Heartfelt Gratitude

Real Dream

I am blogging a lot, cause I will not be posting for the next little while, so I wanted to share as much as possible.

Ok I got through and had a real dream. I know that sounds funny, but vs the faux dreams I have been having. It's funny but the element or one of the elements that real dreams have vs faux dreams has been so obvious for the years that I have been dreaming, but I had forgotten what that missing element was.

So at least that portion of my subconscious is not destroyed, just co-opted. Ok this answers that question, and yes real dreams feel very different than the encoded mind fluff that I have had to deal with, plus you actually rest in real dreams. Even if it's just a short dream, you actually have energy after. Not always, but your mind get's a work out that just does not happen with he faux dreams. I don't want to say what the missing elements are, but to anyone who dreams it will probably be obvious if I did point it out.

Thoughts to speech

The subvocalized thoughts to speech that have been happening in the dreams, also happen during deep meditative prayers. I have been praying for years, and for anyone who prays they can be silent, but you often have a goal in mind, but you never hear yourself say the words. Well now with the subvocalized stuff, the intentions of the prayers can be heard being translated into speech. That is kind of cool, cause now I know that my unvocalized intentions actually do have a word components. I am now talking about those two second prayers you do while awake, I am talking about deep meditative prayers, at a lucid or just deeper level, another deeper level of consciousness, semi conscious, but again closer to the dream state. When you pray most times it's in silence, or you might pray a scripture, but at other times it's just silent prayers, or meditations, well no anymore. The intentions get translated, and I know the words of the intentions. I have been praying for years, this just does not happen. This is subvocalized intentions translated into speech, it's kind of nifty. Again this does not seem to happen while awake, or I am just not aware of it. It seems to just be in the R.E.M. sleep state, or that deep meditative prayer state.

Community

Gregory a target came to my aid with some really valuable information, when I needed it. He left some informative comments on one of the posts. Like I stated when it's not your situation, you just can't understand the full impact of what the person is going through, or what they have been going through. He shared some very personal things that had happened to him, and I don't have the words to say how truly horrible and abominable what was done to him was. It's truly disgusting and there are not the words. These people are the lowest form of filth to crawl the earth, there is nothing else that can be said. I am truly and deeply disgusted by what was done to him, and I do hope that these people will pay for what was done. There are a lot of people who are getting away with a lot of abuses and it is just not ok, it is not alright and it is not acceptable.

I can only again express my deepest sympathies for what was done to him, but I know that it does not go far enough. The violation of his person and his spirit was truly unacceptable, and to be honest there is no true name for such a violation except for unacceptable. That is what it should truly have been termed, unacceptable.

I hope if you are out there you read this, and I do thank you and all the others for the information and feedback that you provided in my time of need. Clearly parts of this are ongoing, and a remedy will have to be made, but there are a lot's of this that could have been much worst. I want to thank the members of the community, or strangers for the helpful tips that were also provided, such as earth stones. The nice thing about being a part of a community is we truly don't have to go through these things alone.

As a Targeted Individual I often wonder where can help be found? Who can really look at or assist with the plight of Targeted Individuals?

God – A lot of Targets believe in God or express a belief and many pray constantly that an answer will be found. I think it’s well to have faith in God. I feel very sorry for those in our situation that do not. Some others have started to lose their faith. I hope that you will use this situation to have your faith enriched or strengthened, do not lose your faith, do not let this situation rob you of that.

Kings -Some will put their faith in Kings and Princes. In the olden days you might have appealed to the King who in some societies held the highest seat in the land and had real powers, true kingdoms on earth, where the word or a nod was enough to save and deliver from the jaws of death. Though principalities and kingdoms do hold some sway on earth, many of our countries are no longer governed this way, and those that are, might not hold the same degree of power that they once did in other times. Even if they did, the plight of targets might not be the cause of the day to champion, so again would it truly make a difference? Maybe if you moved to a small Island where the word of the ruling monarch was still the law of the land, but otherwise many monarchies are bureaucracies in today’s society, and governed by the laws of the land, and the will of the people.

