Standard Operating Procedure

Standard Operating Procedure

I had an experience today with the informants. It's another what I like to call set up.

I had an informant enter the transit system, now this informant was singing to themselves which was fine, had little headphones on, etc, however after this informant also started talking outloud to themselves and I was not sure if the informant was actually crazy or just a bit or, or just pretending crazy.

Anyways I got on a bus and sat right in front of this informant. About halfway on the journey I realised that things were not right, the informants were not following their standard operating procedure.

Eg. They use to have someone from work always at the station and then have that person follow me to the location. After this, they started having what I call familiar strangers following me, except when I happen to lose them.

The familiar strangers started getting on when the snitches from work use to, and so the information was passed in that way.

There are a few that are consistantly present the same way the individuals from work were, I will see at least one if not multiple of these informants without fail, on a daily basis, unless I am doing something else. Even if for some odd reason I manage to board the bus without one present, along the way one of the others will get on the bus to take up the slack.

Now I usually have a couple of specific stops that I get off at and I always have a couple or more informants getting off at the same stop as well.

Anyways about halfway there, I noticed the usual standard operating procedure was not being followed, and they were not performing their idiotic mobbing formation, very unusual for them. So it peeked my curiosity, suddenly it occurred to me that it was going to be another set up.
Eg. I suddenly had the impression that Informant or person pretending to be crazy informant was going to get off at the same stop that I was going to, so I waiting to see if this was going to be the case.

This informant got off the stop before me, because sometimes I will do that, well realising that I was not getting off at that stop, the informant moved to get back on the bus, well the driver did not want to let the informant back on the bus, but the informant who up until that point had been doing a great job of pretending to be crazy, broke protocol, made clear eye contact with the driver and then communicated in quite clear Stasi signals, and so he let the informant back on the bus, and the informant did indeed get off at the next stop with me.

Now if any of these informants report this person, and that they were talking on the bus to themselves, well I am being tracked and so the assumption is that it was me. I use to have stuff like this happen a lot but never truly noted it, because I did not realise how deep the game goes.

Anyways sure enough not long after getting to my destination, it seems this had been the intended goal. If I had not been aware or alert that a set up was indeed what they were doing, then a set up like this would easily have succeeded. People in my environment would have it on good authority that it was me, and that would be the end of that, and I would never have been the wiser. As it was, I was able to circumvent this to a degree.

It seems the more I openly discuss the fact that I live in a Stasi society, these little set up's happen more and more, so I guess I just have to get use to it, as will the Stasi have to get use to me and my frankness about the type of society that I live in.

Anyways being aware of their standard operation procedure can be helpful. They are aware of ours, they watch us for patterns, record what we buy for a reason, they look for chicks in the armour and try to use it.

These people are a real testament, everyday that I live, breath, see them, or have to be around them, they make me realise what I don't want. I know that we are not free, but everytime I see them it brings that point home so much more vividly.

As far as the Stasi signals are concerned, I do from time to time have to test out a new signal to confirm that I am accurately interpreting the meaning and these are the times I may have to use them in public, other wise I leave the informants to their Stasi speak.

Oh and the one time I did use Stasi speak without cause was to indicate to this woman one of those now familiar strangers that I am aware of the fact that she is an informant. My apologies but my contempt was not quite being communicated the way that I had hoped.

Beyond that, these mini set up's are just things to be aware of. I don't know how exactly an incident like the one today adds to their belief that the target needs to be watched, but they do like to believe their own lies, so it's not that hard. They don't question, they just do what they are told. (Not all are like that,) but you have to watchout for yourself nonetheless, be aware of them and how they opperate, but on the other hand for the most part learn to ignore them.

Down with the snitching

I am just sitting here thinking about some past jobs I have had and some encounters that I have had with the snitches.

Again some informants are not low lives, but many others are and since this started I have seen more of the low than I have of the high.

The goal of this stalking is to make targets look like they are crazy, or whatever lie you are trying to spread, or start with one and go to another.

Remember by the time Jiverly Wong died he was a divorced loser, who could not keep a job, who had a drug addiction and had tried to rob a bank. None of that seems to have been true, but it all survived him into his death, and it's most likely what was being spread about him. On top of that he endured months of workplace mobbing, with slogans like "if it wrong it's Wong". Fun stuff.
After his company closed down and he got laid off, he tried to better himself in an English class, so he could get a better job, or find a job. He dropped out of the english class, and the indication is that he also expreienced mobbing there. Most targets do not want to be unemployed, but that is the perception that the agents of the state will try to give, to justify what is happening.

I am a fairly bright, articulate, and intelligent person. Somewhat independent and before this, a pretty high functioning person. I am still a pretty high functioning person, but now I am fighting against stuff most people only have nightmares about.

I am like targets of Cointelpro fighting against a system that will go to any and every extreme to bring me down. With Jiverly Wong I often wonder if Shopvac closed on it's own via natural means, or if they had a hand in it. I am wondering because many targets talk about the construction projects that pop up all over the city where we are. They go on for years at a time. We are not paranoid in this. They seem capable and willing to go through any means necessary to take targets down. You see this with whistle-blowers and others.

I know others who have experienced, having companies close soon after the target was going to be working there. Or in other cases, if they were trying to work with companies who specialised in products to be delivered the company stopped providing the function.

Anyways at my jobs since I have been a target, the idea is to get me fired from every job, make me look crazy or inefficient. To that end, the informants where I live, they are allowed to use a radar gun, or something that produces large amounts of heat, or other things that cause vibrations in my home, to heat up my skin, to heat up my body, to try to make sure that I am sleep deprived and unable to function.

Most times I can now overcome this, but it's a process. For much of the last few years, because of what is happening with having a variety of weapons used on me in my home, I sometimes function on less sleep than the average person. Many targets get only a few hours sleep every night for months, because they can't stay in one position for very long, and they constantly change positions, trying to not be burnt, or tortured.

I have had trouble with jobs over the last few years. Before this my records with keeping jobs is perfect. I lasted at most for years at a time, and left when I choose to.

I experienced workplace mobbing, and when it got extreme, like many other targets, I used vacation and other absent time to try to cope, but beyond that, a pretty good worker.
The other obstacle is that targets in the workplace have informants who are trying to get us to lose our jobs. I relayed the story of one group that I dealt with who went to my manager after I decided to move away from them, due to tactics like logging me out of my phone on breaks, to try to make it look like I was not punching out of the phones on breaks, which is a no no. After fun little things like that, I decided to move away from this group, who later when to my manager and advised that I was being unfriendly to them. Well this got me written up, and my manager telling me to be more friendly to them. I was, I told them that if they had anything work related they could feel free to approach me, but beyond that not so much. This was their attempt in my opinion to get me in trouble or fired from my job.

This don't come to me unless it's work related thing worked great, till one of the persons in that same group was able to get the biotch he was banging to get me fired from the the job anyways. It might have been indirect, but the results were the same. The biotch he was banging got her manager friends from what I heard to help get me fired.

I ran into these two some time later on separate occasions, and what do you really say to people like that? I mean do you say hey, thanks for getting me fired from my job? No you just ignore them. You just look at them and walk off. Leave them to comfort each other, knowing how unpleasant the strain of it all must have been for them, I mean having to run into the person you helped get fired, oh the trauma of it all, for them. Anyways, I am sure in some other dimension we are all BFF's (Best Friends Forever) not. The chances are good that if people like that made your life hell here, they are likely to make your life hell in some other dimension, equally so or 1000 times more. If you believe in that stuff.

What I do notice is this, you always have specific people who are doing the same roles that I noticed on the train. So even though it's been two years plus since I had any sensitivity, you still get the informants who try to make it look like I am sensitity. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that any incidents reported in the last over two years saying that I still have a sensitivify is a blatant lie. Yet every job I get, or on the street, they still try to fish. What I am wondering is, what is the legal period of time, that these governments can do this for? What are the paramators? What is the limitation and the scope? Are they just allowed to fish forever? Come on people, this might be a good angle to look into.

There is no governing body, that is why you could have them fuc* with people's lives like Kimveer Gill, and Jiverly Wong for years at a time. They could do anything that they wanted to, and there was no governing body to intervene. Also since these two did not know exactly what was happening, it must have been so bad. Kimveer knew he was under investigation, and Jiverly knew the cops were involved, but I don't think either had every found a Gang Stalking website, which is too bad. They might have found a supportive community and a way to deal with what was ongoing. people to talk to. I know Kimveer turned to the goth community, but that's not the same thing, cause he was not able to openly discuss what was happening. There are just posting here and there. I find often that only another target, can acturally understand what I am going through, most people just can't get their minds fully around it.

Anyways, so there will be informants where you work, and the only job of these under police controlled snitches will be to get you fired, or to make you look bad. So usually you get people trying to play with the phone logs, or finding other ways to try to make you look bad. Computer security at work becomes important. Do not put anything that is opened in the fridge. I don't have to tell you that.

You are going to get a conductor, someone who co-ordinats the harassments and looks for reactions. Then you will get someone or usually many snitches that are going to be told, that they must do X Y Z. So if you are being framed to look like a racist, they will try to get you to say racist things, or if you are being made to look like a pervert, they will bring in mags, or engage in other conversation, if it's crazy with a sensitivity, they will be told to perform the sensitivity throughout the day with someone observing your reactions. If the person observing your reactions, or doing the sensitivity are police controlled informants, then you have a problem, because then they follow the official agenda, and a second agenda given to them by their handlers. (These types of police controlled informants, do not belong in these types of investigations, because they will have a secondary agenda, always.) The regular informants are fine, but these types, are designed to get you fired from your job, or to portray you, however the handler, and those conducting the investigation see fit.

