Heartfelt Gratitude

Real Dream

I am blogging a lot, cause I will not be posting for the next little while, so I wanted to share as much as possible.

Ok I got through and had a real dream. I know that sounds funny, but vs the faux dreams I have been having. It's funny but the element or one of the elements that real dreams have vs faux dreams has been so obvious for the years that I have been dreaming, but I had forgotten what that missing element was.

So at least that portion of my subconscious is not destroyed, just co-opted. Ok this answers that question, and yes real dreams feel very different than the encoded mind fluff that I have had to deal with, plus you actually rest in real dreams. Even if it's just a short dream, you actually have energy after. Not always, but your mind get's a work out that just does not happen with he faux dreams. I don't want to say what the missing elements are, but to anyone who dreams it will probably be obvious if I did point it out.

Thoughts to speech

The subvocalized thoughts to speech that have been happening in the dreams, also happen during deep meditative prayers. I have been praying for years, and for anyone who prays they can be silent, but you often have a goal in mind, but you never hear yourself say the words. Well now with the subvocalized stuff, the intentions of the prayers can be heard being translated into speech. That is kind of cool, cause now I know that my unvocalized intentions actually do have a word components. I am now talking about those two second prayers you do while awake, I am talking about deep meditative prayers, at a lucid or just deeper level, another deeper level of consciousness, semi conscious, but again closer to the dream state. When you pray most times it's in silence, or you might pray a scripture, but at other times it's just silent prayers, or meditations, well no anymore. The intentions get translated, and I know the words of the intentions. I have been praying for years, this just does not happen. This is subvocalized intentions translated into speech, it's kind of nifty. Again this does not seem to happen while awake, or I am just not aware of it. It seems to just be in the R.E.M. sleep state, or that deep meditative prayer state.

Community

Gregory a target came to my aid with some really valuable information, when I needed it. He left some informative comments on one of the posts. Like I stated when it's not your situation, you just can't understand the full impact of what the person is going through, or what they have been going through. He shared some very personal things that had happened to him, and I don't have the words to say how truly horrible and abominable what was done to him was. It's truly disgusting and there are not the words. These people are the lowest form of filth to crawl the earth, there is nothing else that can be said. I am truly and deeply disgusted by what was done to him, and I do hope that these people will pay for what was done. There are a lot of people who are getting away with a lot of abuses and it is just not ok, it is not alright and it is not acceptable.

I can only again express my deepest sympathies for what was done to him, but I know that it does not go far enough. The violation of his person and his spirit was truly unacceptable, and to be honest there is no true name for such a violation except for unacceptable. That is what it should truly have been termed, unacceptable.

I hope if you are out there you read this, and I do thank you and all the others for the information and feedback that you provided in my time of need. Clearly parts of this are ongoing, and a remedy will have to be made, but there are a lot's of this that could have been much worst. I want to thank the members of the community, or strangers for the helpful tips that were also provided, such as earth stones. The nice thing about being a part of a community is we truly don't have to go through these things alone.

Thank you, and I am greatful for the assistance that was rendered to me. I hope that help will be rendered in kind for your own personal situations.

Happy Indigo Ribbon Month.

Mark M. Rich. Status Update

I have stated before that after my years online, that I can not vouch for any target, too often I find that they are not what they appear to be, but still, I found this status update compelling, and thought you might like to read it. I have decided to settle for just posting the links. The information may be genuine, but it may also have details that are not fully accurate, the reader must decide for themselves.

Threat Assessment Teams and Gang Stalking

Threat Assessment Teams & Gang Stalking

A closer look

Many Targeted Individuals wonder how they could be placed on a list in the first place? Who has the power or the authority to do such a thing? If you live in a country such as the U.K. your local councils have this ability as displayed in the Jane Clift case. If you live in the U.S. or Canada it might be the task of what's called a threat assessment team.

This team can be comprised of just a few individuals, to a team of individuals. It depends on the company, educational facility, or community they are representing and what the specific needs are.

Some examples include members of Human Resource, Police Officers, Psychiatrists, Mental Health Professionals, Senior members of the department or division. In some cases there might be just a small team, who then liaison with various other departments. The team members are pre selected, so the team is already in place. The team should generally be trained in assessing workplace violence, violence on campus, what to do, who to call, and they might also be trained in profiling an individual, to enable them to make an assessment of wither an individual is a threat vs a none threat to the environment around them.

The threat assessment teams and who they are comprised of seem to make no concessions or allowances for being evaluated by a team of peers. Eg. In court cases they try to encourage a variety of jurors, so that a person being judged can be evaluated by a peer of their jurors. This in theory allows for fairer trials and outcomes. With the threat assessment teams there are no such guidelines for who the team is comprised of, or what the make up of the team should be. This may or may not account for why the Targeted Individual community has seen an above average targeting of females and minorities. In addition dissenters such as whistle-blowers, extremist site members, and conspiracy site members are also starting to show up above average.

Once in place the team is ready to take tips from the community around them. Generally the team will liaison with Human Resources, The police, Employee Assistance Program, Mental health, and when a report comes in they use these other resources to assist with their assessment of the Target.

Reports can be filed via a form, the reports can be filed anonymously. This means that the person making the accusation need not have any accountability for making a false report. This might not be the case in every area, but in most of the threat assessment guidelines I came across, reports could be filed anonymously. Keep in mind that report are likely primarily initiated by human resources, campus resources, etc. However anonymous reporting of any kind leaves an organization open to abuses of the system that might be difficult to identify or remedy.

http://rems.ed.gov/docs/EMHETraining_SATX08_ThreatAssessmentTeams.pdf

The threat assessment team works in a four part process.

1. Identify persons of concern
2. Gather information/investigate
3. Assess information and situation
4. Manage the situation

Identification of person of concern

Once a target is chosen, or a concern is forwarded to the threat assessment team it's time for them to liaison and start to profile and assess if that target is a concern for further evaluation or monitoring, or if the case can be closed.

http://www.nalc.org/depart/cau/pdf/manuals/pub108.pdf

This threat assessment guide from the post office is interesting. Here are some of the criterias it uses to assess if a target could be a threat.

Obsessive focus on grudge — often quick to perceive unfairness or malice in others, especially supervisor.

Especially for males, great concerns or emphasis on sexual fidelity of mate.

Recent stressful events or severe losses.

Perceived loss of options.

Direct or veiled threats of bodily harm toward supervisory personnel, coworkers, or customers.

Physical deterioration (head injuries, cancer, disability, kidney failure, etc.).

Extreme sense of moral righteousness about things in general as well as believing that the organization does not follow its own policy and procedures.

Inability to handle constructive criticism well and projecting blame on others.

Demonstrated disregard for safety or coworkers.

Tendency to be a loner with little family or social support and often having an excessive investment in the job.

Another University uses these criteria for their threat assessment and fit for duty guidelines.

http://www.vpfa.fsu.edu/Employee-Assistance-Program/Workplace-Violence

A. Expression of bizarre and inappropriate thoughts. B. Excessive absenteeism without prior approval or rationale. C. Degenerating physical appearance. D. Acts of insubordination. E. Poor work performance. F. Poor workplace relationships with others. G. Indications of alcohol/substance abuse. H. Excessive complaining.

Once an assessment is initiated information is gathered on the Target in question.

Gathering of information and Investigating

To gather information on the target, these threat assessment teams use a variety of sources. They use the persons friends, family, social networking circles, co-workers, neighbours, and other resources.

Triage questions can include:

• Has there been indications of suicidal thoughts,
plans, or attempts?
• Has there been indications of thoughts/plans of
violence?
• Does the person have access to a weapon or are
they trying to gain access?
• Are there concerns about the well-being of the
subject?

• Are there concerns about the safety of the
community?
• If yes, a full inquiry is recommended.

Gather Information (Full Inquiry)
• Think broadly and creatively about those who
might have information:

• Co-workers
• Other staff
• Friends
• Family
• Online friends, web sites, etc.
• Previous schools / employers
• Others?
• Document information and use it to answer the
Key Investigative Questions.

Many Targeted Individuals express concerns often that their families, friends, people online, others are playing a role in their monitoring, or are taking part. That they are somehow in on it, well according to what this threat evaluation guideline dictates, they are often in on it, and asked to be a part of the monitoring and evaluation process.

Need for Collaboration
“Most important, dangerous people rarely show all of
their symptoms to just one department or group on
campus. A professor may see a problem in an essay,
the campus police may endure belligerent
statements, a resident assistant may notice the
student is a loner, the counseling center may notice
that the student fails to appear for a follow-up visit.
Acting independently, no department is likely to solve
the problem. In short, colleges must recognize that
managing an educational environment is a team
effort, calling for collaboration and multilateral
solutions.”

They use a variety of sources in the targets environment, but because reports do come in remotely, there is cause for error, or even false reporting of events. These reports are used to keep targets on monitoring for years to come.

