Ok so the dreams continue. I think I have had the odd break through, but it might just have been lucid dreaming so it’s hard to tell, but if only for a split second, I think I have been able to get back what was lost, so though this stuff is still happening with the programed dreams, it may not be permanent, I just have to find a way to stop it.

What I realised about the dreams is that they are being as I mentioned before controlled. I have in the the electronic manipulation of the nervous system happening, which means vibrations are constantly being used to manipulate my dream emotions. Fear is the main thing that is pumped into the dreams, even when it does not make sense, that is the emotion that is pumped into the dreams.

It’s almost like when I can get my vibrations in order, and I am just starting to vibrate at a higher frequency, it’s like they try to reacquire me with this stuff. Bring down my vibrational frequency, try to direct it to a fear based vibration, where the energy is blocked and it does not flow, where I am unhappy and the joy is stolen from my dreams, and heart. That is what they seem to be trying to do, so the idea is to block this and learn to do so while sleeping. I like learning new things, so I guess I have a lot ahead of me.

The Lame Dreams

I thought I had started to get control of these, but I have not, it’s an uphill battle, but what I have discovered is that these lame dreams are being used to hide things, to mask things, they are being used to cover what is really happening. The people, things and characters in the dreams are for the most part, none entities, used to mask the behind the scenes stuff. There is no attachment, when I finish dreaming they are hardly even remembered, and even though I was getting so lonely I started to almost accept the dreams, I still don’t’ cause they are not mine. It’s like eating ice cubes and trying to pretend you have had a wholesome meal. It’s not happening.

The Real Dreams

Behind the fake dreams are the real scenes. Again when I break through the fear of the dreams, when I connect with the real emotions, then the images or dream memories start to come, the real dreams.

The real dream scenes some still involve scenes with a handler that I hate and despise. Still beat downs for control. Still I am all too aware of the person who set this sick stuff up, and other things they have arranged, aside from the mind control programing. I have just put this person down to being a psychopath. Some people think that this person is just a pathological liar, but I am pretty sure this person falls into the category of psychopath, cause they just do the same actions over and over again, and have very limited remorse for what is being done. Those are my feelings and thoughts in the dream.

Aside from the key players, I get bits and pieces of places being mentioned in my dreams. Eg.

I am familiar with the name, cause I researched Ebola some years ago, but the implication of the dream is that they might be infecting people with infectious diseases, to see how one person handles the onset of one thing vs another, and if some can cure themselves. Again this is all happening on a dream level, but who knows, I would not put it past some of these people to be conducting real life experiments on people. Very interesting dream, and this came out of the blue, cause it’s been like a decade or more since I researched Ebola. Yes things from a long time can come back in dreams, but this again feels very different and worth mentioning.

There are still these spiritual facilities set up, that match their earthly counterparts. I still get the feeling that this type of remote spiritual programing is used remotely on more members of society than we know. That’s what I take away from these dreams.

I get the feeling that many have no idea or memories and never will, that this has been done to them. Remember the dreams, the real dream images are repressed often by fake images, fake dreams. Or they will use animals to mask entire scenes of what has happened.

Eg. I thought I was seeing a slimy creature with red eyes in the dream right, but when I really examined the image more in the dream, I unearthed that it was hiding a whole entire dream sequence a real one, with a handler, and I was able to recall everything that the dream creature was protecting. It was used to block a whole dream sequence that had happened, and I could see, feel, and know everything that had been done, in that dream sequence that had been previously blocked.

So think about how many of these abductees, recall flashes of light, which I get from time to time, in the dream. How many of them see animals like owls, and other creatures, and is it not possible that these are used to lock in dream sequences that they just do not recall?

Also early on in one of the faux dreams, just before I work up, they tried to flash a very real craft like image in front of my eyes. Even in the dream I was like, are you kidding me? That is not actually going to work on me. They branded me a skeptic and decided they would not go this route. If I had been easily influenced or manipulated I am pretty sure I would have been having abductee dreams, but that has not happened. Instead I get the lame dreams, which are pointless, unfulfilling, draining, and they mask quite a bit of real dreams, and scenarios, which tend to have a lot of real life previously unknown terms, places, etc.

In the dream my mind has been compartmentalized and accessible by words, or images but I am doing what I can to fix this issue. In the dream the local losers have become aware of this, and trying to take advantage of the programing, that or they have been instructed to, this part is not clear yet.

What I find however and this is the take away that I get from the dreams. I find that vibrational frequencies are very important. I believe that much like you have psychic vampires who feed on people in the awake state, that humans can be feed upon in the dream state, and you can control where they go, and to a degree what they dream, by controlling specific vibrational frequencies. Considering the important role that dreams play in the consciousness of human kind, this is akeen to playing God, and I hope that more will come out about this in future months.

