Police Respond to Gang Stalking

After going over some other details, I found the information to be inconclusive, so I will post the links, but I won't embed the videos.

The following video is dated Sept 05 2009. Anyways I assume that the video was made recently and is a new video, but I don't know that for sure.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AC8PDFxnyfQ

In the video a guy in a police outfit, who I assumed to be an officer describes the target opening th door as out of the ordinary behaviour. However it's out of th ordinary based on his life experiences, she could have many reasons that are sane and logical for having a video camera running, one of which could be a deep distrust of the police.

Again what's always interesting is that these experiences are being judged based on a third parties life experience. What if she had been robbed after opening the door, or attacked, and just felt safer having the camera?

He finds it odd because the camera is in her hands, what if she was just recording them without the camera in hand?

Why is it any of his business if she has a blanket or foil in her home? He is there to talk to her about a complaint that someone made so does he actually end up doing so?

She should really just stick to the topic, find out why they are there, I am not even sure why she let them in. I find it interesting that they are there for a report about her taking pictures, but the whole think is about sterotyping target instead, and the whole video never goes back to the reason they were there.

I find it interesting that after 1min and 11 second officer PHD can make a mental health assessment, he must be freakin amazing. He tells the woman in the video that she is displaying delusions of grandeur and delusions of persecution, because she opened the door to them with a video camera and because he sees foil?

Watch the video for yourself and make your own assessment of this officer.

So after 1 min and 31 second again he sees signs of mental illness, in the video if it's a real video and not another informant video, he never mentions about the original reason that they allegedly came knocking at this woman's door. Again two strange men in her home, she by herself, I say keep the video camera running.

I don't know if there is more to this video, but that was interesting.

The other video this woman pretend to go upstarirs to one of her neighbours and then knocking on the neighbours door. At one point she tells the neighbour that it's not in her head. I think instead of doing that, record the noises and the banging and then just go to the management office, with a complaint about the enjoyment of your apartment being interrupted due to noises after hours. Highlight the part of your lease that pertains to this, and then if it continues legal action, but they don't like exposure so that should get it stopped.

This woman in the video says that she lives in a condo, and that there is an asain guy who lives in another condo who is also a target, who is investigating Gang Stalking.

The other video was of the police cutting this woman off while she is driving. It's inconclusive, but again with being targeted it's the overall picture.

The last tape is of her video taping the downtown core, and she talks about some guy with a camera. First she was taking him, then he showed up and started taping her. The video however has no sound, so I just found it very there, till the guy showed up with the camera. The problem is there is no sound. So the audience does not really know what is being said.

On Youtube I have seen videos with no sound, and the narrator tells you what is happening, but you can't always trust what is being said. I find this part of the video odd. The informants don't usually engage the targets to this degree, however anything is possible. Again you have to be careful with youtube, that's why I stopped posting video like this in the first place.

Anyways it's been a long time since I did a post about Targets. I think Dave in Dublin was my last post about the Irish target.

I also found some spoof videos of Gang Stalking, they were funny.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RtCqJ280TU
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKjyEsMqcE0

The interesting point of this video for me was the fact that the officers could tell this woman that she was showing signs of mental illness for opening the door with a camera, and for having blankets and foil in her home in reference to an EMF sensitivity, which the officer knew nothing about.

This video is interesting because it brings me back to my investigations into Gang Stalking and when I first started investigating this. I was lucky enough to talk to a few police officers. One was useful in providing information that in one area in his division there had been five reports of Gang Stalking, and that they were all female, and single living by themselves.

This was interesting because again it matched what had been reported about single females and the disproportionate amount of targeting that might be happening to them.

I did not get into further demographics with the officer, though I wish I would have. What he did tell me however is that their reports of stalking had been written off as paranoia, and not taken seriously. I mentioned this before, but think about that, 5 single women living in the same division, who were reporting the same thing and it was not being taken seriously.

Anyways interesting stuff, provided that this is a real target and not an informant pretending, then I think some of the videos are of interest.

Fits the description

Troubling incident recently.

I have mentioned this before, but I will mention it to targets again, and I would have you be on the look out for this.

I have mentioned that what I believe is ongoing in many cases to keep these so called cases of investigations ongoing are a great deal of set up's, and deliberate provocations, so let me go over a couple of recent incidents that I have noticed.

What I have tried to do off and on is if I notice a troubling incident, I will try to report it, provided that I am aware of it. I am trying to do this, because I believe there is clear evidence to indicate that what they are doing during these investigations is that they are using other people who fit the description to try to portray targets as crazy, perverts, drug dealers, etc, whatever they are trying to portray you as, they will them if they can't get you, you get what I like to refer to as doppelgangers to do the dirty work for them.

I use the term doppelgangers very loosely, because these people are not doppelgangers, they are simply what I call fits the description. In other words if you are male, 45, white, 6'4 that is what they would ruffly try to use. The person does not have to look like you, dress like you, or anything else, they just have to fit the description. So if they are trying to get you to look like a pervert, they would use someone like, and have them insult females near where you are, look at them, or watch children etc. It does not have to be you, the incident just has to be attributed to you, and this will keep their investigations going, it will keep the informants who are getting paid to follow you, employed, and it keeps the need for this system going, and going.

So Eg. If you are an Asian, female, 5'2, 25, and they are trying to portray you as crazy, then let's say that they can not get you to act out in public, they will get a female, who looks around that age, most likely Asian, maybe not, and then they will have that person act out in public. What's most disturbing for me, is that I have blogged about this before, but I have seen it enough now, to be able to confirm that this is what they are doing deliberately.

I think you get the idea. What I have seen lately on a few separate occasions are that they deliberately have targets who fit the description crossing my path, (I use this term very loosely, because they dress nothing like me, and hygiene wise they look very unkempt, and I would say crazy. One Saturday as I left the house about 4 weeks ago, I had one cross my path who was talking to themselves and carry some bags in their hands, seemingly mentally unwell, but that has to be determined. Eg. I have seen informants, pretending to be crazy, I mean literally sane informants, who are pretending. In this particular instance, I do feel that the person really was crazy whoever, just by appearance, and unkempt manner, but there is no way to tell.

They were going in one direction, and I was going in another, but the thing with the informant force is they do not seem to be required to comment on appearance, or state of dress. Eg. I am always well dressed, never unkempt, and for the most part pretty polite. Except if I am making sarcastic comments under my breath, or commenting on the snitches. This happens very rearly, but I am guessing that these are getting used as well, as oh target was disturbed and talking to themselves.

The other incident recently involved someone who was in my opinion clearly disturbed and talking to themselves, the person was much much older looking, very unkempt in appearance, and clearly not looking anything like me to any sane and rational observer, yet I passed this person talking to themselves and telling people off, I left the location where this was happening, and walked not a short distance.

Within a short space of time, I had the street theater begin. Eg. People trying to run into me, etc, they were doing things to try to provoke me. Now I was in a pretty good mood, so just ignored them. What was disturbing however was there was a woman with a baby stroller, she was deliberately oncoming in my direction, in my direct path without making any attempt to adjust where she was going, and as I adjusted, she adjusted to keep in my path, from a far away enough distance that there was no reason to that I could see, however, and this is what's disturbing, but I am reporting it, because I believe my observation on this is sound. She looked behind her to the side, and made eye contact with the cop in the car that was right near us both which I had not immediately noticed, and even though I could clearly see that she really did not want to aim her baby stroller at me, after looking behind at the car for instruction, she continued to do that, the look on her face was clear, she did not want to be doing that, she was clearly being instructed, and from what I could tell it was by whomever was in the cop car, whom I assume was observing the deliberate incident. It happened fairly quickly, yet it felt like it was in slow motion, because I had enough time to see the exchange with her and the person in the car, so all I could do after seeing this, was smile at her, and encourage her to do what she was doing, while moving out of her way, the best that I could, because she kept a direct path at me.

I was so sickened, but not for myself, I mean what kind of a society is this, where you get a young mother to pimp out her kid like that? What if I really was a dangerous and crazy person, you were willing to gamble that the brave officer sitting in the car would get to her, before an incident happened with the baby? I am not wrong in my observation of this, but shocked and disgusted. I don't know why I am disgusted. I have an idea of how the Stasi worked, I know with these community policing programs they work similar, I know people are being asked to do things like this, but when you see it like this, it's gross.

The thing is if that really had been me having a bad day, they were trying to provoke an incident. See when something is happening like crazy person talking to themselves, the snitches start to put in their little reports, so I don't know how long the crazy person had been set up and in position.

I do know that this is happening and the best thing that I can do is report what I have been observing. Now I have had the neighbours watching and leaving when I am leaving, and we have the snitch force trying to chart my way from when I leave my home, to work and back etc. Since I am clear that I don't require the babysitting, I don't appreciate it. What's interesting is that when there are people around that I know, I have never seen one of these little incidents happen, but when it's people that I do not know, suddenly these incidents happen. So I have no way of knowing how many of these incidents that I am not aware of are happening and being attributed to me.

