Iwatch. Nationwide citizen watch program

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,561661,00.html

New iWatch Program Urges Citizens to Be 'Eyes and Ears' Against Terror Plots, iWatch is a nationwide community watch program
A new program aimed at keeping Americans safe from terror attacks will rely on individual citizens to serve as "the eyes and ears" of their communities.

iWatch is a community watch program endorsed by police chiefs across the U.S. that teaches people how to detect suspicious behavior and report it to police.
Other sutable names. Istasi, Istalk, Iharass, Iturninmyneighbour and many more.
L.A. Police Chief William Bratton, who developed the program with Police Commander Joan McNamara, called it the 21st century version of Neighborhood Watch, a program that encourages local residents to stay alert and informed about their neighborhoods.

"A single observation, a single report can lead to actions that can stop a terrorist attack," warns a Public Safety Announcement video released by the LAPD.
A single report can do so much damage, just like in Russia or the Stasi Era.
When the chiefs of the 63 largest police departments in the U.S. and Canada met to endorse iWatch at a conference last Saturday, they cited the case of Najibullah Zazi — the Denver man suspected of having ties to Al Qaeda who has been accused of plotting to use a weapon of mass destruction within the U.S.
Wow Big Brother Canada was also there what a surprise.

Anyways as I have said a billion times these types of programs will come to the public light, this one is a program that is nationwide, and Canada somehow seems to be taking apart. All we need now is one that is planet wide, coming soon to a one world government near you.

These programs will come to light, Gang Stalking will be proven, but will anyone care? See it won't be proving it, I don't think that will be the big hurdle, much of that has already been done and overcome. Getting the ameba to show any remorse will be the real challenge and I don't really know that that will happen.
iWATCH, iREPORT, i KEEP US SAFE (iWATCH) is a community awareness program created to educate the public about behaviors and activities that may have a connection to terrorism.

This program is a community program to help your neighborhood stay safe from terrorist activities. It is a partnership between your community and the Los Angeles Police Department. We can and must work together to prevent terrorist attacks.

To learn about the iWATCH program and about the behaviors and activities that you should report, view the videos and review the list of examples. You can also read and download a brochure that explains the program.

Remember that the iWATCH program is about behaviors and activities, not individuals.
Ipuke, Igag, I am sorry, but this sucks. If they are being so open about it then the snitch force is complete enough for them to be this open and this proud about.

Well I just thought it might be interesting to read.

Leashing the snitch 2.

http://gangstalking.wordpress.com/2009/05/28/leashing-the-snitch/

Why we must continue to document our harassment.

See I get bored day in day out writing down everything that has happened and I forget that by documenting my experiences of torture, the day in day out harassment's it's the only way other targets and in fact the world will begin to understand what we are doing through. I get tired of it, because how many times can I write that the I have blisters on the back of my head and face because they are electronically torturing me, and it's making my skin blister and it's burning me? It's become such a daily and common event for me, that I don't even write about it anymore, but that's not correct, because how are others ever to understand what we are going through if we don't let them know?

I also think that because I have not been sharing what was happening, it's caused me to be a bit more hateful, because I am keeping it in and not letting it out, so I am going to work on that. Before this started happening, I have always been a very private person and had things gone according to plan it would have continued that way, but things don't always go according to plan.
Last week I had the building worker enter my apartment while I was home. He claimed he thought it was an emergency, but he has done this one other time before. The first time I just left it alone and pretty much just gave him unpleasant stares whenever I saw him. This time however I wrote him up. If I as a target keep letting them get away with stuff, they will think it's ok to keep doing it. You have to snap them back to a sense of reality, and the reality is, this is not ok. I also blame myself however, because for most of the year I had just been giving him unpleasant stares due to the first incident which I mostly let go, but on a personal level I just let him know it was not ok, and then recently I decided to be civil, that was a mistake. Well the moment I decided to be civil, the building worker used that to do the bidding of his informant buddies and enter my apartment while I was home, claiming he thought there was an emergency. There is an emergency, the country has been taken over, by a bunch of informants, but you are too stupid to see why that's a problem.

See what they normally do when my heartrate is not detectable is they will call my phone. I solved that problem. The other thing they use to do is have a stranger knock at the door and make up some dumb excuse as to why they were knocking, well I stopped checking and this stopped working, so he is the only resource left to stupid informants. They used a resource stupider than themselves.

What happens is that the losers who are monitoring me, lose track of my heart rate and can't detect where I am in my apartment. I have spent months learning how to find ways to make it hard for me to be detected. Most times if they can't detect where I am in my apartment or if I am there, it's harder for them to figure out where to burn my skin. Eg. Whatever they are using is mobile and I believe some have hand held items, but at other times I have distinctly heard something mechanical being wheeled from room to room. I suspect at those times, they could well be using a portable X-ray machine or something similar. I suspect at other time they are using a radar flashlight, someone told me once that it might be a radar gun, but I think it could be this a radar flashlight. They are cheap, portable and the informants could have access to them.

http://mae.pennnet.com/articles/article_display.cfm?Section=ARCHI&C=News&ARTICLE_ID=72290&KEYWORDS=radar&p=32

http://gtresearchnews.gatech.edu/newsrelease/RADARFLASH.html
A prototype device called the RADAR Flashlight, developed at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), can detect a humans presence through doors and walls up to 8 inches thick. The device uses a narrow 16-degree radar beam and specialized signal processor to discern respiration and/or movement up to three meters behind a wall. The device can penetrate even heavy clothing to detect respiration and movements of as little as a few millimeters.
What they use detects movement and pulse or heartrates. The little idiots or whoever is on shift in the apartment below me, (including the creepy neighbour) using whatever they are using to detect movement, heatrate, etc. It let's them know where I am in my apartment. The more movement there is, the better reading they can get. I had a video from Youtube showing something similar, but the video is no longer on Youtube, just like many other good videos. If I lie perfectly still or avoid my pulse points touching any surfaces, they don't get a reading, and then you notice that they start to bang on the walls, or other items below, to cause vibrations above, eg. Some time the noise might cause an accellerated heart or pulse rate so that they can get a reading. If this fails, they often use something else that causes vibrations in my apartment, again designed to do what their idiotic banging and kicking on the walls can not do. For the banging and kicking on the walls, record and complain, that stops this problem. I have learnt how to overcome much of this, not 100% but enough to annoy the more stupid ones. It's funny, when I think of learning how to overcome this stuff, I always remember that scene in terminator 1, where kyle is like,
The H-K's use infra-red so you
still have to watch out.
But they're not too bright.
John taught us ways to dust them.
In every period of turmoil, people have to find interesting ways to survive. Everytime I hear one of those dumb creatures banging on the walls cause they can't get a heart rate, pulse or movement, I think of this scene. They are not too bright.

I go through this day in day out. Whenever I am employed and working at a job, just to be spiteful, they use whatever it is that causes vibrations at full blast. It's like being on a construction site, or being shaken all night by a jack hammer. If you don't find ways to limit the effects you get no sleep, or body aches, which makes it harder and harder to get up and function for the eight hours that a job requires, and gives you a good chance of getting fired if you don't show up, because you got no sleep. I have found ways to limit the effects, but when it's on full blast not completely. I have tested it out when it's on full blast and I go into the hallway, the vibrations can be felt outside of my apartment, so I am sure if I had normal neighbours and not informants around me, they would also be complaining about it. People are just willing to go along with just about anything as long as they convince themselves that it's for the greater good. How many times in history have we heard that before? Or how many times have we heard, I was just following orders? The Nazi's used that one a lot. Anyways after reading the other targeted individual blogs recently, I realise that we have to keep sharing our stories and letting the world know what is happening to us. I try not to share the trivial incidents, but with Gang Stalking, it is the trivial day in and day out incidents that make the difference. It's the accumulation of those incidents that help to paint the bigger picture.

What I realised about other events in history such as what they were doing in Russia with dissidents is that they lied about it, and life in the Soviet Union continued just the same, it was the story after story of the same thing that finally brought the truth to light, so I guess we have to keep bothering the ACLU, or whatever organization in your country that handles these complaints. We need to keep filing reports.

I don't know if I should waste the time with a police report, but whet if this neighbour is someone who has a history of this, and by doing nothing I put someone else in danger, again keep in mind since they are twisted, he might have been just trying to vandalize my signs again, but there is no way to know for sure. Seriously what would spiderman do? Yes I know he is a comic book character, but don't we learn from these characters in our darkest moments, and other things around us? Anyways I was thinking of the time he got ripped off for the wrestling match and he decided to not stop the crook who eventually shot his uncle Ben. I always want to do the right thing. Like I said I believe in being a good neighbour, look out for each other, and if it does mean getting others involved I am not against doing that if it's truly required. At the same time, I deeply believe that you never have to be a part of an informant program to do so.

