Montreal shooter, if they left a blog, other wise you usually don't get this info published. This is usually never published because it's systemic, and it's being used to control certain people, the reason we are even hearing about this more is because we have the Internet. It's been happening for how long in society? We just never realized.
Christine Nichols, a colleague and friend of Blake's since 1998, produced two art exhibitions, two books and a record in conjunction with the artist through the New York art gallery she co-founded, Works on Paper Inc. Nichols dates the couple's rising sense of "paranoia" to around 2004, two years after Blake created an album cover for alternative-rock star Beck, who is a practicing Scientologist.

"They thought Scientologists were really harassing them," Nichols said. "They would say, 'They are following us, harassing our landlord.' I did not see any evidence of that.
No body ever sees evidence of that. So the targets come off looking all paranoid. The same thing that I have talked about for the last year. The landlord being harassed, they are lucky that they even found that much out. Most targets never do. See in their case in was scientologists, I have had gay men tell me it's religious groups, and I have had others tell me it's skin heads, others tell me it's Masons.
"But it got to be something that was huge to them -- a 'You're either with us or against us' thing where if you didn't believe them, you weren't on their side. The story they had woven in paranoia and conspiracies took over part of their lives. A lot of us couldn't understand that acting out."
This is the sad part, it forces the targets into this sense of isolation. You don't want to be isolated, but when you are coming up against something so weird and all encompassing this is usually the safest path and most targets will choose this path. I have heard of other couples targeted this way. I always thought it would be easier if there were two targets instead of one, but I have not seen any evidence of that. Being stalked and targeted is being stalked and targeted, single or together.
Duncan and Blake, who were together for 12 years, are recalled as an impossibly good-looking, intellectually vigorous and socially popular pair of soul mates who moved gracefully among a set of likewise brainy, moneyed people who occupy the intersection of art and technology on both coasts.

According to Lance Kinz, director of Kinz, Tillou and Feigen gallery in New York, which shows Blake's digital paintings and films, Duncan's suicide and Blake's disappearance have confounded many people.

"They were both highly ambitious and successful and had achieved a lot. They were energetic in their creative pursuits," Kinz said. "The biggest surprise is that Jeremy would sacrifice what he had worked so hard to achieve and had been so excited about.
Sounds like they probably fit the target profile very well. However until I can find out more I don't want to judge it too much.

Then there is the question of her suicide. If they really were targets, was her death really a suicide? How about his?

There are so many weird variables when it comes to gang stalking and so many questions that you have to ask yourself.

I do know this for sure however, if they were targets, and they did die, then we failed, just a little bit. As targets of this harassment, our jobs should be getting the word out, blogging, posting on forums, and just making as many people aware of this as possible.

It's possible that if they were targets of this, that they had no idea about gang stalking or the rest of this. I am ever increasingly surprised at how isolated targets can become when it comes to this stuff.

I do believe if you are a target of this societal form of control, that it's your job to make none targets, and unaware targets aware of what is going on. The poor me thing only goes so far, remember if you are aware of this stuff, then you are luckier than most targets, and you know that you are not alone.

I just found out about it, so I have not had a chance to research it or find out more, but before the article is removed from cyber space, I thought it would be best to post and blog about it. (I am not joking, the washington post link has already been removed, renamed, not found, whatever.)

Washington Post

I would say more, but I am going to keep this posting really short.

The Alternatives

Voice to skull

Ok this is something I don't know a lot about but apparently it's real enough. Apparently the government has technology that has been around for a few decades now that can transmit sound directly into the human brain.

Now they have technology such as this available for commercial use, but what they use is a beam of light that transmits sound if someone is standing directly in the spotlight. You can get one of these babies retail for a few thousand dollars. Nice trick to play on your friends.

Electronic Harassment

Although I have experienced this, almost on a daily basis since last year, I don't know as much about it as I should. I can tell you it seems to be used to keep targets in line, get them to comply with this systemic structure of control that is in place.

I can tell you that they use it at home and at work, and that in a workforce of 30 people who were aware that this was happening, they just complied with what was ongoing. It almost makes me sick to write that, because it reminds me so much of Germany WWII and the compliance that was and would have been in place at that time.

Good to know that humans are the same across the board.

Anyways electronic harassment, from what I can see it's used for control purposes, to keep targets in line, and for tracking purposes. This way they know where you are in your home.
I like to think of it as a compass and you are the needle, that's what it feels like. The slightest vibration sense out waves and you vibrate just a little across the surface of where you are. Electromagnetic energy.

