Stopping Gang Stalking

What is Gang Stalking.

A Simple Definition

Under Occupational Health and Safety laws, individuals are being flagged and placed on community notification lists. This is happening without the targets knowledge. In many countries these community notifications are being used by companies and others to target innocent individuals such as whistle-blowers, the outspoken, etc. In conjunction with these notifications, companies and others are in some cases using a practice that was used in the former soviet union called the psychiatric reprisal. This is used as a means of retaliation, blacklisting, silencing, or controlling members of society. Once on the notification system, warnings about the targets are sent out to every individual the target comes in contact with, thus poisoning their associations, and socially annexing the targeted individual.

Legal

Contact a Privacy Lawyer, Labour Lawyer, and try Human Rights Lawyers and Organizations. Freedom Of information requests can be sent to the Privacy Commissioners, former employers, there is a time limitation for the requests.

Health and Safety at Work

Many targets if they wish to become citizen informants can go to Human Resources and request to be on the Health and Safety Team.

Workers have the right to know how to protect themselves. This will mean being trained in health and safety standards. This will also likely mean signing the none disclosure agreement and then becoming a part of this group in many cases that were following targets around.

Many targets may not choose this path, but for others this might be a simple solution for stopping some of what is happening. It is a choice that some targets might wish to consider. If you can avoid this and seek legal options first, this might be the better choice. Stay free.

Mentally Ill by Remote Assessment

"The web site for Michael H. Corcoran, Ph.D. & Associates, Inc., for example, asks: “Will the expert you consult be willing to render an opinion of dangerousness and be willing to put it in writing?” and “Will the expert be willing to do this without interviewing the subject personally?”

Some psychiatrists in the field doubt that any reliable judgment can be made without interviewing the subject."

LessEMF

"After leaving the Public Health Service in 1994, Soeken established Integrity International to assist whistleblowers in the private sector. Since then, he has testified as an expert witness in seventy psychiatric reprisal lawsuits. Soeken warns anyone who will listen not to trust the company psychiatrist.

“If you assume the doctor is concerned about your health and well-being, you’ve made a deadly assumption,” he says. “They are looking for any phrase or evidence they can use against you to stereotype you as schizophrenic, paranoid, or delusional.”

Choices

Again joining the health and safety team might work for some, or requesting to be trained in the health and safety standards. If this does work, then you will not be able to discuss these information openly anymore, because you will likely have to be under a none disclosure agreement of some sort. Some can live with this, others can not. Do what works for you.

Battle Plan

To follow up on the Violent Person's Registry, I think it would be a good idea to get some F.O.I.A. requests. Race and Gender statistics.

Who exactly is being added? Organization such as EPiC might help, if not individual requests.

Individuals also need easy ways to confirm if they are on such a list.

Targets of such lists, might even work together to see if this can be brought to a tribunal, to see if the lists are being used to systemically destroy specific people. In America the ACLU might be approached in this way, or other organizations.

Those who can afford lawyers should try free referral services first and then more standard approaches.

Data Protection Good Practice Note

The use of violent warning markers

This guidance explains to those working with the public how best to manage the use of violent warning markers.
Employers have a duty of care to their staff to protect them in the workplace.

Violent warning markers are a means of identifying and recording individuals who pose, or could possibly pose, a risk to the members of staff who come into contact with them. We understand that, in practice, a flagged piece of
text is attached to an individual's file. These markers should be used very carefully and should contain the reasons for identifying individuals as being
potentially violent. They are likely to record information relating to:

• the apparent mental stability of an individual; or
• any threatening actions, incidents or behaviour they have or are alleged to have committed.

This means personal data, and often sensitive personal data, will be included in a violent or potentially violent warning marker and so must comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act).

Compliance with the Act - fairness

The first data protection principle requires that the processing must be fair and lawful. This means that a decision to put a marker on an individual's file must
be based on a specific incident or expression of clearly identifiable concern by a professional, rather than general opinions about that individual. The individual should pose a genuine risk and the decision should be based on
objective and clearly defined criteria and in line with a clear and established policy and review procedure. The criteria should take into account the need to
accurately record any incident.