If I do file a report, I know to type it up and not do it over the phone. As I explained a couple of years ago after two attempts to get my Gang Stalking report filed in person failed, I decided to make my report over the phone. I had researched all about the informant force, and spoken to other officers who even told me some information about how the program worked etc. I gave them some details they gave me details etc. Either way I was well versed and when I filed my report I was very clear about what was ongoing with the harassment. I got a copy of the report via Freedom of Information Act, she had twisted just about everything I said and in the report, she wrote community services might need to get involved. Some of these cops are corrupt. So I immediately tried to get this fixed over the phone, no can do. So I wrote up my own report and requested they change the parts where she had deliberately twisted what I said, or flat out lied. I dropped off report after report. All were lost. I walked into a station and requested the officer change it on the computer, he said he could not do that, but would note that I was not emotionally disturbed or anything like that. Great what good does that do? I finally found out what the process was for disputing incorrect information in a police report was, I went through the process of opening a complaint, and sending in my report to get the correction made, and in the long run they did not change the report. It's still the same as it was. During the course of this, I found out the officer that had filed the report had taken some time off, etc. See some cops are still good, but there are enough that are corrupt, so that you have to be careful. It's a balance.

Either way, it's renewed my belief that we have to keep up what we have been doing, getting our stories told and heard. I don't mean some of the fake stuff that informants are putting onto Youtube to make us look crazy, but testimony of real targets. The sad part is many real targets do get turned into informants.

Either way, I guess the lesson is, keep sharing as best as we can, keep annoying the ACLU, Amnesty, keep posting in the forums, getting the blogs up, and getting our stories told. I still think for the most part, keep some information private. One target who use to post her information online posted her address, and as I pointed out, some people in one forum were discussing her in a very unflattering manner. She also stopped posting to Youtube about a year ago, and I don't know what happened to her. There are a lot of crazy people in the world, and even outside of the informants that would not hesitate to harm targets, so be aware. Do what makes you comfortable, but I guess we have to keep trying no matter what we decide.

Questions, Questions, Questions?
Lt. Michael W. Pigott, 46, a 21-year veteran of the NYPD committed suicide on Thursday Oct. 2, 2008 (his birthday). He leaves behind his wife, Susan, two sons and a daughter. He was the police officer who gave the order to taser Iman Morales, 35, who subsequently fell 10ft off the ledge of his apartment building and died.
It's weird the officer who ordered the tasering hit of the naked unarmed man, was so distraught that he went and borrowed someone else's gun from a locker and then took his own life?
I had questions about Morales to begin with. Now when I hear that someone is deemed mentally unstable and they seem afraid of the police, I try to find out if there was any hint or trace that Gang Stalking was involved.

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/03/nyregion/03taser.html?_r=1&pagewanted=2&bl&ei=5087&en=9fa606ceef16e341&ex=
1223092800&oref=slogin
Mr. Morales was described by neighbors as a quiet, polite tenant who formerly worked for a financial company, but in recent years had received public assistance and taken medication for a mental illness. They said he paid his rent on time, kept his one-bedroom apartment clean and never caused trouble.

In the days before his death, however, neighbors said Mr. Morales became increasingly distraught. He was heard shouting and agitated, having stopped taking his medication. His mother called the police, and emergency services was summoned. He climbed out his third-floor apartment window when officers went to his door, and, failing to get into a window on the fourth floor, climbed onto the storefront ledge.
With Morales, I admit that I have not had a chance to look into it further. I saw one blog posting of a friend of his, who said he talked to him a couple of days ago and that Morales was planning on moving, but that does not tell me what I need to know.

I had found it strange that they ordered the tasering of this unarmed man. I mean if you have seen the video he was not an immediate danger to them on the ledge. Logic had to dictate to someone that if you taser him, he is going to fall and get hurt or worst, but none of the 5 or so officer present seemed to have had the presence of mind to realise this, and we all know the story he fell to his death? Do we really all know the story? Don't know.

I found it strange that the officer had given the command when the guy was just a few feet off the ground, wielding a fluorescent light which is pretty harmless most times. It didn't make sense, and I had personally wondered if it was just a lack of foresight on the part of the officer or something more deliberate.

With other things on my mind I had left the story and forgotten to blog about it, till this happened.

http://nyc.indymedia.org/es/2008/10/100452.html

According to the reports, he had his badge and gun taken away and had been assigned a desk job, not fun for an officer of 21 years.

He was also maybe going to be charged for the death, but from what we have seen in former cases, would this have been a real issue? Don't know, most police seem to not get charged in cases such as this, and with his 21 year standing, it's hard to think that he would have been dismissed, but anything is possible.

He did apologize to the family, but then the next day, on his birthday none the less, he is apparently so distraught, and emotionally disturbed, that he goes to head quarters, get's someone else's gun and takes his own life?

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/03/nyregion/03taser.html?bl&ex=1223092800&en=9fa606ceef16e341&ei=5087%0A
The lieutenant, who had been stripped of his gun and badge and placed on desk duty in another unit after the Taser incident, killed himself with a single shot to the head from a 9-millimeter Glock handgun taken from another officer’s locker at Floyd Bennett Field, a former airfield in Brooklyn where several police divisions are located, officials said.

The lieutenant’s body and a suicide note, alongside pictures of his children, were found about 6 a.m. The text of the note was not disclosed, but a law enforcement official said the lieutenant may have believed that he might face charges in an inquiry and did not want to bring disgrace upon his family.

Lieutenant Pigott’s death came on his 46th birthday and only hours before the funeral of Iman Morales, 35, who died in the confrontation with officers in Brooklyn.
It's weird because he has a wife and two kids, that he leaves behind, and there are so many other ways he could have taken his own life.

I was lying there, and going over the story and I just had so many questions, a lot of it did not make sense, but since I am the only one asking the questions, is there any point? Am I really ever going to be able to get the answers, especially if no one else is asking any questions? Does it really matter?

To snitch or not to snitch?

For some people this really is a question. The next two posts will look at some of the issues related to snitching.

The first is a repost of a forum post I did back in 08/08. I had not idea at the time that the snitching issues was related to the Gang Stalking issue. I really thought that they were two seperate entities. I was however alarmed by what I read about how snitching drove up crime in society and post about it on several forums. Here is a repost. Several of the links will be none fuctional. As you know online links go missing, get deleted, moved, etc.

08/08
The idea of a surveillance society or snitch culture.

Both ideas are very current and many people do not realize how much it affect society. I really did not until I started doing more research on the subject.

There has been a whole brouhaha about the stop snitching message over the last two years. Many people see it as just a way for thugs to try to intimidate witness into not talking, but that is covering the underlying reasons why some educators, prosecutors, and people in many communities feel that the stop snitching message is a good one.

The other side of this coin is the fact that some communities have almost an estimated 50% of their young men and woman caught up in the informant programs. They are being asked to snitch on friends, family and people in their neghboruhoods. This in itself might not seem so bad on the surface, but it's destroying community trust in the police and it's causing snitches to be the deciding factor in weather a case get's prosecuted or not. In other words, the power is in the wrong place, and snitches have more power and play a greater role in justice than they should.

Also while on the informant programs, many snitches are allowed to continue their lives of crime without any penalties whatsoever. This means that they can sell drugs, do illegal activities and they have a get our of jail free card. Well in some communities this now means that snitching or informant criminals are running the show, with the awareness of the police who will not do anything cause the snitches are helping them out.

It's really devastating to some communities. Two of the communities hardest hit so far have been the Hispanic communities and the black communities in the states, however it's not limited to these communities, that was just the start.

So as the debate about stop snitching rages, many young men are getting the message that snitching is bad, but they are getting the message that all snitching is bad, meaning even helping out when they see a crime. That should not be the case either.

The other side feels that if you believe the stop snitching message you are into something illegal or against working with the police, the problem however is again the missed message about what snitching is doing to society.

There are some great articles on this if anyone wants to have a read. The articles show both sides, the state and state their views about the message, and have a quick glance at how widespread the informant snitch culture has become across America.

People would be really surprised I think.

The first is by Alexandra Natapoff. She talks about both sides of the message and why the informant culture is ruining society.

A really neat article that I just read about this says that Informants in former Eastern block countries might have played a role with driving up mental illness in those societies because no one ever know who they could trust.
http://www.november.org/razorwire/2005-02/Snitch.html

In East Germany the secret police or Stasi were able to use a super snitch or informant force of 1 in 50 of the population to spy on most of the country.