Many of them will also be example in difficult situations, I get a lot of people in immigration situations, or all races. Others in money situations, anything like this, and people will do desperate things. It's how the Stasi worked, and it's how our government now works. If they are holding something over these people, it makes them dangerous, and they will do whatever their handlers tell them to do. The image of Jiverly Wong being a loser, drug user, etc, did not maintain itself, it had lot's of help.

Over the last few years, crazy has been the main thing to try to portray me as. Oh and a loser who can't hold a job. Well when someone is allowed to try to keep you awake and sleep deprived for months and years at a time, and sometimes you are getting 3 hours sleep, because you become hypersensitive, then it's easy to make someone miss work, or perform badly. I could probably do it, and in less time to the informants. I have worked well under the conditions that have been given to me. I have not yet excelled the way that I am accustomed, but sometimes surviving is the key. I want to do more than survive however.

If I can help other targets to get through this, to not kill themselves, or others, to not wind up in the mental ward, or jail, to not be portrayed as whatever, then I am doing a part of what I am meant to do.

I am awake right now, cause they again switched what they were doing, to try to keep me awake at nights and sleep deprived, so I have to fix this, and then get on with it. With this targeting, only another target can understand at times what is happening. Most people do not understand the concept that this is torture. The sleep deprivation, the being burnt with lasers, radar guns, other electronic weaponry, or directed energy weapons. They don't understand what it's like to have someone rewire the electricity in your home, so that the walls are dancing with electricity. They did this recently and it was so bad, the windows were shaking in my home. When you touched the walls, they were just vibrating, you can do this by messing with the electricity and rewiring, but it's illegal. Yet informants do this stuff all the time, because the police controlled ones do anything that their handlers tell them to.

Remember the Cathrine Johnson case, she was 90, and they broke down her door and shot her. Well they planted drugs in her home, and they claimed that the informant had bought drugs there, well killing an innocent old woman was even more than the informant could handle and he told the press, that no, that was a lie, and the cops in that case were put in jail, but they do this all the time. The controlled informants should not be allowed to interact with targets. They in many cases have no integrity. (Not all cases, some people will always have integrity.) The problem is you have people like Rachel Hoffman, who get desperate, and agree to desperate things, or do desperate things to others so that they can survive, it becomes a game of eat or be eaten, and it creates a nasty society. It's not right. The results are what you see, and the events that consistently unfold.

Even the informants who get the white glove treatment, like the ones who are paid to spy, they can get corrupted by the money being thrown at them. Got a tip about the employee you are working with? Are you sure they didn't say something racist? Are you sure they didn't hint at liking kidddy porn? Are you sure they didn't react to the sensitivity? Etc. It's not hard to get someone to lie, and they do.

Then there are the honest mistakes. People who thought or are so paranoid that they make faulty judgements. The informants are not professionals, and even under the best conditions professionals make mistakes, well in many cases, I have sat there, while they think someone else is the target, and just watched them, trying to provoke the person, and it's horrible, because they are so convinced the person A is crazy, they will see crazy. I have had them sit there looking at someone who was not the target, and then they are like oh did you see that, or they indicate it, yeah because normal action is now crazy. I just smile and nod, or smile and do nothing. I think of the times, that my normal actions must have been like, oh the the target did that, and the retelling was exaggerated, or just fabricated, not even deliberately, but many of them get so caught up, they just make bad assessments.

They are a fascinating study. In my opinion, the police controlled informants should not be in the workplaces doing the assessments on targets, because you will get corrupted results. People in immigration situations, or money situations, or other situations where something is being held on them, should not be in these roles, because you will get corrupted results, but just like with the Stasi, that's the idea.

So the goal of these people is to make me look like a crazy person, who can't keep a job, who might be into drugs, who is now racist. (Yeah I am shocked by the last bit, but apparently if you research extremist sites, not post anything mind you, but just research that is enough for a fishing expedition.) These people are corrupt and you have to stay up to date on their every move.

Even when you try to explain this to the society at large, they don't care. They are the first ones to insult, and judge the Kimveers Gill's, and Jiverly Wong's of this world, as pycho, but they take no ownership for their roles in creating these psycho's. Society has a responsibility to take ownership for what is happening and to try to help prevent it. Many people can take a role in making sure some of these reforms and recommendations happen, not just for our safety, but for the safety of society.

Also next time, I will go over the pattern of the Manchurian Target. Someone who is not mind controlled, but who is targeted and groomed to the stage where the state knows that they could snap, and then they use them like we saw in the Jiverly Wong situation. As a target I can't go to the bathroom without them knowing, yet Jiverly Wong, who owns guns, and uses them regularly, who had just lost his job, dropped out of the english language school, entered a place he had dropped out of, first parking his car in the back, and was then went into the front of the building, yet no one was on hand to stop him? Really, and there are reports that the news copters were in the sky very quickly, and the info about when the 911 call was made. Anyways it might be something worth looking into. Was this event allowed to happen? Remember the killing sprees were going to be used, to get gun laws passed, but well let's just say the more we highlight the ongoing agenda, the better chance we have of slowing it down, and who knows, maybe
stopping it.

The Gang Stalking File

The case against me and what I understand of it.

The gangstalking file.

http://www.workplacebullying.org/2009/05/14/uk-green2/
The largest part of the award is the £640,000 awarded for future loss of earnings and a pension, and it is this portion which marks the case out as unusual.

“We have seen cases like this before a number of times but the court has awarded such a large amount because it took the view that this person would not be able to work at this salary level for a long time in the future,” said Tom Potbury, a lawyer specialising in employment law at Pinsent Masons.

Green, 36, had said she was subjected to “offensive, abusive, intimidating, denigrating, bullying, humiliating, patronizing, infantile and insulting words and behavior” and subjected to crude and lewd comments from her former colleagues. Her colleagues would move her papers, hide her post and remove her from document circulation lists. She alleged that some of the colleagues had ignored and excluded her, that her personal and professional authority was undermined, and her workload increased to unreasonable and arbitrary levels.

Her lawyer said medical experts on both sides of the case agreed that Green developed a major depressive disorder, but there was disagreement about its cause.

Deutsche Bank said it had not breached its duties to Green and denied that she was bullied, saying she had had a predisposition to mental illness. Deutsche Bank paid for stress counselling and assertiveness training for Green but she had a nervous breakdown before returning to work and suffering a relapse.
I have read the above case scenario several times. It's funny because the workplace mobbing that I encountered was very similar in some regards to some of the things that went on in this case. Instead of being on the winning end of a lawsuit, I am on this end of an investigation, which is being used to falsely used to portray me as mentally ill.

It's funny, someone is dehumanized and degraded for several years and they no longer wish to put up with it, or emotionally can not, and the employer in this case a bank wants to place all the blame on them.

Part of what I have been trying to do is better understand the mechanisms used to place me under this investigation. One that has continued for years.

What's happening to me goes back a really long time. As mentioned before, I first became aware of the actual Gang Stalking, about three years ago, but my workplace mobbing had gone on for several years before this.

At work I was in a similar situation where workplace mobbing was daily, it was continuous and it made it impossible for me to perform my job functions. I eventually filed a complaint with the human rights commission after trying to work things out with Human Resources.

Shortly after filing the complaint C. Coughlin from HR called me into the office, in the presence of my senior manager at the time and advised me that if I did not drop the complaint, I would be required to see a Dr Brown. If I however dropped the complaint, things would back to normal. This play was disgraceful, and dirty but not uncommon.

Apparently if you decide to stand up for your rights or blow the whistle you need to speak to someone, if you instead choose option b and drop the case against them, you are of sound mind and body. Fascinating how these companies work. They use these investigations to discredit and disenfranchise their enemies. They destroy people's lives to protect their own interests. That's the true purpose of human resources in these companies.

The harassment I was exposed to included slander, lies, derogatory comments, rumors, and a stimuli which was anchored to said rumour. The stimuli was what was used for the bulk of the harassment. Because I complained primarily about the stimuli, they used this to try to portray me as mentally ill.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1144462/Man-jailed-harrassing-elderly-neighbours-whistling-Addams-Family-theme-time-saw-them.html
Leopold Wrobel harassed the pensioners for more than four years, making them feel like prisoners in their home.

His victims, Michael and Kathleen Sharpe, said Wrobel had 'nearly succeeded' in destroying their lives.

Wrobel, 51, had been handed an anti-social behaviour order last December for harassing the couple.

But a court heard his nuisance behaviour, which had already lasted for four years, continued on the day the order was imposed.

The court was shown CCTV footage from cameras on the Sharpes' property, which picked up Wrobel's repeated whistling when they arrived at or left the house.

Michael Treharne, prosecuting, said each incident taken in isolation would probably seem silly or almost pathetic.
Leopold Wrobel taunted the elderly couple with the Addams Family theme tune

Leopold Wrobel: He taunted the couple

But he added: 'If something happens on an ongoing basis and goes on and on and on, eventually it reaches the stage of being absolutely intolerable.'

Mr Sharpe, from Wingerworth in Derbyshire, told the court Wrobel's behaviour had made his wife ill and she had started losing her hair.

'It's been devastating and it's done what he wanted to do, to try to destroy our lives,' the 68-year-old said. 'He very nearly succeeded.'

His wife told magistrates they could not leave the house without Wrobel being there.
This couple was harassed using a stimuli, in this case the Addams family theme. It was one man, against this couple, but he managed to almost ruin their lives. In my case, I was one person, and about 80% of the peope I worked with, including most of the managers were taking part in what was ongoing. I worked with about 130 people at the time.

The very things that I complained about, at the time and filed the human rights complaint about are some of the very things individuals are now winning court cases over currently, yet in my case, it's being used to portray me as crazy, and keep a fake investigation ongoing.

Part of what I complained about is that a manager, let's call him "hateman the hitman saw", who was currently working in the same company that I was, had years earlier at a different company started a derogatory rumour about me. I stated in the complaint that I felt that this rumour had continued onto my current job.

