Internet Shutdown

http://torrentfreak.com/u-s-government-seizes-bittorrent-search-engine-domain-and-more-101126/
Following on the heels of this week’s domain seizure of a large hiphop file-sharing links forum, it’s clear today that the U.S. Government has been very busy. Without any need for COICA, ICE has just seized the domain of a BitTorrent meta-search engine along with those belonging to other music linking sites and several others which appear to be connected to physical counterfeit goods.
They (The government) are shutting down websites across the internet. This is always how it begins. It was around 73 websites in total, but it was done without any warning, and without a court order. This is how a society get's shut down, then they can target anyone that they want to without any real reason, while sites such as facebook, google, youtube, get off scott free, while doing the exact same thing many of these sites were shut down for doing.

First they came for the torrent sites, I did not say anything cause I was not a torrent site.

Then they came for the file sharing sites. I did not say anything cause I was not a file sharing site.

Then they came for the sites that sold knock off items, but I did not sell knock off items.

Then they came for the sites that linked to torrent & illegal download sites. Again I did not say anything. I remained silent.

Then they came for my sites. Do not let history repete itself. Stop this now before it's too late.

Breaking The Story

Breaking The Story

Where are the other conspiracy sites that claim that they hate the mainstream media because they never cover stories that we want to hear, that they cover up some stories. So an alternative press was created. Where is the alternative media to cover this story? Where are the big names that bring you all the latest Illuminati distraction, and then show you the way to break free of your slavery on ground level? Where are you? Everyday I hear you on the forums, oh we are slaves, oh we are controlled, well then what are you doing about it to fight for your freedom? Are you doing your part?

See I think that people are bondless slaves because it's just comfortable enough. One monkey tries to break free or reach for that banana and the other monkeys rush in to stop the money trying to break out of the mold. That is why you are slaves. I mean the powers that be play a role. They have created a system, they create problem, reaction, solution scenarios all the time, but it's the people at ground level that fall for the lie, that leave the truth by the way side, and continue to lovingly cling to their bonds.

Too many people would have nothing without this system. They love their little community health and safety roles, it makes them feel powerful, why would it not, I have seen people in cults with the same false sense of power. Your power does not come from yourself, it comes because the higher bondless slave masters have granted you a crumb, which they can take back, and most of the bondless slaves know it. True worth comes from within, and no one can take that, no matter how much their group try to take away what is yours, what you have worked hard for. That is why they are slaves, because they are willing to parasitically feed off of the hard work of others, then they tell themselves they are a community, a family, you are brain washed slaves, and do not play yourselves, and do not tell yourselves any differently.

None of them are allowed to act without doing what the system tells them to, that is slavery. Who to work with, who to associate with, when to render help to, when not to. This system rewards the compliant and removes the none compliant, the independent thinkers. That is why eventually you will have unqualified people running your society. The DSM is going to be going heavily after those independent thinkers with their next revisions, and then any form of rebellion can be classified as mental illness. No one is paying attention to this but you should be. Again they are going after the children, and the adults to make sure the free thinkers, the smart and wise amongst you don't have the chance, from what I can see, they will be enabled.

]Now independent thinkers are considered diseased by psychiatry
Monday, May 17, 2010

Psychiatrists have been working on the fourth revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and, in it, they hope to add a whole slew of new psychiatric disorders. Unfortunately, many of these disorders are merely differences in personality and behavior among people.

The new edition may include "disorders" like "oppositional defiant disorder", which includes people who have a pattern of "negativistic, defiant, disobedient and hostile behavior toward authority figures." Some of the "symptoms" of this disorder including losing one's temper, annoying people and being "touchy".

Other "disorders" being considered include personality flaws like antisocial behavior, arrogance, cynicism or narcissism. There are even categories for people who binge eat and children who have temper tantrums.

Children are already over-diagnosed for allegedly being bipolar or having attention-deficit disorder (ADD), which results in their being prescribed dangerous antipsychotic drugs. To categorize even more childhood behaviors as psychiatric disorders will only further increase the number of children who will be needlessly prescribed antipsychotic drugs.

Truth will not expose itself, it must have help along the way. You know what the system is doing. People like Jiverly Wong were tormented until they snapped taking lives, then people rail against him, but never stop to ask about the evils that the system did, that lead him to that. They go on with their lives an willfully enable the next scenario to happen, cause it makes them feel powerful.

Part of what i see reminds me of the stories that I read of male rape in the jails. I have heard men who have been raped, say that they went on to rape cause it make them feel like they could get back their power. Then they too join in monstrosities that can not be imagined. Others however go on to become defenders of those in jail, guiding them in the right path, helping them stay out of trouble. I see the slaves trying to be down other slaves, they know that they are not a community, that they are slaves, but they will be damned if anyone try for freedom. The little that I have read about slavery in the past, I believe their were slaves like that that alerted their masa when another prisoner would try to escape. I think the system works like that. I understand that they did it out of fear, but what I see are a lot of little punks getting off on the fake power the system gives them. That's not ok.