Shy of my baby stroller incident that I reported, and handing out flyer's about a year ago, which I have also reported on these blogs, these people in my opinion are continuing to stage incidents, using the doppelgangers and the fit's the description reporting. We do not have a moral society, we have a Stasi society, and the corruption that when on there is what is happening here. I believe the incidents are in many cases staged, set up's, I believe the motivation is to portray the target as whatever they see fit, and I believe that it's also to keep these programs going, and the informant force employed. Much like a lot of the fake hate posting online are designed to keep up the appearance of a threat to society, I believe these incidents continue in the same way. Eg. Jiverly Wong was reported as a drug user who was going to rob a bank by an informant, there does not seem to have been any validity to this, but after his death, thanks to the police, these details made it into every paper across the nation.

I find that these little incidents tend to happen more when I openly talk about the fact that we have informants in the city, or identify one of their citizen informants as such. I don't know why they care, it's not like most of them are not informants anyways, I guess gangs are like that however and don't like their members identified as such.

As I pointed out before, legal action is I believe effective, but only if you can afford to do so, and second if you can find a law and lawyer that would allow you to do so. As for me, I refuse to be followed around the city like a child, the only disturbed people that I have seen are the people that have to take part in these programs, I find it very disgraceful, that citizens are being at times forced to do such things. I think it's one thing to volunteer to go along with something like this, there are enough bottom of the barrel people to go around, but what I saw and witnessed today was fear, and cohesion. The female should not have been used in the prescribed manner I described above, I think it's wrong, and again I would not take the time to report this, unless I sure the observation was correct. It's also not the first time that I have seen something similar, with citizens being coerced by cops in similar manners. To serve and protect, who's interests?

What I can tell you is that this society is what has become paranoid and disturbed, with good reason, because when you are a Stasi state, you will have people in disagreement with you, and it's sad to see something that I though was good, as something that is not. I don't view the citizens the way I once did. They are still the very polite people I once thought, but what is behind this is something that is quite scary. A Stasi society is apparently a polite society. It's also a society where activists, and dissidents are portrayed as enemies of the state and are dealt with by being made to appear as mentally disturbed.

Facebook friend or foe?

Facebook.

CIA government database opperation?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpLNlSKugHw

What if I said to you, fill out this survey for me. It will have information such as
-Resume
-former jobs
-places you have been
-books you have read
-all your friends
-family
-lovers
-associates
-old schools
-old companies
-who you associate with now
-group affiliations
-religious

It will also have any other personal details that you want to provide.

I am not only going to use this information to profile you, but to help me in profiling those around you. I will use the information to advertise to you, to help you find groups and other people that might be of interest to you, but I will also use it for other purposes, would you say yes?
What if I told you that this information would some day be used to find you, and anyone associated with you, should you speak out against the government?

What If I told you this information would be used to find you should you commit a crime, or just be accused of one, guilty or not.

What if I told you this info would be used to find you, should you ever flee the country, or try to go underground?

Don't believe it, think again, Facebook is so much more than you expected.

Let's say something happens and you have to go on the run, who is going to help you? It's not usually going to be strangers, we are all commented. By giving out who you went to high school, middle school, university with, you have cut off that circle. By giving out the groups you are associated with, you have cut off that circle. By giving out the places you have been, you have cut off that circle. Library records, now they have a way to look for you based on reading habits. Etc.
You are boxing yourself into a corner and don't even know it. If the day ever comes when something does happen, you blog something someone does not like, you make a comment, you have to pack and leave for any reason, no one will be able to help you, because the information is out there.

The pictures you share, all those biometrically recognisable faces. Everything you put out there is shared, and once the information is out there, it is not getting erased. Once it's on the net, expect it to be there forever.

I don't use facebook, but I know others who do. I have heard a couple of fun stories. When people commit crimes or are accused of crimes, wanted for questioning, etc, one of the first things cops do is go to facebook. They find out who people's friends are, their families, connections are, where they have been, group affiliations etc.

I also had one person who does not use facebook anymore tell me, that when they were on the site, they had a pop up message, I don't know what it's called, but apparently you have lists of friends, and they have friends, well the pop up said, based on your list, you might know this person and might want to add them to your friendship list. The person in question who got the pop up, did know the person and it scared this person enough to get them off facebook. They are cross checking and scanning information. Seeing who knows who, who had what affiliations, who went to school with who, who is connected. Connections that you might not even think about, yet they knew.

I am not saying this can only be used for criminals, but I am saying if you value your privacy and the time ever comes when you have to hide, get out of the country, or disagree with the government, are accused of a crime even falsely, you have no place to hide. They know who is a friend of a friend of a friend, who is associated with this group, who went to this place, that, in their past, if you are on the run, where you are likely to go, and who you are likely to connect with, and who those people are connected with.

People nowadays are different than people of the past. Technology can help us, but look at the type of society that we are in. We are coming up on a surveillance society, and because of that, it might be a good idea, to not provide the government database with all your information. Information that you would be peeved off at to realise that others had, if they got it in some
other way, but information that you are all too willing to freely give and share.

Use facebook if you want, but just be aware of what you are giving out. It's not a matter of being I have done nothing wrong, I have nothing to worry about, the time will come where that will not matter. Becareful about what you are putting out there.

Also keep in mind that this information is being aggregated with other lists and other bits of information to paint a very detailed picture of you.

Don't get me wrong, facebook from what I have heard is a great way to get together groups, etc, but if those groups are all being put together on a government controlled website, is that a good idea for your specific group? Would you go to FBI, or CIA head quarters and hold your meetings there? If so then you have nothing to worry about, or think about.

Yes they also keep trying to get me to use facebook, and I always give the same response.

Jiverly Wong. Two sides.

I have got a theory so let's put it to the test.

This should be obvious, but I am sure it will not be.

Part of what Jiverly Wong said is that people were spreading rumours about him, specifically the cops. After his death there were stories printed about him that he was crack/cocaine drug addicted loser, I have yet to find anything to say that this was true. There was also this story that said he was a failed loser who planned to rob a bank. Where did these rumour come from?

From the general population? I don't think so. The rumour about him wanting to rob a bank was given to the police by an informant. This rumour came from an informant, an informant who feed the rumour to the cops, so if the cops are not spreading rumours about him, how did this rumour find it's way into the papers? Aren't these informant tips suppose to be secret? Yet after his death, the man who says that the cops were spreading rumours about him, has a story printed saying he was addicted to cocaine, and had planned to rob a bank. Seems like even in death, he might be proving himself correct.

This was a tip from 1999, 10 years ago, so how did it have this long a shelf life if nothing ever came of it? How did it find it's way into several articles?

Also the rumours about him having a girlfriend, and previously a wife, I have yet to have this stuff fully confirmed, the parents don't know anything about either.

Based on the article below, I would say that there was rumour floating around about him, a rumour that came from an informant years ago, but would make it's way into the papers after his death? Sounds to me like this rumour might have been floating around, and if so, this rumour could only have come from the cops, who the informant gave the tip to, and this would prove a part of what Jiverly Wong was saying.

Also he was laid off from his job, not fired, but any paper could make that mistake. Ofcourse if they were taking time to check the story, and not just print rumour and hearsay that would paint the guy as a nut job, they also might have noticed this little error.

I still want to know more about this wife, the parents are just finding out about it in the papers, and why has she not been contacted, were the records they found correct? Did they find records for someone else named Jiverly Wong, in their quick fact checking?

The article below really tried to portray him in the worst light possible, with a lot of misinformation, information which I have not in some ways been able to verify. What is more certain however is that the information about the drug addiction and bank heist rumour most likely came from the police, and if this was a 1999 rumour why was it still floating around, unless what he said in his letter had some validity?

Anyways here is the article.

