The Canadian Center of Occupational Health and Safety List

The Canadian Center of Occupational Health and Safety
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the duty to inform workers under subsection (1) includes a duty to provide information related to the risk of violence from persons who have a history of violent behavior and who may be encountered by a worker in the course of his or her work.

Workers have the ’ right to know ‘ all risks and safe work procedures associated with the job. This may involve identifying individuals with a history of unpredictable or violent behavior.

The identity of the person and the nature of the risk must be given to staff likely to come into contact with that person. While workers have the right to know the risks, it is important to remember that this information cannot be indiscriminately distributed.
This is similar to the Violent Person's Registry, that Jane Clift was placed on in the U.K., but this is the Canadian version.

Every country has similar reporting systems under health and safety. Canada, U.S., U.K., Europe, etc. The question is are they sharing the information, from what targets have reported, it sounds like this is getting shared across boarders. A Freedom of Information Act (F.O.I.A.) request should shed some light on this. When going to a lawyer, this is a good place to start.

Iwatch. Nationwide citizen watch program

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,561661,00.html

New iWatch Program Urges Citizens to Be 'Eyes and Ears' Against Terror Plots, iWatch is a nationwide community watch program
A new program aimed at keeping Americans safe from terror attacks will rely on individual citizens to serve as "the eyes and ears" of their communities.

iWatch is a community watch program endorsed by police chiefs across the U.S. that teaches people how to detect suspicious behavior and report it to police.
Other sutable names. Istasi, Istalk, Iharass, Iturninmyneighbour and many more.
L.A. Police Chief William Bratton, who developed the program with Police Commander Joan McNamara, called it the 21st century version of Neighborhood Watch, a program that encourages local residents to stay alert and informed about their neighborhoods.

"A single observation, a single report can lead to actions that can stop a terrorist attack," warns a Public Safety Announcement video released by the LAPD.
A single report can do so much damage, just like in Russia or the Stasi Era.
When the chiefs of the 63 largest police departments in the U.S. and Canada met to endorse iWatch at a conference last Saturday, they cited the case of Najibullah Zazi — the Denver man suspected of having ties to Al Qaeda who has been accused of plotting to use a weapon of mass destruction within the U.S.
Wow Big Brother Canada was also there what a surprise.

Anyways as I have said a billion times these types of programs will come to the public light, this one is a program that is nationwide, and Canada somehow seems to be taking apart. All we need now is one that is planet wide, coming soon to a one world government near you.

These programs will come to light, Gang Stalking will be proven, but will anyone care? See it won't be proving it, I don't think that will be the big hurdle, much of that has already been done and overcome. Getting the ameba to show any remorse will be the real challenge and I don't really know that that will happen.

http://www.lapdonline.org/iwatchla
iWATCH, iREPORT, i KEEP US SAFE (iWATCH) is a community awareness program created to educate the public about behaviors and activities that may have a connection to terrorism.

This program is a community program to help your neighborhood stay safe from terrorist activities. It is a partnership between your community and the Los Angeles Police Department. We can and must work together to prevent terrorist attacks.

To learn about the iWATCH program and about the behaviors and activities that you should report, view the videos and review the list of examples. You can also read and download a brochure that explains the program.

Remember that the iWATCH program is about behaviors and activities, not individuals.
Ipuke, Igag, I am sorry, but this sucks. If they are being so open about it then the snitch force is complete enough for them to be this open and this proud about.

Well I just thought it might be interesting to read.

Terry Tremaine

The reason that this post caught my eye is due to the fact that he sounds like he might be a Targeted Individual.

Now after reading some of Mr Tremaine's postings, I can honestly say that I don't agree with his views and opinions. In a democratic society however you do have the right to voice your opinions, within reason. (There are exceptions to every rule however. Eg. M.B.N.L.A.)
What caught my eye about him is this.

http://freedominion.com.pa/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=121827&sid=37eb834eaaecbb64c99ef7df2ff1b11a
The Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) has maintained a campaign of suppression against its political opponents under the guise of promoting 'human rights'. In my case they have pursued me from place to place, arranged for me to get fired from various jobs between 2005 and now, smeared my name in the media, had my bank accounts canceled, and even threatened employers with adverse media publicity unless they fired me. Such is the status of 'human rights' and the 'rule of law' under this current regime. If we had a genuine rule of law in Canada there would be a treason investigation concerning how entire agencies of the Canadian government have been co-opted in the interests of a foreign power, The Zionist Entity in Palestine (Israel).
Now his postings would be something that a lot of average people would not agree with, but does he have the right to make his postings? Well he was set up by an infiltrator, a Mr Warman who then decided to sue him using the CHRC Complaint process.