The American T.I.P.S. program that was officially cancelled, but according to other sources resurrected and privately funded was to have recruited 1 in 25 people for spying. 1 million spy's.
To communicate in public when you know what to look for is very easy and can be done quite stealthily.

Eg. Tapping the side of the nose, brushing back the hair three times, taping the corner of the eyes to say watch target.

Here are the signals the East Germans use to use. Stasi secret police.http://www.nthposition.com/stasiland.php

SIGNALS FOR OBSERVATION
1. Watch out! Subject is coming - touch nose with hand or handkerchief
2. Subject is moving on, going further, or overtaking - stroke hair with hand, or raise hat briefly 3. Subject standing still - lay one hand against back, or on stomach
4. Observing Agent wishes to terminate observation because cover threatened - bend and retie shoelaces
5. Subject returning - both hands against back, or on stomach
6. Observing Agent wishes to speak with Team Leader or other Observing Agents - take out briefcase or equivalent and examine contents.

To have an effective surveillance society it would seem that the informant force would have to be widely used, the only problem is that could have a large effect on society, and the morals of society.

Eg. How does a young person cope when they have been asked to become informant, they have a life time sentence of watching friends, family and turning in people, sometimes innocent people to keep themselves free of jail.

There is probably enough material for a few discussions, and many people in society are affected by this growing wave of surveillance snitch society, many that might not even be aware.
If these issues are not brought to the American public via television it could well turn up on their door steps when they least expect it.

Corrupt to the core.

Trying to get my police report updated still.

The nice thing about the police here in this city is that if you file a complaint with them, they get to investigate themselves. That's right. If you so happen to be unfortunate enough to cross paths with the police and they mess you over, and you file a report, it goes to an independent body who then forward the complaint to the police who then investigate themselves, and send it back to the independent body who then forward it to you. Isn't that nice? The mob should have such a system in place.

Ok here is a recap for all those who are not familiar with my situation.
Found out that I was being followed around the city last July, after about 6-7 years of constant harassment, found out that this was coordinated and set up in such as way as to see me destroyed.

I would later find out that this is a covert Cointelpro type investigation that is being orchestrated by the those in authority.

Before that I found the term online called gang stalking, which at the time explained these events, but tried to pass the events off on vigilante groups. Turns out gang stalking is more than likely a disinformation term coined to throw people off about what was happening to them, more importantly who it was being done by.

What is happening to me is similar to the movie lives of others where an innocent person is placed under covert investigation, and the state tries to ruin them by degrees. I am not alone in my predicament, this is happening to many others in various other parts of the country, and the world.

This is my saga thus far.

-December 2006.

After many months of researching gang stalking and talking to others who had tried to file police reports about the same thing, I was told that the best way to file the report was in person.
-I was told that to try to do it in writing, and to get a copy of the police report and a reference number after the police report was filed.

-Filed a police report regarding the covert harassment that was being experienced.
-My first attempt to file the report was done in person with an officer. He refused to let me drop off the notes that I had and said that notes had to be taken, and he did not give me a report number. Asked when I would hear back about the report the officer advised that it might not happen.

*Knowing what I know now. I would say the first mistake was going to the police. When this is happening to you, go to a lawyer first, explain what you think is happening and then see what they think you should file in the report. The trick there is trying to find a good lawyer who will touch it. The other thing that lawyers have advised is hire a private investigator, but many targets have spent time and money on this road with no avail. Many of these PI are themselves helping out with these eyes and ears programs and so again conflict of interest. Finding a honest or decent person who is aware of what is going on and who does not have a conflict of interest, or vested interest is hard.

-So after finding out that the report was not filed I attempted to file the report again, and they insisted on doing it over the phone. I would later find out why.

-After I filed the report and no one got back to me. I called and spoke to an officer John Poirpoint at 13th division. The same officer who had five complaints of the same stalking for his area. (The other complainants all being single females, living by themselves.) I asked why the report was not being investigated? He said he would have to call me back on Monday. Never heard back, tried to follow up, couldn't get a hold of him.

Eventually I did get a copy of the police report that I filed. Office Badge #3447 filed a chop job report. Many of the things I explained to hear and the way she wrote them, miswrote them, or just inserted her own info, made the report sound crazy.

Eg. I advised officer Brooker that there was heat coming from the floor below me, and it was causing vibrations. I advised that I had spoken to an electrician, who thought it might be transponders or something like that. I did advise her that my upstairs neighbour seems to know where I am at all times in my apartment, as if I was being tracked.

She wrote in the report that

(I think magnets are being used to track my movements.)
Didn't mention magnets to her. There are several other examples where she decided to insert, not insert, or just insert her own stuff. Very nice the things our officers get up to.
Today.- So since that time realising that they are corrupt, I have just been speaking to community leaders, other targets, lawyers, other activists that are being harassed this way, and of course the police.

I did have some luck about a month back. I spoke to one officer who I advised what was happening and wanted to know if I could get off the list. He advised that he did not think that I could get off the list, but he would let me speak to the investigations unit. He is the most success that I have had so far. Acknowledged that citizens are being used to track people, and that he didn't think that there was a way off the list.

The person he transferred me to was not so helpful. He said he didn't know what I was talking about. So I read him the article that came out in the paper, and that shut him up with the denials, but he quickly got me off the phone with he didn't think there was anything he could do to help. That was the police investigations unit.

-Today I tried to follow up on some information I dropped off last week.
Memory refresher. During my talks and chit chats with the police, some helpful some not, I discovered that they had a report of some kind showing up that referred to an arrest for a fraud from several years ago.

What had happened was I was stopped on the street. I was told that I fit the description of someone who was passing out fake bills in the area. (I would later learn that the person was about 20 years older, looked nothing like me, but had the same color coat. Yeah fit the description.) Anyways officers Redman and Braudrey decided to file a report and apparently the way the report comes up in the system the first thing it shows is an arrest for fraud under. Apparently if you actually read the report or pull it up it does show that I was questioned, released. However that is not the first thing that shows up when they pull my name and date of birth.

That was interesting to learn. Knowing more about how these set up work for targets, I really am wondering more and more about that incident.
Anyways today, the run around.

-Called the records division at head quarters to find out how things were going with getting my records updated. I was told that she had nothing there, but to check back tomorrow. Fair enough. The person who answered the phone, was nice and rather helpful.
-Next call. I was transferred to the central ARU regarding the police report that was filed back in December.

(When I tried to drop the records off at the station, head quarters, and tried to get a confirmation that my records had been dropped off, it was refused. The office an officer K. Mohammed advised that he would give me no confirmation that the files had been dropped off, and that he should not even have provided me with an envelope to drop off the files. I thought yes, finally a company with even worst customer service than bell Internet. I was amazed. He also said there was no guarantee that my letters would get to their destinations. I just smiled and said that that in an office with so many police officers I would be surprised if it did not, and he said then I should not even have bothered asking for a reference. (To serve and protect. Yeah.)

-Oh a good note, there was a female officer who was nice and said I could reference her, that I did drop two pieces of correspondences off.

Anyhoo.

Central ARU.

-Spoke to an officer, who was helpful, (maybe)? He said that he did not have the files and that there was no update. (Oh side note. When I spoke to the records room, she seemed to know who I was, cause she asked if it was the records that had been dropped off at the front desk.)
Anyways he said that the records had not been updated, and that I should go back to the original department to get the records updated.

-I spoke to 13th division. What an unpleasant and unhelpful officer she was. The call was almost like, who is on first, no what's on second. It was so irritating. She hung up. But she left me with the impression that I could file the report over the phone, or drop off the records there, or do whatever the heck I felt like doing.

-Then called my own division, cause remember I had to move and leave my apartment that I loved due to the harassment and the electronic harassment which was killing skin cells. While the police sat back, knew what was going on and did nothing.

Anyways I called a police officer form a different division, and I was about to hang up cause it
was the wrong division, but he seemed determined to help so I spoke to him. (Helpful officers are so rare and hard to find, that I am not about to pass one up.)

He pulled up my file and asked if I was calling about my report from February regarding threatening mail. Now remember that my last contact with them was around December except for the noise harassment incident which was filed shortly after that. To my knowledge, unless this report was that, which I don't think so. There is some report that was filed in February, not by me, about threatening mail. Apparently this report was investigated.

My reports are not being investigated, but this report, which I don't think I filed was. Now I am worried. Knowing how these people are, and that they are helping, some of them, to instigate some of this stuff that is going down, it's pretty scary.

