Workplace zero tolerance laws

I came across this information last week when I was researching some Florida and California laws. Apparently Ontario, in Canada is going to have a new type of zero tolerance program for workplaces. This seems to be a good thing on the outside, but it will most likely create a zero tolerance program similar to what happened with their zero tolerance program for schools.

The zero tolerance program for schools, which was in effect for some time, was used to weed the schools of a lot of young black males. They were systemically targeted by the program, pushed out into the streets and gangs. Most likely also into the police informant programs as well.

Anyways the parents of many of those kids fought for years to bring cases to the Canadian or Ontario human rights commission and then finally the laws were suppose to be scrapped, because they were unfair and discriminatory, in the way that they were used. Again not before a generation of children were adversely affected, but who is counting?

Remember when programs like this are instituted in any country, city, society, they are often hailed as a good thing. Who wants violence in the schools or the workplace? Not anyone that I know. So the Ontarians are at it again. They now have the human resources acting as change agents. For those not familiar with the term, huge New World Order buzz word. Don't forget that similar programs have been instituted in other areas. Welcomed as a good things, but based on history of such programs, what's likely to be the real outcome 5 years down the line? More cases before human rights commissions? Not as likely, because the people who will be weeded out using these programs, will be jobless and often not able to go before commissions. The other likely scenario is because they will be booted out for zero tolerance, many might well end up on some of these lists and be followed around and systemically destroyed. So I am being proactive and warning any workers in any city, who had similar programs, watch your back, and get ready now, and not 5 years from now.

Let's look at some articles that I came across in relationship to this.

[“The other component is the implementation of best practices and a sincere commitment by employers and employees to banish all violence in the workplace,” he said, adding that the Ministry of Labour has had “positive relations” with the HRPA, particularly in consulting about various legislative initiatives for Ontario workers.]

The problem with such policies are that they often don't banish violence in the schools or the workplace. They let those such as Human Resources personnel and others who are familiar with how the system works, it allows them to find ways to exterminate those around them. To get rid of people they see as trouble makers. It will allow them to use the smallest and widest range definitions to destroy innocent lives. It will bring about change, but not the way you think. Having seen how their zero tolerance programs worked in the schools, workers should be on their guard.
Employers may wish to have slightly different reporting requirements depending on whether the conduct at issue is workplace violence or harassment. Given the dangers inherent in workplace violence, mandatory reporting of violence from any customer, patient or client, visitor or co-worker, and obligatory remediation are desirable.

However, there are separate considerations with respect to harassment as it will be defined under the OHSA.

The tremendously broad definition of harassment in Bill 168 means that a wide spectrum of conduct would, arguably, be subject to complaint, investigation and remedy under the policy and program. This could include harassment ranging from behaviour based on grounds protected under the Human Rights Code to much more trivial behaviour that can arise as part of workplace disputes. Such harassment can also be perpetrated by a range of individuals from all levels of the organization. Finally, victims may well have different levels of tolerance for harassing behaviour. To that end, the employer may wish to permit a greater amount of discretion in the hands of employees when it comes to reporting harassment by encouraging reporting rather than mandating it.
The first couple of lines are the most important, cause now harassment can be defined in so many new and unexpected ways that people never dreamed of, and the little worms that know the system best. The worms that are a plague upon humanity can use it to do harm. Don't get me wrong, if used properly programs like this should be a good thing, but with a New World Order agenda working in the background, that is not likely to happen.

"The tremendously broad definition of harassment in Bill 168 means that a wide spectrum of conduct would, arguably, be subject to complaint, investigation and remedy under the policy and program. "

A wide spectrum of conduct would be open to complaint and investigation. Not only that, but also this could get people as mentioned before put on lists. Behaviours that were not subject before now will be. Remember the guy in another city who was joking with his friend, and said something very innocent along the lines of, oh better hide the immigration officials are here. His friend was black, he was white, but they had been friend for years. Well it was over heard by a third party and he was reported, put on suspension and he committed suicide. That is what zero tolerance can and often does mean.

http://www.news.com.au/world/technician-roy-amor-kills-himself-after-row-over-racist-joke/story-e6frfkyi-1225852471753
A HEALTH technician shot himself in the head after being suspended for making a politically incorrect joke.

