Did everyone see this article it just came out?

Phase I

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090421/ap_on_go_pr_wh/us_obama_national_service
By ANN SANNER

WASHINGTON – Calling on Americans to volunteer, President Barack Obama signed a $5.7 billion national service bill Tuesday that triples the size of the AmeriCorps service program over the next eight years and expands ways for students to earn money for college.

"We need your service, right now, in this moment in history. ... I'm asking you to stand up and play your part," said Obama, a former community organizer in Chicago. "I'm asking you to help change history's course."

Joining Obama was Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, who has been battling brain cancer. Kennedy championed the legislation with Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, and the bill was named in honor of the Massachusetts Democrat.

Kennedy told the audience that included former President Bill Clinton, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and former first lady Rosalyn Carter that Obama's efforts echoed that of his late brother, former President John F. Kennedy.

"Today, another young president has challenged another generation to give back to their nation," Kennedy said, citing his brother's advocacy of the Peace Corps.

The service law expands ways for students and seniors to earn money for college through their
volunteer work. It aims to foster and fulfill people's desire to make a difference, such as by mentoring children, cleaning up parks or buildings and weatherizing homes for the poor.
Bolstering voluntary public service programs has been a priority of Obama, who credits his work as a community organizer in his early 20s for giving him direction in life. The president cited his work in Chicago as an example of how one person can make a difference.

"All that's required on your part is a willingness to make a difference," Obama said. "That's the beauty of it; everybody can do it."

I refer you to the earlier post about the Youtube video Obama a call to service, and the first post on this topic, with some key points of the speech addressed.

Finally a reminder about what the ACLU said.

http://blog.aclu.org/2009/04/09/show-us-your-body-or-well-feel-you-up/
One of the points that Saletan makes is that what was formerly voluntary is now mandatory. We hate to say “I told you so,” but this is the classic way that invasive technologies reach us: the authorities make them as palatable as possible to get the public to swallow them (they’ll say it’s "voluntary," or "applied only in certain cases," and tell you it’s chock-full of privacy protections). Then once they’re accepted, they become more and more intrusive in all the ways the ACLU always warns against.
This model works with other things, not just invasive technologies. Today what is voluntary, might not be tomorrow, it may well be mandatory.

I think a lot of information has come out in the last couple of weeks. I think it's up to Targeted Individuals to review the information, research for yourselves and then if you find the information to be valid, please share it with others.

Disinformation

http://naffoundation.org/False%20Shepherds.htm

This post is called disinfo. It's taken from a post called false Sheppard's from the Naff site. The common tactics have been reworked to apply to Gang Stalking, and the Targeted Individual Community.

Even as part of the community I don't always have my hands in everything that is happening. I tend to stay away from things that I know will not move this cause forward, that will not get us the answers that we need.

1. Covert Agents will make themselves experts on Gang Stalking. People will be dependent upon them for information instead of looking for other more valid sources of information.

Eg. When I first came online I joined several groups. One group specifically had a leader that many trusted, but over time I realised this person was a what we all called perps at the time. I watched person after person trying to prove that this person was a perp to no avail. When someone would challenge this person the other agents which were most in the group, would start going, no this person is legit. I can tell you I have worked with this person for years and they are legit. Especially this one person who would always pretend to argue with this person, this second person would always come to this first persons rescue.

I watched this scenario repeated, time and time again. Each challenger beat down, and run off the forum. I learnt that it's pointless for me to try to tell others who is a perp and who is not a perp. You have to figure it out for yourself. If you have come this far, only to be deceived by one of them, then I feel even more sorry for you. However I have been deceived by them before, so just keep questioning, and trust your instincts.

2. By being experts especially when claiming to be under attack by the bad guys, they will make legit targets feel sorry for them. They will make targets feel like we are all on the same side, but we are not. This brings targets to these experts for help and information. They see these people as trusted sources. This gives these people opportunities to continue to control targets, and harass targets. This gives these trusted people access to people, to find out their names, where they live, etc.

Eg. When I first started out, like everyone else I went looking for help. I was scared, didn't know WTF was going on, and wanted answers. The first things they tried to do is find out my name and information. "Oh you could be a perp, we don't know who you are, we are not giving you any information till we know more about you, we have had lot's of perps try to infiltrate us", etc. Being a naturally private person, they did not get a lot of details.

When they did think that they knew enough about me, they started to try to use my sensitivity against me. I was confused, because I was like what the heck? How could they all be doing this, just like offline. Cause online you expect to be in the presence of friends right? Wrong, if you can't find people to trust offline, be just as cautious online.

The thing that accidentally clued me in, was one day this perp was having a little too much fun. I didn't think of him as perp at the time, but he said something to the effect of, "wouldn't it be funny if you were in a forum full of perps and didn't know it"? Something about that really stayed with me, and I sat back then and just observed, pretty soon after some time I began to see that he might not have been that far off, or joking. After that I started to learn. It was shortly after that, that I started to look for other answers.

The other problem with these groups is anytime someone started to suggest something that sounded reasonable, it would be shot down and only what this leader said would have validity, it went back and forth like that for some time, and I learnt.

3. These agents what they will do is use legit victims to promote other perps. Eg. A legit target thinks they have found a trusted source, they will promote that source and then get other legit targets to trust the agent and therefore giving out personal information to these people.

Eg. When I first became a target, I use to really reference the David Lawson book, and at first I was on forums going well David Lawson in his book... says this, or says that..., but I had not done the research, I just trusted what these leaders had said, because I knew nothing about disinfo agents, and all these stupid games they play. I learnt in time.

4. Control of information. This is a biggie. Some of the experts in the targeted individual community can restrict what is said. I remember when people would bring up legit topics and it was something that they did not want said, well they would suppress a topic, sometimes legit observations that other targets had made.

Also many of these agents or citizen informants you see them on YouTube, doing their best to make targets look insane, paranoid, or by making up the worst stories.
When I was on some of these sites or forums, you just knew some of the things being said didn't sound right, but you just thought, they can't all be perps can they? Maybe not all, but too many are, and it just brings down legit targets.

Even on normal forums, what they do is they will have specific people who's only job it is to make the topic sound paranoid or crazy, or get legit topics banned, threads closed, or removed. Anything to make sure the correct information does not get out.

Eg. You have Covert sources on these forums going, no the government is not involved, why would the government stalk people, this is vigilante groups, I know this for a fact, cause I know who set me up for the stalking. Don't get me wrong, you have some real targets who might believe they know who did it and from whence it came, but you also have these people spreading what sounds like just enough correct information to make the disinfo sound truthful.

5. The truth factor. Yes this is where they will spread 95% truth and then 5% disinfo, but it's that 5% that will really screw you up. Most people will believe everything said, because you are getting truth, truth, truth, truth, truth, disinfo, truth, truth, truth. I talked about this when I saw a David Icke's video and I said that I believed he was right about 95% of the things he had said, but I believed he was 5% telling a myth with this references to how many messiahs had existed before.

Even without that example, there is the David Lawson book, came out the same year as 9/11. Had all the information needed to sound legit, but he comes to the conclusion that it's foreign terrorists and "anti-government" groups, who are responsible for the organised stalking? Really David? You were like a detective for 12 years, you travelled with these people for like how many years? Yet in my opinion he does not draw the right conclusion. Why is that?

Come on people think. What do you think the purpose of the book was? I have said it before and I will say it again. Either he is an agent, or he is the worst detective ever.