Many people believe that the social networking sites that they use are harmless, but when it comes to being evaluated as to wither you are a threat to your social circle, you will see that these sites have now begun to play a critical and integral role in assisting these teams to make their initial assessments.

If unaware of the guidelines being used to assess them, targets could well be entrapped or tricked into making suggestive statements. Also once those around the target perceive that the target is under investigation, normal everyday behaviours that would have been brushed aside, become significant, and everything the target does is cause for alarm.

2. Have there been any communications
suggesting ideas or intent to attack?
• What, if anything, has the person
communicated to someone else (targets,
friends, co-workers, others) or written in a
diary, journal, email, or Web site concerning
his or her grievances, ideas and/or intentions?
• Has anyone been alerted or "warned away"?

Key Investigative Questions

The threat assessment team will also circumvent laws such as FERPA and HIPAA to get around laws that would usually prevent an invasion of the targets rights and privacy.

Information Sharing: FERPA

• FERPA is not an impediment to effective threat
assessment and case management.
• FERPA governs records only, not observations,
communications, etc.
• FERPA does not govern police records.
• If created & maintained by law enforcement, for
law enforcement purpose.
• New guidance from ED encourages information
sharing where public safety is a concern.
• FERPA does not permit a private right of action.

Information Sharing: HIPAA
• Check with legal counsel as to which laws
govern counseling center records.
• Confidentiality is held by client, not MH provider.
• In cases where privacy laws apply, can try these
strategies:
• No legal prohibition against providing
information to health/MH professionals.
• Inquire about Tarasoff - type duty.
• Ask subject for permission to disclose.

Record Keeping
• Centralized incident tracking database;
• Document reports and actions - include date,
time, subjects, targets, behaviors of concern,
witnesses;
• Data;
• Assessment;
• Plan;
• Preserve evidence: Keep copies of email,
memos, etc.
Record Keeping
Incident tracking database;
• Incident Information:
• Date, location, nature of incident, means of approach;
• Subject information:
• Name, DOB, sex, description, affiliation, status, etc.
• Target / Victim Information;
• Name, DOB, sex, description, affiliation, status, etc.
• Witness/Reporting Party Information:
• Name, DOB, sex, description, affiliation, status, etc.

Assessing Information and Situation

Once all the reports are in from the eyes and ears around the target, then the assessing of information begins.

Think creatively about resources, as well as
“eyes and ears.”
• Anticipate likely change in the short and midterm,
and how the subject may react.
• Monitor using available resources. Who sees
the person regularly, inside work/campus,
outside, on weekends, online, etc.?

The threat assessment team use the information gathered together to determine if the target should be referred any third parties, this could include law enforcement, Employee Assistant Program, Mental Health Workers or others.

They evaluate if the person might be a danger to themselves or others, if the person is able to take care of themselves. Eg. Do they pay rent on time, do they buy groceries, are the suicidal, a threat to others, etc. If these criteria are not met, they might try to convince a judge or other health care worker that a mental health hold is required, or some other form of intervention.

Information is recorded and reported 24/7 and often stored in some form of centralized database. The records are crossed referenced with police and other contacts.

Now this procedure was in place well before the fusion centers ever came into existence, however it is not out of the question to assume that fusion centers might well be used in future or linked into this process, even if they were not initially used.

Once a Targeted is listed for monitoring, even if they move away from the university, place of employment, or community, if they are still perceived to be a threat to others the remote monitoring, or case management will continue.

While the case is open the team should:

• Continue to monitor and modify the plan as long as the individual still poses a threat

• Recognize that a person can continue to pose a threat even after he/she ceases to be a Closing a Case
member of the campus community

• Continue to monitor the situation through its relationship with local law enforcement agencies and mental health agencies, as well as in direct cooperation with the person, if possible

http://www.threatassessment.vt.edu/FAQ/index.html#CareTAT

The Target will be monitored as long as they are perceived as a threat. There is no current limit to how many years the state can continue this monitoring, imposition and disruption of the targets life.

If someone who has been reviewed by the Threat Assessment Team leaves the area, do you continue to monitor him/her?

If the situation warrants reviewing the case after the subject leaves the area, the team will continue to do so. It is important to remember that when the subject has relationships in his/her life, there is a lesser chance for violence to occur. A failure to communicate or interact with a subject encourages problems to fester, which could lead to violence.

Also under many of these occupational health and safety guidelines, the Targets information can and will be shared with those that they are likely to come in contact with.

http://www.wcb.pe.ca/photos/original/wcb_wpviolence.pdf

“In the service sector this may require identifying to employees persons who have a history of aggressive or inappropriate behavior in the store, bar, mall or taxi.

The identity of the person and the nature of the risk must be given to staff likely to come into contact with that person. While workers have the right to know the risks, it is important to remember that this information cannot be indiscriminately distributed.

Remember as the case is being monitored, any incidents, perceived threats, strange behaviour, anything at all can be reported to this team for assessment and evaluation. If the team feels that a change in behaviour constitutes a threat the team might upgrade the targets to something along the lines of medium risk, danger to self or others, should only be seen in pairs.

Manage The Situation

The threat assessment team might also add specific quirks of the target to their files, things that the general public might be made aware of, such as if the target starts to pace it could be a sign of imminent attack.

Assessment: Case Priority Levels

PRIORITY 1 (Extreme Risk): Poses clear/immediate threat of violence or self-harm and requires immediate containment, law enforcement involvement, target protection, and case management plan.

PRIORITY 2 (High Risk): Poses threat of violence or self-harm but lacks immediacy or access to target. Requires active monitoring and case management plan.

PRIORITY 3 (Moderate Risk): Does not pose threat of violence or self harm, but exhibits significantly disruptive behaviors and/or need for assistance. Requires active monitoring, case management plan, and appropriate referrals.

PRIORITY 4 (Low Risk): Does not pose threat of violence or self-harm at this time, but may exhibit some disruptive behavior and/or need for assistance. Requires passive monitoring. Utilize case management and referrals as appropriate.

PRIORITY 5 (No Identified Risk): Does not pose threat of violence or self-harm nor is there evidence of disruption to community. No case management or monitoring required.

It can be clearly shown that monitoring is indeed a part of the guidelines that these threat assessment teams do follow.

Once the plan is developed, it needs to be
implemented and monitored.
• Team should include implementation and
monitoring responsibilities as part of the case
management plan.
• Further referrals may be necessary.
• Team should continue to follow up as
necessary.

What targets may wish to do in future is redirect F.O.I.A. (Freedom Of Information Act) requests to these agencies.
Targets may also wish to have their lawyers make a cease and desist request to these threat assessment teams in regards to the overly invasive monitoring that is allowed. In future Targeted Individuals might even be able to come together and aim class action lawsuits or individual, and human rights lawsuits at these teams. Slander suits and others might also be suitable.

What would also be nice is to gain some statistics on who is being monitored via these threat assessment teams. Which case files were closed, vs which are still open. How many years does the average case stay open for? Ages, genders, race, how many were whistle-blowers, or belonged to a dissident, extremist, conspiracy or protest group.

These might be things that future Targeted Individuals look into as they seek assistance in stopping the monitoring, surveillance, and life disruptions, and curtailling the abuses that are being experienced under these programs.

With these threat assessment teams it's extremely important to realize that if the threat assessment team is composed of one group, and they are assigned to make a threat assessment of another group or individual, you might not have fair and balanced assessments, because these teams than do not take into considerations cultural norms, gender, racial, sexual, or other biases that might be present, or underlying within the assessment team. The assessment team is essentially playing judge, jury, and executioner with their assessments of these individuals, thus if courts are required in many cases to use a fair and balanced jury of peers, should Threat Assessment Teams be morally or legally required to do the same in future?

The Glamorous Life

Just to clarify my blog post from yesterday, I was not implying that people should let the family and friends of those around them influence how they feel, or what they think. I mean it would be silly to judge an individual solely based on those around them, or who they are related to, if people did that, I don't think many of us would come out unblemished. I personally would try to not let a good friendship, or relationship go, because the people around my friend were shallow.

I think you have to judge people on an individual basis, but I do think people need to be aware of situations that they are getting themselves into.

Eg. As a target, I know what my situation is, it's a little Cointelpro, with a bit of Stasi thrown in. To the average outsider, who has not lived this, experienced this, or understands this, they might think that it's just a fun thing that I blog about, and afterwards go onto my oh so glamorous life, though I wish that was the case, I assure you that it is otherwise.

Since I am aware of my situation, and I know that outsiders are not, even when I try to explain the things that I do try to explain, most simply do not get it, and thus think that they can come play in my sandbox, when the reality is, most are not tough enough emotionally or otherwise to withstand what I am going through.

Knowing this, as I so well do, I have a little filter process in place, it keeps out people, but it's often for their own good. My world here, is not a pretty place. I know people come to the blog, and see all the postings and think, wow what a glamorous life, being systemically destroyed by the state, what fun. Living with the possibility of being driven to poverty or homelessness someday, or even worst if the snitches get lucky with their arranged accidents. Yes I know it seems glamfabulous to many, but it's not.