Since I was once again working with this person, I had reasonable grounds to believe that this person was helping to fuel the flames of this degrogatory rumour, once again. I had grounds to believe it, because I heard back that this was the case. The bulk of my complaint focused on the fact that the derogatory rumours/comments had been anchored to a stimuli, and said stimuli was being used on a daily basis to make it impossible for me to perform my job functions. Eg. If the stimuli had been keys jangling, you would have the people directly around me, jangling keys for the whole shift, on several occasions, I had customers asking me about the noise in the background.

Sounds pretty simple right, not so simple, since the workplace decided to go along with what was happening.

After researching this, what I now know is that the stimuli and my reaction to it were deliberately created. I had worked with someone at the first job who was in the military. He had tried to sensitise me to three stimuli. I didn't know it at the time, that it was deliberate, but I do now. The other stimuli was pens clicking, and the actual stimuli which I became sensitive to.

What I also now know is that James, and "Hateman The Hitman Saw", were both part of the snitching friends network. What James did with the anchoring of the stimuli was deliberate. What I don't know is if he did this on his own accord, or if in fact this was more deliberate than that. James outside of work did have military connections, so I don't have the answer to this yet.

The other thing that was happening at that time is the same tactic was being used outside of the workplace to harass me in public. I was aware of this, but I was not aware of the snitching friends network.

So what you have is a target that has been deliberately sensitised. A corrupt company that wants to keep the target quite and stop them from going forward with a human rights complaint. I am not saying that this company is the only place an investigation could have originated from, because I have reason to believe that this might have started years before this, but I do believe that they used my complaint to the human rights commission to try to portray me as mentally ill, when really I was being harassed, and any actions I took to protect myself from being harassed day in and day out were fully justified. I will also state that the harassment was happening outside of the workplace, and the same applies.

So the target is aware that they are being harassed and a stimuli is being used. What they do in the course of these investigations is they try to incite and instigate incidents to further the perception of mental illness, or whatever the target is being billed as. If the target is being billed as a racist, they try to encourage negative interactions with persons of different races. If they are being billed as homophobic, they try to encourage negative interactions with people who are homosexual, if the target is being billed as a terrorist, they try to portray the target as such and make their actions look suspicious.

Since I have been targeted, they have tried the mentally ill angle several times and several different ways. I am aware that one incident that happened recently involved my handing out activism material to a group in a small cafe, about 7 people. I decided to try some viral activism, so I very impromptu handed out some papers directing the informants to visit one of the Gang Stalking websites. I mean I get people coming up to me all the time handing me flyer's for clubs, and other events, or their activism materials so I don't see the difference. However my understanding is that they are using me handing out what I consider essentially activism material to further the myth of mental illness. Right because naming informants as such and directing them to Gang Stalking websites is insane? Right. I really have to wonder about the shrills that they are using to make these types of assessments and then further disenfranchise targets?

They could in essence use a simple incident such as this and use it to get employers current to flag you. Yet is not activism what I do on a daily basis? Why should my handing out activism material be seen or evaluated any differently than anyone else?

When they can't prove that you are crazy, the scope of the investigation might shift. It's what I call a fishing expedition. Remember these investigations are often the life blood for many. The informants get a bit of money, lot's of men get construction jobs, and they use these investigations to push targets to the edge, hoping that when they do snap, they will have further proof that the informant network is doing a good job. So every time they can put a target in a mental hospital, get them behind bars, to kill themselves or others, or just attack someone, this gives them cause, and in some cases additional funding, so it's in their best interest to make you look crazy.

Recently what some informants did is that they started a group with a list of people. Many on that list did not ask to be on that list, but they started sending out emails. In those emails they used some racist or other language that might be cause for an investigation. So for example you find yourself a part of this list, which is in effect a group. You don't say anything wrong, but others in the group do, surprise, you might find yourself being investigated, because you now belong to a group spewing hate speech. The hate speech will ofcourse have been provided by the informants themselves, but what does that matter?

I had another incident where I was in the park. I had put up with 20 minutes of some idiot informant doing stupid dogs tricks while trying to keep an eye on me. Normally if you were not aware of what was happening it would not be that irritating, but it was. I was grateful when the dog boy left, and was just getting comfortable, when yet another informant showed up, this one even worst than the first, because he just stood there and stared. Well I had it, and I just gave him a glaring look before reaching into my case to get something. I had just gotten some groceries and was pretty tired, and just wanted to sit there without being disturbed.

The next thing I know, the little man pansy is running across the park like a bat out of hell, and I am thinking what the heck? I have been known to give some pretty squelching looks, but I didn't think I was that good. Next thing I know before I leave the park, there is a helicopter that literally accompanied me home on my walk from the park, and for the next two months I would become acquainted with what I call airstalking.

When I got home, the serve your drug sentence as an informant neighbour above me, decided to make contact with the neighbour below. Suddenly all friendly, can I come and hang out? This neighbour had never spoken to me before. All this other stuff and I am thinking what the heck? Apparently I came to find out that, man pansy, who ran out of the park like a bat out of hell, seems to have given them the impression that I had wires in my case, (which I did for an electronic device, I think a battery charger), and therefore maybe a bomb or incendiary device? So upstairs neighbour was just making sure I didn't blow myself and him up, and the suddenly friendly Susan above me, as I call him, was just trying to get into my apartment to look around. Well that makes sense.

Now what really get's me here is all it takes is the word of a snitch. They don't have to be logical, or truthful, they can make up anything. Now to be fair to man pansy, I don't know if he did it to be spiteful because I gave him a squelching look, or if he really believed I was dangerous, and I really don't care. These people are told the target is crazy, or what have you, and normal behaviour that would normally never be questioned suddenly becomes oh did you see that, the target blinked, what do I do, what does that mean? They are irrational and dangerous.

The other problem is positive identification. There have been so many times where I know that I was flagged as someone at a location doing xyz, and I was not. If I could see my file, I am sure I would find several incidents that were attributed to me to make me look crazy, and were not in fact me, but the way these investigations work is that you are guilty, and you never get a chance to prove your innocence.

I have seen so many times where they give the signal that I am away from home, which means that they are following someone else somewhere, and this means that if there is an incident, it will be ascribed to me, and it will not be me. I have been on the train and other locations where they have the wrong target, but they are provoking someone else and I have seen the other person react. Yet this will be ascribed to me.

Corrections will never be made, because the target is not allowed any input whatsoever and most of this is based on the word of informants, staged incidents which are designed to make the target look like anything you want them to look like, pedophile, drug dealer, racist, homophone, crazy, you name it, they can stage it.

The other question I have is about the types of psychiatrists or professionals that are being used. Based on what I saw in regards to the articles that they wrote about Gang Stalking online, you have people trying to write a whole entire community off as mentally ill, when in fact these investigations are on going. Then when that does not work, you write them off as extremists or conspiracy theorists. Yet everything that has been stated just about, has been proven, by external sources. If the same types of people are being used to remotely diagnose targets as crazy, we should be very worried.

As it is, they have been investigating me for years. I was never crazy. I was being harassed. Because I choose to stand up for myself and take the company to the commission, HR used it as an opportunity to open an investigation when I failed to comply with the threat of dropping the suit. Since that time, I have been openly harassed, had my communications interfered with, had several staged incidents, some involving me, many not involving me, but all used to further portray me as mentally ill. I have never been allowed to see my file, or directly address any of the said incidents that would be used to portray me as mentally ill.

Normal activity such as handing out activism material has been used to portray me as mentally ill, keep in mind, I have never had anyone tell me that they did not want something being handed to them. So if this is the case, how can an incident be used against me? Further how can said incident be used to further try to disenfranchise me from employment?

What I do know is we have a very corrupt system. Many informants see about 15-30 minutes of skits and harassment that is running in a targets life 24/7. They perform their surveillance. The ones below me, play human target with my body, often using lasers, radar gun, pulse weaponry, what have you to burn my skin from the apartment below. They still try to do the sleep deprivation thing when they can, much of this by a human rights stand point would be considered torture, and against the law.
These people feel that it's ok to perform such actions on targets that they have been told are mentally ill, or rapists, pedophiles, drug dealers, users, prostitutes etc, because these groups are seen as less than human, they don't feel that their actions are immoral, or unethical. They think that what they are doing is just fine.

Lastly again these investigations are the life blood of these programs. I had one person tell me that he was offered a construction job. Person had been sent to befriend me. The construction job was to be the benefit. They hire a lot of these people and they put a lot of money into the area around the target where the surveillance is happening and unfortunately these perks makes a targets community more likely to go along with, and take part in the harassment. Remember for the community doing the harassment/surveillance, they are often having the time of their lives, in some cases. They are working together, some feel like they are James Bond, it's fun for some of them, so fun, that they forget that their is a human being on the other side of the door, as was apparent with the maintenance guy who was so caught up in his role of being informant, that he forgot that the target has rights and the target is not ascribing to their mental pathology.

I have said it before and I will say it again, these people in many cases are not smart, many don't realise that they are being used to set people up and destroy lives. Lives like Jiverly Wong, Kimveer Gill and many others. When the target kills themselves or shoots others, they see it as proof that the target really was mentally ill, and not proof that their harassment drove the target to the end result. They then feel that they did a good job, that they are valuable and relevant and they continue on as before, feeling more justified than ever.

I also suspect that they have the odd staged incident that also further serves to justify the informant network, and the incidents further serve to make them think that what they are doing is valuable and relevant. When I researched the Stasi, many had been a part of the Stasi by choice and not by force and even after the Stasi fell, they did not see a problem with what they had done. In Hitler's Germany it was the same as well, with many enjoying a sense of corporation, neighbourliness, not seeing anything wrong or malignant in their actions, they were just following orders, or the laws of the land. It's the same for our informants.