I believe the book is disinfo, using the 95% to 5% rule. Thanks to that book however, how many are still searching for terrorist or right wing groups as the source of their stalking? Remember not everyone has access to online groups. So many will get the book, look in the wrong place, and get themselves put in a mental hospital talking about terrorist stalking them, which I think was the purpose.

6. Yes another problem. By making themselves experts, targets get lazy. We trust them to speak for us. Depending on them to speak for us silences us, and determines the way our cause will move forward, or more importantly will not. Their goal is to keep the truth from us, and from the general public for as long as possible. We also then parrot their disinfo, so when we go to forums and talk about terrorist stalking us or whatever the lie is, then we look insane.

I keep encouraging targets, to find the leader within. Do your own research. If you are not good at research, just think. Does the information they are giving me match what I am seeing offline? Eg. The lie that this was extremist groups doing this, didn't wash. My friends and family were involved, they may be many things, but they are not members of extremist groups. Nore were they likely to be. What they were telling me in these forums, and what I did see, when I finally went outside again did not correspond. So I researched, came up with a hypothesis, when it didn't fully fit, I reworked it, tested it again, and then eventually the evidence matched what I was actually seeing. The pieces of the puzzle started to come together.

If the information is correct, I believed the corresponding proof would come. I think in the last week or two, a wealth of information has been found in my opinion to match what I was saying. I remember when I presented these theories on the forums, I was totally felt shot down and devalued, and I politely just left. It was not giving me the correct answers and I knew it. I more importantly knew that things were not what they seemed. For me it was the right thing to do. I can work well on my own, and if I had stayed in forums, or let others confuse me, I would not have been able to get to the correct information as quickly as I did. Trust your instincts if you have any.

7. By making them experts and our voices, they take away our power, and they move the movement forward the way they want it to go. Also if a target is about to reveal the truth, or come out with information, they will have someone on their side come out with it first, or come out with the information in greater detail. When they can no longer suppress the truth, they will tell the truth, but with their spin, and they will try to make sure that one of their people on their side is running the show.

They never just have one person. They always have several, and they will in subtle ways back each other up. I have said it before and I will say it again. I think out of let's say 10 sites, you will find one or two that are legit, and the rest will be run by their people. That is my personal opinion, but I have my reasons for feeling this way.

They won't all say the same thing, they will be working different angles so you will be like, well these people are doing something different, so you might feel that they are legit, but they still might not be.

8. Being an expert in some ways can be lucrative. Again the David Lawson book was the only thing the community had for some time. A lot of these people know how to work it with books, and DVD, etc. They will know how to network and how to organise better then most targets. Also they will have an agenda, if the truth is going to be disseminated on mass scale, it will be via their channels and not usually ours.

9. The agents I assume have a vested interest in making sure that the truth does not come to light. They do pose as leaders, cause we trust them to know more about the cause than we do. I mean many of them have been here before. Many of them knew about things like mind control, electronic harassment, etc.

When I came online, I looked to others, cause I didn't know what was going on, and it was easy to
truth these people. I was lucky, or maybe I don't know, but I didn't fall into some of the traps that I could of. Mostly I just wanted the truth about what was going on. It's taken up so much of my time.

10. As mentioned before, they will play off of each other. Eg. They will pretend to be on separate sides, then they will both be agents. I have seen this play a dozen times. It's confusing, cause then you are all like, ok I know this person is a perp, so the other person must be legit, not so. They can both perps.

If you are willing to see the truth, then ya it's pretty shocking that most in the community are not what they seem. Not by a long shot. On these forums, I mean normal forums, there are people there to push down our threads when we have legit conversations about these topics. In other cases to get threads closed. In other cases to make the topic sound crazy, and to just pretend to be targets, and make other targets disbelieve the truth.

When I tell you that we are up against a system, I am not joking. Till you see, feel and experience it for yourself, you will find it hard to believe. However for your own sakes, try to see it for what it is, if you are not able to do this, then at least make sure what they are telling you matches up. Do a little bit of searching yourself.

Britney Spears, watched by Bodyguards or Jailers?

A quick word about Britney Spears. I was reading in the metronews paper last week that Britney Spears is no longer allowed to go anyplace without new bodyguards that her father or family has hired for her.

Now I wish I had the exact wording of the article, but it said that she is not even allowed to go to the bathroom by herself?

Ok I went and got the article to make sure I was not tripping. Here is what it says. If it's true it's interesting.

"Britney Spears' new bodyguards are on strict orders from her dad, Jamie: Don't let her go to a bar or a bath-room alone!

Apparently there is some chick that is going around with her described as "her chaperone."

The article further goes on to say, "The group sat at a table to eat, but when she got restless, her bodyguards, stationed at several places throughout the eatery, jumped into action." "She continuously got up from the table to go to the bathroom or hang out at the bar and smoke a cigarette," our spy said. "Bodyguards followed her to the bathroom and bar"

I can only hope they were same gender bodyguards, now having people follow me when I go to the bathroom, has been an experience. It's the *ucking creepiest thing. I mean these snitches, know no boundaries, and have no decency or common sense. After watching them in action, I really do believe that there is something wrong with some humanity. With Gang Stalking, you get to see the worst and the stupidest of people. That's all that I am going to say.

Now I can't speak for Britney, maybe she is having a breakdown and her family are just being protective. However if she is not having a break down, and something else is going on, reading the article, the bodyguards sound more like jailers.

No one has heard a word from Britney since a lot of this started, I don't want to comment on this situation too much, cause I really don't know the particulars, but going on youtube, and watching some video footage, I am wondering if Britney has been sensitized to something? I notice that before the hospitalisation she was often out in public with the new boyfriend, but when they were out, he would almost act as a shield against the paparazzi. At times she almost seemed traumatized with them. It's weird to see it. I wonder if she is not sensitized to the cameras, or something along that line? Just watching the videos made me wonder.

Anyways, the article caught my eye, and I thought I would do another quick Britney post. On another note, she was apparently allowed to see her children at some point in February. I don't know if this means that she is "getting better", or complying, but either way, I am glad she got to see the children. Keeping a parent away from it's child just seems really wrong.

Anyways that's my quick Britney post, which I almost didn't post.

The Godfather

Now this is a man worth blogging about if ever I saw one. Below is an article on the deceased Markus Wolf, cool name. The former Stasi cheif who ran one of the largest spy networks to ever grace the planet. I should add that before his death there was an article that came out saying that he was employed or asked to work for the United States Government. http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/december2004/061204wolfhired.htm

The following two articles should shed a lot of light on the mentality behind this former icon.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6132684.stm

(He completely looks like one of those CEO's you see on the magazine covers of Forbes or other such mags.)

What I find really interesting is on of his motivations for starting up the Stasi.
The experience was to have a lasting effect on him. In a BBC interview last year he revealed that a dislike of fascism became one of the driving forces in his life, convincing him he had to protect his country from any repetition of the Nazi regime.