As I mentioned before, I believe that a lot of these abduction experiences are just remote mind control programing, with handlers. I think the people could be remembering these experiences as real, but in many cases it’s just an astral experience, which would seem 100% real if someone had never experienced it before. Is it possible that the U.S. and other governments have gotten so advanced that they are able to condition people in their sleep, to control their minds, to subliminally program them on an astral/spiritual level? Why not, they had programs where people were astral projecting, remote viewing and a bunch of other psi stuff that the public does not want to believe.

Remember it’s been claimed that this stuff has been available for decades. The lawsuit that brought this technology to light was almost 20 years ago, and this is a person who worked for the agency, and I think with this technology.

If this is being used remotely and at a distance on people, how many people in society might not even be aware that such programing has been used on them until it’s too late?

There are so many things that are unknown, things the general public would rather not believe, things that would shatter their sense of reality if they accepted that governments have such technology, that governments were capable of such cruel inventions, and that the ultimate goal might well be to use this technology on an unsuspecting subject to keep everyone in line, or some elite members of society could use the programing to control those around them, spouses, kids, business associates, those who get elected to public office, the possibilities are endless, and because it’s all done remotely, the average person who is so programed already anyways would be hardly aware.

If this technology does in fact exist in the real world, and this lawsuit says that it does, then what are the questions we should be asking ourselves? Who could be using and abusing the technology, and what can we do to curtail the damages being done to society?

My main take away is that the human will if we have things that are stronger, deeper, things that go deeper than any programing than humans can devise can go, then the human will, the human spirit will not be broken, it will not be subjugated. A lot of what happens in the world has to do with specific vibrational frequencies, and if we as a society could raise our frequencies, break away from the television and other programs, we give our sense a chance to rise above what might be getting planned for us. I know for me that in these dreams, my deep spiritual programing, my Christianity has helped a great deal, for others it might be a different faith, or a deeper sense of self, but I do believe that if we hold strong, there are some wills that will not be broken, some minds that will not be bent, at least not forever, and I believe at my core that the human spirit can rise and conquer things like this.

What is a spiritual liability? Apparently there are people that you feel are not suitable on earth and those would be considered earth liabilities, well it seems if some would have their way, spirits are now to be classified in similar manner.

Think about what this means, we are one connected world in our dreams, we can connect with people that we do not know, people we may never encounter on this realm. Tribes of the past use to use dreams to connect to the ancestors. That's kind of neat right.

The slave who is bound with chains during the day, can at least be free in their dreams.

The begger who watches his princess marry another, may at least scale her palace gates, and access his love, and they may be together if only in their dreams.

The young child who works on the street corner by day, can at least dream of a better existence at night in dreams.

Humanity which cries out for a savior, can conspire in their sleep for one such as this to be called forth.

I believe that long before many things happen, or take shape on this realm, they happen in spirit. I believe that maybe we even meet people we are suppose to know on some higher spiritual plane and spirits conspire to meet on earth. I know that sounds crazy, but how many times have we heard stories of people meeting their future spouses and they feel as if they have meet before, maybe even in a dream?

It's wonderful to think that dreams allow us freedoms that we might never have on this realm, that dreams can free us, that even if we are government targets in one realm, we might at least have freedom in another, but what is someday science and technology are able to control our dreams?

What if someday we can even be controlled in our sleeps, or enslaved in our sleeps? Seen as spiritual liabilities who are denied access to certain people. What if someday someone can come, and from a distance sell you out to some government or other agency to rob you of your dreams? How monstrous would that be? How God like would we think of ourselves if we could do such things?

Imagine a world where even in dreams some think of themselves as so high and mighty that they do not want to be bothered with the spiritual riff raff, if they think themselves too high or powerful that a command can be given to keep one entity away from another. A world where the spiritual soul can be controlled, dear I even say mind controlled, where that part of the mind could be interfered with to keep an entity away from another, or to only interact with those that others have deemed suitable.

I don't want to imagine a world such as this, but I fear that this is the type of world we will be finding ourselves in sooner than expected. As you know I have been doing the research on the Remote Neural Monitoring, Dream Manipulations, etc and it's pretty scary what society is capable of, and what people are willing to do to others without even thinking twice. A simple command and someone life in dreams as well as while awake is ruined.

I really do not want to imagine a world or that such as this, but I am too much of a realist to realize that our technology is making it true.

What I do know is that in my awake world, I am outspoken, it's a trait that I do not wish to live without. I would defend those that I care about and that I think are worthy of defending. I don't think that I am the worst person in the world, but I also do not at present have the status or financial means that some enjoy in this realm. Therefore in this realm, I don't mind some barriers, or if some think themselves too great for an association.