Real people of valour need to do what they can. Some in my opinion do not want freedom, and that is ok, but it's not ok to interfere with those who are trying go get theirs. Be slaves if you will, but step out of the way of others that choose the path of freedom.

People want truth. 9/11 truth, they complain about secret societies, who really rules the world, they always say how much they want truth, but when truth comes, what do they really do with it, and for it? I have been rethinking a lot of things over the last few days. I believe their are some who want freedom, that want this system exposed, that remember decency, and who know that this is wrong. Maybe this system started to protect, but it's being abused. It's being used like a gang, or a mafia of some sort. Once targeted a person is put on a social hit list, and their lives ruined, petty things that are illegal are allowed, disgraceful lies are allowed to be spread, and people just assume that most targets are then going to want to join, and do the same to others?

The side that I saw tells me everything that I need to know, because I have seen it enough in human history. 20 years ago, this truth might not have come to light, 10 years ago it did not come to light, 5 years ago, strange stories about group stalking, electronic harassment, human rights abuses, a structure that was systemic, that destroyed lives, that was responsible for suicides, mass killings, illegal institutionalization's, false arrests, and then finally the finger seems to at least semi be pointed in the right direction, but those arbitrators, those bastions of truth who cry for it daily on forums, who talk tough, are no where to be seen.

People want others to do everything and then like Henny Penny when the work is all done, they want to join in, well to join in, people have to do some work. Those that are part of the system understand how it works. I am learning what I can from the outside, which is where I want to be. But you on the inside know your system, you are in my opinion better able to know the workarounds. At least that's what I would hope. Anyways it's their it's truth, the next time you cry about it, whine about it, wonder why you don't have it, then there is your answer.

The snitches have no clothes

I have had the chance to observe the informants recently. They are like the story, the emperor has no clothes.

See they are slaves in a system that controls them yet some imagine themselves as free citizens, empowered citizens, deputized, partners of the state. It's the biggest lie ever.

It's funny to watch the slaves go into overdrive to defend and protect the very system that holds them bound. Some of them really are mental in that regard, in a frenzied type way.

At one point I thought that most people hated the violations this type of system caused, I mean this is what the Stasi did to it's citizens, but no, some love this. A generation ago, democratic countries were preaching about the evils of countries who turned their citizens into informants. Watching this system is like watching someone take a young girl, putting her out on the street corner, and watching her brag about the freedom of being a prostitute, and yet that is what I am seeing in some regards.

People that are slaves, but who are proud of their slavery, and will do what they can to defend it. Slavery for the people by the people. We would frown and look down on someone in the example above, and encourage her to end her slavery, and be mystified when she claimed to like the freedoms that came with being prosituted out, but that is what I see in some ways daily, and I am mystified by it.

I have spoken about this system before. It empowers citizens the same way the Nazi's were empowered against their neighbours the Jews. From the side of some Germans, it was a time of community, coming together, working together, protecting the fatherland, they were helping to get rid of what they saw as the bad element the problem for all their woes. Many wanted to be part of something that was greater than themselves, and so the power, the true power is given away and exchanged for something that looks shiny and effulgent on the outside, but that is truly as dull as brass on the inside, and most citizens do not know the difference, because in this modern day society of the haves and the have nots, most people do not have, have never had, and so they simply do not know the difference.

This is what they have, this is what makes them feel connected, special, purposeful, and the same way some of the Germans worked together, formed a sense of community, is the same way these people work together, to protect the very insane system that controls them all. It's replaced family, community and God. The system is what they worship, bowdown to, fear and give their allegence to.

Watching it up close and personal is interesting. I really do think this system has some form of mental illness. It's funny that they try to make targets look mentally ill, but in reality this system is what is unwell, and needs a cure.

This system has more wrong with it than right, but to see those at a ground level who would defend it is truly sad. I see members of society who have so little that they will protect their own slavery, who buy into a myth that they have become a part of something special, worth fighting for and defending, but that's a lie. From this side of the fence, I see truly insane people, who have so very little, they would fight to preserver their own slavery, because it makes them feel special, connected, powerful, it's their larger than something.

That special feeling, that having something, and belonging that too many people in society grow up without. I know not everyone wants to be enslaved, but the longer members stay a part of this cult, I think it puts them at risk of forgetting that there was and still is something greater than this cult, this controlled system they have given themselves to.

They act so proud of what they are, yet run and hide in the shadows at the first sign of light being shown on who they are and what they do. It's interesting. This system does not stand up to the light, how could it when it's a system of darkness, like so many others of it's kind, that has been seen before.