Presidents -Do you turn to presidents? Yeah. As they are jet setting around the world, writing their next books, they do not care about the plight of the Targeted Individual. I am sorry, but I have heard from enough targets who have written to this administration here, that administration there. The sad reality is that many of these in power at some point, past present or future, probably wrote or helped to strengthen the laws that are today being used to carry out and conduct the tortures that we are experiencing.

I know many are under the false impression that someone listen or care, but I am doubtful. I think there have been enough letters written, enough cries and appeals for help, that the incense of the requests could have made their way to the highest levels and it will do no good. Sure they could someday be shamed into taking action, that is what is nice about the power of the people, it’s what worked in other countries for exposing abuses and I think it is what is more likely to work, than actually catching the sympathies or humanities of these individuals.

Yes someday in the future we are likely to get some lame apology from some politician, maybe even a future president and they will claim how much they did not know what was going on, what have you, but the reality will be that it’s a lie. Enough targets have written to enough administrations that there is awareness, but just not the desire to care, unfortunately if it’s not happening to them or their families, there is very little reason to care or put a stop to any of this.

Also presidents are people, and they only have so much power, stopping a system of corruption also requires the will of the people, many can not or might feel that they can not act alone, but reality is that our cause is likely not to be as important as the next international trip around the world.

Politicians -They are the same, the odd politician might pretend to be interested in the plight of targeted individuals, but like presidents, many of these people are probably happen and use the very programs designed to destroy our lives, thinking that it will protect them. I am sure you might find the odd politician that truly listens and does learn to care, or take on our cause, but a single politician in and of themselves might not be enough to stop what is happening, and if they did, they could well risk becoming a target.

Media -Do we trust our media to break the story and save us? The media in many cases are aware, and have unsympathetically chosen to not report the story. The odd time the truth does break through and the story does get reported, for those who have had a conscience and who have reported the story in a decent capacity in any manner we are greatful, but unless we can elevate awareness across the board, most of the media will continue to ignore the story. Unless this topic can become so everyday and discussed on the forums, and blogs, and local street corners, then the media in many cases will feel unsympathetically embolden to ignore our plights much like they do other causes that are not the popular cause of the moment.

Fellow Citizens -Many really are naive, they believe the government and these programs are there for the good of the people. Most just do not want to believe that this could be happening, the ones that do know that this is happening, in some cases believe that these programs are for their own good. Many others just like the politicians are going to be too callous to care unless it is happening to them or their families. The reality is, the sad reality is if it’s not happening to them, most can not comprehend or begin to comprehend the devastating impact that such a situation can have on their fellow citizens, and even if they could comprehend many would not care, cause it would distract them from getting the latest IPad, Blue Ray, X-Box, distracting gizmo. Many others are just so surverly struggling, they are trying to make ends meet, they are so destitute that they have to think about themselves and their families, that they just don’t have the capacity to care for others. Many others are stupid enough to think that if you are on these lists, you deserve what is happening to you, and they do not realize that we could be innocent and undeserving of this fate.

Our Selves -We have to look to ourselves to survive the best that we can, to help each other when we can. Sometimes I want to share what is happening to me, or what a horrible time I am having, but then I realize that only another target could truly understand what I am going through, could understand the impact of the situation that I am in. I also know that sometimes other targets can not help the way that they would like to help. I read the blog of one target, he is a writer within the Targeted Individual community, after a long struggle to keep a roof over his head, he has finally become without a permanent resident. He had a plan in place of staying in public locations in the city he is in, but it’s the saddest thing to be without a home in the heart of winter. I feel his pain, but other than praying for him, there is little that my own situation allows. There are many targets like that. Others that right in desperately asking what to do to stop assults, sexual and otherwise. Others who get so close to the breaking point they do know what to do. Other targets who get so scared and desperate for their lives and survival that they flee from city to city, country to country with no end in sight, many trying desperately to raise the awareness or attention of someone who might be willing to lend us a hand, to help our situations.