In my dreams however it's a different story. Unlike my awake realms, my dream realm is to be a free, obscured plain of existence. I don't expect people to spiritually interfere with me, or obstruct my course, anymore than they would expect me to obstruct theirs.
In my dreams I seem to be more social, and I am less conservative in some ways than I am in others, but there is a kindness about my spirit that I am found of. Unfortunately I seem to be less discriminating in my dreams, and seem willing to associate with a variety of people that I can't imagine I would associate with in my awake realm.

In dreams my spirit is not limited by financial or social status. I think in dreams my spirit would be deemed suitable in some ways, but for some, unsuitable in others. (Some items can only be truly appreciated by the right collectors.) What I do know is that there is a kindness about my spirit that I have grown found of. An innocence I see in dreams, that I have long lost in this realm, a willingness to believe in the goodness of others, and their intentions. A naiveté that can be ill afforded, but one that I can not control in spirit. A warmth that I have long nestled away, and am no longer willing to share with this world. A child like innocence, a virtue I have long lost in many ways still exists within some part of me, that I like to think of as the soul. I am happy to see those traits if only in my dreams. It's hard for me to imagine that there are those who would now create sciences that would access such realms, and try to do unwell things in our dreams, but this is the very reality that we are looking at with such technology. We live in a world where our sciences would soon allow us to think that we are near Gods, very dangerous indeed.

Imagine if in dreams you were prevented from associating with your future soul mate, cause someone thought to keep you from specific circles, because they thought too well of themselves?

Imagine in dreams humanity being enslaved, and leaders like Joan of ark thought to be too base to meet with the king, or made to dream basic dreams and so prevented in spirit as well as on earth, how many great destinies and history might be lost with such thinking?

Imagine Joseph and Mary in dreams being turned away, because they were not deemed suitable for the inn, and a young child dying out in the cold. Or in dreams if a young child had been found by Harold and his blood lust what might have been. Imagine if dreams shaped reality in some way?

I don't claim to be an expert on dreams. Till a few years back, my dreams were pretty normal, it's only in the last few years that my dreams have begun to play a bigger role, in my awareness of things. For some reason my targeting put me in touch with my dreams. I guess as a part of the survival process, it became necessary, but I also think that things do not necessarily happen before their time.

I have become more aware that dreams are a connection to the soul. I believe that we often do meet people in dreams before we ever meet them on the face of the earth. So maybe some of the old traditions are not so silly, traditions such as putting items under a pillow to see your future soul mate in dreams.

I believe we invent things in our dreams, some of our great discoveries such as the double helix have come from dreams, some of the greatest puzzles have been solved in dreams. Some people have dreams of other worlds, and other realms, and the images that they bring back, often lead to new inventions. Some even have dreams where they see loved one's who have passed away, or ancestors from times past. Some people see, interact with and are visited by angel's in their dreams, such as Jacob and his ladder from the bible. Dreams are an amazing connection to the soul, and imagine if that gateway could be blocked, stifled, interfered with, or access cut off? Imagine if shared dreams create a future destiny, and if those dreams could be interfered with by removing a specific dreamer, how many leaders, and Saviour's in human history might not have been called forth?

Dreams are an amazing thing, even at it's best our science can not fully explain them. Some leaders dream of greatness first and later achieve that greatness based on those dreams, now imagine if someone in their arrogance, saw another as unworthy and dared to take away those dreams before they could ever be formed, created, observed? Imagine if events in our realms are shaped by such, how much we could change the course of history? I dare say we would likely not change the course for the better. Imagine the abuses that could be taking place and most would never be aware. That is the future that humanity could be looking at if these technologies get into the hands of the wrong people.

For me personally what I do know is that I liked my dreams, they were fun, fulfilling, as you know lately I have not dreamt the way that I use to, my dreams seem to be filled with fluff, mind attics and dream stages, dreams of mind programing, and handlers, dreams that are rejected time and time again. My regular dreams I long to have, but seem prevented from having. A feeling that something has changed, a morphic resonance of memory, but no recollection of what the change is. Just a feeling that is stronger and deeper than anything that can be destroyed. I guess much like time, even if dreams can be changed or destroyed, there would still be a morphic resonance, a scream on the soul of human destiny that something was just not right, a trace, something that needed to be correct, a knowing, but no way to readily make corrections.

I like to think that intelligent people could understand the ramifications of these actions, others would just abuse the power, in their human stupidity. Don't like your wife's dreams of Fabio, stop her from dreaming about Fabio. Don't think that guy is good enough for your daughter? Stop him from even thinking about her in dreams. Don't like the way your co-worker dreams about beating the heck out of others at the office, stop them from dreaming about that. Don't like the way that street begger Aladdin is always dreaming about a princess, stop his dreams. You can see where I am going with this.