Roy Amor had jokingly told a black friend and colleague that he "better hide" after he spotted immigration officials at their workplace, Britain's Mail on Sunday reported.

Although the man was not offended, someone who overheard the remark was, and complained to Mr Amor's bosses at Opcare, which makes prosthetic limbs.

Mr Amor, 61, was said to be devastated at the prospect of losing his job and shot himself outside his house, near Bolton, England, just hours after receiving an email from his bosses.

The email had asked him to explain his comment.

According to The Mail on Sunday, Mr Amor left three notes, all of which mentioned Opcare.

One of his friends told the paper: "Roy made a joke along the lines that his friend had better hide in case the officers found him.

"It was nothing more than a good-humoured joke but apparently someone overheard it and made an official complaint because they thought it was racist.
If used properly it can and will be a good thing, but too often, it allows these whiny crybabies with emotional issues, that truly never learnt to take a joke, to complain about the smallest things. Now don't get me wrong. I take the issue of workplace harassment very seriously. I understand full well that sometimes you need a broader definition. Eg. With workplace mobbing, often the examples of harassment are subtle, and it's hard to prove much less report, and in such cases it might help to have a broader definition. With workplace mobbing, just like with a lot of other things, what happens is that the person being harassed, ends up having the harassers make complaints, and then the persons justifiable outbursts are used against them to have them removed or placed on lists. This will allow a wider range of things to be used against those targeted, when they do justifiably respond back after being taunted. In most cases, the workers feel that they have done a good job getting rid of someone who was a real problem, and the reality all too often is that these programs get used as a systemic cleansing for those that are not sheep.
“Today we live in challenging and changing times, both for government, employers and employees. Our determination to succeed is being tested. Our government must reflect the realities of a changing workplace and we must seek to make our workplaces fair, safer, as well as more competitive,” Fonseca said.

Antoinette Blunt, chair of the HRA board, also talked about the changing workplace brought about by globalization. “Globalization means that the world has become a much smaller place.”
Blunt challenged HR professionals to become “change agents” allowing better understanding between employers and workers.
Globalization and change agents. Wake up, the New World Order agenda is knocking on a lot of doors, and by the time it has finished, it will cleanse, remove, and destroy the innocent. People have to be aware of this, and figure out ways to legally arm themselves in advance. Consider this your 10 second warning.

Workers need to have the right to know when they are being investigated, and if they get put on a watch list, they have the legal right to know. This program is likely to be used and abused in ways never imagined. Zero tolerance is great in concept, but it should not mean that innocent people get destroyed in the cross fire, and zero tolerance should not be used as a cleansing agent, for New World Order agendas.

Zero tolerance rules to be reviewed.

http://www.thestar.com/News/article/201456

Zero tolerance to be repelled, but what will be in it's wake?

I want to be cheerful and happy that enough light, court cases, or cries for justice have been brought to this very discriminatory policy, but like others I will hold my breath and wait and see.

The Safe Schools Act, also known as zero tolerance, which some say
unfairly targets black youth and drives them into gangs.
It not only targets black youths and drives them into gangs, but then when the police raid those very same gangs, they covert many of these young people into their slave army of snitches, so if they are not a part of one gang they are a part of another gang. The last seven years has given the state and endless supply of young slaves who have no choice but to snitch for the state, and when they try to leave the State gang their punishment is just the same, either jail if they are lucky, or being gunned down on the street, because they realised that they were nothing better than slaves for these programs.