Many in this upcoming generation are growing up without, without a sense of moral right vs moral wrong, people complain about pedophile rings, and corruption, yet they roll around and take part, and are a part of the very system that allows such, and is designed to allow such to happen. Those evil things are the sacrifice to this evil system, and those who defend it are responsible in their own way. It's like those who harass targets, they get in one harassment here or there, but they are never responsible for the whole. They spread it around enough so that their hands do not seem dirty, but their hands are dirty.

Freedom is not free, not the way many have been taught, it's a lie and an illusion. I am learning a lot on this journey, and it's interesting.

The first thing is that if you want change, really want change, it comes from within first, and then radiates outward. I think societies enslavement is just comfortable enough that people are willing to trade it off for what might be real freedom, true freedom, but after all what is true fredom, when many have never really experienced it?

So I say it with all due respect, but the snitches have no clothes.

Downtime

This post is just that, downtime. The first half is not Gang Stalking Related.

Look what I found on the internet. This is too funny. It makes a bit of fun of what Kanye West did to Taylor Swift. You can do this with like any website. Too Funny.

http://kanyelicious.appspot.com/http://www.gangstalkingworld.com

Anyways, the baby that made Youtube internet fame has his own website now. www.singlebabies.com Little Cory Elliot made world headlines this week after dancing to the Beyonce single, "single ladies." Too cute.

I found several spoof videos. Some of the best spoof videos were the Obama interpretation, the Glee episode, the guys dressed as girls and ofcourse little Cory.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StwFdgGnrt8

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3aGnJvmn9s

There were a few more, but these were some of the more interesting ones.

I got in a lot of downtime this weekend, it was so needed.

Sometimes you have to get away from the sick and the sin of the world, and just laugh.

I also had some fun this weekend with telling my informants who were on weekend watch what I think of them. I think they hire the stupidest people for the weekend shift.

I always have my computer being monitored, and my computer is still being directly logged onto. I also still have the electronic harassment stuff happening, but I have my coping methods, plus all the other little things the parasites try to do to irritate the target. So during one of these episodes, while trying to just have some downtime this weekend, I just let them know exactly what I thought of them, and what I wished for them, and upon them. It was not nice, but I felt way better getting all the negativity out of my system. This generation in many ways is a lost cause, but then there is hope, because you see it in the youngest members of society. They come to this realm with so much hope, so much light, and it's good to remember that, this is what gives you hope.

At work I ran into one of the agent types. There are the general population informants, then there are agent types who have more access to information, and different agendas. Eg. Controlling what happens in different sectors. Anyways this one is an agent type, so I have him on ignore, but today he decided to talk to me, and he said something about death, but I could not tell what? Either that everyone was dying, or hopefully that he was dying, I don't think it was a death threat, but I just smiled and nodded, and went back to ignoring him. Usually I just smile and nod and pass him, they are not good to talk to, because anything you say to them, can be twisted, misinterpreted, or they can just make stuff up.

I don't like the agent types because they always have a different agenda. Anyways.

I was thinking about when I first became a target. Before I knew about the Gang Stalking stuff, then after when I knew about the Gang Stalking stuff, but finally figured out that it was a lie, there were no vigilante gangs, and that something else was going on. When I went through the process of discovering that the Gang Stalking was this creepy Stasi type system, that controlled not just people in my city, country, etc, but other countries, and that it's part of a larger agenda.

I was thinking about that, and what I remember about that time period, it's all really confusing. However I do remember that I did not know what was going on. I knew about the one handed sign language, and while trying to figure out what was happening, I was watching them, learning, and testing out what I was learning, but the break through came one day on the train, when I finally figured out that they were informants. (At first I thought that they were all illegal informants, meaning that I thought that they had all gotten into trouble with the law or something.) Then later I realised that many were just citizen informants. Then it was months before I realised it was systemic. It was a lot more time before I realised that it has always been this way. That this type of system goes back to Roman time period. It's all in my blog.

I did the mental clip trip back, because there were other memories and awareness that had to be remembered. Eg. That when others become informants or learn about what's going on, they are confused like I was upon discovering that I am a target. Many don't like what's happening. Eg. At one just, one girl got really upset, she wanted to change departments, and was told that it's everywhere, it's happening everywhere. At the time I knew it was about this, and that they were being asked to spy or something, but at the time, I was still not fully clear what this was. I had just discovered the Gang Stalking stuff, but still was not clear about the fact that they were informants.

I now know that some people think that this is just another McCarthyism. Others think it's only happening in their place of employment. Eg. The one guy that I spoke to was like, the whole **** is like this, and I was like, no the whole world is becoming like this. Up to that point he seemed to think that the one handed sign, spying thing was just related to his workplace.

I now know that a couple more than a couple, but a couple people have had mental health issues do to this. I think many people go through the process, and depending on where they were, they interpret it differently. So that explains some of the long term disability leaves as well.