FAILED LIFE FOR KILLER 'COWARD'
* DIVORCED & LOST JOB BEFORE MASSACRE* CO-WORKER WORRIED 'HE'D SHOOT US ALL'
By LORENA MONGELLI in Binghamton and TODD VENEZIA and JAMES FANELLI in New York City
The lunatic behind the Binghamton massacre was a pathetic, gun-loving coward who got divorced, lost his job and was driven to depression because he could barely speak English after many years in the United States, officials and people who knew him said yesterday.
His life in the pits, Jiverly Wong, 41, became a regular at Gander Mountain, a sporting goods store, in the six months leading up to the rampage, buying and returning as many as six guns after firing each a few times.
Wong -- who has a daughter in California, according to a coworker -- would get agitated when staffers had trouble with his broken English.
"He would get frustrated," Dave Henderson, who taught a class at the store, told the Press & Sun Bulletin of Binghamton. "There was times I wouldn't even talk to him anymore."
It was not clear if that was where he bought the two guns found on his body after Friday's massacre: 9mm and .45-caliber pistols.
His former co-workers at the ShopVac vacuum-cleaner assembly facility were equally frustrated by his communication problems, and were worried about his gun-loving ways.
On Mondays, when asked about his weekends, Wong routinely replied, "I went to a shooting range," said ex-colleague David Carrico, 18.
"He liked shooting guns. I was worried he would come into work one day, get angry and shoot us all."
It wasn't until five months after his November firing from ShopVac that he finally did snap -- but he directed his rage elsewhere, at the language school from which he essentially flunked out.
Wong on Friday picked up a pair of guns, hoisted a bulging sack of ammunition and marched maniacally into the American Civic Association, killing 13 people before turning the gun on himself. Another four victims remain hospitalized, but are expected to survive.
A clearer picture emerged yesterday of Wong's tale of woe before his grisly end.
The last 10 years of his sorry life included cocaine addiction, a bank-heist plan that never came to fruition, a divorce and lost jobs in New York and California.
Wong -- who at one point changed his last name to Voong, and also sometimes went by the name Linh -- was born in Vietnam to an ethnic Chinese family.
He came to the United States in the early 1990s with his family and became a naturalized citizen.
Wong quickly wound up in trouble, as court records in Los Angeles show that he was charged with forgery in 1992. It's not clear what became of the case. His family finally settled in Binghamton.
He got a gun permit in the mid-1990s.
New York officials investigated him in 1999 after an informant said that he was planning to rob a bank and had a "crack or cocaine" habit, Binghamton Police Chief Joseph Zikuski said. Nothing came of the allegations.
A couple of years later, Wong left for California, where he got a job driving a delivery truck for Kikka Sushi and lived in a cheap Inglewood motel. At the fleabag pay-by-the-month joint -- near the airport with bars on the windows -- all he had in his room was a bed and a 52-inch TV, fellow tenant Eric Sherman told The Post.
"All he would do is sit inside his apartment and chain-smoke," he said. "He didn't talk much and I just thought he didn't talk because he didn't really speak English."
Los Angeles court records also show that Wong was married. He was divorced in July 2005.
That was quickly followed by his abrupt departure from Kikka Sushi -- and the West Coast altogether.
Wong complained he was disgruntled at the company, where he made $500 per week.
Back in Binghamton, Wong was able to hold down a steady job at ShopVac until he was laid off, but was again upset over his low pay.
"I work so hard, but they only pay me $8 an hour," he complained to colleague Donald Ackley.
He was also tormented by some coworkers and sat alone in the lunchroom.
"Sometimes they picked on him a little bit," he said. "They would say, 'It's wrong, it's Wong, it's wrong, it's Wong.' "
Depressed and angry, he tried to better himself in the area where he was most vulnerable: his lack of English skills. He enrolled in an intermediate-level class at the association.
But once again he failed by hardly bothering to show up.
"His attendance was so erratic, he was dropped," said Elisabeth Hayes, his English teacher, who was out on vacation on the day of the massacre. Her substitute, Roberta King, 72, wound up dead.
"This was a nasty act of irrationality. Why did he have to do that?" Hayes asked. "We could have been there for him if he needed support. The class was kind to him.
"It's a true American nightmare."
In his final months, Wong -- who wore a hearing aid, according to driving records -- was miserable, surviving on $200 in unemployment benefits and living in his parents' gritty home.
By the time he was ready to commit his cold-blooded crime, the only place he found solace was at a gym, a pal said.
"He seemed a little depressed," said Son Quach, a grocery-store owner who had worked out with him at the Court Jester gym in nearby Johnson City.
He also griped about a recent break-up with his girlfriend, but would not elaborate.
Wong was inconsolable and often whined about his "bad luck."
"We picked up that apparently people were making fun of him and he felt that he was being degraded because of his inability to speak English and he was upset about that," Zikuski said.
The police chief said Wong's suicide was his final act of failure.
Police believe Wong planned to go out in a blaze of glory in a gunfight with cops, but got cold feet when he heard sirens and put a bullet between his eyes.
"He must have been a coward," Zikuski said.
"We speculate that when he heard the sirens, he decided to end his own life. He was heavily armed, had a lot of ammunition on him and, thank God, before more lives were lost, that he decided to do that."

If he survived 18 years of being Gang Stalked, and if he is telling the truth, then he was not a coward for those 18 years, it take a lot to survive being under investigation 24/7. Apparently the alligation of drug addition might be false and this might be the rumours that he spoke about, sounds like there was the typical workplace mobbing involved, and the community Gang Stalking, which might be part of the reason he dropped out of the language school. See if you take the time to listen to his side, you can either write him off as some paranoid whack job, or if you look deeper, he might have been burtally targeted and harassed for 18 years and if this is the case, more needs to be done to bring this to the light.

Rachel Hoffman Deadly dealings.

This is a seven part series on Rachel Hoffman. The series covers how she became a confidential informant and how she died.

These types of activities are happening in America and other democratic countries. Most times you never hear about this, even when things go wrong you usually don't hear about this, but in this case, Rachel's family and friends have done a good job of publicizing what happened to her, and bringing awareness to the plight of confidential informants, and the state of these deals.

I have to be honest some parts of this story are troubling to me. The informants that Rachel was to sell or buy drugs from, sound like they might have had prior convictions, which means they would have already been a part of the informant program in most likelihood. A quick check might have revealed this. Yet the cops choose these men to be the pigeons for the sting?

What I do know, from the stories that I have read, Rachel was very open unfortunately too open about her role as an informant. I have heard other stories of how informants who break the code of silence are dealt with. I just think that there are some parts of the stories that are odd, and because we were not there we might never know.

The men she bought the drugs from, had no drugs, and they shot her and killed her for the money? Yet why not just beat her up and disappear? She didn't really know them, they could have gotten away with it, so why was she really killed?

There are a lot of questions that I have, sometimes the store is just what it seems and sometimes there is more to the story. Anyways, here are the links to her 7 part series.

The Set Up's

In researching Gang Stalking I have had to focus on how Informants are used. What I am finding is that Informants are an integral part of society, they are used at every level, and are an ingrained feature of some societies and have been for some time.

The other aspect of the Informant system that I am coming across is one that many would describe as conspirital. This involves the use of Informants to set up average individuals themselves to become Informants.

These set up's can happen for drugs, illegal materials, sexual assault accusations, pedophilia accusations, getting friends to steal from stores, stolen goods, embarrassing or compromising situations, illegal or immoral situations that are covered up, there are so many different ways the Informant is used for these set up's. The unsuspecting target or pawn might never suspect that cousin Ed, that old friend, neighbour, co-worker is calling out of the blue not to get reacquainted, but to try to help set you up.

Quote:
the unethical recruitment of drug informants Submitted by bobbie (not verified) on September 19, 2008 - 4:34am.
My son was targeted by local law enforcement simply because they valued him as a potential drug informant.

They were interested in him because he did construction work for someone who had a permit to grow marijuana plants.

He had no drug violations. The detectives targeted his specific vulnerabilities, and played on his sympathy with an older informant who said he was going through a bad divorce, and needed marijuana for his anxiety.

The 4 detectives witnessed and videotaped the sale, but did not arrest him. They waited until he reported for a scheduled jail time for a DUI, and rearrested him without publicity, and without family support.

They told him he was "screwed", and would he work for them? When he didn't want to consent without talking with his girlfriend, they went after her at work and threatened to prosecute her. He pleaded guilty and got 2 years prison, leaving his 8 yr old son without a dad. Please take a stand against this unethical activity.
These systemic setup's have been going on for many years unchecked. The above example should be helpful in comprehending how these set up's are being conducted. If you think there is no such thing as a conspiracy in society you would be wrong.

The local law enforcement wanted this woman's son as an informant. I am not sure if they asked him first, but most likely they just created a scenario where a set up could happen.
They were not really interested in her son, the true target was his employer, look at the steps they went through to get to this person.

1. They profiled her son, to figure out what his vulnerability would be.
2. They hired an Informant who had access to her son. It's hard to say if they set up the Informant first or not.
3. They used the Informant to entrap her son, assuming that he would become a snitch.
4. Had they been successful, it would have been a matter of time before this woman's son would have been asked to either set up his employer, or do something to make him look guilty and set him up in that manner.

That's the way it's working, and has been for some time now. This happens in society a lot. It's systemic. If you don't think this way, operate this way, you might not know it when you see it, or experience it.

The above scenario is what we call a conspiracy, and that one was initiated by local law enforcement. In my readings and research this is not a one time thing, these setup's are happening all the time, and at every level and sector of society. Some on the record, many off the record, but the end result is the same, these people are owned by the system and can be used later on as needed.

Here is a made up scenario of a set up. A local politician is the target. There is no access to this person directly. He has a secretary, who after profiling her, she turns up clean, and there is no way to her directly, but Ms. secretary has a son, who's not that bright. He get's set up, the mother get's involved and has a choice of helping her son stay out of jail, or turning Informant. She agrees, thus giving TPTB access to the politician and and opportunity to gain access to this person, or introduce others into his realm, so that he in turn can be set up. Provided all goes as planned, this politician will then be a part of the system. There might not be any official records of this, but each will be owned by the state. That's a set up.

In a scenario like the one above, this person can then be used, if a policy needs to be voted on a specific way, etc.