He took great care of his staff, winning their steadfast loyalty. But he also used his warmth to exploit and manipulate others.
He seriously could have made a good CEO. There is an article about this kind of person, and how they move up the corporate ladder. I can see why the US government wanted to hire him, he is just the type they look for.
But Wolf also recruited West Germans - his agents often seducing them with sex or money.
He boasted in his memoirs that if he went down in espionage history, it should be for perfecting the use of sex in spying.
Just like how the snitches who spy on us are recruited. Sex money, bribes, blackmail, they are told they are doing something good. :eyeroll:

http://web.mac.com/guywalters/Site/Journalism/Entries/2006/11/10_Superspy.html
Markus Wolf, who died on Thursday, was a legendary Communist spy chief who masterminded some of the most brilliant and diabolical feats of espionage for well over three decades.
A man who liked his job and performed it well.
Born in Germany in 1923, Wolf 's father was an eminent physician and writer who was not only an ardent Communist, but also had Jewish ancestry.
After Hitler came to power in 1933, the Wolf family emigrated to Moscow to escape persecution, and soon the young Markus was studying at an aeronautical college.
It's funny, his family fled persecution, and he so desperately wanted to prevent this stuff from happening again that he created the Stasi. I would say it's ironic, and it is, but how many others in history have done the same thing? The more I think about it, I start to see that even if this cold tyrannical empire were defeated tomorrow, another would just rise up and take it's place. Humans are all too willing to lay themselves down and present their neck to be trampled on by others. Just some observances that I have seen throughout history. Still there are those who are happy to not be ruled over, and who do not want regimes of any kind. Those truly have my sympathy, because they are often the ones who are brutalised the most by these dictatorships.
Although the job was a cover, Wolf reported on the Nuremberg trials.
There, he set eyes on some of the most evil men of the last century and was astonished by how ordinary they appeared.
'Perhaps I was naeve,' he later wrote, 'but I had seen the photograph of all these Nazi leaders, in all their former pomp and glory. Then, in Nuremberg, I saw normal, simple people sitting in the dock.
They seemed like staff in a railway station or in a post office.' The trial left a huge impression on the 22-year-old. In his final report for the radio station, Wolf hoped for a 'time without war, aggression or crimes against humanity' - a wish all too ironic in the light of his later career in the dreaded Stasi.
Do you know why? Because even evil dictators had to start someplace. Hitler a failed painter. Many had humble beginnings, and many would still if the right circumstances had not come into play. Many of the worms that stalk and terrorise targets are of such class, or less, but under these fertile grounds, they are slowly being allowed to act out in these ways. We see this all the time in war. Young males, some church going, God fearing. They are at home with their mom's and sisters one day, the next they are in some war torn battle ground raping 7 year old girls, actions they would most likely not openly commit back home, but on the battle grounds with no rules, regulations, or morals to prevent it, you get those situations all too frequently. What changed between saying good bye to their families, and going to another country to being able to devastate and rape another's family? It's all in the what they can get away with. Just like out society currently is condoning, snitches/civilian spies actively torturing innocent people in their homes. Sick and crazy, but that's how it is.
In 1949, Wolf was appointed a member of the East German mission in Moscow, where he acted as the press and cultural attache. It was during this time that he was further groomed to become an intelligence officer.
He was clearly well-suited to the task, because by 1953, at the immensely young age of 30, he was appointed head of the innocuously titled 'German Reconnaissance Administration', which was nothing less than the East German equivalent of the CIA or MI6.
A department of the Stasi, the state apparatus that spied upon and brutally tortured its own people, the GRA quickly came under Wolf's leadership, and was shaped it into perhaps the most ruthless and impressive intelligence gathering organisation the world has ever seen.
I will say it one last time. This guy would have made an amazing CEO. He has all the right skill sets.
Wolf was an idealist, and saw his spies as agents of world peace. 'I tried to instil a different motivation,' he said, 'to give them the security and conviction that they were doing something good, something necessary, something useful.' Nevertheless, like spy masters the world over, Wolf found that agents were more readily recruited when vast sums of money were flashed in front of them. He was also a pioneer of the classic method of the 'honeytrap' to lure well-placed foreigners into the Stasi's clutches.
What distinguished Wolf was that he was not averse to using 'Romeo' agents to woo women informers. The results of this policy were all too often tragic, as Wolf himself was to admit.
No different now targets. This is how many of our stalkers see themselves. They are doing something good, they are keeping watch on dangerous individuals. It's giving them a sense of community like nothing else. It's breaking down barriers. That skin head that might not talk to that ethnic minority otherwise, the one handed snitch speak, breaks down all barriers, and suddenly all citizens are created equal, or at least equal enough to be snitches for the state. Then they can go back to hating each other right afterwards.

Oh and don't forget boys and girls, it's not just the Romeo agents out there anymore, no this is an equal opportunity society now, in this day of cheap, free, easy sex, and loose morals, you get many Juliette spies, who are all too willing to give it up to get information, or to recruit that next spy into the fold.
'There were cases of women whose love was abused, who for a certain time procured important documents or information, not knowing who for, or what service they worked for, and for a variety of reasons, were tried and jailed.' Typically, Wolf would not admit that sometimes the results were even more disastrous.
In the late 1950s, Leonore Heinz, the secretary to a West German foreign ministry official, was seduced by one of Wolf's agents, Heinz S'tterlin.
SO SUCCESSFUL was this honeytrap that the couple got married in 1960, and over the next few years Leonore unwittingly passed on secrets to the East via her spyhusband.
However, the couple were arrested in 1967, and when it was revealed to Leonore that S'tterlin had, in fact, married her on orders, she hanged herself in her cell.
Such an occurrence would have been of little consequence to Wolf, who worked closely with some of the world's most despicable terrorists.
How many people out there are married, or in relationships and have no idea that that is why their other half sought them out? As a target I have now seen this enough to be disgusted by it. Remember they know more about you than you might even know about yourself. Those accidental meetings on the street, or as your car breaks down, not so accidental. There are some really great Targeted Individual stories about accidental meetings of targets and love or sexual interests, who later turn out were just there to hurt the target more. It's all too common. The interesting thing is without a society like this, one where the family is broken down, looser morals and values, you could not have as successful a campaign.

Now think about how many people find this out after they have kids, and are themselves eventually asked to take part in the snitching and spying? Some will go along with it, others however might rather not have anything to do with it, and then what do you do with yourself and the children that are the spawn of yourself and that spy that just had to trick you and use you?

As you can see in the above article, some people take it rather badly finding out that their better half is a spy who lied to them for years. Go figure. The heartless creatures behind these networks are so far removed they are not affected and really don't care, what's a little heartbreak for the greater good?
He was involved with Carlos the Jackal, the PLO, ETA, the IRA, and even the Red Army Faction that murdered its way through West Germany.
The aim was to create panic and fear in the West - and to that end, the terrorists were thoroughly trained by Wolf 's men at clandestine camps in East Germany, where they were taught the skills of an assassin.

In one exercise, a live sheepdog was used as a dummy passenger in a Mercedes and was riddled with bullets before the car was blown up.
As well as abetting terrorists, Wolf's department became astonishingly adept at industrial espionage and thoroughly penetrated IBM.In fact, as Wolf was to admit, the East German electronics firm, Robotron, was 'so heavily dependent on surreptitiously acquiring IBM's technological advances that it was an illegal subsidiary of that company'.
Just like any executive, he clearly knew how to command authority, and keep people loyal. The corporate world will miss him.
However, perhaps Wolf 's greatest success was the agent Günter Guillaume, who was sent to West Germany in 1956 with orders to inveigle himself into the political system.
Guillaume rose through the Social Democratic Party, and by the early 1970s he had become a close aide to the Chancellor Willy Brandt, who was seeking closer ties with the East.
It was an incredible coup the modern-day equivalent of one of Tony Blair's aides reporting to Al Qaeda - 13 although it was not to last.
In the spring of 1973, Guillaume fell under suspicion and was placed under surveillance.