After he was sued, he says he was fired from his job, then he moved and according to the above
quote, he was slandered, pursued from place to place, etc. I did some follow up research and found out that he became depressed and suicidal, he checked himself into a mental hospital, and then renounced his postings. When he got out he revoked his apology for his previous postings, and then stayed off the Internet, till he made the above post and was re-arrested for it, and is now in jail.

I am going to try to stay away from personal opinions etc, the fact is, if he is a target, then his case might shed some light on the Stasi like system that is happening in Canada. If a clear link can be made between what happened to him and the CHRC, then it might be something that Targeted Individuals can use in Canada to show correlation between the government and the things targeted individuals are experiencing and these investigations.

In his case, we know why his harassment started, and in his opinion he sets a clear stage for correlation of his harassment and the CHRC.
In Canada and elsewhere the phrase 'human rights' is taking on the unbearable stench of tyranny. This regime is attempting to replace our God-given and inalienable rights of free speech, free assembly, and self-defense with United Nations -style 'human rights' which can be granted with one hand and taken away with the other.
He makes makes some points about the United Nations system which if you look into Agenda 21 is happening right now.
When the CHRC began attacking me I went into a downward spiral eventually reaching the point where I became suicidal and had to seek treatment for severe depression. At some point I decided to start fighting back and have been doing so ever since. I emphasize that at present the tools of our struggle are words and persuasion.
I wanted more details about the specifics, but don't have enough to make a full assessment, but my early instinct is he went through what many of us call the Gang Stalking process. His is just a better case, because if it can be used to show that the state is employing these tactics, then maybe targets in Canada could use this in court, to prove their harassment, maybe not, don't know, but it's why this story was important.

I am not going to lie, for the average person even his defence is going to contain some unplaptable racial overtones that many will find unacceptable, and maybe even assume he deserved his fate, but since Canada is suppose to be a free country, and claims democracy, then this case should be a concern on those grounds, though I realise separating the lines will not come easy for most, I had a hard time with his postings that I tried to research.

http://canadianroguegallery.blogspot.com/2009/04/terry-tremaine.html

He seems to miss the bigger picture, that this is about all of us, white, black, Asian, Indian, this is about humanity, and what is happening with him is a small microcosm of the greater picture and the bigger agenda.

This prosecution did not begin with him, it's been ongoing since the first immigrants sent foot on Canadian, American soil, it's about control and squashing dissidence and it always has been.
I wish that he had tuned into the bigger picture, this is happening to male, female, black, white, Asian, Indian, in his case, the persecution started for something very overt, and opinions some might not agree with, but for many others the same type of persecution happened for reasons they are not aware of. What people have to understand is that what affects one, affects another.
When I went looking for answers about the civil rights, and the panthers, and why more leaders had not risen in this time period, it's because many of those leaders are in jail, destroyed before they even had a chance to rise. When I researched I found a deliberate system that had been implemented to destroy ethnic communities, with drugs, music, and social influences. The war on drugs was not what I thought it was, and society is nothing like what I first believed.
People need to become aware of this, we have one fate, us the little people against a system that has big plans for us, a dumbed down, submissive population, that will eventually be microchipped.

People are being conditioned for this every day, they are addicted to being followed around on twitter, sharing personal details on facebook, and another thousand little ways they are being socialized to give up their privacy, and to think it's acceptable to live in a big brother society. A society that is being socialized to accept 1984 conditions, George Orwell knew what was coming, and it's more clear as time goes on.

Yesterday I saw this graffiti "We sleep, they live" I was filled with joy. I think people are starting to wake up.http://100777.com/theylive

The only problem is that we seem to wake up in waves, and I believe the governments are planning for when we wake up in one big wave. I believe people will have no idea what they are up against.