Knowing now that the state is not only going behind my back, and contacting those around me, telling them that I might be dangerous, and that they likely, quite wrongly have me listed as possibly mentally ill in some way. Totally tubular to be sure, but not something that most people can handle.

I see outsiders who think this is going to be a fun, cute thing, yes, normarilly my life did fit that description, but it has not now for the last several years, in fact closer to a decade now since the whole mobbing, then Gang Stalking started. So people have to understand this. I would no sooner let a child near poison, than I would let an unsupecting person near my world, if they did not know what they were likely to get into, and most don't. Most outsiders think that they have some idea of what it is like to be a targeted individual, but most don't, they really don't.

Let me again refresh people's memories, with a few of the glamarous highlights of this type of targeting. http://www.IndigoRibbon.com/Quilt oh so glamourus, and most are oh so not alive to tell the tail, or they are in jail, or others not listed are likely in wards, etc. Not a glamourous life, and I am not sure most are ready for truly understanding it. Most that come even vaugly close, take a big woo nelly step back, as well they should. I am not blogging, because I am bored, or becasue it's something fun to do while I watch my retirment fund grow, I am blogging because it's been needed for my survival. I have not been doing all this research, cause saturday nights were so blah, I just wanted to stay at home. I did the research, cause me and so many others like me, are being systemically destroyed, and we can hardly get anyone to listen, understand or care.

So I just wanted to clearify this for those out there who think that being a target is oh so much fun, or oh so glamorous, it's not all that it's cracked up to be, and individuals out there need to understand this. I mean for me it's meant never letting people get close to my world here, cause it's for their own good, as well as mine. I hope in some parallel world I have the luxury of being a really nice, open, caring unreserved person, but here I do not, I have not, and I do not see that changing, with this system in place. Least not for this moment in time, even though I wish it was otherwise.

So I am still burning the candle at both ends, that remains the same.

The Dark Side

Many times on the news you hear a report about a shooting, killing or violent incident and the person at the heart of the incident is passed off as mentally ill, and the society reacts by creating additional laws to protect themselves from the mentally ill.

What many in society still do not understand or realize is that there is a dark side to many of those shootings and violent incidents, there is a dark side that society would rather not have you know about. A dark side that happens masked just below the public's eye and awareness, but that is often very real and traumatizing for the Targeted Individual.

In many of these cases if you look deeper into these incidents you will often discover that there was more to the story. Before the target had a history of "mental illness", the target often had complaints of mobbing, bullying, or harassment of some kind. Often times the Target might not even have a term to go with the form of harassment that is happening to them. They often describe individuals around them, or even complete strangers as being mean, taunting, doing little incidents to provoke them. Many of these targets have complained for years about the targeting, but with each successive complaint their actions are often passed off as mental illness. Their very real concerns that some type of organized or systemic harassment, is happening around them often goes unheeded, unheard, and the target might even be forcefully committed by concerned family. When the reality is that the target has been exposed continually overtime to a psychological operation of harassment and provocations, that would be capable of breaking down most of the sane of individuals.

Recently society has become more familiar with terms such as mobbing and bullying.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobbing
Mobbing in the context of human beings either means bullying of an individual by a group in any context, or specifically any workplace bullying.

Though the English word mob denotes a crowd, often in a destructive or hostile mood, German, Polish, Italian and several other European languages have adopted mobbing as a loanword to describe all forms of bullying including that by single persons. The resultant German verb mobben can also be used for physical attacks, calumny against teachers on the internet and intimidation by superiors, with an emphasis on the victims' continuous fear rather than the perpetrators' will to exclude them. The word may thus be a false friend in translation back into English, where mobbing in its primary sense denotes a disorderly gathering by a crowd and in workplace psychology narrowly refers to "ganging up" by others to harass and intimidate an individual.

Research into the phenomenon was pioneered in the 1980s by German-born Swedish scientist Heinz Leymann, who borrowed the term from animal behaviour due to it describing perfectly how a group can attack an individual based only on the negative covert communications from the group".[3]

Mobbing is also found in school systems and this too was discovered by Dr. Heinz Leymann. Although he preferred the term bullying in the context of school children, some have come to regard mobbing as a form of group bullying. As professor and practising psychologist, Dr. Leymann also noted one of the side-effects of Mobbing is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and is frequently misdiagnosed. After making this discovery he successfully treated thousands of mobbing victims at his clinic in Sweden.

In the book MOBBING: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace, the authors say that mobbing is typically found in work environments that have poorly organized production and/or working methods and incapable or inattentive management and that mobbing victims are usually "exceptional individuals who demonstrated intelligence, competence, creativity, integrity, accomplishment and dedication".[4]

UK Anti-bully pioneers Andrea Adams and Tim Field used the expression workplace bullying instead of what Leymann called "mobbing" although workplace bullying nearly always involves mobbing in its other meaning of group bullying.

In the following article some stories of workplace mobbing are shared.

Mobbing

http://members.shaw.ca/mobbing/mobbingCA/workplaceviolence.htm
Workplace Violence:

Why it happens. Why it will continue.

“The tiny percentage of mobbing victims – like Pierre Lebrun – who lash back in violent attack would probably have lived out their lives peaceably and productively had they been spared the excruciating pain of relentless humiliation.”

~ Prof. Kenneth Westhues,
At the Mercy of the Mob: A summary of research on workplace mobbing

We’ve all seen the news reports. A lone gunman returns to his workplace or former workplace to exact revenge for harassment that has gone on sometimes for years. We learn that the gunman has lashed back in the past at those he considered to be abusing him, albeit in non-lethal ways. We are told the gunman has been disciplined in the past for his behavior (reacting to the abuse) and has been ordered to go to counselling or anger management courses. Even though the precipitating abuse may have gone on for years any response in kind gives the bullies and management the opportunity to turn the tables and claim that the victim of abuse is the real problem after all.

Of couse what we don’t hear is that the bullies provoking this reaction are almost never disciplined or required to attend counselling themselves. At this point targets of mobbing are often further humiliated by being forced to sign so-called ‘last chance agreements’ which threaten the target with termination if they dare to challenge the bullies again. So once the target of harassment returns to work after “counselling” they are greeted by cynical bullies who simply renew their attack with added vigor now that they know management will do nothing to stop them and will even join in the persecution. This tacit approval and participation by management guarantees the situation will only get worse.

News reporters interview the gunman’s co-workers, union respresentatives and managers. Those not directly implicated in the harassement of the gunman usually describe him in positive terms. For example in the OC Transpo shooting in Ottawa a co-worker of Pierre Lebrun, Ozzie Morin, commented that Pierre was “a pretty peaceful lad”, “I didn’t think he was ill. I can’t really say anything today that would say he was whacko, you know.” Another co-worker, Grant Harrison remembered Lebrun as “very clever, very nice”. 1

While those closer to the abuse, union reps for example, intent on distancing themselves from blame, respond “We’re going to look for causes but really, I don’t think we’re really going to find a cause,” said union head Paul Macdonnell. “This individual was just sick.”

The societies reaction is too often to pass the individual off as problematic, sick, disturbed, mentally ill, a violent individual. The real causes behind their violent and extreme outbursts often remain hidden. It's easier to think that we have a few individuals in society that are sick and disturbed vs the fact that we have a society that is doing sick and disturbing things to these individuals and their lives, which in turn leads to these violent outbursts and incidents.
Once educated it is easy to tell what is really happening, who the real victim is. Once it is named and brought out into the light for all to see bullies can no longer operate in the grey area. Only once everyone sees mobbing for what it is, brutal systematic psychological torture, will it become unacceptable. Only when co-workers, supervisors, department heads, HR managers, EAP providers, corporate executives, doctors, lawyers, judges and politicians understand what is being done and comprehend the staggering toll it takes on individuals, companies and society as a whole will laws proscribing mobbing become effective.

In the meantime, the body count will continue to rise.

~ Anton Hout

The body count has indeed continued to rise, but where workplace mobbing and school bullying have become more widely recognized, the issue of community mobbing and Gang Stalking are often less well known, and when violent incidents happen, society does not often readily link these incidents of violence to something more dark and insidious that might be just be happening in the community.

The mobbing community over the years has done a fantastic job of documenting the link between workplace mobbing and violent shootings. They were able to establish that in the case of many workplace shootings if you looked a little deeper there was workplace mobbing ongoing. Workplace mobbing that had gone on for years. The Target of the mobbing had often been singled out as the problem and their cries for help often lead to measures which left them unable to complain any further, take any extra internal actions, and left them at the mercy of the mob.

Bullying
School shooting
Main article: School shooting

School shootings have focused attention on student bullying, with shooters in several of the worst shootings reporting they were bullied.