If we ever have the power to achieve this, what advantages might be taken, who might be deemed a spiritual liability? I am sure many great leaders of our time could have fallen into this category. Which leaders would not be, because someone stopped them from dreaming great dreams, cause they felt that the person should only dream average dreams? What battles would have been won and lost if dreams could be changed, manipulated, or never dreamed at all? Who in their arrogance would be so unkind and so cruel, and would try to circumvent God? I believe to interfare with dreams, would be considered direct interfarance with the soul purpose, and I believe if ever such a time comes, there would be a great and terrible reconning to behold.

For now though, I am just some person in this realm, no great status to speak of, no great financial assessts to impress the bling, bling crowd, but a fine mind, a kind soul, and a future that I hope to live unencumbered in my awake realm, and in my dream realms. Also being the snob that I am in this realm, if someone ever thought that I was not suitable or worthy, they would not have to worry about me trying to form an association with them, it would be the other way around. For in this realm, I do not easily forget insults or forgive, those memories at least seem to be quite eternal.

In my dreams I am not there yet, but I hope to teach my spirit a little bit of this social snobbery that I have learnt, so that my spirit will know better than to associate with those that would deem my spirit as unworthy, that would treat my spirit as less than, that would take advantage of the innocent spirit I see in my dreams, that would circumvent a spirit so harmless, and kind. I hope for my spirits sake if I am ever able to dream again, my dreams, that I can impart this lesson, so that my spirit would know better as I do.

I have some more feedback. With everything that is happening I am extremely tired and trying to catch up on sleep. It sounds silly, because I am sleeping, but I need to catch up on dream sleep. This means that my body sleep's the normal eight hours or so, but then to get in that special something that use to happen during Rapid Eye Movement sleep, I have to get it in via lucid dreaming, which is not that easy, cause I am ok at lucid dreaming, but enough to get all that I need takes time.

So this is what I am discovering in the R.E.M. dream state. They are measuring invoked, and evoked responses.

My emotional center seems to be disconnected, or disabled somehow. Eg. The dreams state, deep dream state use to have a lot of rich, colorful, wonderful emotions attached to it. Dreams as we all know are full of emotions, people, I believe with all my heart that dreams are how the soul connects with the mind and the body. As you know native Americans use to communicate with the ancestors this way, and use to do some remarkable things.

My dreams are pretty wonderful, or at least they were. What I have discovered about the dream state, now, or believe that I have uncovered is that they are void of emotions. They are still not my dreams. The emotions that I do have connected to the dream state, are emotions that are being pumped in via electronic manipulation of the nervous system, but the range is so limited, that they usually pump in fear, or other stressed emotions. Also the dreams still feel like something that Ren and Stimpy, or Beavis and Butthead dreams up. They are designed to cause stress, pointless tasks. The odd dream they seem to try to through in things I should be familiar with, but it's pointless. Simply they are not my dream.

In the dreams these people strongly believe that I have given my authorization for what is happening. Eg. In the dream I have heard them insist that consent was given, authorization was given. Authorization unequivocally was never given, will never be given, and if this is the case, then this should not be happening.

In the dream as usual, there is a strong implication of who authorized this and naturally with what can be controlled, I have tried to block and ban this entity from my dream state. Anyone who could authorize this in order to control another person is just a monster, and is right up their with the nazi scientists. To some who know me I am something worthwhile, valuable. To another the indication in the dream is that I was a thing to be controlled, a bloggers mind to be accessed. Somewhere out there the Karma is going to balance, one way or another.

What was also being done in my dream state was that a word was being used to activate the programing, and deactivate the programming. So it's like how you switch someone on, and then switch someone off. To make them accept programming.

In my dreams they also monitor when the brain has gone into a sort of flatline state, so then they can begin to do what programming, or try whatever programming is necessary. You know that state, when your mind is settled, and no more thoughts are flowing, that state just before you slip into dream state.

In the dreams there is one more thing happening, or in the semi R.E.M. state. My sub vocalized thoughts are being translated in speech, but it works really horribly at times. Sometimes it works really well, but at other times the things that I mean are interpreted for me and they are wholly incorrect. Eg. Let's say that I am thinking Aunt and Uncle, and the translation ends up being Jeff and Carol. But they were not necessarily the Aunt and Uncle that I intended. Or let's say that I say I want that person. The interpretation is sexual, but that is not what is meant, so a sexy picture will be pulled up to correspond with the words, but that is not what I meant.

I know most people reading this will think it's just some mind trip, but for the educated, and slightly more sophisticated, this is no mind trip. What i am experiencing in the dreams with the sub-vocalized thought to speech, that is very real technology and that has been admitted to.

Eg. Let's say someone is in a comma, but they are realizing that some of these people can communicate, so the technology is being used to read their subvocalized thoughts, and translate them into speech. There were several articles that came out about this. What is happening to me is that I would have to say it's working very much like this. I have tested it out and to the best of my ability this is what I believe best describes what seems to be happening.