In society there are similar scenarios working happening all the time, many less complex that are just person to person, drugs being the most common. Many in society are not immune to drugs, or getting arrested for drugs, as we saw recently with the arrest of Sarah Palin's in-law.

http://newsok.com/mother-of-bristol-palins-boyfriend-arrested/article/3331499
Alaska state police have arrested the mother of Bristol Palin's boyfriend on drug charges. Palin is the daughter of Gov. Sarah Palin.

Sherry L. Johnston was arrested Thursday after officers served a search warrant on a Wasilla home. The 42-year-old Johnston has been charged with six felony drug counts.
In this review of the book Snitch Culture, Jim Redden focuses on the use of Informants, and how pervasive the practise has become. The book was written almost a decade ago, but has become even more relevant then ever, in today's modern society.
As American enters the New Millennium, this country is in the grip of a government-created surveillance system which permeates every aspect of our lives. The economy is booming and things couldn¹t be better for the vast majority of citizens. Serious crime is at a 30-year low, with murder and other violent felonies dropping in every region of the nation. Minorities are earning more than ever before, and the schools have never been safer. And yet, despite this good news, large segments of the population live in fear - a fear created and exploited by opportunistic politicians and power-hungry law enforcement officials to justify the most sophisticated police state ever created.

And at the heart of this nightmare is the snitch, the government's weapon of choice against criminals and law-abiding citizens alike.
This is the true evil of this system. Many people in society assume that if you follow the law, if you are law abiding, then this does not apply to you, after reading through many stories I see that this is not the case. You can be affected and are more likely at some point to be affected by this system if you are not aware of how it's working.
Such tips can trigger a broad range of responses by federal, state and local authorities, from home visits by child care and mental health specialists to deadly raids by heavily-armed SWAT units. Governments have spent billions of dollars in recent years militarizing local police departments across the country, and creating special federal units with overwhelming firepower. They are all ready and waiting for an informant to send them on their next mission. The result of all this snitching has been boiled down to a simple bumpersticker that can be seen on cars and trucks in all 50 state: "I love my country, but fear my government."

The Snitch Culture did not come about by accident. It was deliberately created by Democrats and Republicans alike, working with federal, state and local law enforcement officials to build a nationwide intelligence-gathering network which is impossible to escape. This surveillance system did not spring to life overnight. It was assembled in pieces over the past century in reaction to one manufactured threat to the American way of life after another, each requiring new laws, new law enforcement agencies, and new informants to enforce. Our political and law enforcement leaders repeatedly seize on bizarre but isolated incidents to create the image of a country under attack from all sides. The threats have ranged over the years from anarchists to marijuana to Communists to heroin to Muslims to methamphetamine to white supremacists, but in each case the government¹s response has been the same - a new domestic war. The War on Crime. The War on Drugs. The War on Terrorism. The War on Youth Violence.
Many in society myself included believe that wars on drugs, gangs were for the betterment of
society, but in reality there seems to have been a different and separate agenda working. Something far more sinister that many are not willing to believe or accept.
The result is a society driven by manufactured mass paranoia, where personal betrayal is seen as a virtue instead of the lowest form of human behavior. And as the 21st Century begins to unfold, this perverse version of reality is being exported around the world. Seamless global surveillance is the ultimate goal. All it takes is a tip from a snitch to make you a target.
Before my research into Gang Stalking, I really believed that if you called in a tip to the police it would be quickly and properly investigated and the person if innocent would be cleared, but as we have seen with the war on terror, this is not the case, many innocent people are having their lives ruined. Most people never see the end result of what is set in motion after a tip is made. Many others are all too aware of the events that will be set in motion and are all too happy to partake in the ruin of an innocent persons life.

What can be done to correct what is happening? Exposure and awareness are key, but also societies mentality has changed. Many in society glorify snitching, many people think that it's ok to set someone up, too many are unaware, or unwilling to believe how prevalent the Informant system is.

These are some of the key changes that would be required to correct a system that has become corrupt in too many societies.

Laws that require all Informants no matter who they are to be registered as such, at every level in society.

Record all Informant deals. It's the only way to get a true record of who is an Informant and how wide spread the Informant Infection has become in society.

Do I expect the above changes to be implemented? Not really, but these are the scenarios that would help stop much of the corruption that we see, and are experiencing at many levels of society today.

The only real way then that an individual can affect change is to just say no. When they get into a situation where they are asked to snitch for unjust reasons, or for unethical set up's, the best way to change what is happening in society is to just say no.

Ship Shape Spies.

Big improvement on the S.S. Suburban Spies.

Ok there has been some kind of massive over haul with the way things are being run, now they actually look like someone owns them. As we all know someone does own them, the government and they are snitching and spying for the state, so the least the state could do was dress them up and trick them out appropriately.

Ok I am not sure for the reason for the changes, I am guessing, because they were making themselves so obvious that they could be seen from space, hello.

Also I was noticing this poser guy, that is the only word for him. He was dressed in like over 30ish rap gear, which so did not suit him, and then he was all like covering his mouth and doing nothing else, expecting people to signal back, it was so obvious he was being a poser. Even I was like, I don't know you. I saw him again this week, and his posing was doing way better, he was sitting back and just observing them. That's the way you learn. I don't know what he was thinking. He still had the horrible over 30ish rap looking outfit. It just so doesn't work. Not sure what his deal is. Anyways, changes that I have noticed.

Better postures, now they actually look like a suburban spy force, rather than people who crawled out of bed with nothing better to do, and decided to collect government spy-fare cheques. Or do their delinquent state duties. Outfits. I have not seen any really tragic outfits that needed mentioning. Again I haven't seen anything amazing this week, but again, at least they look like someone owns them now.

Signalling. For all you targets out there, at least the ones who live in my city. This week the spy force totally went underground with the signalling. NO more crazy, outlandish on watch eye signals. They have actually opened up a dictionary and learnt the word subtlety. Thank God. It was so bad, their signalling. I didn't want to totally diss them at the time, but big improvement. Eg. This Asian guy on the train, did the pretending to be sleeping thing, but he's really good at it. He only opens his eyes to see who else has come on board and to give directional signals. He was really good at what he was doing, same with the woman who was his cohort. I would say he was the conductor of the moment on that train car. They were doing this really cool back to back and face to face thing, which really works, good for them, bad for us targets. Of course I had to have some fun with it, but he really did a good job.

So they really are being way more subtle, if you want to see them in action, you are going to have to do what the poser guy is doing and just observe them. They have dramatically improved. So targets be more alert.

They also now are better at coordinating the train arrival with getting everyone in position on the platform, so that is way better. Can I ask anyone, why they still feel a need to come and sit with me? Do I look lonely to you? Really. Do your spy thing, but stay away from me. You still get the odd few who have not opened the dictionary to learn the word subtlety.
So today at lunch it was funny. Cause it was Easter Sunday right the area that I lunch in, the washrooms were closed right, so as they tried to do their usual pretending to go to the bathroom, it was funny to watch spy after spy, slam into the closed door. The looks on their faces.

Then now when they walk past me to stalk me at lunch, instead of walking over to try to see what I am eating and doing, they actually are trying to be pretending to be not spying, but it's still so obvious to me. After spending the last nine months of my life openly being stalked by them, tortured by them, and having my life invaded to such a unspeakable violating degree, it's not likely that I would forget them.

Our society is in trouble though. If the numbers that I am seeing on the train are any indication we are in such trouble. I mean seriously, on the train I am seeing well over 85% taking part in this. That is being modest. Now I don't know if I am seeing more of a concentration of this cause I am a target, but remember what I use to do is I would go from car to car to check, and I would walk from the front to the back or whatever, and each car was the same.

I can tell you I work in an small office of under 50 and everyone but me is taking part in this. Now I don't know if they have been inducted since I started working there, but I don't think so. They have been put on alert however. Yeah I'm nutty. Sure.

I can also tell you, I have seen this in other things, eg. People are so use to the signalling and signing that they do it on camera in some cases. I don't want to point out the examples, because things go missing too easily in cyberspace. However I don't think that the numbers I am seeing taking part in this are wrong.

It's like a cult. The people that are in it, can't see that anything is wrong, or that they are a part of something bad. Many of them, not all of them, because some people don't want to go along with this. Like the ones who died trying to leave this, or became socially annexed. Remember this is running from top to bottom in our society. It has been for some time. More than likely decades in one form or another. I spent years on the planet, and I had no idea. I spent eight years or more, being a target of this, and I had no idea, till last summer.

From what I have read and researched, I fully believe that this is what is causing a lot of the workplace mobbing and suicides that we are seeing. It's also causing people like me who don't figure this out in time to become jobless, homeless, forced suicides, mass slaughter, institutionalisation, or jail.

I don't see how this is getting stopped. Eg. A month or so back, I saw a guy on the train, he was like mentally ill or something, it was kind of like obvious. They were watching him right. That was then. Today I saw him again. He looked more together, but more importantly, he was signalling. Now I wasn't absolutely sure at first, but I am pretty sure, more importantly, when he got off the train, no spotters were following him that I could see. That means he is like one of them now. That's creepy.