It is the most painful circumstance. I have others who write in who have children, it’s horrific to go through this situation as an adult, much less to imagine the situation and circumstances that children must face, and the fear a parent has to go through in order to try to protect and take care of their children, it’s a horrible, heartbreaking ordeal, and many of Targets face it alone, and by themselves. Except for the odd time they can maybe connect with another target, we are primarily on our own, but that does not have to be a bad thing.

Over the last several years we have raised some awareness, as predicted there have become more high profile targets. There cases are drawing more attention to our cause. The topic is being more openly discussed in many cases. People know to direct people with stories of community stalking and mobbing to the websites, but we still in many cases desperately need help. People can pretend to be naive, oh shucks I didn’t really know how bad things were, but the reality is unless you have been sleeping in a cave in Afghanistan, you probably have some idea of how bad the plight of Targeted Individuals are and the chances are you have just been inspired not to care.

This Indigo Ribbon month there is finally a chance for some relief in sight. With the awareness of the Threat Assessment Team programs if we start to direct some of our efforts towards these programs, and exposing how they work, we might be able to expose some of what is happening. How these programs are connecting with local programs to systemically destroy the lives of targets. We are the best hope and chance that we stand to make a difference. We have a come a long way in many cases. The road seems rocky, and it has not been an easy path, and I am not claiming that the path ahead will be any better, but if we can hang in their a bit longer, some solid ground may be in sight.

Support each other the best you can, stay strong, support the efforts that are truly trying to make a difference, don’t give up your faith or your hope. These are the best weapons and chance that we have for fighting agaist this evil time that is upon us.

I have been working deligently to get Targeted Individuals the information that they seek. To this end I have been in touch with legal services for Threat Assessment Organizations, and even law enforcement. I wanted to get a better understanding of how these teams worked, and the community monitoring. Before I do there are a couple of quick points I wanted to touch base on.

Randy Quaid and Gang Stalking

Now this story has taken a bit of time away from some of the issues that I wanted to focus on, but I remember that Jeremy Blake and Theresa Duncan at one time sought help. I don’t think they ever discovered the Gang Stalking World website or they might have developed some strategies that might have assisted them. I don’t know, but they were lost, and I really would like to see the Quaids get through this.

I want to thank the posters online who have taken the time to say keep an open mind to this story, or to point out that Gang Stalking does happen, and that their story is either similar or identical to what others are going through.

The Quaids have not expressed or identified themselves as Targeted Individuals, but I know many have protectively welcomed them and embraced them, and I know that many will be keeping an eye on the story. Gang Stalking World was the first in the Targeted Individual community to see a possible link, and to report the story, and will try to keep the community updated in the coming days.

Threat Assessment Teams and F.O.I.A.

Recently I posted about discovering a clause that would prevent these teams from sharing the information under Freedom Of Information and I wanted to find out some more information, so I got in touch with some of the teams. I heard back from legal and police officials regarding the various policies.

The request really seem to differ from organization to organization. Eg. Some do allow you to make the request and will release information, many others hide or squirrell the information away under school or workplace security and thus the files are not stored in the employment records, or school records, but are stored as company security files, to which you do not or can not have access.

In these cases I think it would be good to try to use the available resources to gain access to those records.

This is what I found out. Threat Assessment Team records are part of a student’s education record, and are governing not by FOIA but by FERPA.

Apparently this should give students a right to access the records, and make corrections, but records of employment records ae not covered by FERPA, but at state levels, by employment privacy laws.

Some schools try to get around the FERPA freedom of information by listing these records as law enforcement records. The same is true for companies as well.

On the Threat Assessment Team documents it mentioned a central database where information is stored, so this again is something that needs further clearification, but this is something that targets might wish to look into.

ACLU

I contacted the ACLU, but they prefer that targets take this up with the individual offices for their state. If you do try to gain access to the information from the company you believe might have your files, or some files relating to this type of targeting, and you fail to gain access then what you might wish to do is use your local office. The same is true for Canada, the U.K. and other countries. If you try to gain these records and if fails, you may wish to try the referal services, or see if there is a way to use the commissions.

Example Request

Let’s use the case of Randy Quaid. In 2008, Mr. Quaid had a problem with some co-workers. They filed a complaint against him. Now let’s suppose that he is a Targeted Individual and is on some kind of occupational health and safety, or Threat Assessment List because of this.