From what I can also seem, they seem to have a habit of trying to disrupt targets as they are drifting into REM, which of course can have devastating affects for a target trying to go to work the next day, trying to drive, or just leaving them cranky so that when they do get provoked in public they are primed for the harassment.

The electronic or eharassment is painful, and I have heard of devastating physical and psychological consequences for targets who have experienced this for years at a time.
It's a really good idea for any target of gang stalking to look into sheilding early. Even if you are not yet a target, they will usually bring this into place at some point down the line.
Remember this is a controlled system. What is happening is systemic. The majority of society from what I can see is aware of this, fully participating in this, and have been for some time. For some reason if you are a target, you managed to come through society and miss that this is how society is. I know I did, and for some reason we did not comply, or were not in
compliance with this controlled system. They also it would seem that they had no way to control, bribe, bully, cohered, threaten, blackmail, and so they had to go to this method.
What I thought was accidental conditioning of targets is pretty purposeful. They have been looking into psychologically conditioning the population for some time, and you know what, it seems to be working. Bully for them.

Gang Stalking

So gang stalking seems to be the primary way of control. Like the olden days where they used shame as a method of punishment for outsiders. This is nothing new. Trying to beat targets into control, not via physical means, but psychological means, just as effective if not even more effective.

Mind Control

This is what it's all about, controlling the minds of the populous. I really don't know a lot about mind control. I do know that what we watch, listen to, are being used to effectively program society. Even the advertisements are being used in this manner. I do know that if you work in a place where you take calls, you might be getting exposed to neurolingist programing,
and just before I left my job, I realized it was being used in some way as a form of control.
How does this affect you and what can you do? Well if you are a target you can be aware and make other targets aware. If you have no idea what this posting is about, then it would be hard to explain. You really have to experience or feel this to understand it, or there is a good chance that you will not believe it. If you already know what is going on, then you are either fully compliant with the system, or hoping to get out of the system. I don't think I missed anyone?
Direct radio and tv.

Other things targets have reported. Advertisement that was aimed directly at them, or even radio or tv broadcasts that have been aimed at them. I have not experienced this myself, (If i have I was really not aware.) but based on what I have seen, it's not outside of the realm of the very probable.

Spam.

Spam directed at them. I have experienced this, and I can confirm this. Depending on your situation or sensitivity or recent events, you might notice this. I would get this a lot early on before I knew what was going on. On Mark M. Rich's web site, he had a few pics of spam all about Red. In the title of almost all his spam there was something about the color red, or with
the word red. His sensitivity of course had been the color red. The visual presentation of what was being done is something to watch. The spam was all from a variety of sources, but the same sort of spam. He had documented it more than once, and the pics really helped you to see what he was talking about.

Removal of things from stores.

Targets have reported removal of specific products from stores. From what I can see this is correct. Why the bother is anyones guess, but I would say from what I can see, with a few very specific incidents that won't be discussed here, this is very correct.

The thing you have to remember is that you are that important. You are an annomoly to a systemic system of control. For some reason when growing up you were not fully initiated intothis systemic system of control. In a slave or controlled society such as this, anyone not going along with the systemor able to be controlled by the system is seen as a threat. This is why they try to keep targets busy with being harassed, job less, betrayed, and because we are on the outside looking inthe time we spend figuring out what's happening, and trying to control our lives, is time we could be spending on so many otherthings. In a controlled system like this, we want to keep the populous controlled by distracting them with mindless entertainment, unproductive lives, (much like some of the support groups for gang stalking),ruined relationships, decadence. Stress, fear, rinse, repeate.

It's all very subtle and so cleaver, that if you are not aware of this system, you would miss it all together. They are kept in control with fear, a sense of loyalty to the state, and just like people who watch big brother on tv, they get to experience the real thing with targets. Spying on them, listening to them, tracking them. Even wonder why so much reality tv has cropped up? Guess real life was just not real enough.

When things happen in the world, there is the official version of the story and then the real version. Not everything is a conspiracy, but so much is that it's hard to believe it.
I really recommend targets watch the matrix. For a decade I thought it was the stupidest movie, and that real life could never be like that. When you are naive, you just don't know better.

MORPHEUS The Matrix is everywhere, it's all around us, here even in this room. You can see it out your window, or on your television. You feel it when you go to work, or go to church or pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.