School shootings are a bullying-related phenomenon that receive an enormous amount of media attention. An investigation undertaken by the United States Secret Service found that in over 2/3 of cases, attackers in school shooting incidents “felt persecuted, bullied, threatened, attacked, or injured by others prior to the incident” and discredits the idea that school shooters are “loners” who “just snap”. Though observing that, “clearly, not every child who is bullied in school presents a risk for targeted violence in school”, the investigation report states that, “a number of attackers had experienced bullying and harassment that was longstanding and severe. In those cases, the experience of bullying appeared to play a major role in motivating the attack at school”. The report also observes “in a number of cases, attackers described experienced of being bullied in terms that approached torment”. The report concluded that, “(t)hat bullying played a major role in a number of these school shootings should strongly support ongoing efforts to combat bullying in American schools”.[4]

Studies prompted by the shootings have shown long-lasting emotional harm to victims. The studies also revealed that bullies themselves are likely to suffer problems as children and adults.[5]

Many in the bullying feild such as the lateTim Fieldalso did a wonderful job with connecting violent school shootings with the concept that the students at the heart of many of those incidents had been bullied. He would also term the phrase bullycide to describe a young persons suicide due to bullying.

Years before bullying became well known, targets of bullying were persecuted, they suffered in silence while their cries for help were ignored. Many were made out to be disturbed or problematic individuals. The reality is that they were enduring months if not years of psychological torture and torment. The shootings gained a lot of attention, and measures were implemented to address school bullying, but years later this is still a very big problem in the school system as seen by the suicide of Phoebe Prince.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Phoebe_Prince
Phoebe Nora Mary Prince[1] (November 24, 1994[2] - January 14, 2010) was a teenager from South Hadley, Massachusetts. She became known throughout the United States and internationally when she committed suicide after suffering months of constant bullying from school classmates. Her death brought calls for more stringent, specific anti-bullying laws in Massachusetts. In March 2010, a state anti-bullying task force was set up as a result of her death.

In the case of workplace mobbing and bullying, the suicides don’t often get the same degree of attention that the shootings do, but they are just as important. They show the darkside of what society is capable of doing. They show a real failure of this system. They also are a striking reminder that even with all the education, lectures, documentation, there is still a long way to go towards getting this type of behaviour resolved. They show a dark side of society, and it's consistent need to feed off of their members, societies need to demean, psychologically degrade, and belittle those it perceives as weaker, deserving of punishment, or who fail to fall in line with the status quo.

Gang Stalking

http://www.GangstalkingWorld.com
What is Gang Stalking?

Gang Stalking is a systemic form of control, which seeks to destroy every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. A target will be flagged by the community for various reasons, their information is sent out to the community at large, and they are followed around 24/7 by the members of the various communities that they are in.

The warning will go out to various places including stores, apartment rentals, future employers, communities that the target is visiting, doctors, fire departments, police, etc. A covert investigation might also be opened, and electronic, means used by the civilian spies/snitches as part of the overt and covert monitoring and surveillance process.

Individuals can be flagged designating them as having a history of aggressive or inappropriate behavior. This flagging system will follow the target if they move, change jobs, visit other areas. It let’s the community believe that they are persons who need to be watched or monitored.

Community health and safety

A woman named Jane Clift in the U.K. went through a very similar type of flagging system. A warning marker was placed against her name designating her as potentially violent.

She sensed that, everywhere she went, there was “whispering, collaboration, people scurrying about”. “Everywhere I went – hospitals, GPs, libraries – anywhere at all, even if I phoned the fire service, as soon as my name went on to that system, it flagged up ‘violent person marker, only to be seen in twos, medium risk’.”

Violent Persons Registry

Jane Clift was targeted this way and spent four year clearing her name.

Individuals are being flagged without their knowledge. In many countries these flags might fall under community safety and health laws. It seems that employers, educational facilities, and community centers are in some cases flagging innocent individuals as a means of retaliation, silencing, or controlling members of society.

Being Bullied or Mobbed out of a job can be a devastating experience for anyone. For those who do survive it can lead to post traumatic stress disorder, or even psychiatric injury. The Target can spend years if not the rest of their lives recovering from an attack, unable to work or even attend school.

http://www.bullyonline.org/stress/ptsd.htm#Differences
Differences between mental illness and psychiatric injury

The person who is being bullied will eventually say something like "I think I'm being paranoid..."; however they are correctly identifying hypervigilance, a symptom of PTSD, but using the popular but misunderstood word paranoia. The differences between hypervigilance and paranoia make a good starting point for identifying the differences between mental illness and psychiatric injury.

These symptoms that the target exhibits can also go ignored or misdiagnosed for years by a society that continually fails to understand the emotional and psychologically damaging effects of such practices.

http://www.GangStalkingWorld.com
Gang Stalking is experienced by the Targeted Individual as psychological attack, that is capable of immobilizing and destroying them over time. The covert methods used to harass, persecute, and falsely defame the targets often leave no evidence to incriminate the civilian spies.

It’s similar to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It called Gang Stalking, because groups of organized community members stalk and monitor the targets 24/7.

Many Targeted Individuals are flagged, harassed and placed under surveillance in this way for months or even years before they realize that they are being targeted by an organized protocol of harassment.

The Targeted Individual community has spent the last few years playing catch up, and trying to firmly establish a coloration between incidents of violence in the community, and the very real fact that many of these individuals might just have been targets of a practice that has become known as Gang Stalking.

In the bookBridging the GapBy: GmB Bailey, there is a whole chapter demonstrating just how easily conspiracies can happen, often right under the public's scoop of visibility and awareness. With Gang Stalking the community goes into hypervigilance or vigilante mode, trying to remove an individual that they see as a danger or undesirable. The society firmly believes that it is doing something good and beneficial for the community, but in reality they are exposing these individuals to months and years of what amounts to a psychological operation, capable of breaking down and destroying the individual, or driving that person to committing acts of violence.

Over the last several years there have been several such shootings, where the individuals complained about surveillance, monitoring, harassment, people saying rude things, gaslighting, but the individuals are always written off as being mentally ill. It should be pointed noted that with school shootings the kids where once written off as kids who snapped without cause, and the same was true for workplace shootings. They were also written off as people who went postal without any cause. Once a correlation of prior complaints could be established a very different story emerged. It was then noted that in 2/3 of all school shootings the targets had complained about bullying without anything being done, and the same is true for workplace mobbing.

What the Targeted Individual community now has to establish is the link between incidents of violence in the community and these community flaggings, warning markers or listings that individuals are having added to their files, otherwise known as Gang Stalking. What needs to be established is the fact that the violence is happening in some if not most cases, not because the person is mentally ill or violent, but the actions of the community once the individual is flagged in this way, is leading to incidents of violence or mass shootings in the community. The endless community mobbing that the target experiences, which is basically amounts to a psychological operation, that goes on for months if not years, is what is leading to these incident of violence in society.

Were the following cases simply disturbed or violent individuals, or were they targets of something far deeper, something more insidious, the dark side of society?

Jiverly Wong

The news reported Jiverly Wong as a loser with a failed marriage, who had once tried to rob a bank. A person who had a history of drug abuse, and who could not hold down a job.

The story that Jiverly Wong tells is very different.

http://gangstalkingworld.com/Media/2009/04/jiverly-wong

Jiverly Wong tells a story of 20 years worth of harassment, by members of the community, but mostly by police officers. He talks about rumours and slanders, he also describes what sounds similar to what Targeted Individuals describe as Electronic Harassment. When reviewing Jiverly Wong's story, it became clear that there were discrepancies. His parents had no reason to believe that he had ever been married. The bank robbery was a lie told to police which established an investigation being opened. None of Jiverly Wong's co-workers reported any type of a drug problem. His job loses were not job loses, he had worked at one company for several years then left. They report him as an excellent worker. With his second job the factory closed down and he was laid off. He then tried to take an English language class, but reportedly dropped out, most likely due to mobbing. This same school would be the focus and target of his anger.

To look at the story the media painted was to see a paranoid individual, but once society is aware of the psychological operation that goes on behind the scenes, Jiverly Wong's complaints about what happened to him become far more credible, and requires closer examination. Not just for Jiverly Wong, but for those who were the targets of his final outrage at society. If a correlation can be established, if his complaints can be verified, then maybe this can be used to make sure such incidents do not happen in future.

Kimveer Gill

http://www.canada.com/montrealgazette/story.html?id=fea965ce-4606-4a63-a92b-1ae28e07df8b

Kimveer Gill in the news was painted as an anti-social young man, who one day took a gun and for no apparent reason, went on a shooting spree at Dawson College. The reports could find no reason for his shooting. The shooting was in fact attributed to the goth lifestyle and goth culture. The website VampireFreaks.com was in the spotlight for weeks if not months as a possible source for individuals who might be violent.

When reviewing Kimveer Gills postings, there were little hints that something else might have been ongoing, that might have contributed to the shootings.