Eg. Ok, remember life before the internet? Yeah me neither, but before the internet, if you were asked to become an informant in some small town where you lived, or city, and you discover that everyone you know does this, you would maybe come to the conclusion that that's just the way society and the world is, and that it was ok. It would be a false conclusion, but after years of trying to find someone who was not a part of this, you might feel the way targets do.

Targets remember what life was like before finding the net, how no one was ever going to believe you, how you were going to tell your story on that talk show, then you realise that A) This is happening to a lot of people, and B) It's systemic? It's only in recent times that we have had the ability to compare these notes and to discover what was happening.

I mean before this, no one could have convinced me that my friends, family, neighbours, co-workers would go along with something like this. I mistakenly thought that they were the same as me, but they are not. Most people are simple, they want to fit in, they want to be a part of society. They are easily threatened, or bullied, or socially put in line, they can be bribed, manipulated, lied to, etc. Keep in mind that many of them went through this crap, and became informants. Some were recruited via family, so they just grow up thinking this is normal.

Most informants see about 30 minutes of this, or they are asked to do a specific task, and so then they do it. Like us, some of them have no idea what is happening, but they comply. They don't go seeking the answers the way we do, if they did, what search terms would they use? Once they become informants they are not being stalked. I doubt that they realise that they are in many ways slaves to a system of control and conformity.

So this is what I was realising and thinking about today. Some of them are just as lost as we are, or were before the net. They see a small part of the puzzle, or others believe the lies, they don't see the whole picture, and if they did, many would just kill themselves. They would not want to believe that their governments are capable of being evil, or subduing their citizens in these manners. Also since they can't openly talk about this, or discuss this officially, that also makes it hard to compare notes and find out what's happening.

So how are the sheep to be awakened? Many realise that something is wrong, but don't quite know what, others are all too aware. It's like going back down into this well, this sad place. It's the place where I realise that some of them are just like us targets, trapped but on the other side of the coin, and they don't want to be there anymore than we do. Others do not know the bigger picture. Some are still even unaware, like I was just a few short years ago. Ignorance in some ways is bliss, in others it is not.

I believe in prayer. If it was up to this system, when this first started they would have had me either broken down, falsely subduded on some false mental health rap, or another suicide statistic. Fortunately I don't believe in ending this mission before my time, and mentally I was stronger than what they had interpreted. But by the Grace of God, I am here, and others are here, and waking up, but then once you wake up, and realise that you are in essence, a boundless slave, in a system of control, and conformaty, What do you do next? (I guess they hope that the sheep will never come to the realization.) Keep in mind your fellow monkeys are the jailers, and each generation is getting conditioned, just like this.

This is how it's possible to have a system like this that keeps going, and going and going. Add to that the popularity of the snitching friends network, and it is what it is, and has been for a long time. Generations, right back to the beginning of the colonies. This snitching system was in place before then. IF the bible is correct it will likely continue.

It doesn't mean you stop hoping, but it's something to be aware of. I believe in the power of prayer, any breakthroughs that have come, have usually come on the advent of such. I believe in asking for help, and reaching out. I believe that many of us don't know what we are up against. I do believe that the bigger picture is more than this plane, this realm, and needs to be addressed as such, but for the average person, what you need to know for now is that this system is not new. It's been in place most likely before the colonies. The Roman empire had a similar system. China, East Germany, similar systems. http://www.innocenceproject.org/docs/SnitchSystemBooklet.pdf

The bigger picture is every country having a similar system. Read about Agenda 21. The United Nations plan for global dominance.
http://www.newswithviews.com/Raapana/niki2.htm

The final picture is going to be us humanity loyal to the state, scanned, tagged, and so dumb, it won't even matter. But before you arrive at that conclusion, you have to go through a lot of mental gymnastics first, which many average people will simply not be willing to believe.

IF you don't realise that you are a slave, how can you hope to gain your freedom? If you don't realise that something is wrong, how can you ever hope to change it?

Awareness and exposure is still the key, but each person has to take some ownership for their part in this. I see too many people enjoying the fake power they think they have with this system. Giving it power that it would not have otherwise. Some people like to be controlled and given direction, this type of system works for some, but for many others it does not, and that is something to be made aware of as well.

Britney Spears Prisoner?

I have been following up on the Britney Spears situation, so this post goes out to the people who know her and might actually be in a situation to assist her.

I don't like to speculate about the lives of celebrities, but we are told Britney is all healed up right? She is back on stage singing provocative songs like F.U.C.K ME (If you seek Amy) and other numbers. Her body is back in shape and she is on tour. Things are fine right?

The problem is I don't know that things are fine. Britney who fought for custody of her boys, even going so far as to have an armed standoff with the police to keep them with her gave up custody of the boys last year. Kevin Federline now has sole custody and Britney has visitation rights, sort of.

http://www.usmagazine.com/britney-spears-gives-kevin-federline-sole-custody-of-boys
Spears currently has monitored, twice-a-week visitation with her boys, as well as one overnight-a-week.
She lost all visitation rights in January she was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Twice a week supervised visitation. and one overnight a week, which I imagine is also supervised?