NEO What truth?

MORPHEUS That you are a slave, Neo. That you, like everyone else, was born into bondage... ... kept inside a prison that you cannot smell, taste, or touch. A prison for your mind.

Oh other interesting stuff. The research that is being done by the government on remote viewing, ESP, and other psychic phenomenon. Interesting stuff, and ever wonder why the government would be so interested in pre-cognition and all this other stuff?

Anyways just some quick food for thought, don't want to over load anyone, or weird anyone out more than I already am.

Hypothetical

The following is reposted by request. It 's a record of a forum conversation conducted some months ago regarding gang stalking/Covert Investigations that has now been removed. The following was a "hypothetical conversation" between GS, and BB another poster.

BB-
1. I was talking to a friend about all the posts concerning Gang Stalking and community policing, and we came up with these things that we think may help counter the stalking.
2. (Intended For entertainment purposes only, and on the assumption such a thing as Gang Stalking exists of course, so don’t take any of this seriously).
He he he he.
3. Have friends sign up for community policing, so you have some one on the inside.
4. Walk your block, any were you can have a good vantage point of the area, is were they will be, so if you see some one there, it will probably be them. (Identifying, them is half the battle).
5. Bug your own car, in case they set you up, use voice or sound activated tape recorders when ever you can, like in your home. If some one comes in while you are out, you now have a voice. Carry one under your shirt.
6. Start your own data base; always have a camera or video with you ALLWAYS. Record possible faces and cars. (You could say you are making a movie or you are an artist as a reason for always being seen taking pictures of cars and people).
7. Lead them to areas were you know there is not much traffic or people, have a friend hide with a video cam, to catch the car plates and the people in the cares if he/she can.
8. (Call the friend from a pay phone).
9. If you are set up, take as many of them to jail with you as you can (set them up, he he he just kidding). If you can’t figure who set them on you, them implicate your known enemies, as drug dealers or rats or other. If you go down when they go through your computer or diary, and there is the names of the locals you think may be involved; now they are in the hot seat to.
10. Get a friend to call and find out were they meet and collect as much info as possible.
11. Have your lawyer ask if the accuser, or accusers, are, or have ever been, a part of community policing, and if they have ever been told to follow or monitor you, then lead to how often and how many people involved. (to show stalking).
12. Freedom of information form can be filled out by your lawyer, ask to see if the local police have ever had you under surveillance, for how long, how many involved, and if community policing was used. And why.
13. Place small peaces of paper on top of your door when you close it or tie a hair across it, or place a small breakable fuse under door mats when you leave to see if they have been disturbed when you get back home.
14. Spread pepper to through dogs of from smelling around or in your home, the basement in particular.
15. Keep a diary, and make burn CDs of all video and pictures you have of them. Make lots of copies, and mail or email them to your self or friends to keep.
16. Have more than one email address.
17. When possible have other people use you computer, (with in reason), if anything is planted by the stalkers now you are not the only one that has used it.
18. Call work (payphone) take the occasional impromptu long drive late Sunday.
You don’t have to go to work they do, and they (probably as many as four cars) will all have to pay gas. (Gets expensive for volunteers).
19. Bike up one way streets, (just kidding that is eligal and dangerous, dont do it, he he he) this annoys them when they are in cars, or take your bike in the trunk then pull over lock your car then bike.
20. When they stalk you in cars they will run a box type pattern, two or three will get in front of you and then one will split to the left and right to monitor if you turn right or left one will stay in front and one will be behind you by a few blocks. You are now boxed in no matter what direction you turn. Exhaust them and there gas and resources by walking or driving a few docks in one direction then go back then reverse it, you travel less than they do they spend money.
21. When you see one of them approach them, and ask for the time, or start a conversation there friends will gather, but they are not supposed to talk to you as they may find out you are innocent and this will cause them to question there superiors, and there operation could be jeopardized.
22. If they cause you to loose your job, then you have complete control over the hours you sleep and were you go, make them follow you at three or four in the morning then switch your sleeping pattern.
23. Condition them to expect certain behavior (walk at the same time every day, go to the same coffee shop), then when you need to you can throw them a curve.
24. Be around people as much as possible.
25. Get a police background check done on your self, it costs about $25.00 then when it comes back clear use it to try to join community policing, (now they cant say they did not know you were innocent and not a criminal, in court this is a good tool).
26. Have friends get the police check done and have them join community policing, so you have inside information to confirm you are being stalked.
27. Do volunteer work in the community to improve you image and to cause the stalkers to doubt why they are stalking someone that is helping the community. And to be around people and to stay sane.
28. Don’t be a victim; use your imagination to set them up and to expose them. Dont assume there is no counter to Gang Stalking, if it was invented by man it can be broken or counterd by man.
Don’t take any of this seriously it is all hypothetical and not intended as advise of any kind. As we all know Gang Stalking does not exist. He he he he.