Fortunately I have a strong self that goes beyond being a mind. Dreams and memories, I think are often outside of the mind, so playing with the mind can and will only go so far. My faith in God is internal and goes deeper, and is much stronger than anything being thrown at me, and with the limited intelligence that seem to be trying to control the show behind the scenes I am not as worried as I could be.

I do believe that there are a lot of scared and controlled people in the world. They do not have control of themselves, and so to gain this control back they seek to control the lives of others. Unworthy scared, snivelling individuals. I hope never to meet such people, or to become acquainted with such persons in my awake state.

I have had a lot of really good introspective time to look into this. You don't know what you have until it's gone, and dreams are something so pure, so perfect, they are truly missed, at least my dreams are. I hope to try some of the ideas that have been suggested to see if the damage can be reversed. Eg. When this first happened, I mentioned that there was very real, awake painful sensation in the brain regions. They have subsided to a degree, but in other cases, the sensation can be felt.

I really didn't want to share this as it happens, without doing the research first and then documenting it. I have spent a lot of time, a lot of time trying to ensure that we have credible information, that the community is credible, but what is happening with my R.E.M. dreams are fairly profound, and I felt that it was necessary to share, because it should shared, documented, and exposed.

A lot of people can not and will not understand what is happening, unless you experience it yourself it will sound very far fetched, but to the best of my knowledge this is what is happening within the dream state, I am reporting it back, because the things that are happening, could be happening to others.

The only other thing that I will add is that I think for a normal average person this would and has the potential to be devastating, or to control them. I think because I have a strong belief in God, in this existence it truly helps a great deal, to know what true power is, and where it exists.

Mind Rape

I have been having some unusual events happening at the Rapid Eye Movement sleep (R.E.M.) states of sleep or states of consciousness. I don't often like to share such personal events, but because they are unusual and they match some real life technology that has been reportedly tested out on live subjects in the past, I wanted to share what was happening and see what type of feedback I could get.

I was going to sleep about a while ago, and while I was in the process of falling asleep, with my eyes closed I could see like these images being downloaded into my head. Since I was starting to fall asleep it was the last impression that I had before fully being asleep. I know that sounds weird. You could see like images, words, litterally like a download.

Anyways I woke up with a slight headache, and my dreams have not been my own every since then. Anyone who is aware of their dreams, or their dream states, might be able to state specific patterns to how they dream. If you are the type that record your dreams, or have had any such experience, then you will be familiar with dream patterns, etc.

My R.E.M. dreams are filled with images that are not my own, people, places, etc. I am very in touch with my dreams. I have dreams for decades upon decades, and these are not similar to any types of dreams that I am aware of having, recording, or otherwise.

Through the R.E.M. dream cycles I get things like the mind attic. Eg. Like being in a brain attic that looks like an attic. I can see all the files all over the place, I assume those are the images that were imputed, like images that have been displaced from a file folder, but my images seem to be displaced or scrubbed.

At some points in the R.E.M. dreams state, or just there about, I can hear in my dream/sleep like some person is asking if I trust him. I assume this is the R.E.M. version of a handler. Words like let's give this person a bath later, (I assume it's a reference to a mind scrub, but am not sure.) etc can be heard. They are measuring my evoked potential.

In other words the emotions for the dreams seem to be getting pumped into me, via my nervous system. I can feel my bed vibrating. Eg. I have experiences what feel like the acoustic manipulation of the nervous system. I have previously experience vibrational wave patterns that were able to make me sleepy, sad, and other states, but that was it, and it did not affect my dreams. Also if I just place my hands over my head, the top of my head, then it's almost like putting my hand in front of a projector, meaning that the images that do not pertain to me do not get flashed or do not come ot the surface of my mind. I don't know if this would work in deep R.E.M., or if this would work if I could get rid of the manipulation of the nervous system, I suspect that it's neccessary in order for this to work.

These dreams are nothing short of a mind assult. There is no other way to describe them. On the one hand, I do miss my R.E.M.'s, cause they use to be very personal, and I enjoyed them a great deal, these dreams are nothing but mind fluff and mind candy.

The people making the statements in my dreams, sound like they have the competence of a nat, they would make the cartoon characters like beavis or butthead look intellegent.

I am not accoustomed to being around stupid people in my awake state, and now it seems that in my R.E.M. dream state, that is to be the experience for the near future.

I was not sure if this should be something that is shared with the community or not. Start talking about your dreams online, and the next thing you know, some online psychiatrist similar type that was not hugged as a child wants to claim that you are having a break from reality or some nonesense like that.

People would rather imagine that things or even technology like this is not possible. I would rather imagine that things like this are not possible, and exist in the realm of shows like the dollhouse and others. This is not exactly like that show, but it's as close as one would like to come.