He was arrested a year later and the ensuing scandal, coupled with revelations about the chancellor's penchant for prostitutes, forced Brandt to resign.
Some thought that Wolf had deliberately forced Brandt's downfall, as the Chancellor was becoming too popular spreading the message of democracy in the Communist East.
Wolf denied this, and admitted that the resignation was something of an own goal.
His organisation, he said, 'had unwittingly helped to destroy the career of the most farsighted of modern German statesmen'.
In 1986, Wolf finally resigned, stating that he wanted to become an author. However, with the collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the former Stasi chief began to worry for his future security and he sought refuge in Russia. In October 1990 he pleaded to Gorbachev for sanctuary.
'We were your friends,' he wrote. 'We wear a lot of your decorations on our breasts. We were said to have made a great contribution to your security.
Now, in our hour of need, I assume that you will not deny us your help.'
GORBACHEV refused, and after reunification Wolf was arrested, convicted of treason and sentenced to six years in prison. This was overruled by the German Supreme Court, which judged that Wolf had not committed an act of treachery against the country he was living in at the time the old East Germany.
After such a successful career, who would not wish to sit back and write their memories. Gorbachev, I have always liked him.
Nevertheless, he was convicted in 1997 for his involvement in the 1955 kidnapping of a woman who worked for the American mission in Berlin.
The woman had been subjected to severe psychological torture during her kidnapping, and Wolf was given a two-year suspended sentence.
Just like any good dictator or CEO, he serves no time for his crimes. Freaking awesome. Crime, corruption, they pay, big time. They seem to be the only thing that does, no wonder so many choose this path. I am finding it harder and harder to blame them or judge them, because the world is just so continually willing to reward them, and their misdeeds. Why would they choose anything else? The world is one big example of this sort continually getting off, for their crimes and misdemeanors.
For the rest of his life, Wolf appeared on countless television programmes plugging his books - one of them on his favourite hobby, cooking - and never appeared to show any regret for heading one of the most loathsome organisations of the 20th century.
Truly he missed his calling as the host of who wants to be a Stasi spy cheif. He could have offered the world so much in that capacity. Game show host extraordinaire. It's nice to see that he did not let his celebrity go to his head, and he found time for the finer things. Why shouldn't he, after a 30 year successful career of state oppression. Herding sheepish people, many of who to this day believe that they were doing something for the greater good. Many of them also did not, and will never pay for their crimes. After the fall of the Berlin wall, many of the former Stasi got off scott free, many moved to the West Germany and got good jobs, and rose to the top. The only ones left behind to suffer were the victims of the Stasi, many of them never recovered, proving once again that crime and state oppression does pay.
In fact, he boasted that he had brought peace to the West. 'When it's recognised that this service contributed to securing and protecting peace in Europe for 45 years, then I can perhaps be proud.' But there was to be one last surprise.
Shocking he feels he did the world a service. Below are some of his quotes. I am less and less surprised that men like this get off. The world consistently welcomes this sort. They consistently herald them into power, and then when they get the result of this, can they be surprised?

Markus Wolf Quotes.
http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/m/markus_wolf.html
At our college we were taught a universal approach to find out about a person: what problems the person has, what difficulties, what personal tendencies and likings. Markus Wolf
I feel that I, and the people under my command, tried to use all the traditional methods of recruiting agents which were also used by other intelligence services; adopting also means like pressure, money, sex - but that did not characterize my service. Markus Wolf
I tried to instill a different motivation, to give them the security and the conviction that they were doing something good, something necessary, something useful - if you want to use a grandiose expression, that they were doing something for peace. Markus Wolf
Making use of human weaknesses in intelligence work is a logical matter. It keeps coming up, and of course you try to look at all the aspects that interest you in a human being. Markus Wolf
Most of the results of using technical bugging devices were of little importance for my service. It may have been different in counter-intelligence, where bugs in flats, etc., were used to obtain a lot of information about what counter-intelligence was interested in. Markus Wolf
One person can take papers, photograph them without getting excited, return them, and give them away without any scruples; while someone else has to overcome an enormous obstacle. Markus Wolf
The most important thing was that we tried to have a targeted approach - to attack where the side had its secrets, in the centers in Bonn where the major government institutions and the Chancellor were - you will know we were not quite unsuccessful there - and in NATO and NATO countries. Markus Wolf
The particular feature of Berlin - well, all you need to do is look at the map: the geographical position of the city right in the heart of Europe, and the separation of the most powerful two blocs we've ever had in history, which went all the way through Germany. Markus Wolf
There were some tragic cases of women whose love was abused, who for a certain time procured important documents or information, not knowing who for, what service they worked for, and for a variety reasons got jailed, were tried and sentenced. Markus Wolf
We planted bugs, microphones, in premises which interested us in the West. We weren't too successful - I would have said unfortunately in former years, but I don't care anymore now. Markus Wolf
What we wanted from an agent depended on what he brought in. Markus Wolf
You can't do anything if a person says no. In such a case, there's nothing you can do - unlike the popular cliche that pressure is exerted, or that maybe an unwilling source is done away with. Markus Wolf

Gang Stalking. How it's workding.

The Deception.

Apparently Gang Stalking was a form of something that we have seen before. The same year that 9/11 happened a book was written called Terrorist Stalking In America. Author David Lawson. He left everyone with the Impression that Gang Stalking was being carried out by illegal vigilante groups or gangs. The book was called Terrorist Stalking In America.

Now from what I can see, either he is a really bad detective, or he is a government disinfo agent who wrote the book, that is available on the Satellite Stealing website, another popular government project that they had back in the day. I think he wrote the book to throw targets like myself off of what was really happening. Eg. Targets that had never heard of Cointelpro, or Red Squads. We don't want the finger getting pointed at the State and since he's a detective who claimed to work with these stalking gangs, why would we not believe them. Only he failed to mention that they are citizens of the state, for the state. Controlled by the state and allowed to do this stuff with the permission of the state.
The Investigation.

With Cointelpro what they use to do is open up investigations of activists and dissidents. Now with the corporations and private security being all in bed together, just about any of these people can open up an investigation on anyone and it does not have to take much. Just try to assert your rights a little too much.

Your friends family, neighbours, community, co-workers, landlord, business associates, will all be told lies about you, they will be questioned to see what dirt they can dig up, and yes people will follow you around for months. Now back in the day it was the snitches, and paid informants. Today's it's more of the same, mixed in with our fellow citizens. The modern day Red Squads, and community based policing.

Everyone around you still thinks you are a criminal or crazy. Today instead of communist, just insert the word Terrorist and you are good to go.

4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbMsOGWN_ts

The videos explain in very good details what's happening to some of us. We are not just being stalked in some cases, we are being tortured in our homes and used as State Sanctioned Torture Targets. This is stuff that most people do not, will not and can not write home about.
It's an endless covert war that has you as the target against an army of darkness. Those movies start to make so much more sense now. The world has seen this stuff before.

Some targets of this modern day Cointelpro have again been killed, or they are on the run, many of the old faces are in jail, on the run, been killed, or have never been able to get their lives back together.

We have people on the run because of this. Primarily the minority population, woman, activist, dissidents are being targeted again. The same as it ever was.