Britney does not have control of her own money. She is well enough to perform like a trained doll in front of the audience, but she is not well enough to have control of her money? Shouldn't people be asking questions about this?

http://www.usmagazine.com/news/lawyer-britney-spears-compares-dads-control-to-prison-200914
Britney Spears' life under her dad's conservatorship is like "prison," a lawyer for her former manager, Sam Lutfi, charged today in a hearing at L.A. Superior Court.

John Anderson testified he was contacted by another lawyer, John Eardley, to represent Britney in her fight against the conservatorship (which gives Jamie Spears control over her personal and financial affairs). He also says Jamie's control is causing the singer "emotional distress [that is ongoing] now."
I hate that picture of her. The look does not suit.

http://home.nzcity.co.nz/news/article.aspx?id=99538&fm=newsmain,nrhl
Jamie filed for a restraining order against both men earlier this year, claiming they had harassed Britney, 27.

The ruling follows evidence given by Jamie and Britney's hairstylist and bodyguard, who all claimed the 'Womanizer' singer was scared of Lutfi.

Last month, Britney's former boyfriend paparazzi photographer Adnan Ghalib was also given a three-year restraining order barring him from seeing the star.
So based on the word of her dad, and a hair dresser, Britney Spears who is 27 years old, almost 30 has no say in who can come near her, and she has no control of her money. Yet she is ok enough to be prancing around on stage like a blank doll?

This next bit I found really worrisome.

http://snarkfood.com/britney-spears-wanted-sam-lufti-to-rescue-her-from-daddy/
“[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam,” said Christina, 25, whose brother had once been Spears’s manager. “She wanted him to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids.” Spears allegedly told Christina to meet her on the fifth floor gym of the Peninsula Hotel on Jan. 16. When Christina arrived, Spears was working out with her mother while a bodyguard stood nearby. But they rendezvoused in a sauna where Christina gave her a phone, saying it was from Sam and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, which Spears then hid in a locker. “She asked me, ‘Will Sam be able to help me?’” Christina added.
The phone, however, was later discovered by Spears’s security team and confiscated from her purse.
The next thing I found really worrisome is that he lawyer was being kept away from her. I had been keeping an eye on Britney, because he meltdown and the events around it, made me think she might not be crazy, but a targeted individual made to look crazy. The scary part is if it's true, it means someone with the fame, fortune and celebrity of Britney could have this happen to her.

Remember at her low point she had the kids taken from her, her money, and she was locked away. Also those who might have been trying to help her, were kept away from her. What can someone under those conditions do? Yet she has millions of fans, and none of them are asking the questions, or putting together a free Britney site on facebook? At the very least Britney is a grown adult who's life is being controlled by forces outside of her control, and those paying to see her parade on stage should ask themselves why? If she is well enough to perform like a trained doll why is she not well enough to be in charge of her own money and life? Why is her lawyer being kept from her?

Don't forget that those bodyguards that her dad hired still control her movements. This should worry a lot of people, but it doesn't. All those so called screaming and adoring fans, should be all over this and asking some real questions.

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090428/entertainment/us_people_britney_spears_1
as ordered Britney Spears' former manager and a lawyer to stay away from the pop singer for the next three years.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb issued her ruling Tuesday after hearing testimony and arguments in recent weeks from the men and lawyers for Spears' father, Jamie.
Her lawyer now has to stay away from her? Was the judge paid off? Does he know something that we don't know?
Lawyers for Lutfi and Eardley promised to appeal the ruling, saying the lengthy hearing didn't prove the singer suffered substantial emotional distress as a result of the men's actions.
Lutfi's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said evidence instead pointed to Spears asking his client for help.

"Never before in the history of the world has a restraining order been issued against someone who merely responded to cries for help," Freedman said.
I find it odd as well. Why can't the lawyer challenge the fact that someone is in control of Britney's life other than Britney?
Freedman said the conservatorship was misusing a statute meant for the elderly or severely disabled adults to protect a singer who is currently on an international concert tour.
The singer remains on a tour promoting her most recent album, "Circus." She did not appear during hearings on the petitions, despite repeated requests by Lutfi and Eardley's lawyers to have the singer testify.

Her life remains closely managed by her father, who can restrict her contact with outsiders and controls her access to a cell phone.
Britney not asked or rather not allowed to testify? Does this seem shady to anyone else? Yet all these people claim to be her fans. They all go to her shows, but they don't question the fact that she might be in serious trouble and being held captive by her Dad?

She according to sources, does not have access to cellphones, the bodyguards watch her every move. She can be on tour, but not in control of her own money? Any nobody questions this?

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/bizarre/usa/article2341438.ece
The singer has sent a barrage of text messages to Adnan begging him to help her get out of living under the control of her father.