At this stage, I should probably stop and just leave the reports alone, but I can't do. However there is probably a right way and a wrong way of doing this. Based on advise my records should only be filed or updated with them in writing. No updates over the phone and when possible, try to have a lawyer look it over. However since the system is corrupt and too many of these lawyers are themselves parts of the citizen snitch programs, this is harder and harder to do.

So he said I better speak to the Central ARU, based on that it's like, oh boy. (You know it's not good.) So the call was transferred back to the main reception area, you know where they take the calls when they want to put you off. The officer there again advised that the central ARU was the place to have the files updated, but that she could not transfer me there, that they would have to take my information down and have an officer call me. If you recall that is how I wound up with officer Broker in the first place, so do not pass go, and do not collect 100 dollars, or whatever the amount is that these people have playing on this monopoly that has become part of my life.

Now I am way happier if I don't have to deal with them if I can. Simply because they actually track who is calling into their stations and how often the calls are coming in. Eg. If you are a senior and you call them so many times in a month each month, then they keep track of that, and if you call them too much they can recommend that someone come out and see you. (Stuff you find out online.)

So they make it impossible to resolve your situation without calling them several times, but then when you do, you get the run around. They have a nice system going. Do you think if the Mafia did this, they would be out of business? They would be in full swing right now. Maybe that's what the Mafia should do or did, get a bunch of their guys and gals to join the force, start running the show. Wouldn't be any worst. (Maybe that's what Tony Saprano will do?)

So that was the day. That ate up 2 hrs. (Including typing up this report.) Somebody has to do it. The only way that I was able to come this far, was by some of the records that Mark M. Rich (http://www.rich-essence.com/) left behind, before he stopped updating his site. I have never met Rich, don't know what happened to him, and I hope somehow he got out, but at least his
records are there.

Targets the people are the ones doing this. It's like having the Mafia put a hit out on you, and trying to get them to take the hit off, and getting the run around. They have no desire to correct this information. To see that this information gets updated, or anything else. In fact it's in their best interest, budget wise, and corrupt system wise, to see that targets stay under covert investigation.

There is no time limit for how long they can mess with your life, or what they can do behind your back. It is no secret, that these people will go behind your back, and spread slander about you. They will do it to your friends, family, business clients and anyone that you know. They will try to make sure that you are jobless, homeless, not able to take care of yourself, and you have to be a fighter and do everything that you can do, to get your life back.

I think Rich described it best, when he said that this is an evil that comes out, and has been here before, like with the Salem Witch Trials and other things in history. Most of us still have no clue why we are being investigated or followed around, and all we know is that the authorities of our countries are doing this. Amnesty and all those great human rights organisations and
establishments that you hear about will not touch this, and most lawyers will not touch with with good reason. You could end up without a country and improperly disbarred, like the lawyer in American who now lives in Israel, cause she tried to go up against the CIA for shipping in drugs to black communities.

The world is a very corrupt place. Understanding of this, does not come with just the mind. To understand this level of corruption, it's something that you have to feel and experience, but those of us who have, can tell you what it's all about.

So my struggle continues. I have a force who it would seem that getting these police reports updated and corrected, is not seemingly in their best interest. One of my reports that I dropped off last week seems to have mysteriously dropped off of the face of the earth, and now I hear news of an investigation that was done in February, for a report that I am pretty sure that I didn't file. I have to see the Freedom of information records first, but that would mean another trip to my favorites in blue. Maybe just have the lawyers office fax it over, or just maybe they
can just find the report, and update it.

Durham’s tool to fight crime: You (More Snitches Coming)

http://metronews.ca/uploadedFiles/PDFs/20070411_toronto.pdf

Durham’s tool tofight crime: You (More Snitches Coming)
If you live in Durham Region and rowdy youths hang out in your neighbourhood, the police want to hear about it. Encouraging citizens to become their “eyes and ears” to solve problems and prevent crime is one element of a new three-year strategic plan endorsed by the police services board yesterday. But it will be a while before the plan, whose ultimate goal is a safer community, reaches the streets.

It’s part of a major transformation for the Durham police service over the next five to 10 years, Supt. Greg Mills told the board — one that will involve retraining and restructuring at every level to change the focus from reacting to crime to preventing it.

Four key areas will be targeted: youth, road safety, violence and property crime. For example, a group of “loud, disrespectful youths behaving in an anti-social manner” could be a precursor to gang activity, Mills explained. “We’re asking people to let the police know about problems like disorderly conduct that hasn’t risen to the level of a criminal act. If they’re out for a stroll, they will be our eyes and ears.” Citizens aren’t being asked to become vigilantes, just to work with police.
pg3.

Apparently the snitching program is working so well in some cities that they are not expanding it. That's right Durham region is going to get their own version of this monster that Toronto and other cities have in place currently Citizens, Suburban Spies as I like to call them are now also going to be recruited in Durham, the program will start to recruit over the next 3 years, but it's a long term 5-10 year plan. If we can get this sort of concentration in Toronto, then imagine the sort of concentration a much smaller venue like Durham is going to have?

We have snitches at ever corner in Toronto, I am not sure how long this has been ongoing, but again we have at least based on what I am seeing on the subway, over 85% concentration. That is a light figure, now again as a target, I am not sure if I am just seeing a higher concentration.
Apparently traditional policing methods are not working, the money and the budget is not there to do all the things that the police want to do or need to do, so they are getting the citizens to come out and lend a hand. On paper this sounds great. I mean even as a target, when I read it, it sounds great, but in reality it's a nightmare. You have people that are becoming citizen vigilantes. They seem to be recruiting from not the smartest elements in society, and it's a nightmare the stuff these people are doing.

First of all, the program is suppose to help keep an eye on things, but so far all it seems to be doing is finally giving racists, fanatics, and other yahoo's, the capacity and a forum for their hatred. The people joining these programs are the neighbourhood busy bodies that the world could do without, the people who think any foreigner looks funny, and should be watched, the people who have no power in their lives to begin with and finally think this will be a way to have some purpose in their lives, and then there are the others who just have too much time on their hands. You also get the other people who just want to snub their noses at others, who would not be noticed by anyone else outside of these programs. The losers of society have found an outlet.
Then you have the other half. The honest citizens of society who want to make the world a better place. The odd few who mistakenly really think that by going along with these programs they are going to make their communities safer.

These programs are suppose to be designed to make the world a better place, on paper they are and they sound great, but the reality that I am seeing is something quite different. Communities policing communities, everyone getting involved, becoming empowered after feeling powerless for so long, I mean it had me drooling for awhile, before I did a double take and said, wait a second, aren't these very same programs the ones that have me of all people being followed around the city and harassed? Aren't these the same programs that have me being tracked and harassed in my very home? Then I realised why yes they are, and something in the system has gone terribly wrong. Except unlike with other programs, there does not seem to be anyone to turn to get this mess sorted out.

The police will not look into complaints about targeting by these sorts of programs, and apparently to keep these sorts of programs quite in some cities, they have gone so far as to make the people being targeted by these programs look crazy if they try to complain about them or get assistance for them, in most cases they just go on to further slander the reputation of others. Something is not right and not working in a system that would have someone like me targeted. I can tell you this, you don't have to believe me or take me at my word, but just wait till it's your turn, or till this monster gets so far out of hand that it can't be controlled, if it's already not so far out of hand.

These programs on paper start off sounding so good. Citizen volunteers working with the police, keeping an eye and ear on things. Then you have the real monster of the program, which has turned my city into a Statsi State. So many people are a part of these programs that we have I am pretty sure, numbers greater than the Statsi had, meaning where they had 1 to 64. I think we have something like 1 to 15 or 1 to 25, but we have a lot of these snitches in a city of only about 5 million. The East Germans had about 16 million in their population and they controlled every body with just 91,000-400,000 snitches. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stasi
it was estimated that 91,000 full-time employees and 300,000 informants were employed by the Stasi.
We have concentrations that are higher than this ratio, based on what I am seeing. This thing that started out so great on paper has become a run away freight train. With just our public servants and unions that are taking part in this it's a lot, but then you have all the companies, private security, police, snitches, etc. It's a huge monster that this has become.
The other thing is though this is working for some members of society, I have seen a great deal of evidence to suggest that these programs are racially targeting individuals, going after more females than males, and targeting the people who could actually make the society a better place. They do not really seem to be cutting down on the major problems that we are having in society, but they are creating quick solutions. These types of programs are giving people a false sense of security, and empowerment, and I am not sure that they are truly targeting the problems that need to be targeted.