Stop Bullying

It?s not only the bully?s fault you know!!It?s the teachers and principals fault for turning a blind eye, just cuz it?s not their job. You f*ckers are pathetic. It?s the police?s fault for not doing anything when people conplain (oops, my mistake, the cops are corrupt sons of whores,
so it?s not like they can do anything about it.)
F*CK THE POLICE

It?s society?s fault for acting like it?s normal for people to be assholes to each other. Society disgusts me. It?s everyone?s fault for being so apathetic towards f*cking everything that doesn?t affect them personally. F*CK YOU
SOCIETY.

I wonder why my household has been under surveillance by law enforcement for 6 years now? Makes no sense to me!!

Kimveer didn't work at all in 2006, telling his mother he was tired of how people doing contract work were treated.

People kill each other

Rape women

Molest children

Deceive and betray

Destroy lives

Bullying and torturing each other at school

What kind of world is this? What the f*ck is wrong with people. This world ... this life, is worst (sic) than hell.

"Postal dude was sad before he became angry and psychotic, that's the part we never see in the game. He was normal, but the world made him the way he became."

His postings sound very rambling at first, but he talks of bullying and schools who do nothing. He talks of police who do nothing when people make complaints. He talks about his house being under surveillance for over 6 years.

It might just be the ramblings of a disturbed individual, but it's also very possible more was ongoing.
The message said that the same thing could happen again if Rajan's demands for $10 billion in compensation for both he and Kimveer weren't met.

That same day, they searched the house and discovered a three-page typewritten letter in which Rajan demanded $10 billion "for all the violations, damages, suffering" committed by citizens and the government and "for the negligence of their law enforcement agencies."

Police also found one of Rajan's chats on his computer, in which he demands $10 billion for both him and Kimveer for violations of their fundamental rights, like "freedom from torture" and the "right to paid holidays."

During his interrogation with police, he said he had no knowledge of what his friend had planned. He also said that for the past five or six months, he had developed the ability to read people's minds, had telepathic powers and had the ability to move people and animals.

Kimveer's friend Rajiv Rajan wrote some interesting postings after Kimveer's death. He wrote about damages, suffering committed by citizens, and the government. Neglegence of law enforcement agencies. Violations of his and Kimveer's fundamental rights, for freedom from torture.

Might just be the ramblings of someone who has since been diagnosed as schizophrenic with a history of depression, but his statements might also shed more light on what might really have been happening with Kimveer Gill.

http://gangstalking.wordpress.com/2009/06/05/droege-the-right-and-the-system-in-between/

Keith Deroche
Friday said the 44-year-old Deroux’s cocaine addiction was fuelling ‘paranoid delusions’ that listening devices and cameras had been placed in his apartment. The drug addict believed someone was sending him coded messages through his computer and, even after moving to a new residence, Deroux feared people were entering his house through an underground tunnel and funnelling “noxious gases” into the residence. The only person with enough resources for this kind of surveillance, Deroux figured, was his friend and cocaine dealer, Wolfgang Droege. …

Mr Deroche would then shoot and kill his friend Wolfgang Droege who he blamed for the surveillance and mishaps going on in his life. He gave what to many seemed like a wild, paranoid drug induced description of being under surveillance, gassing, harassment, people entering his home, and that it continued after he moved.

Was he just spewing out a drug induced fantasy or was he on a list, flagged, with a warning marker against his name?

Damon Thompson

http://www.guardian.bz/component/content/article/53-headlines/842-belizean-stude%20nt-at-ucla-facing-attempted-murder-charges
The allegation against 20-year-old Damon Thompson is that on Thursday October 9, he attacked a 20-year-old female classmate Katherine Rosen. It happened in an organic chemistry class in the William Young Hall at the university sometime around midday on Thursday when Thompson allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Rosen five times and slashed her throat.

Thompson, an A -student with consistent excellent academic performance is an only child of Judith Brook a legal clerk with the Legal Advice and Services Centre in Belize City. While the US media has painted a negative picture of Thompson,
sources close to him and his family indicated that prior to this incident he had made countless complaints against classmates and this specific lab partner but with no results. Contrary to US media reports, Thompson did know Rosen who was his lab partner and who has been very offensive to him on previous occasions and even the day in question. Now UCLA in an attempt to shift blame away from itself has sought to discredit the mental stability of Thompson by using his many complaints by e-mail as an indication of instability.

When this story occurred, the American media painted Damon Thompson as a student that had walked into a classroom, pulled out a knife and stabbed a random student. He was immediately painted as mentally ill, and placed in jail. That is the bulk of what many will remember about this story, but digging a little deeper and told a very different story.

He had been familiar with Rosen his lab partner, he had made many complaints about harassment, and he had in particular complained about her on several occasions, but I reports of this do not seem to have been printed in the American Media.

http://gangstalkingworld.com/Forum/YaBB.pl?num=1255211726
Frank said he grew concerned about Thompson in mid-December 2008, after the student sent several e-mails complaining that classmates sitting around him had been disruptive and made offensive comments to him while he was taking a written exam.

In one of the e-mails that Frank provided to The Times, Thompson, 20, also accused Frank of taunting him.

"I believe I heard you, Professor Frank, say that I was 'troubled' and 'crazy' among other things," Thompson wrote in the e-mail. "My outrage at this situation coupled with the pressure of the very weighted examination dulled my concentration and detracted from my performance."

Frank said he was told that other professors had reported similar exchanges with Thompson, who complained he was the constant target of taunts from students across campus -- in dorms, dining areas and the library. A university official told Frank that he could only suggest that Thompson seek treatment, but they couldn't require him to seek psychological help. "My concern was in the context of other violent incidents on campuses around the country," Frank said.

To Frank, the e-mails he received from Thompson indicated the student was in need of serious help. Frank said he urged university officials to take action. An official told Frank that they could only suggest to Thompson that he seek treatment, but they could not require him to seek psychological services.

University officials have acknowledged that "Thompson was known to our student affairs office prior to the incident," but could not disclose information about the suspect, citing privacy laws.

When the story was examined a little bit closer it was clear that he had made several complaints about disruptions not only by the students around him, but also by also by professors. His complaints had not been taken seriously, infact he it seems that he was viewed as the problem for making the complaints which most often happens in cases of workplace mobbing, and habitual bullying in the schooling system. It should be noted that the professor he had accused of harassment, was the one used in the interview. What is happening in cases of this is that the system is not correcting itself, instead of tackling systemic bullying, harassment, mobbing, these individuals are all too often placed on lists, have warning markers placed against their names, or flagged, once this happens, it almost invariably leads to open season on the target by the community, and an escalation of open harassment. Then further complaints by the target are seen as a cry for mental health and not what they should be seen as, which is a system that is broken and not functioning. This is is also often a precursor to Gang Stalking, and the escalation of systemic harassment.

Abdo Ibssa

http://www.scrippsnews.com/node/53178
“We’ve heard him say crazy things and do crazy things,” said neighbor George Johnson. “The chip they’re talking about–I don’t know where that came from, but he kept on thinking that the government put a chip in him.”

http://www.tadias.com/04/21/2010/police-hospital-shooter-mentally-ill-had-grudge/
“The suspect through the note left at his residence indicated he was upset with the doctor, thinking a chip had been placed inside of him during his appendectomy. The suspect believed he was being tracked due to this chip,” Sterling Owen IV, Knoxville’s Police Chief said.

According to the case file, which lists his name as Abdo Ibssa Mohammed, Ibssa told the court he bought his business in 2008 but wasn’t making any money. Handwritten notes indicate he was $80,000 in debt, apparently for an online school he dropped out of in 2007 “due to personal problems.”

The notes also indicate he filed no tax returns in 2008 or 2009.

http://www.scrippsnews.com/node/53178
Also found during the search were a second handgun, a bag of marijuana and a copy of the book “The Official CIA Manual of Trickery and Deception” — a reproduction of a Cold War-era CIA handbook on the use of illusion and deception for acts of espionage.

Ibssa was allegedly involved in a violent incident a year ago, attacking a stranger in a convenience store, according to a lawyer for the man who filed the civil suit.

Jalal Boudarga sued Ibssa for $300,000 in January, claiming Ibssa shoved him violently against his car, causing him to fall to the ground and badly break his leg. Boudarga's attorney, Jerry Martin, told The Associated Press that Ibssa believed Boudarga said something bad about him in the store.

"I guess if Mr. Ibssa imagined that a doctor had put a computer chip in him, then it's not that far of a jump for him to imagine my client saying something about him," Martin said.

It's very easy to write this man off as a paranoid and mentally ill individual. He has a history of violence, he was just committed to a mental health facility, and he was off his medication.

When you look at the story there are some question left unanswered. Why did this man feel that he was being tracked? Was he being followed, or did he think he was being tracked via electronic means? Why was there a copy of the CIA manual of Trickery and Deception? For those familiar with the techniques used in Gang Stalking rude comments by strangers, that directly correlate to the Targeted Individual are all too common and it would not be very hard to imagine that a complete stranger could indeed have made a comment to Ibssa.