But Ghalib, 36, is unable to reply because he has been ordered by a judge not to communicate with Britney for three years.

A source said: “She keeps sneaking messages to Adnan begging him to help her win back her freedom.

“She says she is lonely and misses being able to date the men she chooses. She feels trapped.
“She has been begging him to meet her and help her come up with a plan to get out of her dad’s conservatorship.

“Some messages have got back to her via her hairdressers and style team - but Adnan cannot contact her otherwise he will face jail.”
Add to this the fact that Adnan is in some bizarre trouble. As I was following up on his story, it sounds like he is being provoked. Now he is being threatened with deportation, for allegedly hitting or driving at one of those people who sound like they were helping to keep him away from Britney.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1161420/Britneys-ex-Adnan-Ghalib-faces-deportation-Afghanistan-guilty-assault-charges.html
Ghalib, 36, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, hit-and-run and battery.
The charges relate to an incident on 11 February in Los Angeles when a court official tried to serve him with a restraining order to stay away from Britney.

The restraining order was issued by the singer's father, Jamie Spears, who has taken control of her affairs.

Ghalib allegedly tried to run over the court official - the charge of use of a deadly weapon relates to his car.

The photographer moved to Birmingham from Afghanistan with his family when he was five years old, and he works in the US.
I also find it interesting that her new album is called blackout.

If Britney is in trouble, then it sounds like they are trying to remove the people from her life who could help her. If her dad really is keeping her a virtual prisoner, and it's possible, then we need to hear from Britney, but it does not sound like she is free to state her case.

Under the circumstances what can she do? I don't think it's up to her, I think it's up to the so called fans who claim to love her, and who buy the tickets to her show, to ask questions. To wonder why lawyers are being kept away from her, lawyers who claim she is a virtual prisoner to her dads control. Why she can be on some tour, but not have full access to the money she is making from those tours. Why a 27 year old woman, has to have bodyguards choosen by her dad wherever she goes. I think her fans have to ask if Adnan or even Lufti could be telling the truth and if so what does that mean for Britney, who they claim to love so much.
Yesterday we reported that a woman who is believed to be Britney left a voice message with her lawyer, asking what happens to her custody agreement if her father's conservatorship is ended. Expect Britney Spears to start fighting back like never before in the coming months. And expect it to be a "circus" of its very own.

Hi my name’s Britney Spears. I called you earlier. I’m calling again because I just wanted to make sure that during the process of eliminating the conservatorship that my father has threatened me several times, you know, he’ll take my children away. I just want to be guaranteed that everything will be fine with the process of you guys taking care of everything that things will stay the same as far as my custodial time. That’s it, bye.
If that voicemail is Britney then as late as March she was asking for help. People seem to be just walking around in a maze. It is possible that she is in trouble, and if she is really asking for help, then her fans, so called fans could go a long way towards ensuring that there is enough light shone on the situation to help her get the assistance that she needs.

http://news.celebritywonder.com/2009/04/02/Prisoner_Britney_Spears.html

There is no denying that Britney made some bad choices on her own, but what's ongoing now sounds very worrisome, and it would be good if her fans would look into it on her behalf.
"I think it’s too in control. If I wasn’t under the restraints I’m under, I’d feel so liberated. When I tell them the way I feel, it’s like they hear but they’re really not listening. If you do something wrong in your work, you can move on, but I’m having to pay for a long time. I never wanted to become one of those prisoner people. I always wanted to feel free."

Small ways to unplug.

So what can we really do to unplug from the system?

We can all start in small ways. Here are some suggestions that I have come across, or figured out on my own.

If you can cut down on how often you watch t.v. it really is programing for the masses. Try to slowly take yourself off the tube. Maybe a day here, a week there, some people have reported going a month cold turkey. The feedback is that they think more, and function better.

Try to get your news from additional sources. Try to avoid the usual doom and gloom of the nightly news and check out other news sources that might provide more balanced coverage of the news, but sites that might also give you additional news that you are not getting right now.
Cut back on radio as well, or switch channels to something that helps you tune in to what is really happening around you.

Change from the big telecommunications company to smaller ones. Use online services for some of your entertainment need. Try to unplug from the bigger giants over time.

Put your money in some of the smaller banks. Does not have to be all your money, but if people had their assets in various places, it could help prevent these monopolies, and the financial meltdowns of the future. Try to avoid putting the eggs into the same baskets.

Change your vibrational energy. What we think really does have a big impact on what we feel, see, experience. We do pull specific experiences into our realms, so change the frequency.
Take a moment to breath. Go outside of yourself, and tune into your higher self. Believe that you have a higher self to tune into.

You can do this by willing it, and by thinking it. It all begins in the mind. That is where we can start to affect change.

YouTube, Mass Censorship Ban.

YouTube mass censorship in effect. (S1959)

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=rUn3gE4bncg&feature=email

Hand someone a bible and be considered a terrorist. That's the kind of thing we are dealing with under laws such as this.