There are so many vigilante yahoo's in these programs. This seems to have given some people something to do with their lives, and not necessarily something better. There are many people that function well under systems like these and the Stasi system, and of course there are others that do not. The social sociopaths seem to function very well under these types of systems. The problem is these types of systems are coming into play in many parts of the world, and they seem to be set in place to herold in a global system of dominance, a New World Order if you will, that will be used to control the masses. Think Global, act local, and yet the dissenting voices that we should be hearing are continually being shut down, and closed off. More people and awareness should be out there about these sorts of programs so people can say if they want their city to become a snitch state or not, but just like the North American Union, these program seem to just slipped by the radars, and have now taken over society, and I am not sure what we can do to turn this system around, since so many people seem to function well under these sorts of systems while others do not.

How it's working.

I was over at a forum which I don't frequent that much anymore. I have had a standing debate about electronic harassment. Ever since someone clued me into the fact that it was probably transducers or something else responsible for the bulk of the harassment happening to targets I have been trying to find the scientific explanation behind what is being done to torture many people in their homes.
I responded back in a very credible manner and explained that even though I did not know exactly how it was being done, I knew it was not space age technology being used on us. I explained that it was simple science and it would just be a time before people caught on to the simple science of the whole thing.
I did put forward a few ideas however and then I sent off the post. I had sent off another post a few minutes earlier. After sending off this post and reading a couple more. The forum stopped allowing postings. I was thinking, I wonder if the last post is going to get erased? After I posted I realised that my posting made more sense than I had thought and that it might be closer to the truth than appreciated.
I am sure what is being used is just simple science, smoke and mirrors as one target called it. People are trying to make targets think that it's all this advanced technology being used to torture them, when in fact it's just simple science at work. Just like the wizard of oz. Don't get me wrong, there is space age science happening in the world, but what is being done to targets is not space age stuff.
So I first pointed out that where I am, every time it gets quite and the vibrations stop that they have to bang on the floors, walls or ceiling to get the response they are looking for. I pointed out that it probably was very similar to the movie Dare Devil, where sound creates an image, and then you can see what is going on without having to do any invasive surveillance. A type of radar or sonar. They have something called a fish finder that does something like that under water using sonar. Plus I pointed out the transducers could track someone walking in a house on a floor to such a degree, that in a house of five people you would know which one was walking at which time on the floor.
Then I was asked what science I knew of that could levitate people and smash objects, at a distance. I pointed out that humans and other things have a magnetic center or picks up on magnets in the environment. So much so that they have actually been able to levitate frogs using the magnetism within their bodies. If they could get a powerful enough magnet, they could levitate humans as well.
http://64.233.167.104/search?q=cache:rrah_JQFchAJ:caleng.berkeley.edu/archive/2006spring/Matsumoto,%2520Sarcol,%2520Haystead,%2520Ng%2520-%2520Magnetic%2520Leviation%2520Trains.pdf+levitating+humans+with+magnets&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=6&gl=ca
http://www.spellmaker.com/frog.htm
Well you don't have to levitate us, but with powerful magnets you could cause reactions in the human body, that other things would not necessarily pick up. Also I pointed out that sound could smash glass, invisible sound waves could do it quite easily. Just like Opera singers or the right pitch can smash glass, use invisible sound waves at the right frequency. I also posted a link to show how sound had been used to levitate small amphibians etc.
http://www.engadget.com/2006/12/01/chinese-mad-scientists-levitate-fish-with-sound/
I think then made some other points but then decided to leave it at that, since ehaassment is not my main subject matter right now.
I then found that my post was missing after the little forum service interruption. So I thought that I would share some of my musings here which are not as well put together as they were last night, but I hope it can give targets a few places to look for the answers, which are simple.
I have even been doing some light reading on how heat gets transferred.
Magnets can even be used to levitate a sumo wrestle, if he is standing on a disk. Science and technology have come a long way.

Now how is this working? God how is this not working? They have every angle covered but loose, however there is always an opening for people who really want to be free, so here goes.
I found out that I was being gang stalked, which now turns out to just be another Cointelpro, Red Squads combined with our Suburban Spy force type thing.
Disinfo.
I learnt about disinformation campaigns along the way and that things are not as they seem, in fact they are not at all how they seem. These people have it so wired that every place you go, they have reach and they can get to you.
One of the first forums I went to was a stalking forum, probably the most popular ones. I went there only to discover that most of the people on that forum were perps, or people interested in keeping my story quite. What I would also discover, and maybe never be able to prove is that one of those people on the forum who signed up after I did, was someone from work, who I would say held a very high position and whom I sat beside on a regular basis. I discovered this based on something that was said, that's pretty creepy and scary.
More creepy is that you had people on that site who it seems their job is to hang out on the forum, become popular posters and then when a target of harassment or stalking like me posts, then they push the posts down, to get rid of them. So this way they keep these postings from being read. This seems to be the job of these people. Also the forum like Mark M. Rich pointed out that there was a connection to some kind of corporation. http://www.RichEssence.com
How else it's working. What you don't realise.
All the basis are covered by them.
When they go to put out help or support forums, or if they are trying to run a disinfo campaign, they will cover every base. This means that targets when they are going for help to these forums, most of them are run by people that they have put in place to run them. The few honest ones that are run by real targets or genuine survivors are going to be over run by them.Eg. Let's say the subject is government corruption. Let's say you have 10 sites about this stuff. 8 of those sites will probably be run by people they have converted, bribed, corrupted, or purposely put in place to run those. So someone going for help on government corruption will be going right into the loving arms of the very people that they are trying to get away from, or giving out information to the very people they are trying to get away from.
I learnt this the hard way. As a gang stalking target, the first thing they wanted was my name, which I did not really give at the time, and my location. Not so that they could trust me, but so that they could find out who I was, and which tactics to start using to perp me off.
They have it all covered, when it comes to these support and help places. When you then have legit people who try to run forums, then you will still have the perps take over, and unless you have an amazing moderator, they will take over the forum. Just like how they infiltrate groups offline, they do the same thing online. You will find maybe 1 honest in 10 depending.
They are all bad
When I first came online from the readings learnt that there would be things called perps, Suburban Spies who troll forums to throw targets off their game. However when I would think one person was a perp, they would do or say something to make me unsure. Then they would argue with someone I knew was a perp for sure, then I would be unsure. Then I read this really great thing from this site for survivors of ritual abuse, or something like that. It said that they are both perps. What these people do is that they will play off of each other. Think good cop bad cop. They will pretend to be enemies and argue amongst themselves. So you are forced to choose sides, because you think that well if A is arguing with B and B is a perp surly A must be good. Not so, most times, they are both perps, and that's how it's working. This does not go for just gang stalking. This goes for just about everything. These people have been at this for such a long time, they know the game better than all of us, and those who are new to this, how could we have any way of knowing this stuff? That such deceit and treachery exists in the world? That the world is corrupt and that this world will go to any length to try to hold you down and prevent you from getting justice? There is no way we could have know this stuff. The thing is however now that you sort of know how it's working be on your guard, trust yourself, maybe God.
Apparently David Lawson said to not trust anyone, and if I am correct, he is either a really bad detective, or a perp, so that should tell you something. I don't know how people are suppose to win and get free of this corrupt system. I mean this stuff goes way back, it's not new like I thought, it's way more ingranded than first realised. Also we have been not told the truth in society about so many things, and we have been brain washed.
One more way that things are working.
If you are in a cult, would you know?
I always thought that I would, but I was wrong. That's how it's working in other cases. I don't know for sure yet, but I suspect that some of these places are recruiting genuinely innocent people. People who will swear up and down that their site, community, venue, organisation is not a perp or disinfo organisation. For them it's not, because if you were a part of a cult would you know right? Everyone always thinks that they would know, but not really. So since these innocent persons know that they are not perps or disinformation agents, you have people that are genuene who can swear that they are not and that their communities or organisations are not disinfo places. If you are part of a cult would you know it? Everyone thinks they would, most people don't.
Those are some of the ways it's working. Can this system be bypassed? Maybe, but why? People seem happy with this bs, they just seem to be satisfied with this. Like they don't care and then why should I care, they seem to be happy with the way things are. Maybe it's just an illusion, but I just don't know. Can humans triumph? Sure. There is a whole entire history that says they can, but why?
The moment they win out over tyranny and oppression, they just seem to pick people to rule over them? It seems like they like to be ruled over. I guess just because it's easier that way, because if most people took the time to sit back see how it's working and decide that they don't want to be a part of this, they could probably be free one way or other, but most people seem happy to let their fears and dependency bind them to really weird and messed up situations like this.
Tomorrow if we all picked up and too our business to elsewhere, these big companies who have everyone bound would be reeling, but instead they have everyone else reeling. Same way with some of these systems, but that's how it's been working, that's how it is working, and that is how it seems it will continue to be working.
Even when the truth gets out, it will be their version, and if someone decent should manage to get into a position of power for a moment to do some good, they would have it wired so that it would not last very long.
At the end of the Lord of the Rings after defeating a force that was evil and wanted to rule and control them all, what did the people do? They anointed a King who could rule over them. He was a good King, but you would think a few of them would have said enough of this ruling thing, we want to be independent and handle our own affairs? We seem to be pretty lazy like that, and history as so many examples. People seem to want to be ruled over for some reason? I guess it's just easier then you don't have to think or take the responsibility or make the decisions? I am sure I like having some elected officials as much as the next person, but I would be happy to do my own thing just as easily.
How is this working? Well it's not for some of us.
P.S. I almost forgot one more thing. I just opened up my email and it's reminded me that you might sometimes get threats on forums subtly posted. My email that I just got from dear Gerry about his poisoning just reminded me about that as I opened up my inbox.