Thus targets are guilty, we will never be proven innocent because we never get to see our files. The evidence gathered is staged in many cases, normal incidents that would not be questioned if it was done by someone else not under investigation, are being used to further justify their cases against us. When they fail to find proof for one aspect of the investigation, they set up other incidents, go on fishing expeditions and claim the scoop of the investigation has changed. This is used to continue these investigations indefinitely. Remember I recently spent time studying the extremist community, the informants are now trying to set up incidents to portray me as someone that I am not. Think about how this works if you are being investigated as a pedophile. You are likely to get emails containing kiddy porn from you friendly neighbourhood informants, and then the other informant monitoring your internet connection is likely to just focus on the content of that email. Or like the other example that I gave, these groups that you join, or that people add your email to, you have to watch what is being said, because they could use that to change the scope or add to the scope of the investigation.

If you spend anytime reading about how the police are abusing the informant system, then you might begin to have some idea of what we are up against, and then might be able to better protect yourself and others from these deliberate investigations, which have no end, and are continually staged to paint the targets in the worst light, real or imagined.

Is this democracy? No I don't believe it is, but this system has been like this for some time, and as it spreads more are likely to be affected by it, so it's very important that people become aware of how the system is operating and functioning so they can try to avoid some of the pit stops associated with it.

Britney Spears Prisoner?

I have been following up on the Britney Spears situation, so this post goes out to the people who know her and might actually be in a situation to assist her.

I don't like to speculate about the lives of celebrities, but we are told Britney is all healed up right? She is back on stage singing provocative songs like F.U.C.K ME (If you seek Amy) and other numbers. Her body is back in shape and she is on tour. Things are fine right?

The problem is I don't know that things are fine. Britney who fought for custody of her boys, even going so far as to have an armed standoff with the police to keep them with her gave up custody of the boys last year. Kevin Federline now has sole custody and Britney has visitation rights, sort of.

http://www.usmagazine.com/britney-spears-gives-kevin-federline-sole-custody-of-boys
Spears currently has monitored, twice-a-week visitation with her boys, as well as one overnight-a-week.
She lost all visitation rights in January she was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Twice a week supervised visitation. and one overnight a week, which I imagine is also supervised?

Britney does not have control of her own money. She is well enough to perform like a trained doll in front of the audience, but she is not well enough to have control of her money? Shouldn't people be asking questions about this?

http://www.usmagazine.com/news/lawyer-britney-spears-compares-dads-control-to-prison-200914
Britney Spears' life under her dad's conservatorship is like "prison," a lawyer for her former manager, Sam Lutfi, charged today in a hearing at L.A. Superior Court.

John Anderson testified he was contacted by another lawyer, John Eardley, to represent Britney in her fight against the conservatorship (which gives Jamie Spears control over her personal and financial affairs). He also says Jamie's control is causing the singer "emotional distress [that is ongoing] now."
I hate that picture of her. The look does not suit.

http://home.nzcity.co.nz/news/article.aspx?id=99538&fm=newsmain,nrhl
Jamie filed for a restraining order against both men earlier this year, claiming they had harassed Britney, 27.

The ruling follows evidence given by Jamie and Britney's hairstylist and bodyguard, who all claimed the 'Womanizer' singer was scared of Lutfi.

Last month, Britney's former boyfriend paparazzi photographer Adnan Ghalib was also given a three-year restraining order barring him from seeing the star.
So based on the word of her dad, and a hair dresser, Britney Spears who is 27 years old, almost 30 has no say in who can come near her, and she has no control of her money. Yet she is ok enough to be prancing around on stage like a blank doll?

This next bit I found really worrisome.

http://snarkfood.com/britney-spears-wanted-sam-lufti-to-rescue-her-from-daddy/
“[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam,” said Christina, 25, whose brother had once been Spears’s manager. “She wanted him to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids.” Spears allegedly told Christina to meet her on the fifth floor gym of the Peninsula Hotel on Jan. 16. When Christina arrived, Spears was working out with her mother while a bodyguard stood nearby. But they rendezvoused in a sauna where Christina gave her a phone, saying it was from Sam and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, which Spears then hid in a locker. “She asked me, ‘Will Sam be able to help me?’” Christina added.
The phone, however, was later discovered by Spears’s security team and confiscated from her purse.
The next thing I found really worrisome is that he lawyer was being kept away from her. I had been keeping an eye on Britney, because he meltdown and the events around it, made me think she might not be crazy, but a targeted individual made to look crazy. The scary part is if it's true, it means someone with the fame, fortune and celebrity of Britney could have this happen to her.

Remember at her low point she had the kids taken from her, her money, and she was locked away. Also those who might have been trying to help her, were kept away from her. What can someone under those conditions do? Yet she has millions of fans, and none of them are asking the questions, or putting together a free Britney site on facebook? At the very least Britney is a grown adult who's life is being controlled by forces outside of her control, and those paying to see her parade on stage should ask themselves why? If she is well enough to perform like a trained doll why is she not well enough to be in charge of her own money and life? Why is her lawyer being kept from her?

Don't forget that those bodyguards that her dad hired still control her movements. This should worry a lot of people, but it doesn't. All those so called screaming and adoring fans, should be all over this and asking some real questions.

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090428/entertainment/us_people_britney_spears_1
as ordered Britney Spears' former manager and a lawyer to stay away from the pop singer for the next three years.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb issued her ruling Tuesday after hearing testimony and arguments in recent weeks from the men and lawyers for Spears' father, Jamie.
Her lawyer now has to stay away from her? Was the judge paid off? Does he know something that we don't know?
Lawyers for Lutfi and Eardley promised to appeal the ruling, saying the lengthy hearing didn't prove the singer suffered substantial emotional distress as a result of the men's actions.
Lutfi's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said evidence instead pointed to Spears asking his client for help.

"Never before in the history of the world has a restraining order been issued against someone who merely responded to cries for help," Freedman said.
I find it odd as well. Why can't the lawyer challenge the fact that someone is in control of Britney's life other than Britney?
Freedman said the conservatorship was misusing a statute meant for the elderly or severely disabled adults to protect a singer who is currently on an international concert tour.
The singer remains on a tour promoting her most recent album, "Circus." She did not appear during hearings on the petitions, despite repeated requests by Lutfi and Eardley's lawyers to have the singer testify.

Her life remains closely managed by her father, who can restrict her contact with outsiders and controls her access to a cell phone.
Britney not asked or rather not allowed to testify? Does this seem shady to anyone else? Yet all these people claim to be her fans. They all go to her shows, but they don't question the fact that she might be in serious trouble and being held captive by her Dad?

She according to sources, does not have access to cellphones, the bodyguards watch her every move. She can be on tour, but not in control of her own money? Any nobody questions this?

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/bizarre/usa/article2341438.ece
The singer has sent a barrage of text messages to Adnan begging him to help her get out of living under the control of her father.

But Ghalib, 36, is unable to reply because he has been ordered by a judge not to communicate with Britney for three years.

A source said: “She keeps sneaking messages to Adnan begging him to help her win back her freedom.

“She says she is lonely and misses being able to date the men she chooses. She feels trapped.
“She has been begging him to meet her and help her come up with a plan to get out of her dad’s conservatorship.

“Some messages have got back to her via her hairdressers and style team - but Adnan cannot contact her otherwise he will face jail.”
Add to this the fact that Adnan is in some bizarre trouble. As I was following up on his story, it sounds like he is being provoked. Now he is being threatened with deportation, for allegedly hitting or driving at one of those people who sound like they were helping to keep him away from Britney.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1161420/Britneys-ex-Adnan-Ghalib-faces-deportation-Afghanistan-guilty-assault-charges.html
Ghalib, 36, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, hit-and-run and battery.
The charges relate to an incident on 11 February in Los Angeles when a court official tried to serve him with a restraining order to stay away from Britney.

The restraining order was issued by the singer's father, Jamie Spears, who has taken control of her affairs.

Ghalib allegedly tried to run over the court official - the charge of use of a deadly weapon relates to his car.

The photographer moved to Birmingham from Afghanistan with his family when he was five years old, and he works in the US.
I also find it interesting that her new album is called blackout.

If Britney is in trouble, then it sounds like they are trying to remove the people from her life who could help her. If her dad really is keeping her a virtual prisoner, and it's possible, then we need to hear from Britney, but it does not sound like she is free to state her case.

Under the circumstances what can she do? I don't think it's up to her, I think it's up to the so called fans who claim to love her, and who buy the tickets to her show, to ask questions. To wonder why lawyers are being kept away from her, lawyers who claim she is a virtual prisoner to her dads control. Why she can be on some tour, but not have full access to the money she is making from those tours. Why a 27 year old woman, has to have bodyguards choosen by her dad wherever she goes. I think her fans have to ask if Adnan or even Lufti could be telling the truth and if so what does that mean for Britney, who they claim to love so much.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaCteNxtzfM
http://www.actressarchives.com/news.php?id=15542
Yesterday we reported that a woman who is believed to be Britney left a voice message with her lawyer, asking what happens to her custody agreement if her father's conservatorship is ended. Expect Britney Spears to start fighting back like never before in the coming months. And expect it to be a "circus" of its very own.