Anyways back to Terry Tremaine, I think if he does turn out to be a Targeted Individual and it can be shown that the same tactics that were employed against other targets were employed against him, then it will be one of the first times we can show clear correlation with a government entity and the kind of stalking, and Stasi style harassment many of us have experienced. Our free society are becoming more communistic daily, and the Informant system is in place, there is always an informant system in place before these take overs can take place, and that part of the agenda from where I am, and what I can see is set.

People are waking up, but it's not fast enough, and the problem with waking up is that people do it in their own time. I remember waking up everyday and going I can't believe the world is like this, it took over a year before acceptance came. Even now it's hard, but I have had years now, you have read my blog, so you know.

For the average target, many of them want to believe it's just some vigilante gang doing this, they want to believe the lie, because the truth is just so terrible to behold. Or they want to believe it's rouge citizens and that they will be brought to jail, but in the case of Mr Tremaine, if a clear correlation can be shown between his harassment, and government and state involvement, then it might give targets in Canada a chance.

Here are some more articles about his case, again Mr Tremaine or rather his views, are not what many will be able to understand, or approve of, but the bottom line is, the state is using it's powers to destroy lives, and that is not a good thing in a democratic country.

The US vs John Lennon

I was really surprised after watching this movie. I know about the Beatles, and then I knew some things about John and Yoko Ono, but I had no idea about the full extent of his harassment by the US government.

This was a really eye opening movie. During my research into Gang Stalking I realised that John Lennon was just one more person who had complained about some of the things that Gang Stalking targets complain about. Wire taps, harassment, being followed around in public overtly by strangers, but I had no idea how much he was harassed.

I mean you think that he was famous, rich, etc and so he could avoid these problems, but that's so far from the truth. When you watch this movie, it's nothing like that, and the movie really humanizes him.

Apparently he became a real anti-war activist during the Vietnam war. That time period is a lot like this one except people protested back then, and we still protest now, but not as much. Music was allowed to have an influence, and now if you read the book "the covert war on rock," it does not have that same chance that it once did.

He fought to stay in the US for 5 years. Apparently his very simple and innocent anti-war stance upset then president Nixon and he got the political machine in gear against Lennon and sought to destroy him. Like this machine constantly does, it looks for vulnerabilities and came up with an immigration rap. Sounds familiar. They were really trying to kick him out of the country for 5 years of his life. Finally he got fed up and he sued them. His lawyer thought that he didn't have a chance in hell, but he was able to prove presidential interference in his affairs.

Then the Watergate scandal broke, Nixon resigned, and then him and Yoko and Sean had a semi normal family life, then he was assassinated.

The movie is pretty self explanatory and it matches the pattern that has been seen before. It's really eye opening, because you think that people like Britney Spears, and other stars would be untouchable to things like this, but this just shows that they are not.

In many ways they are average and vulnerable like the rest of the population. I think we know that on some level, but this movie really put things into perspective.

Here are a couple of quotes from the movie that I found interesting. There are a few more, but these were interesting to me.

{One more thing about John Lennon, it seems off topic, but he reported that he saw a flying saucer, sounds out there, but in reading about other events that have been under surveillance, there was also another report of flying sauces over a rally that was most likely under surveillance, where they reported the same thing. He thought it was a something positive at the time, but it's just something interesting to note.}

Direct quote from the movie.

"His activities were being monitored. He says that he thinks that they wanted him to notice. He was scared paranoid."

"He believed all of his telephone conversations were being monitored.
He believed that he was being followed around New York City.
He believed that friends that he had thought were friends were secret Informants for different intelligence communities. "

"Another effect of the Sinclair thing was it probably further alerted the FBI, John Mitchell, Holdermin, ?, and Nixon that something needed to be done to neutralize John Lennon. "

"When it gets down to having to use violence then you are playing the systems games. The establishment irritates you, pull your beard and flick your face to make you fight, because once they have you violent then they know how to handle you. "

It's interesting that Markus Wolf takes credit for perfecting the concept of the Romeo Spy, but even as far as back then, it was not above the American government to implement the same techniques. Just a thought.