Monitoring the targets.

How do Suburban Spies communicate?

Communicate happens in a number of ways. When on the street or in cars patrolling, they use baseball or Stasi like signals.

These include things like grasping the nose between the thump and forefinger, pointing using the finger and noise for directional signal, rubbing the eyes, watch out target is coming, or touching each corner of the eyes, brushing back the hair 3 times, the infamous double blink to say I know, stroking the side of the chin, pretending to yawn to begin communications, etc.
These are some of the signals our spy force use in the city where I am, and I suspect it's a universal language for signalling, that many also have been used in their country.

It may be based on a one handed sign language that the police use called Talking hands to communicate. There is however a one handed sign language being used amongst them to communicate with each other.

Here is a list of Stasi signals that the East German Army use to use. Stasi secret police. http://www.nthposition.com/stasiland.php

SIGNALS FOR OBSERVATION

1. Watch out! Subject is coming - touch nose with hand or handkerchief
2. Subject is moving on, going further, or overtaking - stroke hair with hand, or raise hat briefly
3. Subject standing still - lay one hand against back, or on stomach
4. Observing Agent wishes to terminate observation because cover threatened - bend and retie shoelaces
5. Subject returning - both hands against back, or on stomach
6. Observing Agent wishes to speak with Team Leader or other Observing Agents - take out briefcase or equivalent and examine contents.

Many countries have been repressed like this for years and many people like living under these repressive conditions. They like the purpose it brings to their lives and the sense of connection they feel. They also like the order of a repressed state, no independent thought, no dissident, no one complains, everyone just complies. Great for social order, and conformity, bad for free thinkers and the artistic.

A video about gang stalking, that someone tried to record, to show how they operate.
Here is one gang stalking video with the voice over. http://youtube.com/watch?v=9N668rgKEWk

The outfit or operation.

Carrier pigeons

- I named them this, because these are the ones that will follow you onto the subway, or into a store and they will pass on the fact that you are a target and that people need to be on watch for you. So if ever you have no peace when you go to a store, it's our carrier pigeons that you can thank for this. Their only purpose seems to be to make sure that the signal gets passed to at least one other in a group. Then once one person has the signal, you will see it go out like a wave, and then everyone will start doing the same signal.

Suburban Spies.

- They use to be just called foot soldiers, but that is not as classy or as cool, so now they are called Suburban Spies or the S.S. for short. I think it's a far more fitting name for them. These are the ones that follow you around, you know what I mean. They will try to give each other signals on which way to go, which way to walk. They work in 15 min-30 minute intervals and they will usually patrol a target that is stationary or out on the road. You will have the mobile version of these people in the cars.

Fashion police.

- I fondly call them fashion victims. They will in my city prance around in the really bad military outfit. Many don't even try to coordinate an outfit, they will just throw something military on, which classes with everything else and looks just awful. Now for the ones who have been able to pull off the look, I applaud you, it's not easy to coordinate military out fits, or accessories. For the others, maybe hire a fashion coordinator or something I don't know.
In other cities, I understand they do the baseball caps or some other form of coordination. I can not confirm this at present, cause I just have not had the chance to travel. Being stalked in my own city is bad enough.

Merry Melodies.

-I call the ones who have the matching LG phones or those matching MP3 or Ipods. You can always tell, because they will pull out almost the same equipment. I have seen them use it once to identify each other.
Then of course we have the phones. Many of these have been provided by the corporation that is in bed with these people as part of the covert spying things. Let's give a hand to bell for all the donation.

The conductor.

-I call this person the conductor, because they stay on the train the longest and they will usually give directional signals, or tell the uncoordinated spy force where to go, who needs to get off at which stop, and so forth. They basically conduct things.
This person can also be called the handler. I have seen Suburban Spies that are just scared witless of these people. So I don't know what they are holding over some of these people, but it's nothing nice.

If I have forgotten anyone else, or any position that you occupy, I will have to update that stuff later.

The Spotters.

-Sorry I forget to mention you and your important little roles. These ones will stay and they will watch till a target leaves the area, they will report things like if the target, entered the subway and or if they got on the train, and other stuff. You see them all the time, and the moment your back is turned they are radioing your position or where you went on their cell phones, etc.
Now the good. I have seen much better postures the last little while. I mean people are actually taking their roles a little more seriously. I actually saw the guy who works in the store near where I have lunch with a straight posture today. I was in awe.

Also some good North American postures last week. I saw straight marching postures, way better than some of the stuff that I was seeing before.

Now as much as an improvement as the North American persons were, the Eastern Europeans and the Asian members of the spy force still have you beat in many areas.

I guess they have just had longer to practice. Not to generalise, cause I have seen some bad Suburban Spying from this group as well, but I have to say that I was really impressed by two performances last week.

Once was an Eastern European chick, that got off at YM. She had the make up trick down pat, but she also had another trick that I am seeing used more frequently and it's very impressive. Now as a target, I use this myself, so I can't go into too much detail, but the DRMT is one of my favorites.

She had both down pat and so high praise for her and her performance and her outfit.
The other member of your spy force that I would like to draw attention to is this young Asian female, that was at O. last week. She was perfect as a spy. The outfit was militaryish, but also suburbanish. She was so subtle with her signaling, but she was able to conduct the whole platform into place and really good order.

She was so subtle, but so commanding in her lithe frame. I had nothing but high praise for her performance as a suburban spy, and I think the rest of the S.S. could learn from someone like that.

I really just wanted to give her a pin for best performance in a Suburban Spy role. Unfortunately I had to ruin all her efforts, but she was so good at what she did.
Other good things, we still have the kissing couples of course. Pretending to make out while spying good. Over sucking face while doing that, not so good. Cause then it draws the wrong kind of attention. It's called moderation.

The picking of the nose to pass on directional signals, I have said it before, it's crafty, but nasty looking. It's your choice. I see more people doing this now, men and wowen. I guess it's up to you.

Bad Performances.

The spy who threatened to pop a cap on me. Ok. The threat part I understood, but the street theater was just so bad, it was not even funny. Also to the other spies, the scene was straight from my blog postings, hello.

You and the spy from several months ago who was pretending to be on a coke high, worst performances in Street theatre ever.

It was such bad acting. You can threaten people's lives without the bad acting. That's all I am going to say.

There were some other need improvement performances, but I think I can go over those another time. Oh and for the white male who thought it was funny to do the hail Hitler thing, not funny. I see nothing humorous about my society becoming a Stasi State. Maybe you have managed to find some humour in this, but I rather have not.

For the rest, I see some scared targets, everyone looks frenzied and scared. I can't tell you not to be scared, but I also can tell you it's just as much effort to be a little bit brave. It feels easier to frown, but it takes less muscles to smile. We are living in some dangerous and crazy times. People are being lied to, and deceived, and for the ones who know what's really happening, they don't know what to do any more than I do. These reigns are brutal and they will kill and harm their own citizens, that's not a joke. However the people have the power, you always have, you always will, you just have to find a way to reclaim it and stop being so scared and so frenzied. You are scaring yourselves into becoming slaves of the State, and that should frighten you more so than Terrorist, because a State that is all powerful all Omnipotent is more frightening than any terrorist, and they will commit worst actions, all in the name of the law and protecting it's citizens.