Did anyone see those alien movies where they take over the planet, like body snatchers or something? Just where a few people see the truth and realise what is going on, and there is no way to get the truth out. I can not be the first person to have noticed this, but our media can't or won't talk about it. The agencies that should be protecting us are not, or they are owned or influenced by the people that we are trying to seek protection from. I won't even go over my CHRC (Canadian Human Rights Commission) complaint, that is going nowhere fast. I faxed it so many times, and each time, they either didn't get it, or oh there is now a page missing, or oh we think there were two files opened. We can't use everything in the complaint. Just like all the other people before me have found. It's just irritating. Where is justice to be found?

Anyways if you do have a spy force that is going to take over the planet someday, at least they won't all look like tragic fashion victims, who can't coordinate simple signalling, or who don't know the meaning of subtlety. On the other hand, the planet is going to be taken over by a spy force, the people controlling the people. I never understood this, mental slavery. It's the worst kind, when you don't know that you are bound. There are no bonds so many do not know that they are bound. The ones that do, they can't get free. It's like finding out too late that you married into the mob, or a cult or an abusive person with the wrong connections. You find that you can't leave.

The things is if they could find a way to pull it together, before the whole world is snitching they could maybe get out of this, but they don't. Like I use to wonder why the slaves did not ban together and just rush those slave masters and get free. It's cause slavery is more than physical bonds. It's mental. It's like you have an elephant right. As a baby, what they do is they chain it with a really strong chain, well it tries to get free right, like any sane thinking person or creature would try to do, well it can't cause it's only little right. Well as it grows, it can totally get itself free if it wanted to, cause it grows strong, but even if they use a rope to tie the elephant with, it won't try to escape, because it's learnt that it can't. It's a total myth, but the elephant has been bound mentally as well as physically, and even though it could easily now throw off the physical bonds, it can't throw off the mental bonds.

It's the same for people. You get them when they are young enough or naive enough and you enslave them, physically or even just mentally and then after awhile even if they could get free they stop trying, they think they can't. But it's a myth, yet so many can't get their minds around it, and so the system stays in place. It's really bad, because over here we are taught how democratic we are and how free we are, and it's a real wake up call, to realise that this is going on in society, and with such numbers of people, how could they all be taken in like this? I know over here we are really polite and stuff, and if the government asked, most of us would try to help out, cause that's the kind of people we are, and many are not seeing the dark side of this. They either don't know the truth or just don't care. Just like Germany. I mean that whole thing, must have given them back such a sense of community, belongingness and togetherness, that they just over looked the fact that they were sending their neighbours the Jews off to death or concentration camps. What lies did they tell themselves to get by? Or did they just have a completely separate reality? I don't really know, I can't try to really exhume that part of history, and dissect it, but I think what we are coming upon is very close and similar.

So how are people going to see the truth? I didn't. I know this signalling crap has been going on since I was in college, and I am sure even before them, but I just could not have wrapped my mind around this. I mean we are taught that only the Russians and Chinese and Germans spied on their citizens and had them being citizen spies. We were taught that we were just not like that, but that was a lie. We were exactly like that too. It was just a lie, but I bought it, hook line and sinker, like so many others in society. Which also makes me wonder what else we were lied to about? When you start reading about history and things that happened, things that never made the history books, you see the same patterns of repression, and the same periods in history. Many of them passed and sanity came back once more, and ofcourse we can all hope that this is all one more such time, but what seems to be happening seems to be on a much wider scale, and I am not sure there will be a period of sanity again.

I grow hopeful when I think of people like Rosie O'Donnell and saying the truth no matter what it's going to cost her. It's funny America is suppose to be free speech and stuff, but I see death threats to Rosie, and all these other hateful, and character assassination messages and they are so unnecessary. I mean she has a right to ask questions, questions that some people want answers to. I mean if the US government can come up with Operation Northwoods, the sister plan of 9/11, then why not 9/11? The US government has in the past, made plans to mass murder it's citizens with terrorist actions and then blame it on others. Hijacking of planes, dead people in many cities, if they planned it once, why not a second time? It's like the wife who finds out that her husband once planned to have her killed, in a skiing accident so that he could get his hands on her inheritance. Then 10 years later she gets killed in a skiing accident, and he get's his hands on her inheritance, but everyone is going, he would never do that. Yet they have the proof that he would do that, cause he planned it before. Anyways I am not going to fault people for wanting to think well of their government, but just wake up and have a slightly opened mind. It will break your heart, and destroy you if it's true, but so will living with lies in time.

I guess that is also true with the suburban spies, some have seen the truth and the truth has set them free in some ways, but it's probably making them miserable in others. Simply put, ignorance is bliss. I am seeing the dark side of this, thank God. If I wasn't I might think it was cool, or suave to be a Suburban Spy, these people get to play at this, and I have to fight for my survival. Well really we all do, cause the truth is not very pretty, and I feel bad for the ones who finally start to understand what God they are truly serving.

Can you keep a secret? Everyone else can.

Can you keep a secret?

Of course you can. If you can have hundreds of thousands of people taking part in some Stasi like State program and keeping their mouths shut, then you can get people to keep quite about just about anything.

People always say that if 9-11 happened and it was done by the US government, someone would have said something or it would have been in the papers, but why would it be?
I have been here in the world for awhile, and did I know anything about these suburban spy programs? No. You have millions of people in these types of programs around the world, keeping the secret, so then why does anyone think someone would spill the beans about 9/11 if they knew?

Compared to 9/11 these spy programs are small fry. If people can keep their mouths shut about these programs, then the trusted ones who would have been let in on the 9/11 secret, would keep that a secret for sure.

I mean if peoples friends, family, etc can all be made to keep their mouths shut for fear of the state over something like a community spy program, then you bet your assets they can be made to keep quite about 9/11, same with our media, etc.

The only thing you can do about 9/11 is take a look at the inconsequential of that time period, that add up to a big consequential, like who cancelled flights, who's flights left days earlier than planned to avoid flying on 9/11

An aeroplane fire is allegedly strong enough and destructive enough to destroy all the people on board, take down 3 buildings, but the wreckage from that leaves the passport of the sleeper terrorist agents in tack? Yeah I like fairy tales as much as the next person, but even I would have to ask some questions about this fairy tale, and the crappy ending that went with it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gingerbread_(Buffy_episode)

These same supposed terrorists who allegedly knew they were not coming back, still packed suitcases, that they left in parked cars for people to conviently find.

People can be lied to, but only if they want to be. I knew there was something going on, I knew that everyone around me were taking part in something. I thought it was something simple, I never dreamed something like this could be going on in the world, much less in my world, and happening to me, but it was. I could never have believed that so many people could keep their mouths shut about something so relevant and encompassing, that was important for me to know, for so long but they did, remorselessly.

It was my own need and perseverance and desire to learn the truth that finally lead me to a place where I have some of the facts about the unbelievable stuff that was happening in my life, that so many people knew about but me. I knew I would have to prepare myself for some betrayal when the truth finally came out, how much I never knew.

If you want to know the truth, you can find it, but be prepared to be hurt, and to feel betrayed, and you might not like what you find, but no one ever said the truth would be pretty. Ever hear that saying, the truth will set you free, but first it will make you miserable. Well the truth is, it might set you free, but it might continue to make you miserable.

People can keep secrets, don't fool yourselves, and sometimes it's the people you think you should be able to trust the most, those are the ones that betray you, but you know what if you can deal with that and get past it, the truth is there in all it's refined glory.

Can you keep a secret? Everyone else sure can. If you want the truth about anything, you are going to have to go and find it out for yourself, and many people are not going to make it easy for you. It can be done though.

Rules for dealing with Cointelpro Infiltration.