What I have experienced in my dreams reminds me of Remote Neural Monitoring, a type of brain tapping if you will.

I believe the latter half of this best describes what is occuring, with images that are not my own, and words that are not my own. The programing that someone is trying to initiate reminds me of what I have seen initiated in the show the dollhouse.

Now I have had experiences similar to this before once, eg. Images or a sense that images had been downloaded, but it never affected my R.E.M. state, and things returned to normal, in a short enough space of time. What is happening now in these dreams, is it's like that whole center has been removed, or erased. The images, people, locations, etc, are all not my own, have no relationship to me, and all have similar repetative themes.

From what others have described as mind programing, this could be considered the same, but for the R.E.M. state.

This was done at a distance, but the real physical sensations that were encountered feel as if a beam of something had hit in inner brain cortex, near the base of the neck, right to the center of the top of the head, but it all feels internal, below the skull. Sort of felt like brain surgury, in the sense that whenever I would have specific thought, or perform mind functions while semi lucid, I would get a painful sensation in those specific areas of the brain. It's only recently that the pain has subsiding to some degree, while awake. It only lasted a short space of time.

What's really weird is that in one of these dream sessions they stated that someone high up from either a previous administration, or this one had authorized the events that were happening, but I kept thinking in the R.E.M. state, why would this person do such a thing, why would someone want to create a passive, controlled person? In my dream I was left thinking since I was given a last name and not a first name. Either they are flat out lying. The person authorized this previously without realizing what they were doing, or this slick person did it currently knowing full well what they were after, or it's the other half of the two. I don't know what to think, and this is all in R.E.M., so who knows.

Now this is all taking place in R.E.M., none of it is happening while awake, except for the headaches, my other states of lucid dreaming are all still normal. When I awake I feel like I have not slept ofcourse, cause the dreams, places and locations are all not mine so they are not fully comfortable. I don't feel satisfied when I sleep anymore, it's just like a program running, but it has nothing to do with my true essential self.

Our governments are dangerous to say the least. The American government seems to be more dangerous to the people's of the world than most other governments. Their agencies, people who gives authorizations for these things. If this can be done at a distance, then what is to stop them from using this on politicians and others? International dignitaries? Remember based on the statements in the Akwei case, this technology has been available for some time. He worked for NSA, and I believe with the technology.

What I can essential get from the dreams is that they are designed to be some type of behavioural modification, controlled session, in essence done to create a passive person. All they are doing in the dream is making me just the opposite, cause of course no one likes to be violated in ones own mind, and have their dreams displaced.

I have a pretty good seat of the soul. I have always been a good dreamer. I now have to depend on my lucid dreams to help my mind relax because my R.E.M. dreams are flucked for the time being. Is it permanent? Hard to say.

I was not going to share cause this is something personal, and I don't need the shrills all commenting on these posts with their flucked up, fake sympathy like they have any real emotions left whatsoever. Real targets as much as they might like to assist can only comment if they have been through similar and most have not been.

If this is meant to be R.E.M. programing at a distance. I don't belive it will work, because my seat of the soul is fairly strong, I have a strong character, and I hate these people to a very strong degree, dreams or otherwise.

I am not worried about programing, because I have a strong belief that some people just can not be programmed. What I am dreaming is like fluff for the mind, but I do know that without proper sleep, the mind can grow hungry. My mind is not accoustomed to any of this type of fluff and so it's been radically rejecting most of the dreams.

What I do worry about for the future however is if they can implant images into the mind. We are now using EEG to accuse people of crimes. A woman in India was sent to jail, because they did an EEG and found images in her brain pertaining to the crime. What will happen in future if technology such as this starts to get used heavily, and others are accused and prosecuted for crimes, which they did not do, but images and senarios that are programmed in from a distance?

Dreams are the seat of the soul. Because I keep rejecting the dreams for the most part, they keep trying to adjust the dreams, but how can you accept dreams that are not yours? I awake, and the parts of the dreams I can recall I reject, they are just not mine, something deeper, something more spiritual knows that they are not mine and rejects them.

I think on a weak mind, that is filled with the American fluff that is in popular culture, this would work very well, and hardly be noticed, but to others this would be noticed and rejected. I don't believe that what is being done is creating a biddable, controlled mind subject. I think it's creating the opposite.

In my dreams they sheild themselves behind innocent people, so that you can not get at them, but hope springs eternal, and I do hope that that portion of my mind outside of the R.E.M.'s will suffice for the time being, my higher self so to speak. My memories seem ok when awake. It only seems to be in the dream state that memories, images feel like they are being encoded, but that's about it.