GS-
Thank you for the hypothetical suggestions.
Yeah well apparently gang stalking does not exist, from what I can see it was set up as disinformation to lead targets astray from these stupid insidious Cointelpro type investigations that are happening to innocent people in society.
They threw in just enough truth to make it feasable, so that when targets go to the police, who fully know what's happening, and start complaining about gang stalking, they get their butt's kicked, or get termed crazy, or whatever.

You have a covert investigation, where there people friends, families, employers, landlords etc, are contacted and told God know's what about these people, and then they get asked to spy on you. Also with the community civilian snitches, who use their little Stasi signal to communicate. (How appropriate.)

If I had known when this junk first began that that was what was going on, I could have gone straight to a lawyer, and said hey look, this is what seems to be going on, can you do anything? Instead I had to spend months looking into this, to try to figure out what is happening to the targets.

People like David Lawson who wrote terrorist stalking in America are either government agents spreading disinfo, or just really stupid. Considering the term gang stalking did not come along until after his first book, and now they seem to be trying to fade out the term it's so irritating.
From what I read about Kilmeer Gill, you know that Montreal shooter, it sounds like he might have been under watch for over 6 years. Things that were written in his blog, sound like this, and if that's the case, they might have driven him to a state where he was capable of hurting those people. I think the actions of these covert investigation are criminal themselves. Just like Cointelpro was criminal and conducted by the government, it's the same thing, but now they are using civilian spies to help ruin the lives of innocent people.

Do you know how many people are taking part in this, who don't know the harm they are doing to others, or the roles they are really playing? I think that the media have a responsibillity to report this stuff, and to do investigative documentaries about this stuff, but just like during the McCarthy era, they won't, and more innocent people will just get destroyed. It saddens me to realise that we are once again in such at time period.

With people trying to sensor this information. It really makes me very angry, that someone would censor information on something that is affecting innocent people. People have a right to know, and they trust the media to tell them. http://www.thestar.com/printArticle/201696
At least some of the truth is getting through, but it's a shame that more media people are not stepping up to the plate and trying to do the right thing. Whatever that is in our new survellence, snitch society, where everyone monitors everyone else.

BB-
What you say about Kilmeer Gill sounds possible, he did say he wanted to get away but that they wouldn’t let him, or something like that.
He sounded like he could have been Gang Stalked to the breaking point.
I don’t understand why people don’t legislate for:
1. Them to have identification displayed that could be easily seen from a distance for the safety of the people they follow and assume guilty, and for the safety of the general public, and the volunteers them self’s.
2. I am asking what safeguards are in place for the public, to show there is no abuse of power by the COPP type programs.
3. What is in place to stop them (COPP) targeting Natives or others, based on a bias or the word of someone with a grudge or even on the word of a cop.
4. Where are the neutral third parties and the transparency for the public to observe?
And question and watch them at will.
5. Where or at what point are the people targeted allowed to see the evidence against them and to disprove it to the COPP, Gang Stalkers?
6. What is the Government doing to be held accountable for the safety of the citizens on patrol volunteers, and the people they may follow, or Stalk, on behalf of the police (Hypothetical example).
7. Why are there no limits to the length of Stalking time to avoided disasters? Kilmeer Gill as possible example you have given. If the police have to have programs like COPP to Stalk or harass people for them then there should be a limit of two weeks or months. After that the police should do there own work, or have CSIS do it for them.

Have the COPP programs set them selves up as judge, jury, and executioner?
Inventing evidence when none is there to justify there existence?
The COPP programs volunteers would not be told that they are harassing innocent people, and most would not question there authority figures. They would simply be unaware that what they are being asked to do, is legal (hence the need for no identification on cars or persons).
Nor would they need to know they could be the cause of someone snapping or committing suicide, as you saw this is a real possibility. I guess it would all depend on how fanatical there leader is. All this is a possibility, so what precautions are in place?