Well what You tube is doing is they are going to be censoring many videos.

This is a strict bill that has not passed yet, but YouTube has gone ahead and implemented this massive form of censorship. They seem to keep silencing voices.

The video says they have been trying to raise awareness about S1959, because if this bill passes, it will make disagreeing almost impossible. This apparently attacks the first amendment.
A lot is happening and it happens while we all sleep. Now I saw another more alert poster blog about the YouTube bans a few days back, and for some reason forgot all about it.

However it's been brought to my attention and I am doing my part by raising immediate awareness. If you can, do all that you can to stop the bill from passing, write letters, etc.

Also for YouTube, let's use other file sharing sites if they insist on implementing this ban.
Soon the Internet will not be a free place, they really do want to silence us in every way possible. Right now we have a bit of freedom and a small window of opportunity to make a difference, let's each try to do what we can.

International Action Day "Freedom not fear"

I think this sounds like a good idea. I think this is right up the alley of some of what we are trying to make people aware of. Below are the details.

http://www.vorratsdatenspeicherung.de/content/view/242/144/

International Action Day "Freedom not fear - Stop the surveillance mania!" on 11 October 2008
A broad movement of campaigners and organizations is calling on everybody to join action against excessive surveillance by governments and businesses. On 11 October 2008, concerned people in many countries will take to the streets, the motto being "Freedom not fear 2008". Peaceful and creative action, from protest marches to parties, will take place in many capital cities.

Surveillance mania is spreading. Governments and businesses register, monitor and control our behaviour ever more thoroughly. No matter what we do, who we phone and talk to, where we go, whom we are friends with, what our interests are, which groups we participate in - "big brother" government and "little brothers" in business know it more and more thoroughly. The resulting lack of privacy and confidentiality is putting at risk the freedom of confession, the freedom of speech as well as the work of doctors, helplines, lawyers and journalists.
The manifold agenda of security sector reform encompasses the convergence of police, intelligence agencies and the military, threatening to melt down the division and balance of powers. Using methods of mass surveillance, the borderless cooperation of the military, intelligence services and police authorities is leading towards the construction of "Fortresses" in Europe and on other continents, directed against refugees and different-looking people but also affecting, for example, political activists, the poor and under-priviledged, and sports fans.
People who constantly feel watched and under surveillance cannot freely and courageously stand up for their rights and for a just society. Mass surveillance is thereby threatening the fabric of a democratic and open society. Mass surveillance is also endangering the work and commitment of civil society organizations.

Surveillance, distrust and fear are gradually transforming our society into one of uncritical consumers who have "nothing to hide" and - in a vain attempt to achieve total security - are prepared to give up their freedoms. We do not want to live in such a society!
We believe the respect for our privacy to be an important part of our human dignity. A free and open society cannot exist without unconditionally private spaces and communications.
The increasing electronic registration and surveillance of the entire population does not make us any safer from crime, costs millions of Euros and puts the privacy of innocent citizens at risk. Under the reign of fear and blind actionism, targeted and sustained security measures fall by the wayside, as well as tackling peoples' actual daily problems such as unemployment and poverty.
In order to protest against security mania and excessive surveillance we will take to the streets in capital cities in many countries on 11 October 2008. We call on everybody to join our peaceful protest. Politicians are to see that we are willing to take to the streets for the protection of our liberties!

You can find the latest information on the protest marches and the list of participating cities at our website:
http://wiki.vorratsdatenspeicherung.de/Freedom_Not_Fear_2008.

Our demands

1. Cutback on surveillance
no blanket registration of all air travellers (PNR data) no information exchange with the US and other states lacking effective data protection no secret searches of private computer systems, neither online nor offline no blanket surveillance and filtering of internet communications (EU Telecoms-Package) abolish the blanket logging of our communications and locations (data retention) abolish the blanket collection of our biometric data as well as RFID passports abolish the blanket collection of genetic data abolish permanent CCTV camera surveillance and automatic detection techniques scrap funding for the development of new surveillance techniques

2. Evaluation of existing surveillance powers
We call for an independent review of all existing surveillance powers as to their effectiveness and harmful side-effects.

3. Moratorium for new surveillance powers
After the homeland armament of the past few years we demand an immediate hold to new homeland security laws that further restrict civil liberties.

4. Guaranteeing freedom of expression, dialogue and information on the Internet
Ban the installation of filtering infrastructure on ISP networks. Only independent and impartial judges may request the removal of Internet content. Create a full right to quote multimedia, today indispensable to public debate in democracies. Protect common internet places of expression (participatory sites, forums, comments on blogs) today threatened by inadequate laws encouraging self-censorship (chilling effect) More information

The thought police.

http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2007/04/10/tech-bloggers.html

The thought police strike again.