The stories unlike several of the others does not go into enough details, to establish a firm correlation, in regards to what might have been happening, and the some media outlets have claimed that his neighbours are not giving interviews.

If these cases can be reviewed and it is determined that these men or some of these men were on community lists, had warning markers placed on their files, were flagged, then it might help establish a link between these community incidents of violence and these community listings, warning markers, or flags.

If these patterns can be established, then other factors such as complaints to the police and other agencies can be reviewed. Maybe then Targeted Individuals could get more understanding and awareness, vs being written off as mentally ill.

If it can be established that placing people on lists, warning markers, or flagging files causes community paranoia, harassment, mobbing, and Gang Stalking, then in future when targets complain, maybe their complaints will be taken more seriously. Right now complaints are taken as a sign of mental illness, and additional complaints are viewed the same.

The community in the meanwhile thinks that anyone flagged is a dangerous person, and someone that the need to do everything they can to protect and guard themselves against. The target is then exposed to day in day out systemic harassment, which equates to a psychological operation that is capable of driving the target to a breakdown, or acts of suicide or violence.

Community members go out of their way to do things to provoke the target, harass them in subtle ways. Each incident in and of itself means nothing, but the repeated provocations over time, lead to the headlines seen on the news. This is the dark side of society that is not seen or reported.

It took years for enough research to be put into place to establish a direct link between bullying, mobbing and acts of violence. This process within the Targeted Individual community can be more readily streamlined, by checking to see if any of these individuals had such warnings or flags on their community files.

If they do has such warnings, then it's important that this link be used to draw the correct conclusion, which would be that placing such warnings against individuals files, can and often does lead to identifiable patterns and cycles of harassment. This then causes acts of violence with in the community as the target is provoked, monitored, and psychologically harassed on a daily basis, everywhere they do. This is the conclusion that should be reached vs people on these lists are violent for no apparent reason and without any justification. It’s important to look at cause and effect.

If the communities actions are leading to these end results then it’s important to establish laws and support for targets to address this, so that fewer incidents will be caused over the next few years.

Democracy

I am feeling that Democracy has failed in some way. Here I am, being targeted and in some ways demonized by the very democratic society and government appendeges that I trusted to protect my freedoms.

In my specific circumstances, lashing out via civil disobedience would not be a good thing. As a target I have to be extremly cognizant of how my actions will be interpreted. As a target I am aware that my actions, words, thoughts, are being scrutinized. At times they will be wrongly interpreted. What might not raise an eyebrow under normal conditions changes due to this listing/flagging. It means that handing out flyers or pamphlets in one circumstance would not draw any attention, in other the exact same actions would be interpreted as a sign of mental illness, or a disturbance to the safety of those around you. This is the kind of stuff targets have to be aware of. The very flagging in of itself without you doing anything can turn regular benign actions into these informants interpreting them in many paranoid and incorrect ways, that could affect your life.

Remember as a part of this flagging/listing we often have incidents staged to make us look as if we are a danger to society, or unsafe. No matter how many times I have pointed this out, it never fails that people consistantly believe the worst without question. It takes such a unique and special person to see past the lies, but that sort is all too often in short supply. The worst at times are those close to you. Remember you often don't have to be present, or involved in an incident, an informant can just make something up and that is enough to keep this targeting going, to keep your flagging going. Remember this was used with Jiverly Wong to help with the rumours lie and slander, that even followed him into death. Remember this is about money, the more people they have liste flagged, or that they can justify flagging, and monitoring the better it is for them. Most people will probably not want to beleive this, but that's is the truth.

Remember that they purposely try to systemically destroy our lives by making it almost impossible for us to earn an income, then if we fail to pay bills, rent, car payments, because they have limited, or restricted our ability to be self sufficient, it's then interpreted as a sign of mental illness. Where the truth is people are deliberatly going behind your back, and pulling strings to destroy your life. This will never be seen in the official interpretations, and proving that this is what is being done is almost impossible for most targets, yet we all report the same things. Life disruptions and interfarences.

It's nice to talk about democracy and how great it is, and how it protects freedoms, but what about when it's being used to destroy freedoms? what do you do then? Do you sit back silently and smile, and criticize the system, but in a way that won't upset it's little feelings? Not if you are me, if you are doing something unjust to me, most cases you will hear about it and not in a pleasent way. That is a sane and human reaction, and unless you are a watered down sheeple, most normal sane people are going to get angry about things that are unjust.

Someone like me should never have been singled out this way, but I was. Someone like me should never have had to spend the last four years getting tortured on a daily basis, but I have been, and it's completely unacceptable. Explaining electronic harassment to someone who has not been targeted by it for 8 hours straight, 24 hrs straight, or days on end is almost impossible to do. Other targets however understand this very well, and at times have talked about this very eloquently. This type of targeting is almost impossible to explain in a credible fashion.

Remember that in addition to heating up the skin, causing the skin to peel in some cases, due to the sorts of burns it causes, or causing blisters, etc, it's physically is torture. It's not like getting hit with an object because you then have the bruses to show as proof.

Yet targets often have to live with this type of targeting on a daily basis. No one to turn to, no one to cry out to, no one to care, and why? Cause in our democratic and none democratic countries alike, people determined that we did not have the same rights, and that it was ok to slander our reputations, to flag and mark us, which left us continual and perpetual targets of various communities, without even the courtesy of a warning so that we could protect ourselves. This is how democracy has worked for me and many others, and what I am saying, have been saying, and will continue to say is that this is not right. If my speach is forceful at times, try walking a week, month, year in my shoes, much less the years I have spent dealing with this. I already know most people could not. This wonderful democratic system decided that it was ok to underhandedly allow others to abuse our rights. These so called citizen informants were given a license to ill, but unlike pedophiles and serial killers who at least get notification that the communities that they are in will be notified, most of us did not even get that kind of courtesy, and we have been treated worst than many of them, cause most of us had no idea why we were being targeted, or why it was allowed to contine without any help or assistance. Yet the people who put these warning marker systems in place had to know or have some idea of the systemic destruction that would be heaped upon individuals with these markers, and thus why it's being used on whistle-blowers, minorities, single women, etc. What a sweet way to silence and destroy someone. All these human rights agencies must by now have some inclining, but still most targets could not find help.

When targets get angry, which is sane and rational under such circumstances, our rights are often further subduded even further. Our justifiable anger is used to paint us as potentially dangerous. Try having your life desrupted in this way, systemically destroyed till it's almost impossible to function and see if you would not get angry too.

People do get upset, and often for good reasons. Many of the men and women in the Gang Stalking community are being demonized, many of them are being tortured via electronic means, many are being falsely commited, put in jail, losing jobs, livelyhoods, many are innocent.

Remember this is not just something that goes on for a few months and then stops like being put on trail, this is something that goes on for years, and while it does, people that were in good jobs, go financially bankrupt, unable to take care of themselves and their families. They watch their kids getting tortured. Some of the women in our community are sexually assulted, with no one to believe them if they go to the police. What kind of democratic country does that to it's own citizens?

I think the saying he who feels it knows it can best be applied here. I think most people who have never expreienced the kind of systemic destruction can not fully understand what targets go through. This is little paper cuts daily. One in and of itself is nothing, but the continued actions over time are designed to break down the targets and leave them with no form of support, no way to support themselves, prove their innocence, and many of us are left to ask, where is democracy? How are we suppose to fight and protect it, when it's failed us so very badly? We are suppose to obstain from saying bad things, and doing bad things, but then we are suppose to sit back daily and be demonized, disinfranchized, and in other cases driven to other extremes.

http://www.indigoribbon.com/Quilt/

In body I am reminded all too easily of the evils of this world. I don't see conspiracy cause I want to, I see conspiracy cause I am living it. Before this I truly believed that governments were there to protect the rights and freedoms of it's citizens, that things like this only happened in none democratic countries, but over a decade of workplace mobbing, Gang Stalking, and Systemic distruction, being deliberate disinfranchizement, has made me a believer.
There is something really wrong going on in these countries, something undemocratic. I have tried to write about it, blog about it and research it all in a peaceful manner. Hopeing that those so called wonderful organizations set up to guard human rights and freedoms would step up to the plate and do what they are suppose to do, they have not. It's shown me that the rights and freedoms of some citizens in these countries matter more than others.

What's happening to targets is probably something some politician will appologise for in years to come. They will come up with some appology, something along the lines of "what we did at the time was wrong, it violated the human rights of these individuals, and we are sorry," but future sorry's if we even get that, will not cut it. sorry does no good. Not for the men, women and children who are being targeted in this manner right now, by something that is highly systemic and structured. I will say it again, I don't see conspiracy because I want to, I see it because I am living it. When I read about the dirty tricks done to others under programs such as Cointelpro, a lot of those dirty tricks are being applied at a local level and that is just not right. That is not suppose to happen in these democratic countries, but it is. This system is not working for some. It's not right to say the system works, when people are disinfranchized to the edges of these systems, and put in situations where they would like to fight back, but find it almost impossible to do so, because their lives are deliberatly being disrupted. People understand systemic racism, so why should understanding systemic targeting be so hard to do?