I don't like to share a lot of myself. I was not sure about sharing this. I am still not sure about sharing this. The Gang Stalking stuff is pretty normal. Even the electronic harassment seems easy enough to explain. If I had not experienced this personally it would sound far fetched, and I am sure it does. To get anything stopped or changed it must be exposed. If nothing else I have learnt that exposure and awareness is key to getting things stopped. If you don't expose what is happening, then you let others go through it alone which is not good.

Exposure and awareness is the key to stopping any abuses, and that is pretty much the main reason I have decided to share. I really don't want feedback at this stage. I don't think it would do a lot of good. The point is this is happening at an R.E.M. level. I think if you have a strong mind, it's not going to happen easily, if at all. I don't believe that a strong will can or will be broken. I do believe that the average person is going to have a really hard time dealing with this. If dreams can be manipulated, images encoded while asleep, imagine the consequences for society?

On the upside, it's given me time to start that introspective journey that I wanted to start. A journey that I am going to take some time offline to finish.

I don't think posting the same thing on a daily basis is doing any good. Eg. For a human level, I do belive that if the people allow the naked body scanners, then that is the breaking point for a controlled society. I do believe that if they allow this to become part of their society, that is where the will of the people will be broken, and that is a line that must not be crossed. I can observe these happening online, as well as offline.

I think the research for the Threat Assessment Team is more than enough to get a target pointed in the right direction. After a while it's like too much hand holding, and each person has to play a role to make this happen. I have put in a lot, and I think I need to spend some introspective time, away from some of this for a time.

I think I am going to enjoy the upcoming holidays, but I don't think I am going to spend the time online. I think I am going to take the next several weeks, and just think. For now what I want is to just not post, or blog till like about mid January, or end of January. I know that is a long time. I am not sure if I can spend that much time offline, but I am going to try. That is my plan for the moment. That might change, but we will see. It's only eight weeks, and I am hoping that the shrills will not take over in that time, or that the community will not fall apart. Who knows, maybe I will come back to find someone has taken the bull by the horns and is doing their own research.

For real targets talking about Threat Assessment Teams seems to keep the shrills at bay, so that might be something to try. Like I said, this is the way that I feel right this moment, but that might change.

John St. Clair Akwei vs NASA

Mr. Akwei use to work for NASA. He sued them. He says that they are capable of using remote neural monitoring to do a lot of really nasty things to innocent citizens. His case was from 90/91, so if they had this technology then as he has claimed, imagine what they can do now? Makes you wonder what the rush was to switch to the digital signal with the remote set top boxes, maybe it was not for watching targets in their home. If they have the technology that Akwei claims, then they could watch people in their homes through their brains with the right frequency. Hear what they hear, see what they see, and use the technology to program them. Read the case file, and the accusations, they are quite interesting, when you think about the fact that he says that some of this tech was in used since the 1940′s.

Communications Intelligence (COMINT)

Blanket coverage of all electronic communication in the U.S. and the world to ensure national security. The NSA at Ft. Meade, Maryland has had the most advanced computers in the world since the early 1960′s. NSA technology is developed and implemented in secret from private corporations, academia, and the general public.

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)

The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and tracking persons with the electrical currents in their bodies. Signals Intelligence is based on the fact that everything in the environment with an electric current in it has a magnetic flux around it which gives off EMF waves. The NSA/DoD has developed proprietary advanced digital equipment which can remotely analyze all objects whether man-made or organic that have electrical activity.

Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT)

The NSA has records on all U.S. citizens. The NSA gathers information on U.S. citizens who might be of interest to any of the over 50,000 NSA agents (HUMINT). These agents are authorized by executive order to spy on anyone. The NSA has a permanent National Security “anti-terrorist” surveillance network in place. This surveillance network is completely disguised and hidden from the public.

Tracking individuals in the U.S. is easily and cost-effectively implemented with the NSA’s electronic surveillance network. This network (DOMINT) covers the entire U.S., involves tens of thousands of NSA personnel, and tracks millions of persons simultaneously. Cost effective implementation of operations is assured by NSA computer technology designed to minimize operations costs.

NSA personnel serve in quasi-public positions in their communities and run cover businesses and legitimate businesses that can inform the intelligence community of persons they would want to track. N.S.A. personnel in the community usually have cover identities such as social workers, lawyers and business owners.

Individual citizens occasionally targeted for surveillance by independently operating NSA personnel

NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in the U.S. by using the NSA’s domestic intelligence network and cover businesses. The operations independently run by them can sometimes go beyond the bounds of law. Long-term control and sabotage of tens of thousands of unwitting citizens by NSA operatives is likely to happen. NSA Domint has the ability to covertly assassinate U.S. citizens or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.

NSA’s domestic electronic surveillance network

As of the early 1960′s the most advanced computers in the world were at the NSA, Ft. Meade. Research breakthroughs with these computers were kept for the NSA. At the present time the NSA has nanotechnology computers that are 15 years ahead of present computer technology.