For consistency, you should make sure a senior nominated person in the organisation is responsible for making these decisions. Decisions should be reviewed regularly. When making a decision this person should take into
account:

• the nature of the threat;
• the degree of violence used or threatened; and
• whether or not the incident indicates a credible risk of
violence to staff.

For the processing to be fair, you should normally inform individuals who have been identified as being potentially violent soon after you make the decision to add a marker to their record. It should be part of your procedure to write to the individual setting out why their behaviour was unacceptable and how this has led to the marker.

V2.0
21.12.06
2

You should tell them:

• the nature of the threat or incident that led to the marker;

• that their records will show the marker;
• who you may pass this information to; and
• when you will remove the marker or review the decision to add the marker.

There may be extreme cases where you believe that informing the individual would in itself create a substantial risk of a violent reaction from them. For example, because of the nature of the incident or the risk to another individual. In these cases it may not be sensible to inform the individual as described earlier.

If this is the case, you must be able to show why you believe that by informing the individual of the marker there would be a substantial risk of further threatening behaviour.

You should make all decisions on a case-by-case basis and keep records.

Compliance with the Act - processing conditions

The Act states that you should not process personal data unless you can meet one of the conditions in schedule 2 of the Act, and for sensitive personal data, one of the conditions in schedule

3.As employers have a duty of care towards their staff, for example, under health and safety legislation, the appropriate schedule 2 condition to allow processing of information in markers is that processing is necessary to comply with any legal obligation imposed on the data controller (which in this case would be the employer). The appropriate schedule 3 condition is that processing is necessary to comply with any legal obligation imposed on the
data controller in connection with employment.

The individual's rights

The Act gives individuals the right to make a subject access request. In most circumstances, you should reveal the fact that there is a violent warning marker on the individual record. Although, in most cases, you should already have informed the individual. However, you should make this decision on a case-by-case basis and consider any other individuals (third parties) that may be included in the information. For more information about this, please see our
guidance 'Subject access requests involving other people's information'.

There may be rare cases where you will need to consider whether:

• revealing the existence of the marker;
• revealing the information in the marker; or
• what the individual may infer from the existence of the marker; may actually cause serious harm to the physical or mental health or condition of that individual. In these cases, you must get specialist advice from health
and data protection professionals. For some of these cases there may be relevant statutory instruments that modify the provisions in the Act that relate to the individual's rights (see note 1).

Requests from individuals to stop processing their personal information Section 10 of the Act gives individuals the right to require you to stop processing their personal information if this is likely to cause them substantial
and unwarranted damage or distress. If an individual gives you a section 10 notice relating to a violent warning marker then you should be aware that you may ultimately have to justify creating the marker in court.

Passing the information to other organisations
From a legal point of view, the appropriate schedule 3 condition for processing mentioned earlier will not cover disclosing the marker information to other
organisations, as the condition relates to a legal obligation on the employer for their own staff, not other organisations' staff. However, where there is a good
reason for providing the information to another organisation, for example, to alert them to the potential risk to their staff, this will be justified even though no
Schedule 3 condition obviously applies. In these cases, our focus is on whether the processing is justified and not unfair.

The senior nominated person in the organisation should determine this on a case-by-case basis where there is a credible risk that an unlawful act, such as an assault, will occur. They should only provide the information to an
individual of a similar level in the other organisation.
If you pass the information on to another organisation, you should inform the individual, unless that would be a serious risk to the person or another individual as described earlier. If you review the marker and decide to change
or remove it, you should then inform the other organisations you previously sent the information to.

Retention

The fifth data protection principle states that personal information should not be kept longer than necessary. You must make sure violent warning markers are removed when there is no longer a threat. This should be part of the
standard review procedure. The retention period is likely to depend in part on:

• the original level or threat of violence;
• how long ago this was;
• the previous and subsequent behaviour of the individual; and

The crazy thing about the targeting that we get are that many of the tactics were used in Cointelpro and by the Stasi. However in retrospect the Stasi used citizen informants in similar ways.