Thankfully those who have gone through this or similar, have left behind something for future generations, so that they could have better ways of dealing with these new modern day Cointelpro opperations. I am going to repost these great guidelines that I found for dealing with Cointelpro.
http://www.williambowles.info/spysrus/cointelpro2.html
Tips for dealing with Infiltration. These are guidelines, but realisitically do what you have to do to protect your movements.
Cointelpro: Civil Liberties Under Threat
Downloaded from AMNET 312-436-3062 Chicago's Civil Liberties BBS Civil Liberties Under Threat By Brian Glick
Part Two
GUIDELINES FOR COPING WITH INFILTRATION:
l. Establish a process through which anyone who suspects an informer (or other form of covert intervention) can express his or her fears without scaring others. Experienced people assigned this responsibility can do a great deal to help a group maintain its morale and focus while, at the same time, centrally consolidating information and deciding how to use it. This plan works best when accompanied by group discussion of the danger of paranoia, so that everyone understands and follows the established procedure.
2. To reduce vulnerability to paranoia and "snitch jackets", and to minimize diversion from your main work, it generally is best if you do not attempt to expose a suspected agent or informer unless you are certain of their role. (For instance, they surface to make an arrest, testify as a government witness or in some other way admit their identity). Under most circumstances, an attempted exposure will do more harm than the infiltrator's continued presence. This is especially true if you can discreetly limit the suspect's access to funds, financial records, mailing lists, discussions of possible law violations, meetings that plan criminal defense strategy, and similar opportunities.
3. Deal openly and directly with the form and content of what anyone says and does, whether the person is a suspected agent, has emotional problems, or is simply a sincere, but naive or confused person new to the work.
4. Once an agent or informer has been definitely identified, alert other groups and communities by means of photographs, a description of their methods of operation, etc. In the 60s, some agents managed even after their exposure in one community to move on and repeat their performance in a number of others.
5. Be careful to avoid pushing a new or hesitant member to take risks beyond what that person is ready to handle, particularly in situations which could result in arrest and prosecution. People in this position have proved vulnerable to recruitment as informers.
OTHER FORMS OF DECEPTION
Bogus leaflets, pamphlets, etc.: COINTELPRO documents show that the FBI routinely put out phony leaflets, posters, pamphlets, etc. to discredit its targets. In one instance, agents revised a children's coloring book which the Black Panther Party had rejected as anti-white and gratuitously violent, and then distributed a cruder version to backers of the Party's program of free breakfasts for children, telling them the book was being used in the program.
False media stories: The FBI's documents expose collusion by reporters and news media that knowingly published false and distorted material prepared by Bureau agents. One such story had Jean Seberg, a noticeably pregnant white film star active in anti-racist causes, carrying the child of a prominent Black leader. Seberg's white husband, the actual father, has sued the FBI as responsible for her resulting still-birth, breakdown, and suicide.
Forged correspondence: Former employees have confirmed that the FBI and CIA have the capacity to produce "state of the art" forgery. The U.S. Senate's investigation of COINTELPRO uncovered a series of letters forged in the name of an intermediary between the Black Panther Party's national office and Panther leader Eldridge Cleaver, in exile in Algeria. The letters proved instrumental in inflaming intra-party rivalries that erupted into the bitter public split that shattered the Party in the winter of 1971.
Anonymous letters and telephone calls: During the 60s, activists received a steady flow of anonymous letters and phone calls which turn out to have been from government agents. Some threatened violence. Others promoted racial divisions and fears. Still others charged various leaders with collaboration, corruption, sexual affairs with other activists' mates, etc. As in the Seberg incident, inter-racial sex was a persistent theme. The husband of one white woman involved in a bi-racial civil rights group received the following anonymous letter authored by the FBI:
--Look, man, I guess your old lady doesn't get enough at home or she wouldn't be shucking and jiving with our Black Men in ACTION, you dig? Like all she wants to integrate is the bedroom and us Black Sisters ain't gonna take no second best from our men. So lay it on her man--or get her the hell off [name]. A Soul Sister
False rumors: Using infiltrators, journalists and other contacts, the Bureau circulated slanderous, disruptive rumors through political movements and the communities in which they worked.
Other misinformation: A favorite FBI tactic uncovered by Senate investigators was to misinform people that a political meeting or event had been cancelled. Another was to offer non-existent housing at phony addresses, stranding out-of-town conference attendees who naturally blamed those who had organized the event. FBI agents also arranged to transport demonstrators in the name of a bogus bus company which pulled out at the last minute. Such "dirty tricks" interfered with political events and turned activists against each other.
Fronts for the FBI: COINTELPRO documents reveal that a number of Sixties' political groups and projects were actually set up and operated by the FBI.
One, "Grupo pro-Uso Voto," was used to disrupt the fragile unity developing in l967 among groups seeking Puerto Rico's independence from the US.The genuine proponents of independence had joined together to boycott a US-administered referendum on the island's status. They argued that voting under conditions of colonial domination could serve only to legitimize US rule, and that no vote could be fair while the US controlled the island's economy, media, schools, and police. The bogus group, pretending to support independence, broke ranks and urged independistas to take advantage of the opportunity to register their opinion at the polls.
Since FBI front groups are basically a means for penetrating and disrupting political movements, it is best to deal with them on the basis of the Guidelines for Coping with Infiltration.
Confront what a suspect group says and does, but avoid public accusations unless you have definite proof. If you do have such proof, share it with everyone affected.
GUIDELINES FOR COPING WITH OTHER FORMS OF DECEPTION:
l. Don't add unnecessarily to the pool of information that government agents use to divide political groups and turn activists against each other. They thrive on gossip about personal tensions, rivalries and disagreements. The more these are aired in public, or via a telephone which can be tapped or mail which can be opened, the easier it is to exploit a groups' problems and subvert its work. (Note that the CIA has the technology to read mail without opening it, and that pay telephones can now be programmed to record any conversation in which specified political terms are used.)
2. The best way to reduce tensions and hostilities, and the urge to gossip about them, is to make time for open, honest discussion and resolution of "personal" as well as "political" issues.
3. Don't accept everything you hear or read. Check with the supposed source of the information before you act on it. Personal communication among estranged activists, however difficult or painful, could have countered many FBI operations which proved effective in the Sixties.
4. When you hear a negative, confusing or potentially harmful rumor, don't pass it on. Instead, discuss it with a trusted friend or with the people in your group who are responsible for dealing with covert intervention.
5. Verify and double-check all arrangements for housing, transportation, meeting rooms, and so forth.
6. When you discover bogus materials, false media stories, etc., publicly disavow them and expose the true source, insofar as you can.
HARASSMENT, INTIMIDATION & VIOLENCE:
Pressure through employers, landlords, etc.: COINTELPRO documents reveal frequent overt contacts and covert manipulation (false rumors, anonymous letters and telephone calls) to generate pressure on activists from their parents, landlords, employers, college administrators, church superiors, welfare agencies, credit bureaus, licensing authorities, and the like.
Agents' reports indicate that such intervention denied Sixties' activists any number of foundation grants and public speaking engagements. It also cost underground newspapers most of their advertising revenues, when major record companies were persuaded to take their business elsewhere. It may underlie recent steps by insurance companies to cancel policies held by churches giving sanctuary to refugees from El Salvador and Guatamala.
Burglary: Former operatives have confessed to thousands of "black bag jobs" in which FBI agents broke into movement offices to steal, copy or destroy valuable papers, wreck equipment, or plant drugs.
Vandalism: FBI infiltrators have admitted countless other acts of vandalism, including the fire which destroyed the Watts Writers Workshop's multi-million dollar ghetto cultural center in l973. Late 60s' FBI and police raids laid waste to movement offices across the country, destroying precious printing presses, typewriters, layout equipment, research files, financial records, and mailing lists.
Other direct interference: To further disrupt opposition movements, frighten activists, and get people upset with each other, the FBI tampered with organizational mail, so it came late or not at all. It also resorted to bomb threats and similar "dirty tricks".
Conspicuous surveillance: The FBI and police blatantly watch activists' homes, follow their cars, tap phones, open mail and attend political events. The object is not to collect information (which is done surreptiously), but to harass and intimidate.
Attempted interviews: Agents have extracted damaging information from activists who don't know they have a legal right to refuse to talk, or who think they can outsmart the FBI. COINTELPRO directives recommend attempts at interviews throughout political movements to "enhance the paranoia endemic in these circles" and "get the point across that there is an FBI agent behind every mailbox."
Grand juries: Unlike the FBI, the Grand Jury has legal power to make you answer its questions. Those who refuse, and are required to accept immunity from use of their testimony against them, can be jailed for contempt of court. (Such "use immunity" enables prosecutors to get around the constitutional protection against self-incrimination.)
The FBI and the US Dept. of Justice have manipulated this process to turn the grand jury into an instrument of political repression. Frustrated by jurors' consistent refusal to convict activists of overtly political crimes, they convened over 100 grand juries between l970 and l973 and subpoenaed more than 1000 activists from the Black, Puerto Rican, student, women's and anti-war movements. Supposed pursuit of fugitives and "terrorists" was the usual pretext. Many targets were so terrified that they dropped out of political activity. Others were jailed without any criminal charge or trial, in what amounts to a U.S. version of the political internment procedures employed in South Africa and Northern Ireland.
False arrest and prosecution: COINTELPRO directives cite the Philadelphia FBI's success in having local militants "arrested on every possible charge until they could no longer make bail" and "spent most of the summer in jail." Though the bulk of the activists arrested in this manner were eventually released, some were convicted of serious charges on the basis of perjured testimony by FBI agents, or by co-workers who the Bureau had threatened or bribed.