Still the fact that this racist and discriminatory program is finally under review is something to be hopeful about, but people need to be vigilante. They can't think that just because this program is under review, another will not come into affect to take it's place. Remember the effects of this program have given the state an endless supply of forced snitches, who then make sure the State do not have to hire enough police or others to keep an eye on communities, because these kids are then used in the monitoring and spying as extensions of the state.
"You have kids who are expelled for accidentally touching someone, you have kids who are expelled for stealing pop and chips," he said. "It criminalizes them and it diminishes their choices. Those kids are not going to be able to go to university or college."
The idea is to criminalise them and diminish their choices, because then you have them, exactly where you want them. Parents need to do their part too, even if you are working two jobs to get by, and this program or one similar to it goes after your children, you need to make sure they finish their education online, and find some way to keep them on course. It's no accident who was targeted by this program, and it's no accident that so many kids were caught up in the sneer of this program.
Worse, Pieters said those students often fall into the hands of gangs – something that has led the Safe Schools Act to be called the ``gang recruitment act."
Gangs who are increasingly being controlled by the state snitch force? Because after they are arrested for the illegal drugs and guns, which children have no network of getting their hands on without influence, they are then propelled into the other system. See how it's working?
While some members of the Conservative caucus urged the Liberals not to "throw the baby out with the bath water," Conservative Leader John Tory admitted the act needs some tweaking.

"We have to find better ways than expulsion to deal with young people who have got into trouble in school," he said. "If you expel them from school and say that's it, you have almost inevitably destined them to a fate that is going to be trouble for the rest of their lives."
Only because so many articles have been written on this and so many parents have fought with you all and taken you to task on this, or else you would continue doing this. Of course this needs to be reviewed, because it's not working, and you are causing more problems in society than you are fixing with this act.
But NDP Leader Howard Hampton said the Liberals have had almost four years to make these changes while the act discriminated against visible minorities and low-income students.
"The evidence has been there for three-and-a-half years," he said. "This is like another promise from the government on the eve of an election when they have, in fact, done nothing."
It's true, this was implemented by the Tory government, and what else could you expect? However the liberal government did have years to fix this and choose not to. It says a lot about the people that are being voted in, and the things that that they care about or rather don't care about and that would seem to be your children.

At the end of the day, it doesn't seem to matter which party is in power, because anyone of them could have had this amended. At the end of the day, parents need to be watchful and vigilant, you can no longer assume that your child will be treated in an equal, fair or unbiased manner, by the school or the state and it's policies. You have to be more vigilant and you have to find workarounds for your children, the cards are deliberately stacked against them and for a reason. This program was working for someone and that is why it's still in place.

It's good to see them reviewing the program, but I wait to see what will replace it, or if any real changes will come about because of the spotlight brought to it. Policies are just words, the people with the mentality who were enforcing the programs will still be in the schools and will still find a way to get your kids kicked out and on the wrong path, that does not lead to success. Parents still have to be the beacon that finds a way for their children to succeed, now more than ever.

What were they thinking?

What were they thinking?

Ok I was at the subway station today and there were these two white teen aged girls walking around in what might have been swim suit bottoms, but I'm pretty sure it was like their underwear, and I just had to ask myself, what on earth were they thinking?

First of all it was snowing today. Running shoes do not go with undergarments, no matter how much you try to accessorize. Don't these girls have parents, common sense? I saw no signs of them being drunk or on drugs, although I was hoping, cause at least that would explain the behaviour. I can only imagine that they were performing some sort of a dare.

Not to worry a chivalrous young man came along and offered to take them straight down town, he told them that they could just prance up and down young street and he would take care of the rest. My faith is once again restored in the human race. Not.

Is it just me or would it have been hard to find kids willing to walk around in what I am pretty sure was underwear on the subway few years back? I mean can't they get their kicks like every other child nowadays? Drugs, fast and easy sex, cheap alcohol, trampy Paris Hilton clothing, MP3's and Nintendo 64?

Well just in case this is a new fashion trend, I say we put a stop to it before it gets fully integrated in society. Just like the pants below the hips, or the thong look that was popular not too long ago.

Along with me they traumatised a few other people ahead of me. The spy force were not sure where to place their attention. For the sake of modesty, I had to comment to one woman about kids and their fashion these days, just to play it off. She was having the same shocked response.
So kids if you want to walk around in your underwear, this goes for the guys also, maybe consider your homes, or the beach, but maybe the subway is not the best choice for such fashion statements or dares. Just a thought.

This public service announcement was brought to you by concerned targets for a more clothed society.

Black out.