What's happening is not right. You can be good citizens and watch out for each other and the society, but you don't have to be snitches and spies for the state. Watch out for each other, and that means keeping an eye on what your governments are asking or telling you to do. Question things, don't fall for everything, or else you will be able to stand for nothing. Rise up and take your power back. You are more powerful than you know.

Just remember "Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." Benjamin Franklin.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. by Thomas Jefferson.

Keep watch, but not necessarily on each other, on the state that is starting to control your lives more and more. lose both."

The Trojan Horse of the Russians 2

A while back I posted about what I called the Trojan horse of the Russians. I said that based on what I was seeing that I thought somehow they had tricked us and that somehow they had won.
I said that somehow they seem to be coming back in a big way, and not only are they running somethings in society, but that our societies now mirror what we feared and reviled or at least said that we reviled just 20 years ago. We have become red.

Well I thought maybe this was just my ramblings, but on a recent forum posting someone else was kind enough to give me some links, and apparently I am not the first person to have had this idea. In fact before the walls ever fell, someone had written a book to say that it was a plot that the Russians had had, and that it was all part of a long range plan to conquer the West. Sounds far fetched right, but here we are, and looks who is back with a vengeance and look at our society and tell me that he's wrong.

Below are the links this poster was kind enough to direct me to. Well worth having a read.

http://www.markriebling.com/predictions.html
Yet someone had predicted glasnost and perestroika, in detail, even before Gorbachev came to power. This person's analysis of events in the communist world had even been provided to the Agency on a regular basis.

In 1982, KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn had submitted a top-secret manuscript to CIA. In it, he foresaw that leadership of the USSR would by 1986 "or earlier" fall to "a younger man with a more liberal image," who would initiate "changes that would have been beyond the imagination of Marx or the practical reach of Lenin and unthinkable to Stalin."

The coming liberalization, Golitsyn said, "would be spectacular and impressive. Formal pronouncements might be made about a reduction in the Communist Party's role; its monopoly would be apparently curtailed.... The KGB would be reformed. Dissidents at home would be amnestied; those in exile abroad would be allowed to take up positions in the government; Sakharov might be included in some capacity in the government. Political dubs would be opened to nonmembers of the Communist Party. Leading dissidents might form one or more alternative political Censorship would be relaxed; controversial plays, films, and art would be published, performed, and exhibited."

Golitsyn provided an entire chapter of such predictions, containing 194 distinct auguries. Of these, 46 were not soon falsifiable (it was too early to tell, e.g., whether Russian economic ministries would be dissolved); another 9 predictions (e.g., of a prominent Yugoslavian role in East-Bloc liberalization) seemed clearly wrong. Yet of Golitsyn's falsifiable predictions, 139 out of 148 were fulfilled by the end of 1993 -- an accuracy rate of nearly 94 percent. Among events correctly foreseen: "the return to power of Dubcek and his associates" in Czechoslovakia; the reemergence of Solidarity" and the formation of a "coalition government" in Poland; a newly "independent" regime in Romania; "economic reforms" in the USSR; and a Soviet repudiation of the Afghanistan invasion. -Golitsyn even envisioned that, with the "easing of immigration controls" by East Germany, "pressure could well grow for the solution of the German problem [by] some form of confederation between East and West," with the result that "demolition of the Berlin Wall might even be contemplated."
Then the other article was just as fascinating. http://www.sierratimes.com/archive/files/aug/15/nyquist.htm
Golitsyn's book is actually about strategy, psychological warfare and how to organize the implements of deception (of higher, intellectual warfare). Various tricks are discussed in the book. One trick is that of pretending to be at odds with those you are secretly allied with. Another trick is to reorganize your society and declare your own defeat in order to disarm an opponent. These tricks are thoroughly discussed by Golitsyn, who is blessed with analytical and strategical understanding.
If an enemy could organise and plan a modern day Trojan Horse, then can victory be far off? If this really was a long range plan of Russia, then it was brilliant, and we like the the enemies of the Greeks, have slept and partied, while our enemies quietly and stealthily slipped into our shores and took over from the inside out.

I have not had a chance to read the books yet, but I look forward to hearing more about this long range plan. I no longer doubt that this is a plan that could have been planned, plotted and executed. I just wait to see what the outcome is going to fully be. Apparently the author of the books is in hiding. So the question is, is he a true target or a deep under cover agent, waiting for the signal of victory to be given? Stranger things have happened.

Mindless Conformity.

Well I have had a couple more opportunities to test out the brilliance of the suburban spy force, who will from here on in be fondly referred to as the S.S. I think that title is very well suited for them.
The SS is what the German soldiers of a time past were called and now that is what these ones will now be called, because I think the name rather suits them.
Anyways I had an opportunity a couple of days ago to see if our spy force were up to their nasty tricks again. I saw some woman screaming at the top of her lungs, heading onto the subway. Now from a distance I was not sure if she was just another annexed victim of society or if she was indeed being harassed by our new SS. So I got on the same train car to check.
Well I could not see anyone around obvious that could be bothering her, so I left it at that. She was white, about medium height, short brown hair, red jacket, and I think she had colourful eyes of some sort, but it was hard to tell as she was screaming out her lungs about the end of the world and repenting. Now since I didn't see anyone obviously bothering her, I left it at that and got off the train when she did at the next stop. She headed outside and I figure screaming on the streets is no ones business but hers, so I left it at that. Plus since she was screaming about the end of the world, who am I to judge her as crazy? With all the weird things happening now, she could be on the right track, plus her screaming had subsided.
After I got off the train I then realised of course since my lovely computer is probably being tracked all over the city, I say this with good reason, that it might have shown me at the location and the brilliant spy force, and the masters pulling their puppet strings, might have chalked it up to me screaming at people on the train. God knows they are sleazy enough for anything. After that incident at the library with the frisky perp I think that they are capable of saying and doing just about anything. I am happy to say that in the 8 years or more of getting gang stalked I have managed to not have any sessions where I had to yell at any of these creatures in public. God knows the temptation has been there however.
The point with this clip trip is I didn't see any obvious signs that she was being bothered and since I could not see anything that happened before her outburst I could not predict if she was targeted or not, but I was tending towards not. Which reminds me that I still have not been able to follow up on the bug lady, whom I do believe is a target of this harassment. She is white, petite about her 40's, I came across her recently and I am sure that she is a target of this. I have tried to clue her in to what was happening, but I don't know if my message was received.
Also the coworker who has been placed beside me full time to spy on me, the one that I mentioned that use to be a target, but is now one of them, I just found out that he had a military background. I was not aware of this, and now it has me wondering if this is where his targeting might have started from? I have met many people who have told me that they had military connections. I can't recall what he said he did in the military, it has something to do with communications and weapons. Now there is another target who runs a gang stalking site and he use to be in the military.
So the force were in better form over the last couple of days, which is good to see. I saw almost marching poses, and straight backs on many of the ones who were stalking me over the last couple of lunches. Usually you get the ones with the dreadful postures, and they look just dreadful as suburban spies. The last couple of days they were in better form. However the ones on the train are still in need of work. No offence to them.
One really good mention that I found in particularly good form recently not only had the make up trick down pat, but she was also working with one of my favorite tricks, which I call TDRMT. Now as a target I use this one myself, so I can't go into any details, but she got top marks from me for the performance. She looks sort of eastern European, short dark hair, a SS if I ever saw one. The outfit to match. Now I know the SS force need to have people who look regular, but they really need to work on some of these people. Eg. The overly pushy female from yesterday. I love the ones that are so overzealous at what they are doing, that they end up being just so bad at it. This was here, and then she had attitude to boot. I clearly would not have given this one the red badge of courage or anything else. SS like this are irritating, not good at what they do, and oh where do I begin. I have seen many more people using the picking at the nose to mask directional signals, now again very effective, but can I just once again say gross.
I have seen slightly better coordination this week, but I can't believe that they are using these people for Suburban Spying. I see constant gaps, and things that they should be paying attention to, but because they are too busy with the harassment of people like me, they are busy missing these things. Being stalked and tracked like an animal has made me more observant to say the least, but it's also made me realise that these people are not going to save the city from anything, but themselves. At the core they are just average people, and they are keeping an eye out in the course of their day to day jobs, but only what they are being told to watch for. I could explain it, but why bother.
So the city in reality is no safer at all, and all that is happening is that we have people tracking the wrong people in my opinion. They are going after people who might actually be smart enough to help them should an emergency happen. These people are well left up to their own fate. The things they should be watching they are not, and the things that they should be not watching that is where their eyes are glued.
Busy bodies can be a good way to know which laundry detergent this and that person is using, and who is sleeping with who and who's child is wearing second hand clothing, but this information is only going to go towards black mailing people later on. I am not sure it would ever actually go towards saving the city.
Then you have the spy force that has to see which products targets buy, and which brands they use. This can be effective, except by now, much like the people who make home made drugs, real terrorist would have figured out a work around that these people would not be looking for I am sure.
Their flaws are obvious and just as easily exploitable as ever. I am glad I ended up on the hunted side of the blanket. I mean I am not glad to have my life interrupted this way, but it's made me a better person, I can honestly say that. It's given me more substance, something that many of these people lack or start to lack after doing this for awhile, and substance is what you need to see things around you clearly, not a bunch of scared mindless, conformist robots that jump at the sight of their own shadows.