Community Oriented Policing

Community Oriented Policing.

A target recently had some questions about his possible targeting, and I think that this is a good time to go over Community Oriented Policing Programs once again.

There are now efforts around the world to use something called community based policing. This is more than likely what is playing a large role in gang stalking.
“Ruling the community with an iron fist. “Savvy law enforcement types realized that under the community policing rubric, cops, community groups, local companies, private foundations, citizen informants and federal agencies could form alliances without causing public outcry.” Covert Action Quarterly, summer 1997.”

http://www.albionmonitor.com/9711b/policing.html
Under these programs the community work with the police to find problems and solutions and yes the citizens inform to the police. Each area gets to more or less manage itself as it sees fit, a wet dream right?

Eg. In one area of one major city, this program allowed men to have sex openly in a gay club, in a gay district of town. In another area that had a lot of prostitution, they went very light on this.

So each area can manage itself as it sees fit, each area identifies problems, anti social behavior, etc and they work on solutions. Remember these programs joined forces with federal agencies, private foundations, corporations, community groups, local police, etc. So an employer who puts someone on a list could potentially get them targeted in all these areas.
What Is A Communitarian? by Niki Raapana

Communitarians believe that all neighborhoods should be governed like Chinese collectives. They teach that mandatory volunteerism in the community is a moral obligation of all citizens, and that intervening and reporting on your neighbors is required to maintain their individual freedom.

It may sound like two conflicting ideologies, but it’s not. Communitarianism balances all political conflicts into one master, ideological solution.
Under the UN Agenda 21 program all cities of the world will eventually move to this style of governance.

http://nord.twu.net/acl/agenda21.html
The communitarian plan for reinventing a global government was adopted by the UN in 1992 at the Earth Summit. There were no public votes cast for or against it in any of the affected "free" nations. Average citizens were not consulted. In most free and democratic countries, the nation's taxpayers (who pay for it) were never even told about it. The major media outlets were mostly silent while for thirteen years, the UN's LA-21 laws have been imposed on all 166 member nations.

There were no big discussions of its purpose or ultimate consequences. It just slid into law. It's really pretty amazing. No major editorials, no explanation of how it would be imposed, it was barely announced by the national governments who endorsed it. Only a few enlightened locals understand LA-21 requires a total reorganization of government systems. It eliminates individual rights in the free countries. National systems of political economy are subserviant to LA-21 laws.
Cities such as L.A. and Toronto have been blessed with community oriented policing for years.

So you have a nifty little program, each division does what it wants to a degree, and units which work with the public. So if a target is getting followed it might change depending on which section they are walking through. Keep in mind that these people share information, and with the federal agencies merging with the lower agencies, the dirty tricks (Cointelpro) have been passed around and shared.

For my targeting I have had some fun.

With lawyers, I had one lawyer tell me that to send a letter off to get the targeting to stop, she would need for me to supply the name of the program, and who was in charge.

Another lawyer without me saying anything, asked if I had trouble finding a job, or getting an apartment. At the time I had not had trouble with apartments, but my job hunt had gone off. This lawyer was not with the firm that I contacted. The firm had to get an outside lawyer that they consult with for this type of case. That was one more adventure.

I also have spoken to loads of detectives, most saying that they have never heard of these tactics, then I talked to one, and he said that these were standard tactics and that any detective should be aware of them, they are standard tactics for police surveillance operations. (Hear that, he was under the impression that any detective should have known this, but why was he one of the few that acknowledged it?) So much like customer service and getting help, it depends on who you talk to. Shortly after this he calmed up and discontinued contact, but there are people out there who can help, but you have to get to them, before the state realises what you are doing or they will shut them down. Thus why I tell targets don't share you lawyers name etc. This is my opinion and you have to do what suits you.

I recently spoke to a community lawyer and asked about the violent persons registry, I phrased it as, you know if you get into a fight or argument and then get put on a list and followed around, like stores, etc, like a violent persons list or something. She knew what I meant, and asked if I found the info online? She also said at their location they did not handle that, but to try the lawyer referral service and see if they could help. Which is better than a few years ago, it's all about who you talk to, and referencing the violent persons registry might help as well, just to get some head way.