And the problem comes when they start stalking people that are not criminals, but that may have been out spoken either against police or government or other groups.
Even a good person can be painted as a criminal when they (COPP programs) choose to use these tactics, with police backing.

I am not saying that this is the case, but Is this Russia are they the COPP programs against people having the right to answer to what ever COPP has accused them of, that may have caused the Gang Stalking in the first place?

What safeguards are in place by the Government for the public, to show there is no abuse of power by the COPP programs?
It they were to “gang stalk” people on behalf of the police or other force (just an example you understand).

I would think it would be dangerous to them, as most criminals are a little paranoid to begin with. Having them (alleged criminals) “gang stalked” on behalf of the police, would place them the citizens on patrol in danger, as they may be mistaken for other criminals or gang members.
Are these people required by the Government to wear easily seen identification on there cars and persons at all times?

Have the police ever gotten the citizens on patrol to follow or “Gang Stalk” people under a presumption of guilt rather than actual guilt?

After all the RCMP fiascos can we afford not to ask these questions and have safe guards put in place?

All of this is just wild speculation and rumor of course.

Why has no one tried to get inside there groups and expose them?

Why has no one tried to write a book outlining some of there tactics. And measures to counter there tactics (it would be a hell of a money maker).

All of this is just wild speculation and rumor of course, based on the assumption that such a thing as Gang Stalking by police sponsored vigilante type groups exists.

GS- Here is some more information on Gill and why I think he really was a target of this practice, and I think this is what lead to the shooting in Montreal. This is why I think what I do, and this is why I would like to see more media information about this.
http://www.thetrenchcoat.com/archives/1487-The-blogroll-on-Kimveer-Gill.html

For those with a short memory you might remember that Kimveer Gill was the young Montreal man who went on a shooting spree several months ago killing at least 1 person and wounding at least a dozen others.

Most people just wrote him off as a nut case who was into video games and mixed up fantasy with reality, a goth who hated society. For those of us who stopped to read some of his postings to gain clues to what might have happened, there is an angle that has not been discussed, that has not been talked about.

Here are some of his blog postings that I found really interesting.
Stop Bullying
It?s not only the bully?s fault you know!!
It?s the teachers and principals fault for turning a blind eye, just cuz it?s not their job. You *uckers are pathetic.
It?s the police?s fault for not doing anything when people conplain (oops, my mistake, the cops are corrupt sons of whores, so it?s not like they can do anything about it.)
*UCK THE POLICE
It?s society?s fault for acting like it?s normal for people to be assholes to each other. Society disgusts me.
It?s everyone?s fault for being so apathetic towards *ucking everything that doesn?t affect them personally. *UCK YOU SOCIETY.
It sounds like his bullying, which is what he called it, might have involved trying to get the police to do something, but it sounds like they not only did not do anything about the bullying, they also he ends with calling them corrupt. Why?

Not so outside the realm of what you might find in many other bullying cases, but here is something that is particularly interesting.

The above is taken from the trench coat site, where they have his blog postings. Now the last post was the one I found the most interesting, when doing research on this. Trying to understand if in fact the actions of others, did in part lead to the situation in Montreal, and if so what can be done to prevent it and avoid it in future.

I am wondering what guidelines there are in place for things like this, but after reading about Mahar Arar and the bs the CSIS and RCMP pulled, I realized there is no one moral at the gate. I mean they realised the man was innocent and did nothing to change the perception of his guilt and were willing to let him rot in some country where he was being tortured, and part of why he was on some list had more to do with who he had associated with in the past.

http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/arar/
Zaccardelli says he first learned that the Mounties had passed erroneous information about Arar on to U.S authorities after a public inquiry report was released by Justice Dennis O'Connor in the fall of 2006. In September that year, Zaccardelli told a parliamentary committee that he had learned of the RCMP's mistake shortly after Arar's deportation to Syria in 2002.
From what I understand after ralising that the RCMP was corrupt, they created CSIS only to have the same corruption happen all over again.

They knew they had passed on false information and did nothing to correct it, if anything they did the opposite. These are the people we are suppose to trust, to protect us and the rights of innocent citizens.
RCMP Commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli breaks more than a week of silence on Maher Arar's ordeal, apologizing for the "nightmare" that arose when the Mounties wrongly linked him to terrorism. Speaking before the House of Commons security committee, Zaccardelli denies that the government muzzled him from speaking earlier on the case and insists he will not step down as commissioner over the affair.
Several critics have called for Zaccardelli's resignation following the revelation of the RCMP's blunders, detailed in O'Connor's report on the investigation.
The same thing happens in these covert investigations. I can see why they are opened in secret to an extent, but based on extensive conversations with people that are being harassed in this way, there is a lot being done to set them up so that they can look and come across as crazy. Wither it's them being batted in public, so they can have an angry outburst, to them having their home entered and stuff moved around, or other small things that make them sound collectively crazy it's the same thing, and there is seemingly no reason for it.