Hi my name’s Britney Spears. I called you earlier. I’m calling again because I just wanted to make sure that during the process of eliminating the conservatorship that my father has threatened me several times, you know, he’ll take my children away. I just want to be guaranteed that everything will be fine with the process of you guys taking care of everything that things will stay the same as far as my custodial time. That’s it, bye.
If that voicemail is Britney then as late as March she was asking for help. People seem to be just walking around in a maze. It is possible that she is in trouble, and if she is really asking for help, then her fans, so called fans could go a long way towards ensuring that there is enough light shone on the situation to help her get the assistance that she needs.

http://news.celebritywonder.com/2009/04/02/Prisoner_Britney_Spears.html

There is no denying that Britney made some bad choices on her own, but what's ongoing now sounds very worrisome, and it would be good if her fans would look into it on her behalf.

http://www.celebuzz.com/video-britney-spears-feels-like-s65111/
"I think it’s too in control. If I wasn’t under the restraints I’m under, I’d feel so liberated. When I tell them the way I feel, it’s like they hear but they’re really not listening. If you do something wrong in your work, you can move on, but I’m having to pay for a long time. I never wanted to become one of those prisoner people. I always wanted to feel free."
MTV's For the Record airs Sunday, November 30, at 10 p.m.
Informants

The one thing Targeted Individuals have to understand is the concept of Infiltration. This means that agents, hired operatives, civillian informants, etc will try to infiltrate your organizations or your life.

I recently posted an article about Infiltration of online groups. This has been happening for some time now. Many people think if they are posting online that they will not be investigated, but there are infiltrators who try to engage posters in conversations, where they get them to say things against the government, or use talk of violence, something that might not happen without the provocateur. These individuals are on most of the popular forums, and often you won't know who they are. You might get a sense of who they are based on their postings, but that is not always the case.

Here on some things to be aware of regarding Infiltrations.
http://www.theage.com.au/news/technology/security/police-hire-private-spies-to-snoop-online/2008/11/26/1227491580370.html

Police hire private spies to snoop online

THE Internet communications and websites of anti-war campaigners, environmentalists, animal rights activists and other protest groups are being secretly monitored by state and federal agencies.

A Melbourne private intelligence firm specialising in "open-source intelligence" has been engaged by Victoria Police, the Australian Federal Police and the federal Attorney-General's Department to monitor and report on the protest movements' use of the internet.

The monitoring, which has been secretly conducted for at least five years, includes exploring websites, online chat rooms, social networking sites, email lists and bulletin boards to gather information on planned demonstrations and other activities. Many of those monitored have not broken any laws, but it is believed information about their participation in online activities is conveyed to government agencies that also deal with terrorism.
These types of infiltrations are happening all over the Internet. Sometimes the poster will just be observing gathering information and monitoring. In other cases they will perform a similar fuction to their offline components, and they will engage posters in extreme conversations about violence, anti-government sentiments, etc.

When J.Edgar Hoover ran the FBI, the infiltration of the KKK was about 20% infiltration. The agents that had infiltrated the FBI were often responsible for encouraging acts of violence on others, or enacting those acts of violence themselves.
The FBI kept talking with Klan members. By 1965, some 20 percent of Klan members were on the FBI payroll, many occupying leadership positions in seven of the fourteen Klan groups across the country, states political scientist Robert Goldstein in "Political Repression in Modern America: 1870 to the Present,"
http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/3-20-2006-91543.asp
Glick lists four main methods used by the agents:
1) infiltration by agents and informers with the intention to discredit and disrupt;
2) psychological warfare from the outside, using "dirty tricks" to undermine progressive movements;
3) harassment through the legal system, making targets appear to be criminal; and
4) extralegal force and violence including break-ins, vandalism, assaults, and beatings to frighten dissidents and disrupt their movements.

It was COINTELPRO "that enabled the FBI and police to eliminate the leaders of mass movements in the 1960s without undermining the image of the United States as a democracy, complete with free speech and the rule of law.

"Charismatic orators and dynamic organizers were covertly attacked and ‘neutralized’ before their skills could be transferred to others and stable structures established to carry on their work."
This is why new movements have a hard time getting started. The legit movements are often infiltrated, with the provocateurs, or Informants moving to the forefront of the movement.
Dr. King was a target of an elaborate COINTELPRO plot to drive him to suicide and replace him "in his role of the leadership of the Negro people" with conservative Black lawyer Samuel Pierce (later named to President Ronald Reagan's cabinet) according to revisionist historians including Glick and Zinn, who have come to view King's assassination, as well as Malcolm X’s, as domestic covert operations.
The scary part of these operations is that they will allow a movement to go forward as long as they can eventually be in control. This means that had they been successful in getting Martin Luther King Jr, to kill himself, they would have had their man already set in place to take the helm. They don't have a problem with the movement as long as they can run the show, or have their people running the show, and their information getting out to the public.

The other thing to be aware of is that they often start groups themselves, with their own people, this way it seems like there is a movement happening, but again they are running the show.
But Glick and several other researchers argue that COINTELPRO-white appeared only to go after violent right-wing groups, and that the FBI actually gave covert aid to the Ku Klux Klan, Minutemen, Nazis, and other racist vigilantes, under the cover of being even-handed.
"These groups received substantial funds, information, and protection – and suffered only token FBI harassment – so long as they directed their violence against COINTELPRO targets," Glick wrote.

"They were not subjected to serious disruption unless they breached this tacit understanding and attacked established business and political leaders."

Specifically, COINTELPRO documents indicate that some infiltrators discreetly spied for years without calling attention to themselves (like the Soviet moles or sleepers) while others acted as instigators to disrupt meetings and conventions or social and other contacts.
Sleepers that's a scary concept, but even as far back as Cointelpro this idea was used. To always have one of theirs at the helm, ready to take over. It's mind boggling how this system works.
Agents spread rumors, made accusations, inflamed disagreements, and caused splits. "They urged divisive proposals, sabotaged activities, overspent scarce resources, stole funds, seduced leaders, exacerbated rivalries, caused jealousy and public embarrassment to groups. They often led activists into unnecessary danger and set them up for prosecution."

One common maneuver, known as placing a "snitch jacket" or "bad jacket" on an activist, damaged the victim’s effectiveness and generated "confusion, distrust, and paranoia." The maneuver was used to divert time and energy and turn co-workers against one another, even provoking violence.
The only thing that's changed is that they have probably become better at their tactics, and the world at large has become less aware, or completely oblivious.

In Russia this method of dissident infiltration was also used.

http://www.aclu.org/images/asset_upload_file744_30623.pdf
In the Stasi's "War on Dissent," dissenters were the most valuable informants, and the Stasi recruited heavily within the very world it was trying to destroy, employing the very people it was trying to eliminate. As a result, East German dissident-informants often paradoxically "helped the [anti-government] movement , partly simply by swelling its ranks, but also by actively working on opposition activities."
Governments do go after dissidents or those they are trying to eliminate. This way if they can't eliminate the target, they will try to turn the target. So you could actively have members of a movement who are working for both sides. They are moving the movement forward with one hand, and putting it two steps back with the second hand. It's very frustrating, because some of these people did start out as genuine activists, but at some point, they were destitute, set up, arrested, institutionalized, etc. They decided to turn informant and work for the state.

I have come across a few of these in doing this research. At first I would judge these people harshly, but now I feel sorry for some of them. Some are happy enough to sell out, but others just really don't know what to do. They are poor, and without means and resources. This is something groups should be aware of. Someone who is a true target today, might become a turned Informant working for the state. It's a very scary concept, but it's again something to be aware of.

http://security.resist.ca/personal/informants.shtml
Some types of infiltrators stay in the background and offer material support, other informants may have nothing to do with the group or action, but initially heard certain plans and tipped off the police. Among the more active types of infiltrators can be a gregarious person that quickly wins group trust. Some infiltrators will attempt to gain key forms of control, such as of communications/ secretarial, or finances. Other informants can use charm and sex to get intimate with activists, to better spy or potentially destabilize group dynamics.

Active infiltrators can also be provocateurs specializing in disruptive tactics such as sowing disorder and demoralizing meetings or demos, heightening conflicts whether they are interpersonal or about action or theory, or pushing things further with bravado and violent proposals. Infiltrators often need to build credibility; they may do this by claiming to have participated in past actions.

Also, infiltrators will try to exploit activist sensibilities regarding oppression and diversity. Intelligence organizations will send in someone who will pose as a person experiencing the common oppression of the particular activist group. For example, in the 1960's, the Weather Underground ("Weathermen" - a white anti-imperialist armed struggle in the US) was infiltrated by an "ordinary Joe" informant with a working class image. Black war veterans were used to infiltrate the Black Panther Party.
You will see this a lot if you visit some online or offline groups. They profile you in many cases before hand, so they think they know what triggers to use on you. The only thing you can do is profile yourself and know yourself better than they think they know you. They will try to play off of your vulnerabilities if they can find them.

The government also used Informants on the panthers, that's how they knew where Fred Hampton would be, and the informant might have drugged Fred Hampton, just before the assassination.

http://www.thirdworldtraveler.com/FBI/Fed_Bureau_Intimidation.html
In 1976, the mothers of the victims filed a civil rights suit against the FBI. The COINTELPRO files released during the trial showed that the FBI had an informant named William O'Neal in the Chicago Panthers. O'Neal was a trusted friend of Hampton and chief of security in the Chicago chapter. Taylor described, "He was the classic provocateur under COINTELPRO, always suggesting far-out violent schemes. He turned out to be the Judas who helped set up Fred Hampton's murder"

O'Neal fed information to FBI agent Roy Mitchell, who worked closely with the Chicago Police Department's Gang Intelligence Unit, the squad that dealt specifically with Black organizations. Days before the raid, O'Neal gave Mitchell a detailed floor plan of Hampton's apartment that indicated where Hampton and his fiancee Akna Ajeri (who was eight months pregnant with their child at the time of the raid) usually slept. Taylor also believes that there is strong evidence that O'Neal drugged Hampton on the day of the raid. Hampton's autopsy showed a large amount of secobarbital in his system, despite the fact that he was militantly against drugs.