Same coin, different sides.

Fast swift and sure, instead it's slow, sad, insidious and silent.

It's weird cause whenever anyone talks about the end of things and people's hearts growing cold and this and that, I always picture it happening over a really short space of time.
Instead what we are seeing is this slow and silent death of our society. Everything is silence and if people could only get their voices back it would be ok somehow, instead the gentleman have come to town and they have taken all the voices and they are stealing hearts one right after another with no one to stop them. It's so sad. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hush_(Buffy_episode)

I see a lot of the things that are happening and I feel sorry for some people. Others I have no remorse for whatsoever, they will enjoy themselves when the true nature of this shows and reveals itself. Everyone is so busy looking out the front door for terrorist, that they have let the communist in the back door. The society has changed to an unspeakable degree, or maybe it was always like this and I just missed it? I don't know. I mean these spy agencies have been in existence for almost ever and they have it would seem always been spying on the unsuspecting public.

I feel so sorry for these people that so wanted security that they would give up freedom, and now they are bonded and bought slaves, who have willing sold their freedom, for preserved security. I don't know how to tell them it's not the truth and they have been terribly lied to. Oh well, who says that it's my place to. Ignorance is bliss for many and this remains true. People like living in bliss, just going along with whatever is happening. I read somewhere that the Germans of WWII thought that was a really great time in German history. Many of them did not perceive things the way that the rest of the world did at that time. I guess it's just like anything else, when you are on the inside looking out, you can't see clearly, but when you are on the outside looking in, your perspective is very different.

People are so jumpy and scared and nervous. We have well over 90% of our train population going along with this spy game, which makes me wonder about the percentage of Canadian society that has already been abducted into this.

I always wondered how a whole planet of people would subject themselves to being bound and marked, why there would not be more protest, but your break the will of the people first, you make it yours, you get them to control each other, social control. This is the only way that global dominance could be or would be possible. I see that now. I had always wondered what the conditions would be like in the world that would allow such things to happen and now I know.
I know that the human spirit longs to be free, but all too often people are willing to give over their will to something else, to others who they think know better than they do, even when something inside of them might be telling them that what is happening is not right, they are still all too happy to be going along with everything else, and everyone else.

I hear all these muted whispers from others that are going through similar, the ones who have never heard of gang stalking. End of the world stuff happening are the silent whispers. Most people unwisely don't believe in this stuff anymore so it's easy to slip this in through the door. What's that saying? The greatest trick the devil ever played was to get the world to believe that he doesn't exist. Something like that. Whatever you believe it, some strange things are happening in society and in the world, and it doesn't seem to be a coincidence.

I see these people and I realise that we are not that different, we all want to be safe and secure, we all I assume want to protect our society and keep those that we love safe, but where they are willing to take away the rights and freedoms of others, innocent others to make themselves feel safe, I am not willing to do this. I am not willing to give up my freedom for a false sense of security and I am not willing to stay ignorant when the truth tries to start peeking it's way through the dark clouds of ignorance. We are not that different in some regards, but in others we are worlds apart. Yet we are all bonded together because the fate these people share is the fate we all could share, because we are all human at the end of the day. I have by choice and reason ended up on this side of the coin and the others have chosen the other, yet we are still on the same coin, spinning and working it's will, and it does not seem to matter if it comes up heads or tails, because the human race is probably going to lose either way. It's already begun, boundless human slaves. There bodies are free, but their minds, souls, hearts and wills are all captive. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance, but when you start watching, make sure that you know what you should really be keeping your eyes peeled for.

The run down.

The psycho civilian spy force.

Ok these members of society that are suppose to be protecting the city, but who are in fact mobbing people out of their homes, apartments, and communities.

They are driving innocent people to their deaths, or to the mass homicide of others.
They are causing others to lash out violently and to be placed under arrest, or worst, to be committed to mental hospitals.

These people are doing society no good, and they are a harm and a hindrance to those around them. Some citizens might be genuinely trying to do their civic duties, but too many are using these new found powers to hurt and harm others.

So here is the run down on how the civilian program is working and will continue to work, until someone gives these people the wake up call they so richly deserve.

1. They like to dress themselves, and their children in military fatigues. Why I don't know. Cause if they really think that they are soldiers, they are the worst soldiers on the face of the planet. They could protect a fly, much less the city that they currently fester and infest with their stupidity. I guess thinking of themselves as Soldiers guarding the city gives their meaningless lives purpose. That's great, just stay out of mine then. I am sorry but can we find another type of perp dress? Don't get me wrong, so perps, pull off the military look rather well. Girls and guys, and I have to give those ones an A for effort, but then you have the others, who just throw on something military looking, that does not go with the rest of the outfit, and it's horrible. Functionally stupid and fashion victims. Not a good combo.

2. They use the one handed sign language to communicate. Cover month, or pretend to be yawning to begin communication. You can touch your nose to indicate a few things, like I know or pointing and touching the nose for directional signals, the double blink would be I understand, and the touching of the eyes to say they are on watch. Now they are many others but if you care, you go out and you try to learn their language, or get a book on one handed sign language, or hold down a perp and tickle them till they confess what their language is. I don't know and I really don't care.