All 26 members of the Lone Star Love cast brought Randy up on charges with Actors’ Equity Association, claiming he physically and verbally abused his fellow performers and that his oddball behavior onstage and off forced the show to close, thus depriving them of their jobs.

On Friday, Equity handed down its decision. According to documents obtained exclusively by The Post, the union has banned Randy for life – life! – and fined him $81,572.

So this would be a good place to start, check with Human Resources, find out what they call their Threat Assessment Team. I am not sure if this would have been his employer, or just a division that handed down the decision, not familiar with Hollywood, but I am guessing he can find a lawyer who is, and will have more of an idea what to look for, then find out if you can make requests for your information, and if not sue, till you can.

I know it’s a simplified strategy, and again I am still in the research stage for a standard procedure, but these are some suggestions.

The Indigo Ribbon Campaign is an awareness campaign in support of Targeted Individuals.

The Indigo Ribbon is a ray of hope for Targeted Individuals everywhere. The color represents Infinity. It’s a sign of remembrance for targets no longer here. A symbol of unity and strength for targets who remain.

The primary goal of the IRC is to bring awareness, about what is happening to Targeted Individuals and the methods being used to target, harass, and destroy them. The idea is to promote compassion and understanding about what they are experiencing and how their targeting affects the rest of society.

You can also post it on blogs, forums, websites, etc. Each campaign is independently managed and operated and yet all effort go towards promoting awareness and understanding of Targeted Individuals and their plight.

Volunteers can post on forums, send out emails, post in ezines, online news sites, blogs, podcasts, conference calls, youtube.

Who are Targeted Individuals? They are innocent individuals that are being targeted by government programs and initiatives, past and present.

Why they need help? Targets of this harassment need help in bringing about awareness that this is still happening. Not only is this targeting still happening, but it’s happening unaided and unassisted, and many targets are being destroyed by this. What is happening is that when Targets have applied to the main stream humanitarian organizations their plea’s for assistance have gone unaided.

Normalized. A Gang Stalking update

Normalized

Several years I came online to look up information about my workplace harassment, only to discover that my workplace situation was something called workplace mobbing.

After finding out about the workplace mobbing, I found out that my situation was something worst, it was really something called Gang Stalking.

After staying on some of the support groups for some time, I realised that the groups were run by the other side, and I left. However one of the things that had been discussed was getting Gang Stalking normalized in society.

How to get Gang Stalking normalized? The groups had talked about contacting helpful organizations, sending out pamphlets, etc. All the usual routes, but unlike mobbing, or bullying, most people did not want to discuss the topic. Remember this was the day of forum accounts getting banned, for starting a thread on the topic, legit threads being closed. So how do you get a topic normalized that is in essence taboo?

One of the first things I did was to start to use resources, like the urban dictionary. See there are two ways that things can get done. The traditional way, go to organizations, hand out pamphlets, etc, or the other way. Start using it online, use it in the slang way, until the term get's popular. If anyone has studied modern society, they realize, that things tend to work in a reverse pyramid type of way. They trickle down to up. The slang of today, are the normalized everyday words of tomorrow. So when the traditional route did not work, my strategy was the other.

So four or five years later here we are. The term has made it's way into our cultural dialect. The news stories in the paper use the term, and they use it correctly. The parodies that the community have had done in regards to Gang Stalking also use the term correctly. By going the less traditional route, the term has come a long way.



Along the way the Indigo Ribbon campaign was added. A symbol that Targeted Individuals could use to identify and support our cause along the way. November is Indigo Ribbon month, so don't forget to wear your Indigo Ribbon buttons.



Along the way, I have had to personally fight to keep the term alive. There was a campaign to remove the term some years ago, a campaign which failed. A campaign which would have seen the movement start from scratch. In taking a stance, the Gang Stalking World website has been targeted by some, placed on their hit lists, or rather credibility lists, but it's been worth it.