The object was not only to remove experienced organizers from their communities and to divert scarce resources into legal defense, but even more to discredit entire movements by portraying their leaders as vicious criminals. Two victims of such frame-ups, Native American activist Leonard Peltier and l960s' Black Panther official Elmer "Geronimo" Pratt, have finally gained court hearings on new trial motions.
Others currently struggling to re-open COINTELPRO convictions include Richard Marshall of the American Indian Movement and jailed Black Panthers Herman Bell, Anthony Bo:Pom, Albert Washington (the "NY3"), and Richard "Dhoruba" Moore.
Intimidation: One COINTELPRO communique urged that "The Negro youths and moderates must be made to understand that if they succumb to revolutionary teaching, they will be dead revolutionaries."
Others reported use of threats (anonymous and overt) to terrorize activists, driving some to abandon promising projects and others to leave the country. During raids on movement offices, the FBI and police routinely roughed up activists and threatened further violence. In August, 1970, they forced the entire staff of the Black Panther office in Philadelphia to march through the streets naked.
Instigation of violence: The FBI's infiltrators and anonymous notes and phone calls incited violent rivals to attack Malcolm X, the Black Panthers, and other targets. Bureau records also reveal maneuvers to get the Mafia to move against such activists as black comedian Dick Gregory.
A COINTELPRO memo reported that "shootings, beatings and a high degree of unrest continue to prevail in the ghetto area of southeast San Diego...it is felt that a substantial amount of the unrest is directly attributable to this program."
Covert aid to right-wing vigilantes: In the guise of a COINTELPRO against "white hate groups," the FBI subsidized, armed, directed and protected the Klu Klux Klan and other right-wing groups, including a "Secret Army Organization" of California ex-Minutemen who beat up Chicano activists, tore apart the offices of the San Diego Street Journal and the Movement for a Democratic Military, and tried to kill a prominent anti-war organizer. Puerto Rican activists suffered similar terrorist assaults from anti-Castro Cuban groups organized and funded by the CIA.
Defectors from a band of Chicago-based vigilantes known as the "Legion of Justice" disclosed that the funds and arms they used to destroy book stores, film studios and other centers of opposition had secretly been supplied by members of the Army's ll3th Military Intelligence Group.
Assassination: The FBI and police were implicated directly in murders of Black and Native American leaders. In Chicago, police assassinated Black Panthers Fred Hampton and Mark Clark, using a floor plan supplied by an FBI informer who apparently also had drugged Hampton's food to make him unconscious during the raid.
FBI records show that this accomplice received a substantial bonus for his services. Despite an elaborate cover-up, a blue-ribbon commission and a U.S Court of Appeals found the deaths to be the result not of a shootout, as claimed by police, but of a carefully orchestrated, Vietnam-style "search and destroy mission".
GUIDELINES FOR COPING WITH HARASSMENT, INTIMIDATION & VIOLENCE:
l. Establish security procedures appropriate to your group's level of activity and discuss them thoroughly with everyone involved. Control access to keys, files, letterhead, funds, financial records, mailing lists, etc. Keep duplicates of valuable documents. Safeguard address books, and do not carry them when arrest is likely.
2. Careful records of break-ins, thefts, bomb threats, raids, arrests, strange phone noises (not always taps or bugs), harassment, etc. will help you to discern patterns and to prepare reports and testimony.
3. Don't talk to the FBI. Don't let them in without a warrant. Tell others that they came. Have a lawyer demand an explanation and instruct them to leave you alone.
4. If an activist does talk, or makes some other honest error, explain the harm that could result. But do not attempt to ostracize a sincere person who slips up. Isolation only weakens a person's ability to resist. It can drive someone out of the movement and even into the arms of the police.
5. If the FBI starts to harass people in your area, alert everyone to refuse to cooperate (see box). Call the Movement Support Network's Hotline:(2l2) 614-6422. Set up community meetings with speakers who have resisted similar harassment elsewhere. Get literature, films, etc. through the organizations listed in the back of this pamphlet. Consider "Wanted" posters with photos of the agents, or guerilla theater which follows them through the city streets.
6. Make a major public issue of crude harassment, such as tampering with your mail. Contact your congressperson. Call the media. Demonstrate at your local FBI office. Turn the attack into an opportunity for explaining how covert intervention threatens fundamental human rights.
7. Many people find it easier to tell an FBI agent to contact their lawyer than to refuse to talk. Once a lawyer is involved, the Bureau generally pulls back, since it has lost its power to intimidate. If possible, make arrangements with a local lawyer and let everyone know that agents who visit them can be referred to that lawyer. If your group engages in civil disobedience or finds itself under intense police pressure, start a bail fund, train some members to deal with the legal system, and develop an ongoing relationship with a sympathetic local lawyer.
8. Community education is important, along with legal, financial, child care, and other support for those who protect a movementby refusing to divulge information about it. If a respected activistis subpoenaed for obviously political reasons, consider trying toarrange for sanctuary in a local church or synagogue.
9. While the FBI and police are entirely capable of fabricating criminal charges, your non-political law violations (such as drugs) make it easier for them to set you up. The point is not to get so up-tight and paranoid that you can't function, but to make a realistic assessment based on your visibility and other pertinent circumstances.
10. Upon hearing of Fred Hampton's murder, the Black Panthers in Los Angeles fortified their offices and organized a communications network to alert the community and news media in the event of a raid. When the police did attempt an armed assault four days later, the Panthers were able to hold off the attack until a large community and media presence enabled them to leave the office without casualties. Similar preparation can help other groups that have reason to expect right-wing or police assaults.
11. Make sure your group designates and prepares other members to step in if leaders are jailed or otherwise incapacitated. The more each participant is able to think for herself or himself and take responsibility, the better will be the group's capacity to cope with crises.
ORGANIZING PUBLIC OPPOSITION TO COVERT INTERVENTION
A BROAD-BASED STRATEGY: No one existing political organization or movement is strong enough, by itself, to mobilize the public pressure required to significantly limit the ability of the FBI, CIA and police to subvert our work. Some activists oppose covert intervention because it violates fundamental constitutional rights. Others stress how it weakens and interferes with the work of a particular group or movement. Still others see covert action as part of a political and economic system which is fundamentally flawed. Our only hope is to bring these diverse forces together in a single, powerful alliance.
Such a broad coalition cannot hold together unless it operates with clearly-defined principles. The coalition as a whole will have to oppose covert intervention on certain basic grounds--such as the threat to democracy, civil liberties and social justice, leaving its members free to put forward other objections and analyses in their own names. Participants will need to refrain from insisting that only their views are "politically correct" and that everyone else has "sold out."
Above all, we will have to resist the government's maneuvers to divide us by moving against certain groups, while subtly suggesting that it will go easy on the others, if only they dissociate themselves from those under attack. This strategy is evident in the recent Executive Order and Guidelines, which single out for infiltration and disruption people who support liberation movements and governments that defy U.S. hegemony or who entertain the view that it may at times be necessary to break the law in order to effectuate social change.
DIVERSE TACTICS: For maximum impact, local and national coalitions will need a multi-faceted approach which effectively combines a diversity of tactics, including:
l. Investigative research to stay on top of, and document, just what the FBI, CIA and police are up to.
2. Public education through forums, rallies, radio and TV, literature, film, high school and college curricula, wallposters, guerilla theater, and whatever else proves interesting and effective.
3. Legislative lobbying against administration proposals to strengthen covert work, cut back public access to information, punish government "whistle-blowers", etc. Coalitions in some cities and states have won legislative restrictions on surveillance and covert action. The value of such victories will depend our ability to mobilize continuing, vigilant public pressure for effective enforcement.
4. Support for the victims of covert intervention can reduce somewhat the harm done by the FBI, CIA and police. Organizing on behalf of grand jury resisters, political prisoners, and defendants in political trials offers a natural forum for public education about domestic covert action.
5. Lawsuits may win financial compensation for some of the people harmed by covert intervention. Class action suits, which seek a court order (injunction) limiting surveillance and covert action in a particular city or judicial district, have proved a valuable source of information and publicity. They are enormously expensive, however, in terms of time and energy as well as money. Out-of-court settlements in some of these cases have given rise to bitter disputes which split coalitions apart, and any agreement is subject to reinterpretation or modification by increasingly conservative, administration-oriented federal judges.
The US Court of Appeals in Chicago has ruled that the consent decree against the FBI there affects only operations based "solely on the political views of a group or an individual," for which the Bureau can conjure no pretext of a "genuine concern for law enforcement."
6. Direct action, in the form of citizens' arrests, mock trials, picketlines, and civil disobedience, has recently greeted CIA recruiters on a number of college campuses. Although the main focus has been on the Agency's international crimes, its domestic activities have also received attention. Similar actions might be organized to protest recruitment by the FBI and police, in conjunction with teach-ins and other education about domestic covert action. Demonstrations against Reagan's attempts to bolster covert intervention, or against particular FBI, CIA or police operations, could also raise public consciousness and focus activists' outrage.
PROSPECTS: Previous attempts to mobilize public opposition, especially on a local level, indicate that a broad coalition, employing a multi-faceted approach, may be able to impose some limits on the government's ability to discredit and disrupt our work. It is clear, however, that we currently lack the power to eliminate such intervention. While fighting hard to end domestic covert action, we need also to study the forms it takes and prepare ourselves to cope with it as effectively as we can.
Above all, it is essential that we resist the temptation to so preoccupy ourselves with repression that we neglect our main work. Our ability to resist the government's attacks depends ultimately on the strength of our movements. So long as we continue to advocate and organize effectively, no manner of intervention can stop us.