Now I usually write semi nice postings, but after reading this.
Who the hell are you to be telling us what to write, think or feel? It's not your job to be the thought police, or maybe it is? Most bloggers who post do not have their posting carried across the offline world, and hitting all the online news papers, but obviously you do, and that is when it crosses the line.

A blog is meant to be your thoughts, feelings and emotions online. Now if people have to start issuing a user name and password so that the very sensitive can read their blogs so be it, but don't tell us what to think and feel.

In France they are thinking of or they restricted who can post some violent pictures, then it willl be who can post, because only certain voices should be heard. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/6426235.stm

When we start having to restrict all our voices, feelings, emotions, then what's left? Gosh the Internet is the last free frontier, and even though it's not that free, it's something that we have left.

Now you could have said something like, bloggers just need to be a little bit nicer, but no, you are actually trying to tell people how to act and be.

Once you take away all your little, act this way, think that way, what's left, honestly?

If people blogged the exact way that they speak in person, there would be a lot less interesting blogs. There would be a lot less interesting content. There would be a lot less people writing.
It's bad enough that the government is taking away people's voices, hijacking our media, force feeding what children learn, think, and become, and that average citizens have no power and no voices, and then you come along with this. It's irritating and annoying.

Do tell people who to be and what to think and how to act. If you don't like a posting then, comment on it. Maybe you are just coming across a lot of offensive posting, or maybe someone in a position of power asked you to use your influence to try to tell people what to think, act and be, but you know what, it's just not appreciated.

I am currently surrounded by a world of stupid people, who can't think for themselves, who can't act independently, and who just do whatever the crowd is doing. They do not know how to act, interestingly the things they say in person, are not worth my time, and if the Internet turned into another version of that, it would not be appreciated, at all.

The only interesting people seem to still be online, same with the content that I like to read, and the people online, the ones that I have come across might act up, but that's their right, to an extent. Don't get me wrong there are limits, and maybe an article expressing that would have been good, but trying to enforce your views and values on everyone else about what should be included in a web blog and what should not be is not appreciated. We don't need yet one more
venue of mindless auto-bots.

There are things that I blog about that I would not necessarily say the exact same way, oh I would say them, but I would at times try to be more nice and considerate, which I am sick and tired of. It's ok to tell us to be more civil or state that opinion, but to write a code, and use your influence to tell us what to think and feel is just not appreciated. I wish you wouldn't do it.
When it's a posting on your site, that's your business, but when it makes national headlines, then it seems like someone might be using you to use your influence to become the thought police online, and it's just not appreciated.
"But frankness does not have to mean lack of civility. There's no reason why we should tolerate conversations online that we wouldn't tolerate in our living room."
In reference to the above quote, are your serious? There is every reason, in your living room it's your turf, you don't want to hear swearing, that's your damn business, but to come and tell others what to do, that is crossing the line. It's also going to influence people that are pretty moderate to possibly write harsher postings.

If you think someone is swearing too much, don't read their blogs. If you think that they are irritatingly racist, don't read their blog, if they swear too much, don't read their blogs, if you don't like the way they roll, don't be around them. The point of cyberspace, in case you missed it, is this is not your damn living room, don't tell people what to think, act and be. It's freaking cyberspace.
O'Reilly wrote that a final version of the code would eventually be posted on bloggingcode.org. Users wishing to adhere to the standard could display a badge that would link to the rules.
In reference to the above quote, does your little badge say brought to you by the thought police? I honestly feel like boycotting any blogs that would adhere to this, but with the world of mindless sheeple that now lies before us, I am sure that you will have plenty of followers, I obviously will just not be one of them.

My point is, if you want to enforce this on your blog and your space, that's your business, but when you try to tell everyone else what to think and feel, that's my business, and I am telling you it's not appreciated.

However I am sure that the government will come up with some cleaver ploy in the near future that will have bloggers scared for their life and oh so willing to give up yet one more right and freedom. Maybe we will see a terrorist crash into the blogosphere, because of people posting too liberally, then it will be the war on blogging, then nowhere will be safe, and they will then be forced to issue bans, and tell people who has the right to post. Then you will have the mindless sheeple who have taken over the offline world, trying to take over the blogosphere. All we need, more none animated, none thinking people, telling everyone else what to think and feel and how to be. A lot of stuff online is not fit for the queen to be reading, but you don't see her issuing a royal decree saying I don't wish for things I would not want to hear in my presence to be posted online in blogs, we have spoken. You don't see her doing that do you? Because cyberspace is not meant to be a mindless little, restrictive bubble where everyone walks on eggshells. I deeply resent the people who came up with these rules, trying to force them down everyone else's heads.

Don't tell me what to think, don't tell me what to feel, and don't tell me how to express myself. If you haven't noticed that's what they do offline, thus why more people are turning to cyberspace in the first place. If it did not offer so much more, than than the insipid conversations found offline, approved by the thought police, do you think people would be here posting?