So much like customer service it's who you talk to, but then it's also trying to be stealthy, if you find someone who will help, try to do it in secret, cause they will get to that person and shut them down, clam them up, or they suddenly refuse to talk to you or assist you.

So to recap, with community policing each area does what it deems best, so yes you could have some areas more psychotic than others, it all depends. I think most are about the same to one degree, but just like some areas being allowed to have open sex in bars, some areas might be more human with how the targeting and monitoring is carried out. Small towns vs large, etc.

Also for the targeting to answer the question that I was asked, no they don't use the same tactics on each target, they try a bunch of things, then they see what you are sensitive to if anything and try to go from there. I just found out that my polite avoiding of their stupidity has been interpreted as a phobia or something so now they try to use crowding as a tactic. God sometimes they are so...

Anyways so there you have it I hope it helps. If you act sensitive to the color red, or they can get you to notice, then they will try to use more of the same till you are sensitized in a negative way. They want to keep the target captivated at all times. If you respond to any of their stimuli, that will be what is worked into your program. If they can get you with one, they will get you with another. I had one at the start of this, I worked with myself to get rid of it and I have never had another. If you are sensitized you can do this also and get rid of yours over time, by removing the negative associations, etc.

Fits the description

Troubling incident recently.

I have mentioned this before, but I will mention it to targets again, and I would have you be on the look out for this.

I have mentioned that what I believe is ongoing in many cases to keep these so called cases of investigations ongoing are a great deal of set up's, and deliberate provocations, so let me go over a couple of recent incidents that I have noticed.

What I have tried to do off and on is if I notice a troubling incident, I will try to report it, provided that I am aware of it. I am trying to do this, because I believe there is clear evidence to indicate that what they are doing during these investigations is that they are using other people who fit the description to try to portray targets as crazy, perverts, drug dealers, etc, whatever they are trying to portray you as, they will them if they can't get you, you get what I like to refer to as doppelgangers to do the dirty work for them.

I use the term doppelgangers very loosely, because these people are not doppelgangers, they are simply what I call fits the description. In other words if you are male, 45, white, 6'4 that is what they would ruffly try to use. The person does not have to look like you, dress like you, or anything else, they just have to fit the description. So if they are trying to get you to look like a pervert, they would use someone like, and have them insult females near where you are, look at them, or watch children etc. It does not have to be you, the incident just has to be attributed to you, and this will keep their investigations going, it will keep the informants who are getting paid to follow you, employed, and it keeps the need for this system going, and going.

So Eg. If you are an Asian, female, 5'2, 25, and they are trying to portray you as crazy, then let's say that they can not get you to act out in public, they will get a female, who looks around that age, most likely Asian, maybe not, and then they will have that person act out in public. What's most disturbing for me, is that I have blogged about this before, but I have seen it enough now, to be able to confirm that this is what they are doing deliberately.

I think you get the idea. What I have seen lately on a few separate occasions are that they deliberately have targets who fit the description crossing my path, (I use this term very loosely, because they dress nothing like me, and hygiene wise they look very unkempt, and I would say crazy. One Saturday as I left the house about 4 weeks ago, I had one cross my path who was talking to themselves and carry some bags in their hands, seemingly mentally unwell, but that has to be determined. Eg. I have seen informants, pretending to be crazy, I mean literally sane informants, who are pretending. In this particular instance, I do feel that the person really was crazy whoever, just by appearance, and unkempt manner, but there is no way to tell.

They were going in one direction, and I was going in another, but the thing with the informant force is they do not seem to be required to comment on appearance, or state of dress. Eg. I am always well dressed, never unkempt, and for the most part pretty polite. Except if I am making sarcastic comments under my breath, or commenting on the snitches. This happens very rearly, but I am guessing that these are getting used as well, as oh target was disturbed and talking to themselves.

The other incident recently involved someone who was in my opinion clearly disturbed and talking to themselves, the person was much much older looking, very unkempt in appearance, and clearly not looking anything like me to any sane and rational observer, yet I passed this person talking to themselves and telling people off, I left the location where this was happening, and walked not a short distance.