Anyways the movie is really good. The music in the movie really shows his progress as an artist. I understand a lot more about him now, and it's a real eye opener. It shows that things did not change that much, they in fact seem to just have expanded the techniques and methods to others. It really puts things into perspective. At times when watching the movie, you could not help but juxtaposition what was happening in this era with the wars from that time period, Vietnam and Cambodia and anti-war movement, just interesting.

http://www.gangstalkingworld.com/Social/article.php?sid=161

I had forgotten this, but even back then there was governmental cooperation, between Canada and the US in regards to spying on citizens. Along with the FBI, the RCMP in Canada were also spying on John Lennon.
The RCMP advised U.S. officials the radio programming was intended to help promote the planned Mosport event. The Mounties noted the venue had been vetoed by the Ontario Municipal Board and "at the present time it is not certain whether the 'festival' will proceed at some other location."

The ambitious musical event collapsed under the weight of organizational disputes.
Lennon's rabble-rousing activism of the early 1970s drew the attention of the FBI, which like the RCMP spied on numerous left-wing individuals and groups suspected of subversion.
A memo to the FBI director, noting enclosure of the RCMP correspondence, carries the subject line, "New Left - Foreign influence - Canada."

The FBI records were released under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act in response to a request from California history professor Jon Wiener, who waged a long legal fight for disclosure. Some material in the FBI file remains classified. attention.
Maybe all these countries did was invite more players to the game with their community policing programs and anti terror laws. The movie is worthwhile watching.

Gang Stalking United

http://www.gangstalkingunited.com/

Gang Stalking United, because the world was just not enough. I want an empire.

Seriously I liked the way the name sounded. It reminded me of Manchester United, or X-Men United. The site is about coming together and getting to the heart of the matter. Real targets want a place to hang out and share ideas and information. Informants and government agents want to find a place to hang out, disrupt and pass on disinformation. Researchers want to look into this matter a little more. Social Psychologist students want to study this, so therefore Gang Stalking United was created for this purpose.

I can assure you that there will be disinformation agents on the site. They will probably out number targets, but the way the site is set up, hopefully they will do limited damage, and the research will outwiegh what they are able to do. We will also be able to report posts on the site, so if something really harmful is posted, we can self moderate. It's not a sure fire method, but in anticipation of various matters, the site was created.

Here is my first post.
Hi extratired1,

I will say welcome to the forum.

Since Cointelpro was suppose to be officially disbanded, we might have trouble saying that it's definitely Cointelpro, even though I do think it did carry over probably under other names. I see
the obvious connections in recent times, to what has happened in the past.

What we do know is that other countries had similar programs to Cointelpro. Canada had V.I.P.S., and there does seem to have been cooperation between Canada and the US even back then.

http://www.gangstalkingworld.com/Social/article.php?sid=161

The reason there has been so much discussion and debate about what is happening is because Cointelpro was the name the American program was known to use, where the targeting that we are seeing is being done by various governments.

Eg. Other targets have said, that they see the targeting continue even after moving to various countries. This suggests wide scale corporation between many governments. Which we can show is currently happening using anti-terror laws.

There are reports coming in from many other countries reports that this type of surveillance is happening.

Cointelpro in theory was suppose to be limited to the states, that's why it might not be correct to label it all Cointelpro, but again I agree that we are pretty well seeing many of the same old traits, with some new ones that were not previously reported.

This website is going to go through all the information, and then take it from there. On a ground level I am still personally going to refer to the targeting as Gang Stalking.

In addition to the above, much of the research conducted by myself and others shows that what is happening is much wider than just a program to control dissent. What we are seeing is multifaceted. It's government cooperation across many countries, and at various levels. The indication is that this might be a part of a pre step towards what some are calling the one world government.

Again that is why this forum is about research. Trying to find current information to corroborate the findings. I will be placing links relevant videos on the site over the next few weeks. Anyone on this website, disinformation agents, genuine targets, the general public, psychologist, social psychology students, etc are welcome to also share their findings, research, ask questions, and help us come to a collective conclusion if possible.quote]