Along the line, the vigilante myth has been explored many times, and outed. The vigilante myth that still keeps going even though the truth is out there. Recently I had the chance to do some more investigation on David Lawson, I found out some interesting details, but I won't post most of it here, for now. But needless to say, it's a network system, and the other side tends to control most of what the public believes or what information is disseminated, despite all the good information that is out there.

I am also not sure how many are familiar with Mr. Lawson's first book on satalight piracy. It's been pointed out several times, that the government back in the 90's set up website to catch satalight thieves. Mr. Lawson just happened to have such a site, from whence that book and several others on the topic were sold, along with his terrorist stalking book ofcourse.



The truth of this has been exposed time and time again by, but as long as the other side keeps selling the vigilante myth, that's what the people keep swallowing. Feel free to search the blog, it's been discussed many times.

Remember there is one specific person who has helped keep this myth alive. While denouncing legit websites, this person who claims to have meet David Lawson, or spoken to him, continually supported, and touted his book, without ever requesting proof, that what he was saying was the truth. This same person however had a very different criteria for websites who pointed out government involvement. A different criteria that is for some websites that pointed out the government was involved, other sites saying the same thing, were oddly enough left alone.

Either way, today some progress is being made. Years ago, the Lawson book is all we had, then the Naylor book. Today there are several books about this topic, and targets have a lot more variety and choice.



As an individual who had to take on the role of activist, I am deeply happy with where things are today. I can look back and see the road that has been travelled, and the progress that has been made.

Internally I am in a really good place, and am happier than I have been in a really long time. The scary thing about this system is that they want to paint targets as depressed, suicidal, unhappy. Many targets might not socialize the way they use to, or hang out the way they once did, but that does not make them happy. I can only speak for myself, but anytime spent away from the creatures that are involved in the destruction of innocent lives, is time well spent. I put a lot of effort into my activism, and it's paid off. I am many things but unhappy is not one of them.

Financially, sure my activism has not made me rich. The full time job that this has become is as mentioned before more of a volunteer position than anything else. Rich in spirit, and not in much else right now, but I am really happy, and in a good place.

See as a target you see so much up and down, each new crew that they get interpret things the way they would act. I had a conversation recently about how unhappy I should be about neural monitoring, and the other person was expressing how depressed they would be, but I pointed out that I would view that as an opportunity. If someone was remotely neural monitoring me, I would use the opportunity 24/7 to let them know what I thought of them, and their system. For me I have learnt to not even let the thought of such faze me. I have learnt through this to have a really upbeat attitude most of the time. Sure there are the odd days that are worst than some, but I like who I am becoming on the inside. If nothing else this targeting builds character, and I have gained plenty in droves. If I didn't have character before, I sure have plenty now, and I really like who I am.

Finances, I think about them, but I don't worry. The amazing thing is that overnight you can lose a fortune, but you can also become one of the wealthiest persons on the planet. Several years ago, J.K. Rowlings was literally on the dole in the U.K. she could not support herself, and then she started writing, today not only is she the author of one of the most popular book series ever written, but she is one of the wealthiest women in the U.K.

So these informant tend to project a lot, oh the target must be depressed, yes if you were in my situation you would be depressed, but thank God, you are not me, and I do not think, function, or do anything like you. Stop projecting your ineptness on me. Unlike you, I have been there done that. These people have messed with my life so much over the years, I just don't care. I have been tortured, fried, shaken, burnt, had their radar guns, laser guns, you name it used on me, over the years, and I am still standing. So really where most of them would have cracked by now, I am sure, I am not them, and each day that goes by, I am eternally grateful for that.

So there are some improvements. Nothing in life is perfect, but I like where some things are going, and I look forward to activism in future, and yes writing the next Harry Potter type series would not hurt either, but hope does spring eternal and that is what counts. My sense of humour is well intact despite all this, and I do hope, even thought things at times do look dark at times, I do hope.

November is right around the corner, and that is the month that we celebrate Indigo Ribbon Day. So if you have any stories that you would like to share, or ideas for this years Indigo Ribbon Day, please feel free to submit your stories to Gang Stalking World.