Within a short space of time, I had the street theater begin. Eg. People trying to run into me, etc, they were doing things to try to provoke me. Now I was in a pretty good mood, so just ignored them. What was disturbing however was there was a woman with a baby stroller, she was deliberately oncoming in my direction, in my direct path without making any attempt to adjust where she was going, and as I adjusted, she adjusted to keep in my path, from a far away enough distance that there was no reason to that I could see, however, and this is what's disturbing, but I am reporting it, because I believe my observation on this is sound. She looked behind her to the side, and made eye contact with the cop in the car that was right near us both which I had not immediately noticed, and even though I could clearly see that she really did not want to aim her baby stroller at me, after looking behind at the car for instruction, she continued to do that, the look on her face was clear, she did not want to be doing that, she was clearly being instructed, and from what I could tell it was by whomever was in the cop car, whom I assume was observing the deliberate incident. It happened fairly quickly, yet it felt like it was in slow motion, because I had enough time to see the exchange with her and the person in the car, so all I could do after seeing this, was smile at her, and encourage her to do what she was doing, while moving out of her way, the best that I could, because she kept a direct path at me.

I was so sickened, but not for myself, I mean what kind of a society is this, where you get a young mother to pimp out her kid like that? What if I really was a dangerous and crazy person, you were willing to gamble that the brave officer sitting in the car would get to her, before an incident happened with the baby? I am not wrong in my observation of this, but shocked and disgusted. I don't know why I am disgusted. I have an idea of how the Stasi worked, I know with these community policing programs they work similar, I know people are being asked to do things like this, but when you see it like this, it's gross.

The thing is if that really had been me having a bad day, they were trying to provoke an incident. See when something is happening like crazy person talking to themselves, the snitches start to put in their little reports, so I don't know how long the crazy person had been set up and in position.

I do know that this is happening and the best thing that I can do is report what I have been observing. Now I have had the neighbours watching and leaving when I am leaving, and we have the snitch force trying to chart my way from when I leave my home, to work and back etc. Since I am clear that I don't require the babysitting, I don't appreciate it. What's interesting is that when there are people around that I know, I have never seen one of these little incidents happen, but when it's people that I do not know, suddenly these incidents happen. So I have no way of knowing how many of these incidents that I am not aware of are happening and being attributed to me.

Shy of my baby stroller incident that I reported, and handing out flyer's about a year ago, which I have also reported on these blogs, these people in my opinion are continuing to stage incidents, using the doppelgangers and the fit's the description reporting. We do not have a moral society, we have a Stasi society, and the corruption that when on there is what is happening here. I believe the incidents are in many cases staged, set up's, I believe the motivation is to portray the target as whatever they see fit, and I believe that it's also to keep these programs going, and the informant force employed. Much like a lot of the fake hate posting online are designed to keep up the appearance of a threat to society, I believe these incidents continue in the same way. Eg. Jiverly Wong was reported as a drug user who was going to rob a bank by an informant, there does not seem to have been any validity to this, but after his death, thanks to the police, these details made it into every paper across the nation.

I find that these little incidents tend to happen more when I openly talk about the fact that we have informants in the city, or identify one of their citizen informants as such. I don't know why they care, it's not like most of them are not informants anyways, I guess gangs are like that however and don't like their members identified as such.

As I pointed out before, legal action is I believe effective, but only if you can afford to do so, and second if you can find a law and lawyer that would allow you to do so. As for me, I refuse to be followed around the city like a child, the only disturbed people that I have seen are the people that have to take part in these programs, I find it very disgraceful, that citizens are being at times forced to do such things. I think it's one thing to volunteer to go along with something like this, there are enough bottom of the barrel people to go around, but what I saw and witnessed today was fear, and cohesion. The female should not have been used in the prescribed manner I described above, I think it's wrong, and again I would not take the time to report this, unless I sure the observation was correct. It's also not the first time that I have seen something similar, with citizens being coerced by cops in similar manners. To serve and protect, who's interests?