Most of us would like to do the democratic thing, and if we had millions of dollars, we could do what John Lennon did when the system came after him, we could fight back the democratic way and win. As it stands, because of the billion and one disinfo agents online who spent years leading targets in all sorts of directions but the real one, most of us are tired physically, spent emotionally, and financially doing what we can to look after the basics. The nice thing is that I now hear other voices of dissatisfaction, people who are not targets but who feel let down by the system, who feel just as exhausted physically, emotionally spent, who are also trying to take care of their basic needs. Their voice are being heard now too, and they are expressing a great deal of dissatisfaction with these democratic systems, saying that they are just not working. Somewhere along the line the system also stopped working for them, and yes they are looking closer at government, allegances that keep people like them disinfranchised, and realizing that things might not be as fair and democractic as they too were once lead to believe. They too are starting to see conspiracy, cause when you understand how the system is working, how can you not?
The conspiracies that were once laughed at, are now being taken seriously by the mainstream, see once their lives start to be affected by it, it's a different story, now they are taking seriously what many had been saying for years.

Those legitimate voices of dissent are coming to the surface, but instead of being listened to and understood, they are being demonized, but unlike us, they at least get to hear what is being said about them.

I agree that people should take caution with how they act, what they say, even what they think at times, you never know who is watching, listening, or reading minds. On the other hand people are angry and anger that is bottled up needs a proper release. I agree that violence is not the right way to go, but people need to understand that when you disinfranchise the citizenry, when they do have a voice, or when they see deep injustices in a system that they trusted, this is a channel that some of them are going to gravitate towards. I still preach a non violent approch to resoluion, becuase my targeting has taught me why many of those who have gone before did not choose a path of violence, the state is violent and in many cases choosing such a path, will be dealt with swiftly and brutally and destroy the freedoms of others.

Many can not do what I do, blogging and writing patiently hopeing to get the right sort of attention, while my life is systemically destroyed, there are many who just can not and will not choose this path. We have seen this in America's history with their revolution, and the Frech as well, people will try to work within the system for as long as they can, and I encourage it, but when that system will not work with them, when it breaks their backs and spirits what are they to do? They have formed a tea party? I think that can be a good thing if the energy is channelled in a good way, but right now people are making them look bad, and I think the positive energy that got that movement started will be overshadowed by the bad press, which is a shame. Cause if this movement is suppressed, then smaller movements will likely spring up, and it's hard to know which direction those movements will head in.

Everyone wants democracy, I encourage people to work for it, but would ask otherst to walk a mile of understanding in the shoes of those that are being let down by these democratic systems, if you are not experiencing what it's like, you might not be able to understand where these people are coming from, there legitimate voices of dissent. There is a gap that exists for the have's and the have not's, how the system works for those with, is very different than how it works for those without. People are realising this and starting to ask why, yes it's going to make people uncomfortable, but it's better in some ways for that anger to come to the surface on forums and the like than being supressed. I also agree that at this time, it's well for those online to try to remember to be as responsible as we can. Many doing the monitoring are paranoid and innocent things that we say, are interpreted in extreme ways. Eg. I have observed that every time I would mention a specific extremist site online, I would spend about 48 hrs offline being deeply observed, and followed around in a specific manner. The people doing the monitoring are paranoid, and when dealing with the paranoid, you have to watch what you say, I take the same appoach when dealing with many of the citizen informants. Many are sane rational people trying to get through the day, many others are unhinged, and some others are following a specific agenda which is to set targets up, simply be aware and on your guard. I don't think it's a bad think to give a timely reminder for people to be aware of what is being said.

We have the right to be angry, but let's remember that we have to be careful how that anger is channelled, and try to manage our responses. Most times we type, hit send and don't think how people might be interpreting our words. On our forums 9/11 and conspiracy speaches are common, but to many others they immediately interpret this type of chatter as a danger, something to be managed or dealth with in an extreme way. It's good that we all be cognizant of that.

Mind, Body, Spirit

A short time ago I was putting these categories into separate compartments, not cause I wanted to, but because I felt that it was necessary.

Spirit

Some time ago I was lucky enough in spirit to come across a situation that really helped me to get to where I wanted to be. In spirit I have been happy lately, fulfilled. I found a situation that was well matched, and well suited to my needs. A situation that I am spiritually connected to, open to at times, even starting to want to trust a little bit.

Through space, and time my request for something better was granted in a most peculiar way, that still leaves me surprised at times, but mostly smiling at others.

Where I am now in spirit from my perspective has been most wanted, welcome, and oh so needed. In some ways I am able to be more tuned into my spirit, in other ways, not so much so.

Mind

Because I have been more happy in spirit my mind has been far more engaged, and happy. Thus it's been even easier to have very little interaction with the informants. My sojourns have been pleasant. Over the last couple of days I hardly noticed them more than needed, and had no unnecessary, or unpleasant interactions with any of them.

When you are happy in spirit your mind tends to want to follow. However I am a realist and there are things of an worldly nature that must still be dealt with.

Body

This is still a work in progress. Right now it's very different than the other areas of my life due to this type of targeting, and I wish it were otherwise. The electronic monitoring and systemic targeting continues.

What I do know is that when you are happy on one level, and the other aspects of you life are not in sync with that, you are more aware of the imbalance. It's unfortunate, and at times leaves me wishing that i could get some kind of synergy happening in all areas.

Anyways I do now realize once again that these areas are not separate as most people would like to believe. I am praying deeply that a way can be found to overcome the targeting not just for myself, but for many others. Now that I know what it is, trying to find sources that will help is the next step.

Feeling happy and settled on one level does point out the parallel circumstances more accuetly at times, but then it's also helped me to define what my ideal circumstances would be, in another way.

Lindsay Lohan. Targeted Individual?

Is Lindsay Lohan a Targeted Individual?

The media of late has been doing a stupendous job of pointing out what a train wreck Lindsay Lohan is. Most have started to write her obituary. Others are making it seem as if there is not an immediate intervention, that she will wind up dead. This is the picture that is being painted but is it the truth?

Lindsay Lohan recently went on her twitter account to ask why her friends would set her up to have the paparazzi take pictures of her at her worst moment. She says she trusted these people, and thought they were friends, but they helped to set it up to look like she was partying, and in bad shape yet again.

http://www.nypost.com/p/blogs/popwrap/lindsay_lohan_thursday_night_post_zNXkiVjxdJaCIPOIEtzG5O
"We've learned Lindsay was two months behind in rent and her landlord sent her a legal notice to pay or get out. Lindsay just paid her landlord $23,000 to become current," the site reported this morning.

Adding insult to injury (not this one though) Lindsay took to her Twitter last night because security at a nightclub set it up to look like she was there partying. Which she was not. Swearsies.

"Security @Voyeur nightclub in LA just set me up & paid off paparazzi to not let me in the back door and come to take photos of me in the back ," she wrote. Another 140 characters was devoted to: "I was just waiting for my friend at the back door...... Worse part is, my friends who run the club were a part of the set-up as well. Why?"

I think that's the question du jour Lindsay, "Why?"
The why might be more straight forward than realised.

http://www.okmagazine.com/2009/04/ok-exclusive-ronsons-look-into-restraining-ord er-against-lindsay-13134/

About a year ago, Lindsay Lohan broke up with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Ronson's family tried to then find out the procedure to take out a restraining order on Lohan. Lohan claims that she is not dangerous, but the family felt that she was. According to news reports, the family felt she was out of control and wanted protection. This in conjunction to the public fights, and other behaviour could have gotten Lindsay flagged as a dangerous or violent person without her knowing it.

A year later she seems to be short on funds, the police are trying to have her committed using a 5150, the media is doing all it can to portray her as a wreck, out of control, into drugs. She is claiming set up's. Some sites have even written her obituary.

Recently the media has been trying to portray Lindsay to be a train wreck, drugs seeping from her shoes, unable to pay rent, a partier, who can not take care of herself, and who has no job and no chance of an income, but is any of this really true?

The drugs in the show was just baby powder according to Lohan. She is now up to date on her rent. The bailout might have come from her parents, but she is up to date. According to her movie page, she has one movie that she will be working on soon.

She is also Lindsay Lohan, and she can just like Britney make a comeback. The problem is the media is now doing it's best to make it seem as if she is unable to look after herself a real wreck.

Some of this has clearly come from Lohan's image that has been allowed to develop over the last several years, but some is likely to be set up's as she mentioned above.