Last year there was not much of an Indigo Ribbon Day. The articles that came out in the New York Times and Washington post too the focus away from the event last year, but the articles were important to be responded to. The rest of the year has been spent Bridging the Gap between what the general public understands and what we understand. Getting them up to speed. I think there has been enough information over the last year, that some of the gaps have been filled, now it's just getting that information out to the public, which targets, local media can play a great role in. The information finally is there, it's a matter of getting it out there in greater capacity.

Most of yesterday was spent working on the quilt. It's one of events that was hoped for with the Indigo Ribbon Awareness Campaign and now it's finally been started.

Starting on the quilt was emotional. Remembering stories like Jeremy Blake, Teresa Duncan, Ruth Goodman, Kyle, even the Jiverly Wong quilt was hard, because some of these people will never get justice for what was done to them. With Jiverly Wong it's important that individuals like him have a voice, and they be remembered because despite their actions, I don't believe that people like him, and Kimveer Gill were killers, or would have been without external forces. I believe just like what we see with the workplace mobbing shootings these individuals were driven to their ends. I am deeply sorry for their victims, but before they became what some would call monsters, they were victims of the state, and that has to be acknowledged if we are to stop future events like that from happening. That is why they must be included in the quilt.

Anyways, I hope for more uplifting stories, but getting started was interesting.

Indigo Ribbon



The Indigo Ribbon Campaign is meant to be a voice to the many innocent targets of Government campaigns, mobbing, Gang Stalking, mind control, Electronic Harassment, etc. The idea behind the campaign is to provide information and awareness.

This year the campaign will focus on a quilt, it's a quilt to commensurate those that have died, those in jail, falsely placed in mental institutions, driven to suicide, murdered, etc.

Indigo Ribbon Day

This Sunday is Indigo Ribbon Day.





The Ribbon has been adapted by some members of the Targeted Individual community as a way to show unity and solidarity.



Every cause has a symbol of hope, a ray of light. When people see this ribbon, it's with the hope that they will realise that there are Targeted Individual and that they are suffering.
It's a voice for those who are having to remain silent. If you have a web blog, website, etc you can paste this on your website.



If you campaign offline, you can paste the ribbon on just like you would for any other cause.
The Indigo Ribbon is a ray of hope for Targeted Individuals. Light for those in the dark. Hope for the Survivors.

The Indigo Ribbon Campaign.

The Indigo Ribbon Campaign is an awareness campaign in support of Targeted Individuals.
The Indigo Ribbon is a ray of hope for Targeted Individuals everywhere. The color represents Infinity. It's a sign of remembrance for targets no longer here. A symbol of unity and strength for targets who remain.

The primary goal of the IRC is to bring awareness, about what is happening to Targeted Individuals and the methods being used to target, harass, and destroy them. The idea is to promote compassion and understanding about what they are experiencing and how their targeting affects the rest of society.

The idea is to have people who are willing and able to assist with these campaigns wear their own Indigo Ribbons, or start their very own campaigns in the cities where they live. Each campaign is independently managed and operated and yet all effort go towards promoting awareness and understanding of Targeted Individuals and their plight.

Volunteers are needed from every city, country and province where Targeted Individuals live. We are looking for people who can post the information on forums, send out emails, post in ezines, online news sites, blogs, podcasts, conference calls, youtube. We also need people to post offline flyer's in their local area, send faxes, contact local radio stations, newspapers, magazines. We also need multilingual individuals who can help translate the information.

We need to get the information out to as many Targeted Individuals as possible and the Indigo Ribbon Campaign needs your help and assistance. We want committed individuals who have time to help us get the word out. We need to help spread the word.

Who are Targeted Individuals? They are innocent individuals that are being targeted by government programs and initiatives, past and present. Many are targets of a modern day Cointelpro initiative, being termed Gang Stalking, others are targets of government mind control experiments and covert torture, such as MK Ultra, Project Monarch, etc.

Why they need help? Targets of this harassment need help in bringing about awareness that this is still happening. Not only is this targeting still happening, but it's happening unaided and unassisted, and many targets are being destroyed by this. What is happening is that when Targets have applied to the main stream humanitarian organizations their plea's for assistance have gone unaided.