3. They will try to box in the target. Eg. They will try to sit in square formation around the target, you know, should the target do anything crazy or terrorising, like telling them how lame the target things they are. This is likely to be interpreted as crazy or a terrorist threat, and will undoubtedly get the target stalking even more by our civilian forces, which is undoubtedly lead by inspector Clouseau and his relatives. p

4. This one is funny and it took me years to even realise. When they are trying to provoke you, eg. Jiggle keys, cough at you, slam down lap tops, smack hands together loudly, whatever the idiot perp activity of the day is. They will do it to something specific. Remember perps can not think on their own. (I think I mean that literally.) So for example, in my case, on the subway they will try to perp me off to the subway stops. Eg. Every time the driver reads a subway stop, they will do a perp action to try to provoke a reaction from me. On the bus, it's every time the bus stops and starts. On the street I don't know. So in your case just look for a pattern or count off the times, these creatures, are like trained lab rats, except less intelligent.
Wow someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. That would be me.

5. They do use something below the dry wall to cause the vibrations in your homes. Eg. In my last place I lived there like a year and a half and nothing. Then one afternoon I went grocery shopping only to return to the smell of paint and the floor vibrations, and future electric body burns. Well when I moved into my new place. I had one good night of sleep, no paint smell no vibrations. I went to work the next day. I came home only to be floored by the stench of paint, which still resides and when I finally went to sleep the vibrating floors. I also found traces of paint splatter, or that stuff they use to slather over the walls to even it out. Whatever that stuff is called, like plaster or something. Also I found a small bit of copper, and it looked like it had been soudered. So it's some kind of wall modification. I don't know if they do anything below the hardwood floors, cause I am not an expert, but it could be both.

6. How many people are a part of this? I work in a smaller office now, and I can tell you, that every single person I have meet so far in that office is a part of this, including one person that came in on my heals who I suspect is a government, or security shrill. (I have no proof of this yet.)

7. These people are seriously stupid. I would feel sorry for them, except for the fact that they are destroying people's lives and I can't find it funny. They really do seem to be going after decent people. I meant someone recently who I think is another target. I have not had time to confirm it, but based on our brief meeting and the things she said it sounded like it might be the case. She just seems to be that decent, discriminating taste sort of person. These are the ones that they seem to go after. That person at work who always does the right thing, never breaks the rules, the highly moral. The worms of the earth get to eat and devour the flesh of these people. Great.

8. I think they check their phones for the jobs in the area. I was leaning over someones shoulder rudly, trying to read what the hell was on the phone. I could make out something about jobs in the area, but not much else. I say this, because I notice that you will have them on the train, they will be checking their phone. Then one will read something, then that one person will figure out what the sensitivity is, and then translate that to the others who will then begin the perping. So something is on their phones, that they are reading, and learning info about the specific target.

9. Did I mention that they were stupid, functionally and otherwise? Do I need 5 people in the washroom when I am going to the bathroom. Some being rude enough to actually try to peek through the stalls? Are you on crack. (Don't answer that. I already think I know the answer to that question.) People if the target is in the bathroom, they are stationary, and unless they are going to slip through a hole in the floor, they are probably not going anywhere. Yet perps will be so intense on doing their thing, that they will follow you into the bathroom, and if it was permitted, they would follow you into the stalls.

10. Apparently there is a way to repel them. It sort of how you would use garlic or a cross to repel vampires. Perps really hate having their covers blown. They really think that they are being covert. Even when they are signalling so horribly that the moon men from space could make them out. Now there are some people who signal very well and they are extremely subtle and they get high marks from me. Even though they are perps and trying to destroy my life, it does not mean I can't give high marks when I see quality signaling. The others should be sent to perp remedial school. (Well they all should be, but some more so than others.)
First the good. Spanish ladies and the pretending to do the make up while perping. This is an art form in itself to watch and witness. I think they should be given a gold medal. They do it so expertly and so well. These chicka deserve high praise.

You have the Canadians with the coffee cup to mouth, which is like putting your hand over your mouth, or the fake yawn. (Oh that's the other thing. When perps yawn and they don't cover their mouths. They are not being rude, they just don't want their fellow perps to start signalling again.)
Some will use a pen or other objects, for the strokes down the side of the check, again very good signalling.

I have seen the caribbean perps, use the handkerchief to do the three wipes to the forehead. This is great you just pretend to wipe away some sweat a few times, and the signal is passed.

The signal that I love not the best, are the perps sporting glasses, one quick tap to pretend to adjust it on the face and you have the watch signal passed. This one is cool.
Now the bad. The Indian or Pakistan way of doing the nose thing gross. Eg. The men pretend to pick at the nose while passing the directional signals. It's crafty, but gross. The target(s), eg me, find it gross, and just so you know, your fellow perps find it gross as well. Just so you know.
Oh and the lame perps who have to rub their whole face to get the eye signal across, just so wrong. Eg. They will close their eyes and pretend to run the eyes repeatedly. It's just too over the top, you need to find a way more subtle way of doing this. I swear I was like so about to reprimand one yesterday. If you have to be a perp, it's called subtlety. Goss. Look into it.

Dislikes. I saw a young girl, she must have been 6-7. The child was passing off signals. Her trash mother was with her. You know the type, the child is dressed in mixed matched clothing and perping is the first time they have had anything in their lives to call their own. She had her child passing signals. I find this gross and offensive. Why do I think this is the type of parent who would also trick out their child to some gross fat man for rent? I just find it wrong. Trick yourselves out, not the kids. (For the child's part, she was pretty decent at the signalling.)

Honorable mentions. The teens are really good at this, as are many of our Asian friends. Both can perp and appear to be really natural. The teens especially. They can make a date and perp and it's all flowing for them. I guess kids learn languages better than adults, they are just so good at it, most of the ones that I have seen, and it's almost seamless. The kids are good at this, but with teens they are old enough to make choices and if they want to take part, it's their business.
OH another honorable mention. The kissing perps. Eastern European or some sort. I don't think Russian, but I am not sure. Anyways, this was a few months back, when I was just noticing the perp signals. They were all pretending to snuggle, then she does this lean back thing, and perps while looking over the shoulder, while he is supporting her, with one hand on him. (I can only speculate as to the other incredible, gymnastic feats these two get up to, but they also get honorable mentions in the good perping category.)

11. Find the conductor. Now like I said, perps do not seem to think for themselves very well. So their seems to often times be someone who is conducting things. Eg. Someone who is telling this perps to go here or there. Don't get me wrong, they will also instruct themselves to say who should get off at this stop here, and that stop their, but what I have been noticing is their seems to be a master conductor. Usually this person stays on the train longer than the others and they tell the perps where to go and what to do. So my new game is find the conductor. Oh maybe I should save my games to play with perps for another post. However there are several and they are all fun for the bored and stressed out targets to play.

This is what I have said before, but I will say it again. I think that they are getting the lists from other countries. I think this goes on in other countries, and has for many years. I think they are using the people in other countries that use to be a part of this system over here. It's the only way to account for the large concentration of this that I am seeing. It's crazy, so many people are taking part in this bs. I can't believe these people are that stupid. However I get that that they genuinely believe that they are protecting the city, or keeping an eye on potentially dangerous people, but this is crazy.

Anyways that's been the run down for this week. I am not sure if this will be a one time post or a multiple post. Now keep in mind that the army garb is specific to my city only. I have heard in other cities they use the crappy baseball caps and other things, so some things are only city specific, other things are universal. I don't know if the language is universal yet, but I am trying to find out. I suspect that it is. Oh and yes they do use money terms. Eg. They will say stuff like do you have 2 toonies, I guess in the states it would be like 2 Franklin's or something like that. I think this is covered in Terrorist Stalking in America. I would not really know however.