The NSA obtains blanket coverage of information in the U.S. by using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to screen all communications, irregardless of medium, for key words that should be brought to the attention of NSA agents/cryptologists. These computers monitor all communications at the transmitting and receiving ends. This blanket coverage of the U.S. is a result of the NSA’s Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission.

The NSA’s electronic surveillance network is based on a cellular arrangement of devices that can monitor the entire EMF spectrum. This equipment was developed, implemented, and kept secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs.

With this technology NSA personnel can non-obtrusively tap into any communication device in existence. This includes computers, telephones, radio and video-based devices, printers, car electronics, and even the minute electrical fields in humans (for tracking individuals).

Signals Intelligence remote computer tampering

The NSA keeps track of all PCs and other computers sold in the U.S. This is an integral part of the Domestic Intelligence network.

The NSA’s EMF equipment can tune in RF emissions from personal computer circuit boards (while filtering out emissions from monitors and power supplies). The RF emission from PC circuit boards contains digital information in the PC. Coded RF waves from the NSA’s equipment can resonate PC circuits and change data in the PC’s. Thus the NSA can gain wireless modem-style entry into any computer in the country for surveillance or “anti-terrorist” electronic warfare.

Radio and television signals can be substituted at the receiving end with special EMF equipment. Replacing signals in radios and televisions is another outgrowth of the NSA’s Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission.

Detecting EMF fields in humans for surveillance

A subject’s bioelectric field can be remotely detected, so subjects can be monitored anywhere they are. With special EMF equipment, NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials (from EEGs). These can be decoded into a person’s brain-states and thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a distance.

NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals lntelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA’s computers will then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours-a-day. The NSA can pick out and track anyone in the U.S.

NSA’s Signals Intelligence use of EMF brain stimulation

NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF brain stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MK Ultra program of the early 1950′s, which included neurological research into “radiation” (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as “Radiation Intelligence,” defined as “information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation.”

Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the U.S. government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. National Security Agency Signals Intelligence Electronic Brain Link technology

NSA SigInt can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person’s bioelectric fields. The NSA’s Signals Intelligence has the proprietary ability to remotely and non-invasively monitor information in the human brain by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in the 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electro-magnetic emissions from the brain.

Neuronal activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns called “evoked potentials.”

Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event, and visual image in the brain has a corresponding “evoked potential” or set of “evoked potentials.” The EMF emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images, and sounds in the subject’s brain.

NSA SigInt uses EMF-transmitted brain stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects (on a non-perceptible level).

EMF Brain Stimulation works by sending a complexly coded and pulsed electromagnetic signal to trigger evoked potentials (events) in the brain, thereby forming sound and visual images in the brain’s neural circuits. As previously noted, EMF Brain Stimulation can also change a person’s brain-states and affect motor control.

Two-way Electronic Brain-Link is done by remotely monitoring neural audio-visual information while transmitting sound to the auditory cortex (bypassing the ears) and transmitting faint images to the visual cortex (bypassing the optic nerves and eyes, the images appear as floating 2D screens in the brain).

Two-Way Electronic Brain Link has become the ultimate communications system for CIA/NSA personnel. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. It is used by a limited number of agents in the U.S. intelligence community.

RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in that specific brain area. The frequency to which the various brain areas respond varies from 3 hz to 50 hz. Only NSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band.

The Plaintiff learned of RNM by being in two-way RNM contact with the Kinnecome group at the NSA, Ft. Meade. They used RNM 3D sound direct to the brain to harass the Plaintiff from 10/90 to 5/91. As of 5/91 they have had two-way RNM communications with the Plaintiff and have used RNM to attempt to incapacitate the Plaintiff and hinder the Plaintiff from going to authorities about their activities against the Plaintiff in the last twelve years.

The Kinnecome group has about 100 persons working 24-hours-a-day at Ft Meade. They have also brain-tapped persons the Plaintiff is in contact with to keep the Plaintiff isolated. This is the first time ever that a private citizen has been harassed with RNM and has been able to bring a lawsuit against NSA personnel misusing this intelligence operations method.

NSA Techniques and Resources

Remote monitoring/tracking of individuals in any location, inside any building, continuously, anywhere in the country. A system for inexpensive implementation of these operations allows for thousands of persons in every community to be spied on constantly by the NSA.

Remote RNM devices

• NSA’s RNM equipment remotely reads the evoked potentials (EEGs) of the human brain for tracking individuals, and can send messages through the nervous system to affect their performance.

• The NSA has kits for running lines into residential tap water and air ducts of subjects for the delivery of drugs (such as sleeping gas or brainwashing aiding drugs). This is an outgrowth of CIA pharmapsychology.

• Fixed network of special EMF equipment that can read EEGs in human brains and identify/track individuals by using digital computers.