Hampton was shot in the head in his bed. He never even woke up. In 1982, after many appeals, the courts finally awarded survivors of the raid $1.85 million in damages. But to this day, no police or FBI agents have ever been indicted for these ruthless murders.
An Informant was also able to get close to Malcolm X and became one of his bodyguards.

http://www.etext.org/Politics/Buzzkill/buzzkill.7
Malcolm X as early as 1953, when the young minister for the Nation of Islam was placed on a Security Index of people top be rounded up and detained in times of "danger to national security." and there was at least one under cover informant present at his assassination:Malcolm's bodyguard Gene Roberts, who was actually an undercover cop with the New York Police Depart-ment's Bureau of Special Services (BOSS).
These people in organizations have a way of rising to the top, getting into trusted positions. That is a part of the consistent M.O. that we see with Infiltrators. In researching I have not found any one surefire way of dealing with them.

The paid Infiltrators are often profiled, these are individuals that they would like to use as Informants.

http://november.org/stayinfo/breaking08/MolesWanted.html
Carroll, who requested that his real name not be used, showed up early and waited anxiously for Swanson's arrival. Ten minutes later, he says, a casually dressed Swanson showed up, flanked by a woman whom he introduced as FBI Special Agent Maureen E. Mazzola. For the next 20 minutes, Mazzola would do most of the talking.

"She told me that I had the perfect 'look,'" recalls Carroll. "And that I had the perfect personality -- they kept saying I was friendly and personable -- for what they were looking for."
What they were looking for, Carroll says, was an informant -- someone to show up at "vegan potlucks" throughout the Twin Cities and rub shoulders with RNC protestors, schmoozing his way into their inner circles, then reporting back to the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force, a partnership between multiple federal agencies and state and local law enforcement. The effort's primary mission, according to the Minneapolis division's website, is to "investigate terrorist acts carried out by groups or organizations which fall within the definition of terrorist groups as set forth in the current United States Attorney General Guidelines."

Carroll would be compensated for his efforts, but only if his involvement yielded an arrest. No exact dollar figure was offered.

"I'll pass," said Carroll.

For 10 more minutes, Mazzola and Swanson tried to sway him. He remained obstinate.
"Well, if you change your mind, call this number," said Mazzola, handing him her card with her cell phone number scribbled on the back.
This young man was originally arrested for spray painting. (There is no way to know if he was encouraged by an Informant to perform the action.)

After he served his time for the activity, he was contacted to become an Informant, which he declined. Yet they still kept pressuring him.

http://www.stormfront.org/forum/showthread.php?t=550324

A similar scenario happened to a young man over at the Storm Front Forum. He called to find out more information about the local laws regarding Firearms in the state. A few days later he was paid a visit by the FBI. After discussing his phone call, which is what initiated the visit. He was asked to become a paid Informant to infiltrate white nationalist organizations. He was also asked to name anyone he knew who was involved in any illegal activities.

He advised that he was not aware of anyone involved in illegal activities, and that he did not wish to become an informant. Since then he has been a target of Gang Stalking, and they occasionally call him to see if he will change his mind and become an Informant, which he constantly declines.
(The best thing to do in this scenario is to get a lawyer, and give them the phone number or the card of your lawyer the next time they come calling. )

This information is from the security culture brochure. If you do get a lawyer expect even more retaliation, but it's apparently the best method for dealing with this kind of pressure.

http://www.gangstalkingworld.com/Handbook/TheHiddenEvil.pdf

On his former website, and PDF Mark M. Rich had also mentioned that these support groups might have been infiltrated.
If you join a support group, you may also receive harassment via threads posted on message boards. Like other mediums of harassment, the topics of these threads may be about events that are unfolding in your personal life, as well as threats or insults covertly directed at you. This will probably happen repeatedly by the same person or people.

They may also employ some Gaslighting, or Jacketing tactics. Jacketing was often used during Cointelpro to make genuine activists look like informants.(10) Some internet groups which help stalking victims are heavily populated with perpetrators posing as victims.(7) Some of these perpetrators seem to be very vocal & popular members of these support groups. It seems that this a damage-control mechanism put in place to corral people, manage them to some
degree, & impede the groups' progress. These people may also help with misdirecting events, or generally keeping groups disorganized & ineffective, under the illusion that progress is being been made.

These informants/perpetrators will give you correct information, & you may not find out until later that they're trying to traumatize you as well. You may not be able to make other group members aware of it, as these informants may be well-respected members. It seems like a contradiction. Why would a perpetrator give you valuable information?

While I don't know the exact answer to this question, here are some possibilities:
1.They know you would have eventually found the information anyway, so this trade-off is worth appearing genuine & gaining your trust, which may be exploited at a later date.
2.Create fear & uncertainty within you, causing you to doubt your own judgment.
3.Thismay further traumatize a person with feelings of hopelessness when they learn that a very well respected group member is harassing him/her.If you think that the people who oversee these neutralization programs have not infiltrated these groups, or even deliberately created some as a catch-net in order to disrupt & minimize progress, you are probably mistaken.

The people who designed this system were not incompetent & some of these support groups seem to be just another phaseof the campaign. If you find yourself on the receiving end of repeated covert or overt criticism by one or more of these prominent victims, you can give yourself a great big pat on the back. This one of many layers in this system of control that you'll encounter.

Also, some people who may have been genuinely trying to raise awareness, may have been bribed, blackmailed or simply tortured (Directed Energy Weapons) into becoming informants, & therefore, have been compromised. Some of the most outspoken victims & leaders in these groups appear to be deliberately operating within boundaries designed to slow progress. And, as in most social systems, there is envy, fear & jealously. If you choose to participate in one of these support groups, you may want to limit your exposure to certain people. However, although these groups are fraught with perpetrators, not all of them are. So you may still want to attend meetings & events as it will be a good opportunity to connect with other people. You will find many people who are very decent & you may even make somenew friends. Trust your own judgment.

I have been in contact with perpetrators posing as victims on the phone & via email that have hinted that I must not be genuine. It is likely that these fake victims have probably spread lies to targeted individuals indicating that I'm not really targeted since I don't appear to be suffering or helpless. If you are raising awareness, then discrediting attempts such as these will be standard practice. It appears to be critical that they attempt to isolate you from group members who you may have a positive influence on. Once again, organizations were heavily infiltrated during Cointelpro & jacketing was used extensively.(10)
In his research in the PDF Mark had formerly covered the concept of Infiltrations as well. I am not sure if this is covered on the new site.

Infiltrations and organizations seem to go hand in hand. Even if you start out with a good crop of individuals, you still have the possibility of Informants infiltrating the group. They are prone to achieving high levels of trust in organizations, they can also be used for disruption and disinformation. They can even be used as sleeper cells for down the line.

With Infiltration the idea is sometimes to destroy the organization, at other times it is to ensure the state is in control of the organization, this is true offline and online. This is also true for personal infiltrations. Getting someone into your life so they are in a position of trust, which can be used later.

The idea is to not become too paranoid, because then you will not be able to function, however it's wise to be cognizant of these Infiltrations on a personal and professional level.

The Set Up's

In researching Gang Stalking I have had to focus on how Informants are used. What I am finding is that Informants are an integral part of society, they are used at every level, and are an ingrained feature of some societies and have been for some time.

The other aspect of the Informant system that I am coming across is one that many would describe as conspirital. This involves the use of Informants to set up average individuals themselves to become Informants.

These set up's can happen for drugs, illegal materials, sexual assault accusations, pedophilia accusations, getting friends to steal from stores, stolen goods, embarrassing or compromising situations, illegal or immoral situations that are covered up, there are so many different ways the Informant is used for these set up's. The unsuspecting target or pawn might never suspect that cousin Ed, that old friend, neighbour, co-worker is calling out of the blue not to get reacquainted, but to try to help set you up.

Quote:
the unethical recruitment of drug informants Submitted by bobbie (not verified) on September 19, 2008 - 4:34am.
My son was targeted by local law enforcement simply because they valued him as a potential drug informant.

They were interested in him because he did construction work for someone who had a permit to grow marijuana plants.

He had no drug violations. The detectives targeted his specific vulnerabilities, and played on his sympathy with an older informant who said he was going through a bad divorce, and needed marijuana for his anxiety.

The 4 detectives witnessed and videotaped the sale, but did not arrest him. They waited until he reported for a scheduled jail time for a DUI, and rearrested him without publicity, and without family support.

They told him he was "screwed", and would he work for them? When he didn't want to consent without talking with his girlfriend, they went after her at work and threatened to prosecute her. He pleaded guilty and got 2 years prison, leaving his 8 yr old son without a dad. Please take a stand against this unethical activity.
These systemic setup's have been going on for many years unchecked. The above example should be helpful in comprehending how these set up's are being conducted. If you think there is no such thing as a conspiracy in society you would be wrong.

The local law enforcement wanted this woman's son as an informant. I am not sure if they asked him first, but most likely they just created a scenario where a set up could happen.
They were not really interested in her son, the true target was his employer, look at the steps they went through to get to this person.

1. They profiled her son, to figure out what his vulnerability would be.
2. They hired an Informant who had access to her son. It's hard to say if they set up the Informant first or not.
3. They used the Informant to entrap her son, assuming that he would become a snitch.
4. Had they been successful, it would have been a matter of time before this woman's son would have been asked to either set up his employer, or do something to make him look guilty and set him up in that manner.

That's the way it's working, and has been for some time now. This happens in society a lot. It's systemic. If you don't think this way, operate this way, you might not know it when you see it, or experience it.

The above scenario is what we call a conspiracy, and that one was initiated by local law enforcement. In my readings and research this is not a one time thing, these setup's are happening all the time, and at every level and sector of society. Some on the record, many off the record, but the end result is the same, these people are owned by the system and can be used later on as needed.