Also I was just offline for the last several hours, my Internet connections, all were down. I had somehow expected this. Apparently not all the time on the phone with rep or fake rep and some bs story about new accounts, or repeated attempts to connect would work.
Apparently what works is saying out loud to your empty apartment that if your Internet connection does not start working right away, you will be blogging to the Canadian public about how restrictive the government of your democratic Canadian society is. Apparently that works.
This is just a small brief bit about how it's working, or not working.

3. Baltimore Police Arrest, Handcuff 7-Year-Old Boy for Riding Bike http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,259302,00.html
Baltimore Police Arrest, Handcuff 7-Year-Old Boy for Riding Bike on Sidewalk
Saturday , March 17, 2007
BALTIMORE — Police arrested a 7-year-old boy, handcuffed him and hauled him down to the station house on a charge of riding a motorized dirt bike on a sidewalk.
Then, according to his mother, Gerard Mungo Jr. was handcuffed to a bench and interrogated before being released to his parents.
"They scared me," Gerard told The Baltimore Examiner before breaking down in tears.
Mayor Sheila Dixon apologized Friday for the arrest, and police commissioner Leonard Hamm said it would be investigated internally.
The arrest came after an officer saw Gerard riding his dirt bike on the sidewalk in east Baltimore on Tuesday, police spokesman Matt Jablow said. Hamm, citing the internal probe, declined to discuss how the rest of the incident unfolded.
Kikisa Dinkins said her son was sitting on the bike with the motor off on the sidewalk when an officer grabbed him by the collar and pulled him off.
"I told them to let go of my baby," Dinkins said. "Since when do you pull a 7-year-old child by his neck and drag him?"
Dinkins said she called for a police supervisor to intervene, but the confrontation continued to escalate after the supervisor arrived.
"They started yelling at him, 'Do you know what you did wrong, son?'" Dinkins said. "He was so scared he ran upstairs."
Police arrested Gerard and confiscated the bike.
Dinkins said officers fingerprinted him and took his mug shot. Hamm could not confirm that and said those actions would not have been normal procedure in a non-felony case.
Dinkins said the arrest scarred her son. "This has changed his life," she said. "He'll never be the same."
The Police Department's zero-tolerance arrest policy—begun under former Mayor Martin O'Malley, who is now Maryland's governor—has drawn complaints that such arrests occur most often in poor, black neighborhoods. Gerard is black.
Hamm said the officer had the option of talking with a parent or confiscating the bike. He said that although the city is concerned about nuisance dirt bikes, the arrest "was not consistent with my philosophy of trying to solve problems in the neighborhoods."
The mayor, who appeared Friday with Hamm, said she also planned to look into the case.
"It is clear to me that the arrest was wrong, that the officers on the scene should not have arrested the child, and on behalf of the City of Baltimore I apologize to the boy and his parents," Dixon said.
What is wrong with this picture? You know what nothing. Nothing until some people wake up and realise that something is really wrong here. Where do you get off doing this to a seven year old child? I guess you want to get these young black males use to the jail system really early on, and on the least charge. Couldn't you wait till he was at least ten years old. No
come on now, you see some kid sitting outside apparently his own home, on a bike, with the motor off.

You talk to the child, don't come grab him, like he's some criminal. Then continue to ruff him up, and then when your supervisor comes over, who should know better, the same continues. Then while the mother cries cause you are ruffing up her seven year old child, you blatently ignore it, and take the child to jail, where you interigate him, and finger print him, and take his mug shot. Are you out of your minds? Of course not, this is every day behaviour for you, and until these people wake up and stand up, it will continue to be.

Some days I can hardly believe the stories that I am hearing, but why should I not. Until someone(s) stand up, then these sorts of practices will just continue.

Now I wonder if they offered to make him a part of the community snitching programs, as a condition for his release as they do so many other young black males?

This was obhorant behaviour and for so many different reasons. These officers of the law should know better. They should be out getting real criminals, not children sitting on bikes in front of their own homes with the motor off.

Red Squads.

In doing some recent research, into trying to understand Cointelpro and who things work and are working, and how such a civilian force could have sprung up over night, I found out about these things called Red Squads. I had never heard of them either. The sad part is there is all this buried history, even in recent human past and until something like this happens, most people don't even talk about this stuff, but if you look for it the info and the truth is out there.
Red Squads.

http://www.albionmonitor.com/9711b/policing.html
by Mitzi Waltz Like a vampire who has developed a tolerance for garlic, Red Squads are back. Throughout the Cold War, these guardians of political compliance spied on andharassed law-abiding activists who veered too far left of the political center. Dedicated civil rights advocates and others fought back and won on local, state, and federal fronts. But their success was often short-lived. New technologies; new laws; and increased interaction among international, federal, military, state, and local law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and private corporations are threatening not only to put Red Squads back in business nationwide, but to increase the scope of their power to pry, to harm, and to imprison. With the "International Communist Conspiracy" gone, Red Squads need a new raison d'etre. Studies by RAND the Heritage Foundation, and several private companies in the security industry have provided proponents of the Surveillance State with both a rationale and a blueprint for action. First, these groups have presented research to the law enforcement community documenting that the public can be frightened by the specter of terrorism into accepting and even calling for increased spying.[1] Second, after studying anti- terrorist measures from around the world, they have decided that multi-jurisdictional taskforces offer the best way to circumvent civilian oversight. For example, the RAND report Domestic Terrorism: A National Assessment of State and Local Preparedness, explicitly touts taskforce participation as a way to get around local laws restricting political intelligence work, and also promotes taskforces as a mechanism for putting such operations on the local and state agenda by providing funding, equipment, publicity, and other inducements. And as we shall see, in cities where it operates counterterrorism taskforces, the FBI pressures local police to ditch limits on political spying.