The other thing is some of these people are whistle-blowers, minorities, and single woman, people that are marginalized or independent, the type that for whatever reason the government has decided to go after. There are people that I have talked to that have said that this has been going on for 10 years, 15 years, 20 years. How inefficient would you have to be, that you need 20 years to determine if someone is a criminal, crazy, terrorist, whatever lie you are making up? Honestly.

There does not seem to be any moral force governing this, and from what I can see, have observed, and confirmed with others, the police are fully corporation with making these people sound like they are crazy when they go to the police. Eg. The police are aware of these eyes and ears programs, when I spoke to one office he had in his division 5 reports of stalking of this specific nature. The reports were apparently all from single females, and yet he was writing them off as paranoid. (These community officers know about this program, because they are the ones who are in charge of it for the various divisions, just to give you an idea.)

From what I can see it seems that a large part of society is going along with the snitching and civilian spying, but not necessarily the brightest part of society, or the cleanest. What I mean is, I have seen some people that I am pretty sure are criminal elements, who acting as civilian spies, and I am so grossed out by that. I mean snitches will sell their mothers out for money, why not innocent people?

Since this is being used to target certain primary groups, what you have said about this being used as a revenge service has a lot of merit. To this date, there is no clear guideline that I have been able to find to the length of time a covert investigation can be ongoing for, the guidelines for incidents getting reported. Eg. I mentioned targets being set up by some of these snitches/civilian spies.
1. See they are suppose to be just average citizens while out on the road, they act as the eyes and ears of society, so for the snitching purpose of this, giving them identification would not work. The other problem is because there is no id, anyone and I do mean anyone can take advantage of this. If I am aware of this, who else is? Skin heads, KKK, can you imagine them baiting a target, then several of their friends reporting the incident of the crazy target? Hitlers Brown Coats, use to do this to the Jews in WWII so they could make them act out and get arrested, and now we have this in our society.

2. There are no safeguards from what I can see, because if the target of this can not give their feedback or input, then it's completely bogus. Eg. Even when targets file police reports, the police reports are often not filed, or purposely twisted around to make the target look crazy. Also with the baiting, the target never get's to explain why they got angry or yelled at someone. Guilty because some corrupt people say so, and the target get's no input, and from what I can see, there are people purposely baiting targets, with the blessing of the people in charge. (From what I can see.)

3. There is nothing to stop them, and based on who is getting targeted, it looks like they are one step ahead of you with choosing whom to target. Society already has the police racial profiling people this is just one more way for them to do it and long term, until someones life is destroyed. There is no time line for these investigations.

4. Not only that, but if you suspect you are under investigation, there is no place to go, and no party to turn to. Amnesty will not help with this, and most lawyers can not discuss this, because how many have also agreed to be the eyes and ears of the state? So targets are left with no resources to clear their names. And since the media will also do nothing to help, most don't know what exactly is happening to them.

5. They are never allowed to see the evidence against them. Just like Guantanamo Bay, So there could be tons of erroneous bs, and all the target know is maybe they can't get an apartment, or find a job, or people are mean or rude to them, but they have no idea why. The ultimate way to black ball and black list someone, and where is the media to help them? Nowhere.

6. I don't know about that, but if Gill was a target of this, then they should be charged equally with the death of that girl. You can not do something so inhuman to someone and then wonder at the outcome. We now recognise this in bullying and the connection to school shootings. We need to acknowledge this as well. I think the thing with these investigations is that some targets will kill themselves, others, go to jail, become homeless, or be institutionalised, and if only a small percentage is damaged every year, it does not appear that bad.

4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbMsOGWN_ts
7. Because from the research that I have been able to find, and from talking to others, just like
with Cointelpro investigations, the goal is to destroy the target. They did this to Martin Luther King Jr. People have to understand that governments do bad things. If the media would do their jobs, then this would be understood.