Here is a made up scenario of a set up. A local politician is the target. There is no access to this person directly. He has a secretary, who after profiling her, she turns up clean, and there is no way to her directly, but Ms. secretary has a son, who's not that bright. He get's set up, the mother get's involved and has a choice of helping her son stay out of jail, or turning Informant. She agrees, thus giving TPTB access to the politician and and opportunity to gain access to this person, or introduce others into his realm, so that he in turn can be set up. Provided all goes as planned, this politician will then be a part of the system. There might not be any official records of this, but each will be owned by the state. That's a set up.

In a scenario like the one above, this person can then be used, if a policy needs to be voted on a specific way, etc.

In society there are similar scenarios working happening all the time, many less complex that are just person to person, drugs being the most common. Many in society are not immune to drugs, or getting arrested for drugs, as we saw recently with the arrest of Sarah Palin's in-law.

http://newsok.com/mother-of-bristol-palins-boyfriend-arrested/article/3331499
Alaska state police have arrested the mother of Bristol Palin's boyfriend on drug charges. Palin is the daughter of Gov. Sarah Palin.

Sherry L. Johnston was arrested Thursday after officers served a search warrant on a Wasilla home. The 42-year-old Johnston has been charged with six felony drug counts.
In this review of the book Snitch Culture, Jim Redden focuses on the use of Informants, and how pervasive the practise has become. The book was written almost a decade ago, but has become even more relevant then ever, in today's modern society.
As American enters the New Millennium, this country is in the grip of a government-created surveillance system which permeates every aspect of our lives. The economy is booming and things couldn¹t be better for the vast majority of citizens. Serious crime is at a 30-year low, with murder and other violent felonies dropping in every region of the nation. Minorities are earning more than ever before, and the schools have never been safer. And yet, despite this good news, large segments of the population live in fear - a fear created and exploited by opportunistic politicians and power-hungry law enforcement officials to justify the most sophisticated police state ever created.

And at the heart of this nightmare is the snitch, the government's weapon of choice against criminals and law-abiding citizens alike.
This is the true evil of this system. Many people in society assume that if you follow the law, if you are law abiding, then this does not apply to you, after reading through many stories I see that this is not the case. You can be affected and are more likely at some point to be affected by this system if you are not aware of how it's working.
Such tips can trigger a broad range of responses by federal, state and local authorities, from home visits by child care and mental health specialists to deadly raids by heavily-armed SWAT units. Governments have spent billions of dollars in recent years militarizing local police departments across the country, and creating special federal units with overwhelming firepower. They are all ready and waiting for an informant to send them on their next mission. The result of all this snitching has been boiled down to a simple bumpersticker that can be seen on cars and trucks in all 50 state: "I love my country, but fear my government."

The Snitch Culture did not come about by accident. It was deliberately created by Democrats and Republicans alike, working with federal, state and local law enforcement officials to build a nationwide intelligence-gathering network which is impossible to escape. This surveillance system did not spring to life overnight. It was assembled in pieces over the past century in reaction to one manufactured threat to the American way of life after another, each requiring new laws, new law enforcement agencies, and new informants to enforce. Our political and law enforcement leaders repeatedly seize on bizarre but isolated incidents to create the image of a country under attack from all sides. The threats have ranged over the years from anarchists to marijuana to Communists to heroin to Muslims to methamphetamine to white supremacists, but in each case the government¹s response has been the same - a new domestic war. The War on Crime. The War on Drugs. The War on Terrorism. The War on Youth Violence.
Many in society myself included believe that wars on drugs, gangs were for the betterment of
society, but in reality there seems to have been a different and separate agenda working. Something far more sinister that many are not willing to believe or accept.
The result is a society driven by manufactured mass paranoia, where personal betrayal is seen as a virtue instead of the lowest form of human behavior. And as the 21st Century begins to unfold, this perverse version of reality is being exported around the world. Seamless global surveillance is the ultimate goal. All it takes is a tip from a snitch to make you a target.
Before my research into Gang Stalking, I really believed that if you called in a tip to the police it would be quickly and properly investigated and the person if innocent would be cleared, but as we have seen with the war on terror, this is not the case, many innocent people are having their lives ruined. Most people never see the end result of what is set in motion after a tip is made. Many others are all too aware of the events that will be set in motion and are all too happy to partake in the ruin of an innocent persons life.

What can be done to correct what is happening? Exposure and awareness are key, but also societies mentality has changed. Many in society glorify snitching, many people think that it's ok to set someone up, too many are unaware, or unwilling to believe how prevalent the Informant system is.

These are some of the key changes that would be required to correct a system that has become corrupt in too many societies.

Laws that require all Informants no matter who they are to be registered as such, at every level in society.

Record all Informant deals. It's the only way to get a true record of who is an Informant and how wide spread the Informant Infection has become in society.

Do I expect the above changes to be implemented? Not really, but these are the scenarios that would help stop much of the corruption that we see, and are experiencing at many levels of society today.

The only real way then that an individual can affect change is to just say no. When they get into a situation where they are asked to snitch for unjust reasons, or for unethical set up's, the best way to change what is happening in society is to just say no.

Chain Reaction
After researching much of the information regarding the Informant system, I believe this is at the heart of much of the corruption that we are seeing in our society. In our justice systems and in our communities. I believe this system is enslaving large portions of society. I also believe that there are many of us that were and are blissfully unaware of what is happening and will remain so until it is too late.

There is a chain reaction that is happening in society that if left unchecked has the potential to infect and destroy the very core of society that we have all known and depended on. That is of course the snitching infection. I call it that, because there is no other way to describe some of the events that I have read about while doing research into the Informant system.

While researching this phenomenon I have come across people who one minute seemed like average decent persons, and the next minute after being caught up in the Snitching/Informant system were willing to sell their very mothers down the drain to keep themselves free. This is not going to be the case for every Informant, but it's the case with too many that are a part of this system.

Once let loose back into society many will continue with a life of crime. others will continue with what I call the game.

The Game

The game is one of set up's and betrayal where the Informant will try to set someone up for a fall. They will choose a target and the unsuspecting target will get caught up in a scheme of some kind, eventually be arrested, they do not necessarily have to have committed a crime, and then the informant will testify against the person they entrapped, or other informants will. Once this new person is caught up in the game, should they be turned informant then the cycle continues once again.

I don't know how many Informants are a part of this game that is ongoing in society, but I suspect that the many are, and all of them once they decide to become informants are owned by the system, and their handlers. That means anytime the government wants or needs a favor guess who they will call upon? Do you begin to see the makings of a corrupt society? Remember they could call upon these informants years later after these informants have been let loose.

Many of these Informants will also go onto have careers, and even become contributing members of society, but they are still owned by the state. A lot of these Informant deals are kept off the records, meaning that the person is owned by a handler, but there might not be an official record of it, but when that handler needs a favor, that Informant will be called upon, and will risk exposure if they do not comply.
For example, unlike a classic plea bargain, informant deals lack finality because an informant's obligations are ongoing. Written co-operation agreements often extend a defendant's obligations into perpetuity, while informal, unwritten agreements last as long as the police or prosecutor wishes to use that informant.
To understand how the game works, we will review three case studies. These are just a few of the many that I came across when reading the stories on the wall. It's a continued pattern of set up on unsuspecting pigeons, and hardened Informants who will do what they need to do to stay out of jail.

http://www.november.org/thewall/wall/wall.html

Before we review the case studies I am going to again remind you of some statistics.

http://www.aclu.org/images/asset_upload_file744_30623.pdf
as many as fifty percent of African American males in some cities - are in contact with the criminal justice system and therefore potentially under pressure to snitch. By relying heavily on snitching, particularly in drug-related cases, law enforcement officials create large numbers of informants who remain at large in the community, engaging in criminal activities while under pressure to provide information about others. These snitches are a communal liability: they increase crime and threaten social organization, interpersonal relationships, and socio-legal norms in their home communities, even as they are tolerated or under-punished by law enforcement because they are useful.

The uncoordinated, widespread use of informants in the United States by thousands of different police departments and various federal agencies does not of course, amount to the focused, purposeful political mission of the Stasi. But if anywhere near eight percent of the male population in inner city communities is snitching, that figure meets or surpasses Stasi level of between one and ten percent of the total population as informers.
http://november.org/stayinfo/breaking08/HoffmanCase.html
If things had gone according to plan, you never would have heard of 23-year-old Rachel Hoffman. She would have just been another confidential informant, one of more than an estimated 100,000 in the United States who work with police to send someone else to jail.
These figures do not include people who are informers via work, school, or community group programs. When we take into consideration numbers such as that, we are looking at an epidemic that is worst than what happened in East Germany. Keep in mind that in addition to all this, there will also be 800,000 Terrorism Liaison Officers added to the Informant population in the United States. These figures should wake up America and other cities to the dangers of what is happening in various societies.

The Game

To understand the game you might want to picture it in the sense of how a disease spreads, you start with on carrier and that person infects one person right after another. Some of those carriers will go on to infect others. Some will be dormant and not infect anyone. You might also want to think of the movie lifeforce, where one has the constant need to feed on one person after another, then those victims need to feed on others. You can have a very sick and infested city in a short space of time if such an infection goes unchecked.

The game is one of the Informant being placed primarily back in society, but this could also happen in jail, where an informant via lies, deceit, entrapment or some other methods set's up another person to take a fall. That person then come in contact with the criminal justice system, they can then choose to become informants themselves, or refusing to do so, will spend lengthy spaces of time in prison. This game is primarily enacted via drugs, but that's not the extent of it. Shoplifting is another example. I see this used with the teenaged informants, setting up their friends to steal from the stores, so that they in turn can become snitches.