Although community policing has not been as successful in curbing street crime as its proponents might have hoped, it has been a public relations success and enjoys the support of many well- intentioned liberals. But heirs to the Red Squads have found it an excellent mechanism as well. Savvy law enforcement types realized that under the community policing rubric, cops, community groups, local companies, private foundations, citizen informants, and federal agencies could form alliances without causing public outcry. Riding on fears from the trumped-up missing children campaign of the 1980s to the anti-drug hysteria of the 1990s community policing has been the public face of under-the-radar efforts to create an impenetrable web of surveillance and enforcement. And not surprisingly in this age of globalization, the taskforce concept benefits from international support as well. Several anti- terrorism summits held by the G-7 nations since 1984 have advocated building strong national and international multi-agency taskforces, based on the models set up in Germany and the UK.[5]
The above article is long, but well worth the read. Click on the link. It's like there is this secret vampire police army that hide in the wings and then at times like this, they show themselves. It's pretty creepy. We always here about what other countries are doing but never out own. When you start to dig however, each society has it's skeletons.
However, it is their association with fighting communism which provides the basis for the name "Red Squad." They became more commonplace in the 1930s, often conceived of as a countermeasure to Communist organizers who were charged with executing a policy of dual unionism - namely, building a revolutionary movement in parallel with membership in above-ground labor organizations. Similar units were established in Canada in this period, although only the Toronto police used the name. In the late 1960s, as the protests against Vietnam and the general domestic upheaval intensified, the Red Squads augmented their focus, to include dissidents largely outside the labor movement, including therein not just war resisters, but protest movements of all political stripes, including Neonazis, Native American movements, the women's movement, environmentalists, the civil rights movement, and others. The methods employed ranged from simple surveillance to isolated incidents of assassination. Anti-activist police operations were expanded under the Johnson and Nixon administrations, particularly in concert with, and within the cadre of the FBI's COINTELPRO surveillance program, but also including domestic spying by the CIA.
Canada and the Toronto Police had this as well. I am guessing the UK had this if the children did.
The arm of Chicago's law enforcement known alternately as the Industrial Unit, the Intelligence Division, the Radical Squad, or the Red Squad, had its roots in the Gilded Age, when class conflict encouraged employers to ally themselves with Chicago's police against the city's increasingly politicized workforce. Following the Haymarket bombing, Captain Michael J. Schaack orchestrated a vicious campaign against anarchism, resulting in 260 arrests, bribed witnesses, attacks on immigrants and labor activists, and convoluted theories of revolutionary conspiracy. Continuing its use of both overt and covert tactics, such as surveillance, infiltration, and intimidation, Chicago's Red Squad in the 1920s under Make Mills shifted its attention from anarchists to individuals and organizations who the Red Squad believed to be Communist. Casting a wide net, the squad by 1960 had collected information on approximately 117,000 Chicagoans, 141,000 out-of-towners, and 14,000 organizations. After the 1968 Democratic National Convention, the Red Squad expanded its targets from radical organizations like the Communist and Socialist Workers Parties to minority and reform organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, National Lawyers Guild, and Operation PUSH. After 11 years of litigation, a 1985 court decision ended the Chicago Police Department's Subversive Activities Unit's unlawful surveillance of political dissenters and their organizations. In the fall of 1974, the Red Squad destroyed 105,000 individual and 1,300 organizational files when it learned that the Alliance to End Repression was filing a lawsuit against the unit for violating the U.S. Constitution. The records that remain are housed at the Chicago Historical Society. The public requires special permission to access them until 2012.
Wow and we thought the Stasi kept files. For this time period these are a lot of files, why did our history books never teach us about this stuff? Why don't we learn about this stuff in school so that we can make sure that this stuff never happens again?
http://www.answers.com/topic/toronto-police-service
During the 1930s and 1940s, the Toronto Police under Chief Dennis "Deny" Draper returned to its function as an agency to suppress political dissent. Its notorious "Red Squad" brutally dispersed demonstrations by labor unions and by unemployed and homeless people during the Great Depression of the 1930s. Suspicious of "foreigners", the police lobbied the City of Toronto to pass legislation banning public speeches in languages other than English, curtailing union organization among Toronto vast immigrant populations working in sweat shops.
This kind of stuff goes way back and many of these practices have their hands mixed in with other dirty practices. So this sort of repression is not that new, and they have in times past used our fellow citizens as spies. So if this sort of thing goes that far back, then those people that were spies in each time period would not have forgotten how to spy, and they would ofcourse be called upon to take part again, plus their kids, family, extended family, plus the new generation. That explains how this sort of stuff could happen so fast. I was trying to figure out how over night my city could become a spy state, so this helped me understand it a bit better. LiKe I said, once these people start spying, there is no coming back from that.

Protectors of Privilege: Red Squads and Police Repression in Urban America. - book reviews Monthly Review, Nov, 1991 by Ellen W. Schrecker Perhaps the central irony in Frank Donner's new book about the political repression practiced by urban police forces revolves around the word "terrorism." Touting their activities as necessary to protect American society against the vaguely defined forces of terrorism, the nation's red squads have routinely practiced that which they supposedly guard us against. They use violence and intimidation against their political enemies with a ruthlessness and flagrant disregard of legality that is all the more terrifying because it is done in the name of the law. Whether describing Chicago's Subversive Activities Unit, Los Angeles' Public Disorder Intelligence Division, New York's Bureau of Special Services, or their counterparts in other cities, Donner offers a numbing litany of beatings, buggings, and burglaries--all in the name of law and order. The information that Donner has compiled here will force us to grant much more credit to the red squads in escalating the turbulence of the 1960s and 1970s. At the same time, it offers little hope, given the ideological fervor and secrecy that characterize these outfits, that the illegal surveillance and harassment of dissenters has come to an end. Local police have long been involved in political repression. Throughout the late nineteenth century, when the primary threat to the status quo came from organized labor, police officials often worked directly for big business, taking fees for breaking up picket lines or investigating union organizers. The local red squad leaders soon learned to solicit trade by exaggerating the supposed dangers they were facing. In the process, they adopted a countersubversive ideology that viewed all protest activities as the product of outside agitators.

This ideology was to remain a constant, even as local police departments professionalized their operations and, in the wake of the post-First World War red scare, came to rely much more heavily on surveillance than on disruption. They concentrated on collecting information and keeping files. They also updated their targets, replacing the labor organizers and foreign-born anarchists of the previous century with more modern reds. The conspiratorial, Manichean world-view that red squad members held transformed most situations they encountered into "us" versus "them" confrontations in which, as Los Angeles police chief William Parker indefatigably reiterated, they were "the thin blue line" preserving American freedom from the Communist menance. In many cases, the cops' outside affiliations reinforced their political biases. About a hundred Detroit policemen belonged to the Black Legion, a Ku Klux Klan-type organization, in the 1930s and 1940s. Two thousand of Los Angeles' finest were members of the right-wing John Birch Society in the early 1960s. More importantly, however, the red squads were themselves right-wing organizations that were an important part of the broader national countersubversive network. Intelligence units often worked closely with right-wing extremists. In Bull Conner's Birmingham during the 1960s, the head of the red squad was in charge of coordinating activities with the KKK. In the late 1960s, Chicago police protected the far-right Legion of Justice when it burglarized the offices of left-wing organizations and set off stink bombs at performances of the Soviet ballet and Chinese acrobats. From the 1930s on, selected journalistic and congressional investigating committees like HUAC provided outlets for the public release of information from red squad files.
So apparently this sort of Red Squad repression rears it's ugly head ever so often, and of course the generation that too part in it remember and they never stop being spies for society and so that's how this is working. It makes sense a little bit more now, why I work up to the dawn of the dead, with the zombie spy force. I wondered how so many people could have been taken over in such a short space of time, but this sort of things has been going on for decades and the spies of the past are the spies of today, of course the older generation from this country and other countries have seen this before also and know of times like this. I have had no practice with times like this in recent memory, and so I had to go back to the archives to find out what for many is probably a proud family tradition.

I can honestly say, you learn something new everyday.

The articles are amazing and interesting and I suggest you take the time to read them all, if you get a chance. Also if anyone has any more info on this Red Squads which are back in full swing, I would love to hear more, or learn more. Just post a comment.

To serve and protect.

This is your hard earned tax dollars at work. These are the people that you are hiring to serve and protect you. Now he wasn't on the beat at this moment, or else the woman in this video would probably be dead.

She is 115 pounds, 5-1. He's 260 pounds, 6'1. On refusing to serve him more alcohol this was his reaction. Now since he was drunk he probably mistook her for his wife or something and pounded the living daylights out of her.

Had the camera not picked this up, he would have gotten off with a misdemeanor charge. Lesson number one, when dealing with the cops make sure it's caught on tape. They will get away with it every time unless it's caught on tape. 12 years of being on the force and this is how he acts, can you imagine what he has done to others when he was in uniform with a gun and a badge?

We always here that cops are just people like the rest of us, but you know what, the rest of us are not carrying guns and do not get off Scott free when we do things like this in society.

Many people will say well he's not getting off Scott free, and I say that's because the camera said what could not be said, otherwise he would have.

This is the most disgusting thing that I have seen in a very long time. To watch this guy beat her like she was a piece of meat and knowing that this is who is suppose to be helping to serve and protect the citizens of Chicago, it's just mind numbing and this is not isolated to a few bad apples, it's just unless it's caught on tape like this, so we can really see what's happening, you would have had a misdemeanour charge.

It's more than a few bad apples, and these people have to understand, that though they are human and they are entitled to a bad day, and they do a stressful job, that does not give them the right to act like this in any capacity, and the fact that he was not on the job, or drunk does not excuse the behaviour, I am sure if he acts like this in one capacity, he is fully capable and able to act like this in other capacities.

Black out.

I read an article recently that said that Black Woman were having less children.
Of course they are. There children are being decimated to an unspeakable degree, so why should they have more than one child. One less heartbreak.

This is how it seems to be working. Now the following is a highly stereotyped presentation. Your children, especially your male children will be filter and blacked out like this.

First in school. The zero tolerance programs. I keep seeing articles on how these mostly target minority children and how
it's being used to throw them out of the school system and into the arms of the criminal justice system.

The thing that only a few articles have mentioned is that some students, are using this to purposely aggravate and annoy minority students, cause they know that when they lash out, they will be the ones kicked out of school more times than not.