Tips for targets.

In the last seven to eight months I have learnt so much about gang stalking and what it's really like to be a targeted individual. To wake up one day and discover that you are literally being followed around and spied on wherever you go and no matter what you do, no matter where you are.

I have spent the last 8 years being harassed and mobbed, at work and in the community, however the last 7 months were a discovery. It's was to awaken from a nightmare to learn that not only was I not alone, but that this had all been planned, coordinated and carried out.
To have friends, family, neighbours, coworkers all be a part of a grand conspiracy designed to destroy your life and drive you to ruin, suicide, jail, institutionalisation, or poverty. It's been a real trip and one that I would rather to have done without, but it's let me become more aware of my world at a critical time when I might not have been otherwise.

To learn that your city, much like many others around the world have become mini Stasi States, with people spying and informing on each other, allegedly to protect their communities. Realising that this horror and this nightmare is not only encouraged by the State and the government, but also fully sanctioned.

The worst part, having no idea why or where it started or originated from. Trying to trace back your history over the last decade or so, to try to find out where this might have started from, to try to see if there was any rhyme or reason for this and discovering that there might not be or that you might never find it.

On top of this was getting a first class introduction to electronic harassment, and then having a full intense session for the next 4-5 months. Your very home becomes a torture chamber and you physically tortured with weapons that can actively be denied by the neighbourhood sociopaths who are taking part in these harassment's. You don't get to see or know the damage that has been done and most doctors, either won't openly acknowledge that these exist or they don't realise that these exist and can be used and are being used at none governmental levels.

To find out everything you ever learnt about Democracy and your country is not really true. It's only true under certain conditions, To find out that the world is not really the place that you learnt that it is. It's to live through a silent nightmare that has taken the lives of others, driven others to take their own lives, made other beggar and vagabond on the streets or in jails, made others permanent residents of institutions where they may never been heard from again.

In the midst of this storm you have to find a way to live, to survive, stay alive so that you can share your story with others, so that you can leave for others what others have left for you. To try to understand the living day-mare that has become your life. Somehow through this all you have to find your strength and your character must prevail or you realise that you may not. In the midst of this you learn all about human nature, and all the lessons that you learnt from the past start to make sense.

You learn to understand how the Salem witch trails took place, the Nazi Holocaust, the interment of the Japanese, all those events in history begin to make sense with such clarity, and you vehemently hope for the best, but you constantly remain aware of those who have gone before, and those who will come after. The ones who were not so lucky or so fortunate to find out in time, to try to stem the tide of malice that would over take and conquer their lives.

You learn to adapt to the unfathomable and you try to make others aware of a reality that is just so hard to believe that you would not believe it if you were not living it. Yet you still try, because you realise that awareness is the only way you can make others aware, and maybe get this nightmare stopped, and so you learn to do what you can for yourself and for others.

In the course of all this, I have found a reservoir which I always believed that I would have, should something like this come along, but who would ever believe such a thing could be. I have learnt to have perspective that I did not fully have prior to this. I have learnt in some ways to have less compassion for somethings, and some people, and in other cases to have more compassion for some things and some people.

I have had to cut ties that I thought would last a very long time, but I realise for me to be healthy and well, some times must be severed and so they have been. I not realise that I am most likely in this fight for some time to come and so I plan accordingly and don't look too far ahead, but I remain very vigilant. I find comfort in helping other targets, having a place where they can come and be heard, or just being able to impart my knowledge on them and being able to help them understand and learn what it took me months to do. It' s pretty rewarding helping others, it's something I have always strived to do, and I find even in the midst of this storm I have found new ways to do so, and so that is where I am currently on my path.

Here are some tips I hope can help others going through the same situation. I hope it can give them a basic structure with enough information to help them get adjusted quicker and to arm themselves with knowledge and defend themselves sooner, so that maybe they can stem the tide.

I am becoming the person I wanted to be. I would have preferred avoiding the clip trip through hell to do so, but it's made me a stronger, better, more aware person and much more compassionate about the suffering of others and the realities of the world that I really live in.

1. Try to gain some idea as to when your stalking might have started. Try to narrow it down to a 5 year time frame. If you think you know when your stalking started, think back further and keep looking for the answers. Eg. There is a guy online who thinks his stalking started because he dated a woman who he later learned was married. He thinks that's where it began, however unicorn another forum member suggested that it might have started even before this. The man had mentioned that his friends at work had introduced him to the work site, where he met the woman who ended up getting him stalked. Unicorn thought that the friends from work had set him up to go to that site, meet that woman, and then get into trouble for dating a married woman. Unicorn thought that plots like this happened many years before a target ever realised they were targets. That's why I say when you think you know, go further back and see if there could be anything else.

2. Many targets seems to have strong moral, ethical, or religious beliefs. This is something that a lot of targets do seem to have. They get picked off for being whistle-blowers, dissidents, activists, etc. Again it might appear that these are the reasons, but it could also be that you are placed specifically in such situations so that you will have to blow the whistle and thus getting stalked.

3. I recommend asking for a copy of your FOIA. Freedom of information records. I think this is a good idea at the local and federal levels.

4. You probably have a slander campaign ongoing, with people trying to make it seem as if you are crazy, a sex predator, drug dealer or a combination if not worst. Slander is something they use.

5. When they are in public, they are using a one handed sign language to communicate, look for things like baseball signal. Touching the nose, pulling on the ears, stroking the hair back, Things like that. I believe it's a one handed sign language called Talking Hands. It's a sign language that the hearing impaired use out in public and also the police to communicate.

6. The gang stalking is part of the new community based policing initiatives, that means many people in your community, neighbourhoods, workplaces, school, etc are a part of these programs. They are suppose to be an extra set of eyes and ears for the community. These people cover for each other and go out of their way to harass someone till it's impossible for them to stay in a community, workplace, school, homes, etc.

7. If you file a police report, keep it short and sweet and get a copy. The police have a habit of not filing these reports. Filing them and leaving them blank, or twisting around what you reported to make you seem crazy.

8. The network is becoming international, which presents a real problem for targets. Even when they travel they are not able to find safe places.

9. Places like Amnesty International, and other human rights groups, refuse to help or lend assistance with what is ongoing. It does not mean that you should not try to get help from them, but just be aware of what is happening.

10. Start video taping what they are doing to you, get a camcorder and tape recorder. For you home, also tape record your home when you are out.

11. Stop leaving your food opened, perps have been known to drug and tamper with food, and they will try to make you ill or give you drugs to make you act out.

12. Place extra locks on doors, and windows.

13. In your house and apartment they know where you are because they will install through the wall sensors, which you set off as you walk and that is how they know.

14. Your best defense is a lawyer, if you can find one who knows what's going on and who is willing to take on your case. You should try to find a lawyer that is aware of what is going on with community policing, but who is not a part of the program. You need someone who is aware of what's happening, but who can be neutral.

15. The police and the fire department are involved. The police and the fire department are involved, because the police are the ones who are running, or helping to run these community based program. You can try to get their assistance, but don't count on it, and it has the potential to make your situation worst.

16. Try not to loose your temper out in public. The ones in public are going out of there way to make sure you loose your temper. They will follow you and cough at you, stand too close, they coordinate the actions, if you watch them long enough you will begin to see this. Just look for the hand signals. Usually they will yawn or cover their mouths to start the communication.

17. Don't trust anyone but yourself. The reason behind this is that many people on line are perps. Even people who run support sites, and websites, some are perps. This is true for other community platforms not just gang stalking. For some reason, I guess to throw targets off, we have people who are total perps, pretending to be targets, to gain info from targets, find out stuff about them that can later be used.

18. Anything you share online assume it's public record. Nothing is private nothing is sacred.
This is true offline and online.

19. If you joined the spy network, this might stop the harassment, but I am not sure, and why would you want to join in with villains that are terrorising you.

20. Start an online blog and document all the things that they do. It's important to have some sort of record, let others know what's happening, or just vent a little and get some feedback. Again careful what you say, cause it has the potential to be used in an adverse manner.

21. If you are being gang stalked and you have a family, some of them might already have been compromised. Many targets have families that have been compromised. This would happen long before you discovered you were a targets. If you have a family just be aware of this and take precautions to protect yourself.

22. They will try to put people in your life and get people close to you, it will seem like oh an accidental meeting, unexpected, they will be your sort of person, but they will be placed there to find out info about you, get access to your home, and help with destroying your life.

23. Moving does not seem to help, but if it gets really bad, and you can't handle it, then get out. Nothing is more important than you.

24. In addition to being gang stalking, electronic weapons can be used against targets. These can include, microwave weapons, acoustic weapons, lasers, etc.

25. Youtube and other file sharing sites are a good way to get the word out about gang stalking. Put up videos about gang stalking.

26. Your cellphone can be used to track you, monitor your conversations and bug your home. It's better to not give out your phone number.

27. This rule should actually be number one, it's the one thing that I think that targets should not over look. It has many great applications and benifits and no matter what your spiritual background is, at a time like this you use it for your advantage and pray. To some it will seem hooky or obvious, but for many it's an over looked source and a very important one, so I say pray. Pray often and repeatedly. Pray.

28. Remember you are not alone.