What I can tell you is that this society is what has become paranoid and disturbed, with good reason, because when you are a Stasi state, you will have people in disagreement with you, and it's sad to see something that I though was good, as something that is not. I don't view the citizens the way I once did. They are still the very polite people I once thought, but what is behind this is something that is quite scary. A Stasi society is apparently a polite society. It's also a society where activists, and dissidents are portrayed as enemies of the state and are dealt with by being made to appear as mentally disturbed.

One of those days

I was up early and I realise it's going to be one of those days, trying to figure out what to do? How to help? What can be done for Targets of Gang Stalking?I have so many things to blog about. Eg. Our algorithm is being suppressed, meaning that when you look up Gang Stalking or Targeted Individuals in the google search engine or at least when I do, you don't get very diminished results. The same trend just started happening for the terms Targeted Individuals and Targeted Individual, both terms were previously almost 2 million hits.

Also I read this amazing report by the ACLU, and I want to write more information about that. If you get the chance, read this report, it's a fascinating read for anyone who cares about what is happening with surveillance and information sharing in their country.http://www.aclu.org/FilesPDFs/surveillance_report.pdf

Outreach and other communities we should be trying to connect with. I think it's great that people make their existing online communities aware of what is happening, use the available materials and post it if you don't know how to have discussions about Gang Stalking.
What to do for the missing and incarcerated targets? Little things like that. Even though we now know that we are not alone, too often, we still have our own struggles to go through.

I had been following a thread over at the Stormfront community, because Gang Stalking affects everyone, black, white, Asian, Indian, etc. Male, female, transgender, etc. Every social economic background you can think of. Anyways, a member of that community had reported some time last year that his friend was a target of Gang Stalking, he believed his friend, which is commendable, but on the most recent follow up thread, he posted to say that his friend had been institutionalised.

It's really sad, because it does not matter what your view points are, (well it does to an extent), but the truth is every voice silenced, every soul that they muzzle in regards to this, brings the state one step closer to imprisoning us all. For those not familiar with the Stormfront community, it's a white nationalist community. (So if you are easily offended, don't go there.)

The latest thread was brought up by a person who thought that Masons were behind the whole thing. There is still a lot of that going around, like taking the blame from the government and trying to put in on one group, like Masons, Street Gangs, KKK or scientologist, etc. They are all taking part, so you can't just blame one sector of society, it's all of society. (By this I don't mean that everyone is involved, I just mean that all sectors of society take part, there is a difference.)
Anyways it's an interesting thread, and it tells me once again that just about every sector of society is in some way being exposed to what is happening. It tells me that some targets are very aware and some are not. It also tells me that targets are still being picked off one by one so to speak, and using the mental health rap is probably working really well. Targets need to have a plan of action.

The poster who was known as theninthtrust, who was very active on YouTube, is still missing or has not been online for the last seven months. http://uk.youtube.com/theninthtrust
I have not had any postings from apocalypto wanderings since June, He was a retired gentleman, with a tough attitude, use to work for the government. Maybe he is just taking a break from it, sometimes targets need to do that. http://apocalypto-wanderings.blogspot.com
Somethings that we are doing are working really well, keep having the discussions, keep making people aware, keep using the materials.

Things that we need. What we need are people who are familiar with mental health laws, and how the informant system works. These are two ways targets are either eliminated, (meaning trapped in the system or turned into part of the system.)

Emotionally we have been shown to be fairly good at providing information and emotional support for one another, so let's continue of this front.

Freedom of information. If an investigation is ongoing normally you might not get these files, or if the information is in a secret database, or if they have outsourced the surveillance, these are ways that they get around giving out targets this information. Jesus Medoza has had some luck with his, JBH had to try three times before getting anything, the first two times they told him they had nothing on him. Donald Friedman, he kinda went to extreme lengths to get his files, but it worked. http://www.freedomfchs.com/usarmyrptonmicrowavefx.pdf

These are some of the things that I want to blog about, but it's already been a long morning, and I just want to see what we are doing well as a community and what we need to improve upon.