That is something that these articles are not covering. Just like workplace mobbing, your kids are being targeted in schools, and especially your male children.

When they are kicked out of school and banned from every school on the planet, undereducated, unable to get a job, some not all, will turn to a life of crime, this will of course through them into the loving and caring arms of law enforcement and a life time of slavery one way or another.

The rest left in the school, will have friends who are part of this programs who will purposefully try to get their friends into these programs, so they too can be enslaved. Misery loves company.
This is how it's working. If under 18 they will try to get them to become snitches for the civilian spy force. Since young offenders don't serve too much time, they might escape this trap the first time and be slaves behind bars for a short space of time. Others will choose this program and become slaves to the system for the rest of their lives.

The other kids will just keep going in and out of the system till they turn 18, unless you as a parent can pull them out and get them to go straight somehow. Working the 10 jobs that you might be to get them a better life, you might not have the time for both, but God knows you will surly try.

The others will again be offered this program or the lengthy jail time that comes with the new and improved minimum sentences for crimes. Again ensuring that they are likely to choose these spy/snitch programs and a life of slavery to the state, rather than jail. The ones who choose jail, might get 15 years, but at least someday they might know freedom.

If your kids don't manage to get into drugs, or selling drugs, not to worry, the CIA will import drugs into your community to make sure that they do. Should you get a lawyer who then tries to sue the CIA for this, your lawyer will be hounded via the Cointelpro style programs that are in place and be driven from one country to another, till they end up in Israel. http://www.members.tripod.com/aebelle/id9.html

Then there are your children who will get through high school, college and turn out ok. You would think they would be ok then right? Wrong. They will especially with your male children, try to through some multicultural spy nookie their way. This way ensuring that someone always knows what the males are up to, or that their children are integrated into the new and improved multicultural society that we have in the making.

The rest will have baby mama drama, and or affairs, or something to keep them in a constant state of woo.

If you are black, male and you happen to survive and escape the snare of this system, then you are very lucky. If you fit into a category outside of the afforementioned, where the state or government has nothing on you. They have not put you through the system, have not integrated you into some spy force relationship, and you have no drama in your life, that could
be used against you. Congrats, and watch your back, they will be coming after you.

So black woman are having less children, and you wonder why?

Children if you are kicked out of the schools go to the libraries and public areas and finish your education online. It's worth it. Stay out of crime for as long as you can and as much as you can.
Stop snitching it's not just a catchy tee-shirt, it's the only way to save yourselves and society. Be good citizens, if you see a crime do the right thing, but do not become snitches for the state. It's a life of slavery and nothing else.

The other females, if you have managed to escape the single parent, baby momma drama, way to go. However if you have fallen into the societal whore trap, you are not doing much better.
For the ones who finished school, are working at decent jobs, not into anything illegal, not married to a perp, or bred by one, also not a part of these programs, watch your back, they will be coming after you as well.

That's the black out, and if you don't watch yourselves, you will become assimilated and eliminated.

Life a good life, eat your vegetables and stay away from the government. Simple formula, but how many will manage this? If you do watch your back.

If you think this is just a fairy tale, look around you, and don't expect any sympathy from your counterparts in society. I was just on a forum and people think you all should take ownership for your state of affairs.

So take ownership for the targeting you are getting, for the CIA importing drugs into your communities, for the systemic system that still purposely goes after some, the system that will not allow to rise any Messiah that could unite the masses.

Take ownership, make it yours and then rise above it. No one else can, and no one else will.

Toronto's year of the gun revisited.

Toronto's year of the gun revisited.

The year of the gun we all know the stories right, drugs, gangs, ethnic youth getting access to guns, and then Toronto's year of the gun just exploded right.

That's the story and that's all there is to it, or is there more?

How many of these people were recently out on parole when they committed these crimes? Why were they out on parole?

How many of these people were out of jail or good community policing program behavior? Meaning that they were offered time out of jail if they agreed to take part in the new snitching programs that the city has on going?

How many were trying to walk away from this forced slavery program when they were eliminated?

How many were getting back at someone who had set them up for these programs?
How many gang members will be released back into the community because they agree to take part in these programs, as an extra set of eyes and ears for the community?

I can't judge these people who are looking at 15-20 years for gun related crimes, for choosing a life of slavery on the outside rather than a life of slavery on the inside.

I can blame a society who thinks that it's a good idea to let people who are committing the same exact crimes be bound by different rules, because they agree to join some snitch program.

I can also blame a society that does not stop to wonder what happens to these young people when they get a taste of freedom and decide that they don't want to be slaves for the rest of their lives, and try to leave these programs, only to realise that there is no way out, except maybe one.

It astounds me that these questions were not asked when we had our increase in the year of the gun. Sure gangs and drugs played a large part, but where there other factors that we were missing behind some of these crimes?

In other societies where these programs are instituted, they will kill you if you try to leave these programs. If you find out that your friends set you up to go to jail, you might just agree to take part in one of these programs long enough to get back on the outside so that you can find the person who set you up and settle the score.

These programs do more harm to the moral fiber of society than guns and drugs in the long run. Then the innocent get caught up in the cross fire of these programs, thus giving society a greater need for such programs, and the vicious cycle continues.

These programs have left lot's of scares on other societies, and wounds that have yet to heal. Do we know all the factors that contributed to the year of the gun? Are we ever likely to? Not if we don't stop to ask the questions.

Kimveer Gill revisited.

Kimveer Gill revisited. Nut job or Stalking Target?

http://www.thetrenchcoat.com/archives/1487-The-blogroll-on-Kimveer-Gill.html

For those with a short memory you might remember that Kimveer Gill was the young Montreal man who went on a shooting spree several months ago killing at least 1 person and wonding at least a dozen others.

Most people just wrote him off as a nut case who was into video games and mixed up fantasy with reality, a goth who hated society. For those of us who stopped to read some of his postings to gain clues to what might have happened, there is an angle that has not been discussed, that has not been talked about.

Here are some of his blog postings that I found really interesting.

Dated September 12, 2006
Stop Bullying

It?s not only the bully?s fault you know!!It?s the teachers and principals fault for turning a blind eye, just cuz it?s not their job. You fuckers are pathetic. It?s the police?s fault for not doing anything when people conplain (oops, my mistake, the cops are corrupt sons of whores,
so it?s not like they can do anything about it.)
FUCK THE POLICE
It?s society?s fault for acting like it?s normal for people to be assholes to each other. Society disgusts me.It?s everyone?s fault for being so apathetic towards fucking everything that doesn?t affect them personally. FUCK YOU
SOCIETY.
It sounds like his bullying, which is what he called it, might have involved trying to get the police to do something, but it sounds like they not only did not do anything about the bullying, they also he ends with calling them corrupt. Why?

Not so outside the realm of what you might find in many other bullying cases, but here is something that is perticularly interesting.
I wonder why my household has been under surveillance by law enforcement for 6 years now? Makes no sense to me!!
Oh, you?re wondering how I know?lolBet you little monkeys areHey, assholes!!Everything everyone says or does against me is shown to me in my dreams, I see everything. You fucking monkeys.
God, you humans are so inferior.
Now he might have been nuts, but it sounds like his bullying might have had other angles that
were never explored.

If Kilmeer Gill was under survellence and if he was for the last six years in a gang stalking like senario, going so far as to try to get help from the police without success, then the things that drove him to commit this terrible act might have been precipitated by what was happening to him. A self fulfilling prophecy so to speak.

Since reading this, I have often wondered if he was a target of this phenomenon, should his blog postings be taken with a grain of salt, or should they be given more weight than most people realise. Should the families of those injured or killed by him, be seeking restitution from the state if they infact did stalk and hound him till he did commit a terrible act.

The truth is we might never know. Though there are some clues on line, there are not enough for me to draw any firm conclusions one way or another, just to have enough of a suspicion that I would like to see examined. If this was happening to him, those around him would have been recruited, and his neighbours would have been spying on him, which could explain why
he suddenly stopped talking to certain people. (Ofcourse it could just be that he was moody.)

The more I know about gang stalking and the bits of his story that bleed through, lead me to believe that their are some questions that should be asked, but will we ever get answers? If I was the family of those people that were injured, or killed, I would ask some questions and dig for deeper answers. This might just be the story of a very deeply troubled young
man, but this on another level could be the story of a deeply troubled society that hounded and harassed a young man to the stage where he was willing to commit such horrendous actions.

It bears further examination. I just won't be the one looking deeper into this, but I invite others to, if you think that there could be more to the story.