I read an article recently that said that Black Woman were having less children.
Of course they are. There children are being decimated to an unspeakable degree, so why should they have more than one child. One less heartbreak.

This is how it seems to be working. Now the following is a highly stereotyped presentation. Your children, especially your male children will be filter and blacked out like this.

First in school. The zero tolerance programs. I keep seeing articles on how these mostly target minority children and how
it's being used to throw them out of the school system and into the arms of the criminal justice system.

The thing that only a few articles have mentioned is that some students, are using this to purposely aggravate and annoy minority students, cause they know that when they lash out, they will be the ones kicked out of school more times than not.

That is something that these articles are not covering. Just like workplace mobbing, your kids are being targeted in schools, and especially your male children.

When they are kicked out of school and banned from every school on the planet, undereducated, unable to get a job, some not all, will turn to a life of crime, this will of course through them into the loving and caring arms of law enforcement and a life time of slavery one way or another.

The rest left in the school, will have friends who are part of this programs who will purposefully try to get their friends into these programs, so they too can be enslaved. Misery loves company.
This is how it's working. If under 18 they will try to get them to become snitches for the civilian spy force. Since young offenders don't serve too much time, they might escape this trap the first time and be slaves behind bars for a short space of time. Others will choose this program and become slaves to the system for the rest of their lives.

The other kids will just keep going in and out of the system till they turn 18, unless you as a parent can pull them out and get them to go straight somehow. Working the 10 jobs that you might be to get them a better life, you might not have the time for both, but God knows you will surly try.

The others will again be offered this program or the lengthy jail time that comes with the new and improved minimum sentences for crimes. Again ensuring that they are likely to choose these spy/snitch programs and a life of slavery to the state, rather than jail. The ones who choose jail, might get 15 years, but at least someday they might know freedom.

If your kids don't manage to get into drugs, or selling drugs, not to worry, the CIA will import drugs into your community to make sure that they do. Should you get a lawyer who then tries to sue the CIA for this, your lawyer will be hounded via the Cointelpro style programs that are in place and be driven from one country to another, till they end up in Israel. http://www.members.tripod.com/aebelle/id9.html

Then there are your children who will get through high school, college and turn out ok. You would think they would be ok then right? Wrong. They will especially with your male children, try to through some multicultural spy nookie their way. This way ensuring that someone always knows what the males are up to, or that their children are integrated into the new and improved multicultural society that we have in the making.

The rest will have baby mama drama, and or affairs, or something to keep them in a constant state of woo.

If you are black, male and you happen to survive and escape the snare of this system, then you are very lucky. If you fit into a category outside of the afforementioned, where the state or government has nothing on you. They have not put you through the system, have not integrated you into some spy force relationship, and you have no drama in your life, that could
be used against you. Congrats, and watch your back, they will be coming after you.

So black woman are having less children, and you wonder why?

Children if you are kicked out of the schools go to the libraries and public areas and finish your education online. It's worth it. Stay out of crime for as long as you can and as much as you can.
Stop snitching it's not just a catchy tee-shirt, it's the only way to save yourselves and society. Be good citizens, if you see a crime do the right thing, but do not become snitches for the state. It's a life of slavery and nothing else.

The other females, if you have managed to escape the single parent, baby momma drama, way to go. However if you have fallen into the societal whore trap, you are not doing much better.
For the ones who finished school, are working at decent jobs, not into anything illegal, not married to a perp, or bred by one, also not a part of these programs, watch your back, they will be coming after you as well.

That's the black out, and if you don't watch yourselves, you will become assimilated and eliminated.

Life a good life, eat your vegetables and stay away from the government. Simple formula, but how many will manage this? If you do watch your back.

If you think this is just a fairy tale, look around you, and don't expect any sympathy from your counterparts in society. I was just on a forum and people think you all should take ownership for your state of affairs.

So take ownership for the targeting you are getting, for the CIA importing drugs into your communities, for the systemic system that still purposely goes after some, the system that will not allow to rise any Messiah that could unite the masses.

Take ownership, make it yours and then rise above it. No one else can, and no one else will.