It should also be pointed out that the police were activly trying to get a 5150 filed against her. She did not meet the criteria at the time. This is an order that would have her involuntarily committed.
“Section 5150 is a section of the California Welfare and Institutions Code (specifically, the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act or “LPS”) which allows a qualified officer or clinician to involuntarily confine a person deemed to have a mental disorder that makes them a danger to him or her self, and/or others and/or gravely disabled. A qualified officer, which includes any California peace officer, as well as any specifically designated county clinician, can request the confinement after signing a written declaration.”
Lindsay Lohan does not know it yet, but she might have unwittingly entered the Gang Stalking Zone.

http://gangstalkingworld.com/Forum/YaBB.pl?num=1270214437/0#11

She needs to be sure she does not lash out, watch out for set ups, and get a lawyer. If this is an attempt to Gang Stalk her, set her up for commitment, then she is going to have to fight hard.

Refuse to live in fear

Fear it's the power that controls and consumes the lives of many people right now. As long as they are consumed by the fear they will be controlled by it. As long as they let others tell them what to be afraid of they will control the masses.

Wars on Drugs, War on Terror, Street Gangs, Global Warming, Swine Flu, etc. It can be anything, the only person or persons that can control this fear or stop it from happening is us. We the people. We have the power and they know it, thus they keep us in a constant state of fear. They put weak and pathetic leaders forwards, ones in their control, who we are then told to emulate.

You see this questionable leadership in all areas of society, but most people never question it, it's always been like this and they don't think that things can change, or that they will change. Also they are so comfortable, they are too lazy to put in the effort that it would take to make a change. Even if it's slavery it's still a routine that they know and they are willing to work with it.

Targeted Individuals know a lot about fear. We deal with fear when we are mobbed, targeted, electronically harassed, and the various other things that targets go through. Being afraid is a normal human emotion and there is nothing wrong with it, but when it overpowers and controls your life, then it's a bad thing. That's when it becomes a problem.

Many targets deal with fears that most people think make them look crazy. Eg. They get sensitized over time to a color, word, action, ect and finally all the negative associations, or the big event that it took to make them sensitized is not needed, any little trigger event will do, and these informants on a daily basis will use little trigger events to keep the target scared and in their control.

They will also try to anchor on other things to keep targets scared of more things, till their life becomes one big fear factor. That is the goal, then all they have to do is snap a finger, jingle a key, cough, sneeze, use the color red, patterns, snap laptops, etc, and the target reacts. Those are some of the sensitivities I have heard about since coming online. These are designed to keep the Targeted Individual in a state of anxiety or fear. Before these little events could work, they used big events to try to make the target afraid. Eg. When I first started being electronically harassed and burnt in my home, or as the informants like to call it, (electronically monitored) they use to always try to attach a noise of a drill to the torture. So there I would be getting burnt, and then at the time I knew nothing about shielding and had no defence so it was pretty raw, and painful. They consistently tried to make sure that drilling was attached to the torture, this was over several months. So when I went back out into the world, they were sure, and banking on the fact that I would be sensitized to the sound of drills and then they could just tell the informants, this person has a phobia, is very sensitize to drills, acts out is not normal, ah but they failed. For the next two years and even to today, they still attempt it once in awhile to see if I was sensitized. It just shows me that with proper knowledge, we can win out over these people in small little ways, day by day.

See I was lucky, I had one sensitivity, I had it for years. Before my torture with electronic harassment started I learnt about anchors, so I realized that they would be trying to attach another sensitivity to the one I already had. I had a working knowledge of Pavlov and the dog experiment so I was familiar with what they were trying to do.

Eg. Pavlov would ring a bell during his dog's feeding time. The dog would start to salivate over the food. After a while he could just ring the bell and the dog would start to salivate, cause he had associated the sound with food, in our case we associate the sensitivity to negative things they have done to us over time, without in many cases even realising that they are sensitizing us till it's too late.

The sensitivity that I had when my electronic harassment began, I spent that time at home being tortured and electronically harassed, but also getting over my sensitivity. It was not perfect, but over the next few months, it got better, and is at a normal level to what it was before the sensitivity started.

So what does this have to do with fear that the average person's experiences? Well let's take 9/11 a big, huge event that got everyone scared, panicked. Most people because they shared the fear understand it and agree that this was a fear worthy event, and understand and accept that people are scared and have a phobia about this event happening again.

So now several years later, you don't need another 9/11 to keep the people scared, the occasional terrorist threat, weird plane flying over New York, and keep the citizens on high alert and they are in the grips of fear, and it works. Also if we get them scared of 9/11 then we can add in other fears, attach additional fears.

See these people try to stop us from living our lives by trying to scare us, systemically trying to destroy us, and they want to try to control us. Well 9/11 does the same for the average citizen.

When people are scared they can do silly things, behave in what to the average person seems like irrational behavior, but to them seems perfectly normal. To an outsider that did not know about 9/11, voodoo rituals of taking off belts, shoes, and allowing oneself to be scanned and shown virtually naked to some stranger, would seem bizarre if not flat out crazy, an outsider would laugh and be like what's wrong with these people, allowing themselves to be treated like that and give up their rights? But because the fear has happened over the last several years it seems normal to the people that share this common fear. Just like our phobias are normal to us, based on our experiences.

Getting past fear, not feeding the fear factor. For my sensitivity it was a process. Each time I was home, I worked on it, I did not have the daily exposure, I knew it was irrational, I knew how it had come about, and I had a pretty good idea how to go about disassociating it with negative things, but it took time, and I had to work on it.

Fear is something that we have in many ways, it's normal and healthy, it can even keep us safe, but there is a stage where fear becomes irrational and even hurtful. Most times fear is individually based and if your phobia is going to an extreme level, an outsider can often point this out. However fear of 9/11 was group based, and the fear is shared by such a large group that their irrational actions, and activities are not being registered. The vast majority see these crazy measures, as something sane. They see giving up their rights, privacy, dignity as something needful to keep them safe. The fear is so deep routed that they are not only willing to give up their rights as a society and individuals, but then they are like a drug addict willing to drag down those around them who don't see things this way, those who refuse to give into this irrationality.

They want others to be scared the way they are, and those of us who just don't function this way, they are happy to take aware our rights, our freedoms. They are happy to go to other countries and attack others to try to bring about safety and security, which only succeeds in making more enemies, but instead of seeing this for what it is, they continue on in the same vain as before. Doing more harm to their chances of having a normal safe future.

Fear can be strong, powerful and irrational. At some stage however if you want to get better as an individual, or as a society, you have to stop giving into this fear, you have to find some way to let it go. Unfortunately being scared, living in fear works for many right now, too many, and like Dr Phil says, if it's working for you, you are not going to change. Something about this cycle of fear and stupidity is working for a large majority of people, and the rest of us are caught up in their self destructive spiral of destruction.

We can't force them to stop being scared, I don't believe that we have the right. But we can point out why the fear is irrational, encourage them to help them get past the fear. We can raise our own vibrational levels, refuse to live in fear in our own lives, and try to help those around us who are gripped by fear to get past it. Many never get past it, but they might be able to get to a stage where they are functioning in a rational and sane manner again. McCarthyism continued until just a few stood up and said, enough is enough, "have you no shame," and then it fell apart from there.

Change can happen, you can stop living in fear. It's a painful, daily emotional experience, I am not trying to pretend that it will be easy. Right now this fear is enslaving and to many the fear appears to be protecting, but it's not, however people will only see this in their own time, when they get ready to deal with the fear. For many it will be never. Yesterday it was the Russian's, they were the one's to fear, they were going to drop that nuclear bomb anytime. That fear seemed logical to some, and it allowed them to do crazy things. Today it's terrorist. Tomorrow it will likely be someone else, or something else. Whatever will get a response from the people. Just like whatever will get a response from the Targeted Individual.

Each person has to take some individual responsibility for what is happening. It's a normal thing in today's society to be scared, but each person has to try to move past that fear.

First realise that there is a problem. The society is being destroyed by this fear. The rights and freedoms that you claim others envy so much, where are they? Are they running around naked at airports, well not running around naked, but being scanned naked, with privates available for view? (Yes the naughty bits will be available for view, or there is no point in having the scanners.) Are they getting mind read at the airports? When do you say enough is enough?

Even if the worst thing does happen, you would pick up your lives, your psyche and continue on, that is how normal societies function, and I know you probably don't want to hear this from the Targeted Individual, but you are no longer behaving in a rational manner.

If you are able to realise that there is a problem with what is happening, then you need to ask yourself what can you do at an individual level to fix this problem? Then take it from there.

Fear controls us as long as we let it. I have watched psycho nut jobs, some of these informants try to destroy my life for years. Jobless at times, threats of losing my roof over my head, almost daily attempts to run/drive into me in lethal ways. Plus the just being annoyed by the informants as they try to provoke. I have been there done that, it's not a place I like, and it's one that I want to stay away from. Like others I have to work at it.

If you can raise yourself up from the fear, then you can help others. Some of us got past the Flu Fear recently, and Global Warming fears, but they seem to always be able to pull the people back in with the terror scare. Until you the people find a way to stop being scarred, then they have us, and the terrorists real or imagined, planned or unplanned will have it and you will have lost.

Overcoming fear is not easy, it's a daily process, but we have to try because freedom and democratic security are worth fighting for.