Theft, drugs, stolen cars, any crime that someone can make a deal with police to become informants, they can be released back into society and are a danger to the rest of society. This is not to say that all Informants are horrible people, many just did not want to be in jail, some others are a true danger to society, nearly all are under pressure by the government to produce other Informants, and that obligation is never ending, some are allowed to lay dormant, till they can be of use.

http://november.org/stayinfo/breaking08/FL-Hoffman6.html
In Hoffman's case, it was the work of another informer that led to her own work for the police.

On April 15, an informer told Tallahassee police that Hoffman had sold marijuana in the past but hadn't done so recently, according to police records.

At the time, Hoffman, 23, was in a pretrial drug diversion program because of charges of possession of marijuana and resisting arrest in February 2007. To stay in the program, she had to stay out of trouble.

Two days after police got the informer's tip, a Tallahassee police officer stopped Hoffman as she was getting into her car
http://www.mapinc.org/images/Hoffman.jpg

Rachael Hoffman then went on to become an Informant. She first tried to set up a close friend and when that failed, the close friend helped her find the dealers who she tried to buy drugs from on behalf of the police. The sting went wrong and she was killed. Had this gone successfully, those drug dealers if they agreed to become informants might have been released back into society as Informants and the cycle would have continued. It's a frightening cycle that has become more widespread than can be imagined.

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/snitch/

Case number 2.

Joey Settembrino was a young 18 year old, just about to go off to college.
He was set up by an Informant. The Informant was a close friend of his. He use to spend his weekends at the Informants house.
He was a very good friend. I had known the guy for many years. We had gone out every weekend, fishing on his boat, hydrosliding, skiing. I was very shocked; it was very unexpected. It's not something you expect from friends.
In an Informants society, it's what you expect from just about everyone and it makes people suspicious and closed off. This is what happened in East Germany once the population became aware of what was happening. In America many Americans are not aware that these types of games are being played. In these cases the targets were encouraged and did get into illegal activities, however that is not always the case, and many times innocent people who had nothing to do with illegal activities are still caught up in these games and convicted on the testimony of Informants.
He wanted me to go back to the house where I got the acid from and get something else. They wanted me to wear a wire and they wanted me to go back there ... to buy some other type of drug, no matter what it was, whatever he had in the house, so they could set him up. Just a chain reaction, one gets to one, one gets the other and they just keep going. I told him that I couldn't do that, that I didn't get the drugs from that house. At that time I was really confused. I was shocked, and I told him that I couldn't do anything for him. But he kept trying, he kept threatening, talking about a lot of time. "You're going to do 25 years. You're going to be in prison your whole life." ... He really tried to scare me. But I told him I couldn't do anything for him ... . [Eventually] they went back to the house in which I got it from, they arrested the other guy, my friend [who I bought the acid from]. And he's now doing a 10-year sentence along with me.
Joey said it best. This is like a chain reaction that just keeps going and going. One get's one, then another and another and another. Those in turn get others and the cycle continues. Remember it's not just drugs, and it's not just the guilty that are being caught up in this game. If we review cases of Gang Stalking, we hear of men who thought that a woman had entered their life for the sole purpose of setting them up to look like a rapist or something else.

There are stories of targets being framed or other set up's, and there are targets that do turn informant and then go back into society and try to harm other targets. This is happening in ever sector of society. Rachel, Joey and even Clarence were all going off to college, or had finished college when they were caught up in these stings.

Joey refused to become a snitch and thus spent 10 years in jail. His friend that set him up, who had been caught for drugs himself, was back on the streets, selling drugs, and setting up at least 11 or 12 others in the first year that Joey was in jail.
Do you know why they wanted you?
I've asked that question, I've asked myself that a thousand times, "Why me? Why did he set me up?" ...
In this game that is happening, I would say that they want just about everyone. They will get some people via community programs to be Informants, some via their places of employment, or community programs. Now the people who are informants via community programs and other legit means might not play the game of setting people up directly, but they are still part of the game, and they still work hand in hand with these others that are playing by a different set of rules. Many might not be aware of who they are working hand in hand with. At the end of the day, they all work for the state, government and all the orders come from the same sources.

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/snitch/cases/aaron.html

Clearance is in jail because he introduced two parties that wanted to buy or sell drugs to each other. He had never been involved with drugs before, but one day his cousin called him up and asked him if he could find someone to buy drugs from. He said he knew some people and thought that they might be involved in dealing, he would check into it.

Clearances case is interesting because all the other parties who turned Informant received less time than he did. He does not know why his cousin and the others turned against him and lied, or why the prosecutor seemed intent on punishing him because he would not snitch and become an Informant.
What was it like having your friends testify against you?

Well, we're sitting in the courtroom. These guys that I knew all my life came up, and they said [stuff] about me that wasn't true, and they hurt me. It really truly hurt me, Robert and James really hurt me 'cause James is my first cousin. I looked up to him all my life. Robert was supposed to be my best friend at the time. We grew up together from playing Pop ball all the way up to high school ball together, and I couldn't believe that they would sit there, in front of me ... and say the things that they said about me ... . [The] only thing I could say was it wasn't true. But nobody believed me ... . You had to have a fall guy, and I was that person.
It should be noted that the others involved all had prior drug convictions. Which means if they were out on the street and able to set him up, they were likely already Informants. He doesn't know why they turned on him, but it's possible that this might have been the idea from the get go. The assumption being that he would turn snitch and then be in a prime candidate on the college campus, a pawn to be used to set up other pawns, because that is how the game works.
Why did he do it?

Well, I had a opportunity to talk to James one time ... . He said, "Man, I'm sorry, man." I say, "James, why you do me like that?" He say, "Because I had no choice." I said, "What you mean you have no choice in the matter?" He say "Because Miss Griffin say she didn't want Bob to try your case." She say if [he] didn't cooperate and do what she told him to do, that she was going to hurt him worse in his case ... . He say, "Well, the prosecutor Miss Griffin said if I don't do it she going to put me in prison for the rest of my life ... . I got to do what I got to do."
He stats that the prosecutor pulled his cousin aside and when his cousin went back on the stand, his cousin lied. This is not the first time scenarios like this have happened, it can only be imagined what these prosecutors or handlers have on these Informants to make them sell out their own friends, and family.
And the real drug dealers are out --
On the street now. And probably doing the same thing they were doing before they went in. I just don't understand.
He also does not understand, but if you review enough of these cases, you start to see a pattern and you start to understand, this is how the game works, and yes they are probably back on on the street looking for the next pigeon to set up, and try to turn them into informants.
It reminds me of something a forum member once told me. This guy said that he was set up because he met this woman online, who he dated only to discover that she was married. Her husband got mad and that's why he thought he was set up.

The person on my forum pointed out that he had met the woman via some co-workers who introduced him to the website where he located this woman. The person on my forum suggested that he was probably profiled and set up by the co-workers who sent him to the site, knowing he would met this woman. The idea is that these games and set up's take place long before the victim is aware that they are part of a game.

The Global outlook.

Targets of Gang Stalking complain that even when they leave countries such as the U.K., Canada, U.S. that the stalking continues. That is understandable we have seen muli-governmental corporation in other investigations.

What is not understandable and the most frightening sector of this is that various targets have moved to a variety of countries and they all report the same thing, Informants that are able to follow them 24/7.

This suggest that these Informant networks are getting global in nature. They are popping up in areas that are unexpected, and if this trend continues we will have a global surveillance society.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/aug/04/israelandthepalestinians.middleeast1/print
Middle East: Israel's secret police pressuring sick Gazans to spy for them, says report· Treatment only offered to would-be informants· Patients allowed to cross the border drops sharply
The same situation is happening in Iraq where they previously had family structures that might have prevented Informant networks from spreading as rapidly. The country will be rebuilt and the Informant structure will be a part of it.

Why would a global surveillance society be necessary?

I will not speculate. I will however say that based on research many societies in history that had a dictator, tyrant, or despot who came to power and who wanted to pull off an unpopular agenda's such as Hitlers Germany, or Stasi East Germany, employed an army of Informants. It's the most effective way that a society can control, monitor and subdue the inhabitants.

Since history has shown us that these informant networks are often needed to move forward tyrannical agendas, then can it be assumed that if we could slow down or stop the chain reaction of the Informant movement, we might be able to stop some of the corruption that we are seeing in many areas of society?

Stopping the Chain Reaction.

To stop the Informant infection people need to be aware that there is a lethal chain reaction happening in many parts of society. They need the understanding of how the game is played, and awareness of how far spread and how far reaching it is.

In America prison system reform could go a long way towards fixing the system that has become corrupt. Then prosecutors would not be as dependent on the testimonies of Informants and the power could start to shift back.

The family structure. Communities with less stable family structures are more vulnerable to this system.

People need to be aware that these entrapment's are happening at every level of society, ever profession in society, thus why it goes all the way up to the top.

If people are unaware, they will not realise the various ways that people can become entrapped, including using someone that you are in a personal association with, or who you just "accidentally" meet. Someone you have a business relationship with.

Some people they will use their own greed and stupidity against them. Other will be a deliberate trap, others will be framed and will have committed no crime. Not being aware of how this system works, many will quietly accept off the record deals, and thus become indebted to the state, able to be used at will. Remember this is happening at all levels of society. Rich, poor, black, white, male, female.

If you have a parent, grandparent that was a snitch, Informant, they might try to go after the next generation.

Your friends, family, co-workers, anyone that is an Informant not by choice but by force, can be a liability to an innocent person.

The problem is more widespread that many realise, and what's even worst is the silence that surrounds this problem in society. Till it's talked about, discussed, and exposed it will continue to infect society, and have far reaching and unimaginable consequences, not just for those caught up in the game, but for the many unsuspecting victims, targets, or pigeons yet to come. This is not just happening at local levels. Targets have moved to various countries around the globe and encounter the same type of surveillance network.

We must stop this chain reaction. Awareness and exposure are key.