They tried to destroy that man, and when that failed, they targeted him for termination, and a month later he was assassinated.
Have the COPP programs set them selves up as judge, jury, and executioner? Inventing evidence when none is there to justify there existence?
I think the people running this have set themselves up to be just that, since there is no input from the target. How in a democratic society can you be declared guilty without seeing the evidence against you, and have you life so interfered with. I mean these people will contact everyone in a targets life with the same lies, and ask or force them to go along with the spying. Every store a target goes into, they are exposed as someone who needs watching wither it's true or not.

Exactly. Inventing evidence to justify their existence. If they can show that we have a bunch of unstable, criminal, terrorist people in society, then it's funding for them. It's reason for their existence. There is no one saying hey wait a second, how do we know it's true? Cointelpro all over again.

Exactly. Then you get a term like gang stalking and it just confuses things. Eg. The target goes looking for answers and via the term gang stalking, they are told it's these evil vigilante types that are committing this stuff. They know themselves to be innocent so of course they believe that it's vigilantes.

Meanwhile the people doing the stalking, sorry civilian spying, see about 15 minutes of the targets life. So they really do believe they are stalking someone who is crazy, a criminal, danger to society, whatever lie they have been told. A lot of them are just trying to be good citizens.
So you have two world's colliding. The target who is followed and harassed every freaking day gets it. They feel victimized, and they have no place to turn for help or assistance. They become a creature with their back to the wall, most will eventually come out fighting.

The civilian spies might be told to jiggle keys at someone every time the subway announcement is read out, while someone else none partial observes the behaviour. (This is how it's suppose to be neutral and none partial, and fair.) What they don't see, is the little trouble maker who tried to shove the keys in someones face, and upset them just 10 minutes later. Thus they get angry because they are acutely aware that they are being harassed and they don't like it.

So from the targets point of view they are getting harassed, from the person who is observing this, the target is acting irrational. Cause they don't see the people who tried to trip the target, while the other jangled keys in front of them yesterday. Etc. This goes on, and they take the input of the person doing the observation and the civilian spies. So it all looks neutral. I mean 7 civilian spies who don't know the target are not going to make up a lie right? If they don't have the whole picture, then yes that is what they are doing inadvertently, and it's shame. A lot of the civilian spies are not bad people. They think they are helping the country.

I mean they don't any better. They are asked to observe someone for 15 minutes, they see them flipping out, they file a report, and they never ask or question the events that came before it.
In Russia they used this on activists and dissidents all the time to make them look mentally ill, so they could lock them away.

The other problem is they are using criminal elements to be the extra set of eyes and ears. So you have low lives, also helping to stalk innocent people. Clearly I don't have to paint this picture for you.
What safeguards are in place by the Government for the public, to show there is no abuse of power by the COPP programs?
In the research that I have done over the last 10 months I have found nothing. The police will not talk about the investigations or how someone get's off the list. (I have been able to get that far, but stalled with the investigations unit.) The RCMP have a complaint process, but it's for a complaint against a specific agent or person.

Since targets don't have names, or a clear info about which division is doing what, who is heading stuff up, it's really hard. Also since the police are lying about this, it's almost impossible. Very few will admit to the program and very few will try to do anything to help targets. Most will flat out lie and say there is no such thing. (Harder for them, since the article came out, but they do still try.)
Have the police ever gotten the citizens on patrol to follow or “Gang Stalk” people under a presumption of guilt rather than actual guilt?
I think we all know the answer to this question. You have some really good questions, and you understand this really well. Hypothetically of course.
After all the RCMP fiascos can we afford not to ask these questions and have safe guards put in place?
No the truth is, we can not afford to, but yet we do anyways.
Why has no one tried to get inside there groups and expose them?
Why has no one tried to write a book outlining some of there tactics. And measures to counter there tactics (it would be a hell of a money maker).
The problem is as a target, you will not be asked to be a civilian spy, so you have to use those investigative journalist skills to find out any details.

Phones bugged, acquaintances all of them contacted, so they are all sworn to secrecy, and most do keep their mouths shut. Only a few targets have been lucky enough to have good friends clue them in.

I agree with the book idea, but because of what David Lawson did with his book, it might make targets look questionable.
Stalking by police sponsored vigilante type groups exists.
Remember they don't call it state sponsored stalking. They call it being an extra set of eyes and ears. It's so nice the PC terms being used. I guess to call it the means of driving your fellow citizens to suicide, mass slaughter, institutionalization, jail, or homelessness, just does not have the same ring to it.
